Chapter 1: The Forsaken Prince

Naruto is not an only child. Naruto has two twin siblings and a six-year older "cousin". A twin brother Yato Uzumaki-Namikaze (God of calamity Yato with blond hair) and a twin sister Mito Uzumaki-Namikaze (Mito Jūjō). His older "Cousin" is Erza Uzumaki (Erza Scarlet). Erza is a very distant relative of Kushina to the point where they are only related by the Uzumaki clan. Everything else should be explained, if you have any questions just ask and I will try to get to you.
P.S. I'm writing this purely out of boredom the upload schedule will be utter shit and on top of that I probably suck at writing so don't hope for too much.
Konohagakure no Sato: October 10th
Normally this late at night a ninja would need to focus quite a bit of chakra to their eyes to be able to see, even if only slightly. This applies even to one such as Minato Namikaze, the beloved kage of Konoha, sadly tonight such a trick was unnecessary. The flames covering the village illuminated it so well even the civilians could see clearly. Yet despite the flames encroaching upon the village all eyes were directed at a single sight. Standing proudly in the center of the village was what could only be considered a force of nature, The Kyuubi no Kitsune, the fox-bunny hybrid stood tall, the beast that normally looked upon everything below it with such disgust that it sent shivers down the spines of even the most war-hardened veterans. Yet despite this Minato stood atop the Hokage monument glaring daggers at the terrifying beast.
"KYUUBI" the blond kage bellowed in rage as he gazed upon his ravaged village. Surprisingly the great beast reacted turning its head in the direction of the blonde pest that his former host had always been so infatuated with. Yet despite having the admittedly terrifying beast gaze upon him, Minato couldn't help but feel something was wrong. The eyes of the beast conveyed nothing, the eyes were dull and blank as if the beast was not completely there. Sadly the Kage did not have any time to think about this as almost immediately the beast had a fully charged Bijūdama primed and ready to launch toward the monument. Reacting in an instant Minato flashed through several hand signs before slamming his hand forward while letting a massive sealing matrix spread out from it.
The instant the massive Bijūdama touched the sealing formula the very world seemed to warp inwards allowing the attack to simply disappear into the seal. Without letting the massive Bijū charge up another of its fearsome attacks Minato flashed through complicated hand signs before slamming his hand on the ground allowing his palm to get cut in the process, "Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer Technique". Suddenly a massive dome of smoke appeared atop the monument before a large toad-like creature shot out of the smoke landing atop the walking calamity.
"Dammit Minato, of all the things you could have summoned me to fight it, just had to be the Kyuubi didn't it" Gamabunta grumbled while trying to pin down the massive fox.
"Sorry Gamabunta I didn't know how else to hold it down long enough to teleport it away from the village" Despite replying to the massive toad it was quite obvious the blond kage was not focusing on his summoned partner. Minato focused on trying to find a sealing formula outside of the village yet not so far away as to prevent the backup from arriving to help." Found it" the Hokage exclaimed happily. Quickly channeling his chakra into the mark the blonde kage teleported himself and both beasts to a large clearing just far enough from the village.
"Gamabunta, can you keep the Kyuubi distracted for a few moments while I get everything set up?" Minato questioned his amphibian companion
"Of course, my friend but I want extra sake next time you summon me for a drink." The toad boss summoned bellowed out in response to his summoner's question.
"Hahahaha, It's a deal then, now I'll be right back, Keep it distracted." After the kage finished his talk he flashed away to a mark that he could recognise in an instant. Appearing at his beloved wife's side he took a quick look at her to see how she was doing. Once he was satisfied that she was in no immediate danger he quickly moved to check on his three newborns.
"What's happening outside Minato-kun?" The redheaded Uzumaki asked.
"I got the Kyuubi away from the village but I now need to seal it away" You could hear the unease in the kage's voice as he replied to his wife, knowing she would understand what that would entail.
"No way in hell will I ever let that happen Namikaze if it's really necessary we can just seal it back within me." Kushina all but growled while glaring at her husband
"You know we can't do that Kushina, you were able to survive the extraction of the Kyuubi due to your Uzumaki blood but you won't survive if we try to reseal it in you." He quickly shot down his wife's "suggestion" knowing the consequences of such actions.
"Still there are others who can be the Jinchūriki in our children's place." Kushina shot back not willing to compromise on this subject.
"If I can't seal it in my own child what right do I have to ask another to give up their child for it." Minato quickly refuted."I'm truly sorry Kushina-hime but I need to do this" he leaned over to place a kiss on his wife's forehead before creating a clone to help him carry his three children and then flashing away to the clearing in which the Kyuubi and Gamabunta were still fighting.
"Gamabunta I'm almost ready just a few more seconds" Minato called out while quickly summoning a new clone to help set up the sealing altar. After the altar and sealing formula was completed properly both the original and the first clone set the crying Mito and Yato as well as the oddly silent Naruto down onto the altar before preparing to us the Sealing Jutsu: Reaper Death Seal. Yet before he could even start the hand signs necessary for the technique a hand fell on his shoulder and stopped him from starting the ritual. Whipping his head to the side the blonde Kage was surprised to see his predecessor and previous Kage Hiruzen Sarutobi.
"Stop that Minato you are far too important to die here when there is so much that will need to be dealt with after this fiasco is over, Plus it's quite obvious by looking at you that you are exhausted and might not even be able to finish the summoning," Hiruzen said to Minato in a saddened voice
"I need to do this it is my responsibility as Hokage to protect the village no matter what the consequences are" Minato replied in a stern voice.
"You are right but what about after, who will take your place, I'm too old and soft, Jiraiya has to maintain his spy network, and Tsunade has not returned to the village in over a decade. I am old and nearing the end already, I've lost my son and daughter-in-law my other son won't even talk to me and now my wife is gone. So please let me do one good thing with this miserable life of mine" The old ex-kage asked of his young successor.
"Fine if that is what you want" Minato forced the answer out saddened by the mere thought of the old man's death.
The third Hokage smiled at his successor before nodding. "It is," Hiruzen said before moving in front of the babies to quickly flash through the hand seals which would decide his fate. "Sealing Jutsu: Reaper Death Seal" the aged sarutobi called out as a wraith-like shinigami appeared behind him. The moment the death god appeared an aura unlike any other descended upon the group causing the two tussling beasts to freeze in their tracks. Yet despite this the youngest child of the Hokage was still not crying instead he was gazing at the shinigami with eyes that only a baby untouched by this world could have.
"Shinigami, I command you to divide the Kyuubi before me and separate it into three equal pieces and seal it within the children behind me," Hiruzen shouted out his reason for summoning. Yet despite having received the request of the idiotic mortal that had summoned the death god, 'He' simply gazed at the Kyuubi before turning 'His' head to gaze at the triplets, though more specifically the youngest babe and the only one not crying he seemed to stare at the babe for what felt like an eternity before his lips curled up into an interested smile.
"I WILL NOT DIVIDE IT EQUALLY AMONGST THE THREE BUT WILL INSTEAD DIVIDE THE CHAKRA AMONGST THE FIRST TWO AND SEAL THE SOUL INTO THE YOUNGEST" The shinigami bellowed out in a voice that seemed to cause the entire area to shake. The deity then reached out with an ethereal hand and grabbed ahold of the massive beasts' charka, ripped it into two pieces, and then proceeded to carelessly put the bubbling crimson energy into the two newborn babies. After the seal was finished on the two older of the triplets the god reached out toward the Kyuubi which was now roaring in anger and hatred at the deity that just stole its power. The shinigami then grabbed hold of the almost see-through soul of the fox, pulling it forward he proceed to carefully shove the soul into the youngest of the triplets. It was only after the Kyuubi soul was sealed inside of him that the baby finally started to show discomfort and looked close to crying. The shinigami gazed at the babe before turning away to look at the human that summoned him down to this realm.
"AS PER THE CONTRACT, YOUR SOUL WILL NOW BELONG TO ME MORTAL" The death god bellowed out before proceeding to rip Hiruzens soul from his body. After doing so the death god took a single glance at the youngest of the triplets before fading out of existence and returning to the realm he ruled over. He was excited to see what the odd child would do, for unlike everyone else that child was completely free of the fates' manipulative strings of destiny.
After the death god had left Gamabunta decided it would be best to dismiss himself for now and talk with his summoner later. Mere moments after the toad boss disappeared members of the Anbu guard appeared within the clearing. Immediately the anbu got to work some rushing to the side of the now deceased ex-Hokage and others rushing to the side of their now unconscious Hokage and his three children. After confirming the death of the sandaime and the status of the yondaime hokage the anbu quickly picked all five up before rushing the group to the hospital.
Konohagakure no Sato: October 12th
It was two days after the Kyuubi rampaged in the middle of the village that Minato now found himself sitting in the council chambers in the hokage tower. For some reason, a council meeting had been called without his knowledge. Surprisingly not just the Shinobi side but the civilian side was also in attendance. On the shinobi side sat the heads of all the big clans such as the heads of the Hyuuga, Uchiha, Nara, Ackamichi, Aburame, Yamanaka, Inuzuka, and Uzumaki which Kushina occupied. While the civilian's side may have been necessary to others Minato found them to be pests more than anything and thus never bothered with learning or remembering their names. Behind him yet just visible in his peripherals on either side sat the elders with Danzo and Homura on his left and on his right sat Koharu. Similarly to the civilian council to Minato, the three of them were useless and more of a nuisance than anything else all they did was plot and scheme to help themselves while spouting shit about 'iT'S For ThE VIlLAge', Da fuck it is. The only reason they did it was so they could help themselves out but due to how annoying it would be to remove them from the council Minato preferred to ignore them than do anything else.
"For what reason was this council meeting called, and on that note who called it?" The blonde hokage irritably asked. This council meeting couldn't have come at a worse time. Minato had a murderous headache, Kushina was livid from having to be separated from her newborn children so soon after Minato woke up, Luckily Jiraiya had arrived earlier and was currently watching the triplets with Erza, or else she might have just not come, and Minato still had to deal with the massive backlash from the Kyuubi attack.
"I did, I believed there was quite a bit that needed to be addressed as soon as possible." The gravelly and prideful voice came from the left of the Minato's chair and was unique and annoying enough that he did not even need to turn his head to know who spoke.
"Of course, it was you Danzo, who else would call a meeting at such an annoying time, and no doubt to talk about something that has barely any importance to fixing our village's current issue." the blonde kage shot out.
"I believe that the current state of the Kyuubi is quite vital to our village's current state." The old war hawk venomously shot back, not quite liking the tone Minato used when talking about him. Almost immediately Danzo and probably a few others noticed Minato and his wife tense at the mention of the Kyuubi, setting off quite a few alarm bells.
"I don't see why that's too important but if you really need to know the Kyuubi has already been stripped of its power and sealed away" Minato calmly replied in an attempt to hopefully sate everyone's curiosity.
"I think it would be better if we knew where the Kyuubi was sealed, my friend" This time the voice did not come from the old cripple but instead from the current head of the Uchia clan, Fugaku Uchia.
"I understand but I believe that my word is more than enough to sate your worry is it not?" the kage questioned.
"While your word is no doubt very convincing, we would still be much more comfortable if we were to know where the Kyuubi is Hokage-sama" The words coming from the head of the Nara clan, Shikaku Nara, this time.
"Fine…the Kyuubi was divided into three pieces with its chakra being split evenly between my two oldest children and the soul being sealed inside of the youngest child." Minato begrudgingly let out the secret.
"What!"
"Kill The Demon!"
"It Should Not Be Allowed To Live"
Just like Minato thought, the moment it was revealed 3 civilians were already demanding that Naruto and the Kyuubi soul be put to death, and just as quickly Kushina had summoned her chakra chains and ran the three civilians through before anyone else could voice their opinions. "Would anyone else like to say anything stupid" Kushina growled venomously from where she sat. Normally a civilian would have said something about Kushinas actions just now but they were all far too terrified to speak up.
"Kushina calm yourself now" Minato coldly ordered, wife or not she still had to follow the rules.
There was silence in the room as everyone took time to gather their thoughts. Some, Like the elders, schemed about the Jinchūrikis. Others think of what having to Jinchūriki of the Kyuubi would entail. One person thought this meeting was a drag and the last thinking about the best way to deal with the next idiot that suggest killing one of her babies.
"I hate to be the one to bring this up, 'cause it is such a drag, but you have to have already realized the consequences of trying to keep and protect all three children right Minato?" Shikaku asked carefully, nowhere near ready to invoke the Uzumaki princess's wrath.
"He is right, while you should be able to protect the first two since they only have the chakra it will be a lot harder to protect the third one as he houses the soul… I think it would be best to offer him up to appease the villagers." The ever-calculative head of the civilian council also quickly chimed in on the subject.
"That's a very bold claim. What makes you two think that I will be unable to protect all my children?" The tone in which the words were uttered was so frigid it had even Danzo tensing up in fear.
"Please calm down, I do not mean it like that, I'm simply saying if you try to protect all three, your youngest to be more specific, the villagers, and possibly shinobi, will most likely, in their misguided anger and grief, try to have you removed from the spot of hokage which will make it near impossible for you to protect just one, much less all three of your children." Shikaku quickly explained his reasoning in an attempt to pacify his hokage and absolutely livid wife.
"How dare you even suggest something as idiotic as giving up one of my children to be a scapegoat for those stupid villagers." Unable to restrain her anger any longer Kushina snapped and yelled at Shikaku. She took quite a bit of satisfaction from seeing the Jōnin commander flinch in fear at her voice.
"Uzumaki, calm down and mind your words, don't forget as a Jōnin you have a responsibility to those villagers." Danzo quickly snapped at the crimson-haired princess.
"Fuck the villagers, as a shinobi I serve the Hokage and no one else. Civilian problems will be dealt with by civilians and shinobi problems will be dealt with by shinobi only. On that note I don't see why an old cripple like you has any right to talk in this meeting, all you do is push for us to go to war with other villages, so if you want to keep being a living cripple I'd shut up real fast." Kushina lashed out verbally. Knowing she would and could follow through with her promise Danzo also quieted down and didn't talk anymore.
"That's enough Kushina calm yourself." Once again Minato attempted to keep his wife from losing her cool."I understand what you are saying but this needs to be further talked about with my wife. We will reconvene in two days for me to give out my answer." Minato sighed as he finally gave his temporary answer to the problem.
Konohagakure no Sato: October 13th
Minato and Kushina spent almost the entire night arguing about what to do till eventually Kushina got so mad that she left their shared room in the Uzumaki compound and went to sleep in the baby's room.
"Ughh I really hate nightmares." After a long and mostly restless sleep, Kushina had finally woken up. The princess of Uzu tiredly turned her head to the side to gaze at her 3 newborn babies. All three were sleeping though the youngest, Naruto, started to show signs of waking up.'Hmm… that's odd I could have sworn it was darker just yesterday before the meeting.'Kushina hadn't been able to get a good look at the triplets last night as she came into the room and almost immediately fell asleep, but looking at the three now she noticed almost instantly that her youngest, and the one she was currently worried for the most considering the situation, hair was a bit paler than it was the morning before. Quickly shooting to the side of the crib, she idly noted that the two older ones were practically side by side while Naruto was a little farther from them, she placed a hand on the youngest of the Uzumaki-Namikaze triplets to do a quick scan of his body and the Kyuubi's seal to see if anything was wrong. After doing three different scans and confirming that he was perfectly fine Kushina reluctantly pulled back. Just as she pulled back she noticed That the newborn warden was now awake and staring at her.
"Sorry, my child I didn't mean to wake you up I was just checking on you." Reaching down Kushina gently picked the baby up as she spoke to him. As she was looking at her baby she thought back to her argument with Minato, while doing so she couldn't help but let the edges of her lips raise up into a sly smile."Just because they said she couldn't raise him didn't mean she could offer him assistance from the shadows, be it dealing with people who act against him or simply slipping him a scroll or two secretly, after all working from the shadows was what ninjas did best, wasn't it?
Well, that's the first chapter. It will probably be a while before more come out because I want to write the first ten before I start actually posting seriously.
Anyways I plan to do a NarutoxBleach In the future but I can't figure out what I want to do when It comes to a zanpaktou for Naruto. If you all have any suggestions that would be great.
