'Why' Harry thought as he ran from Privet Dr 'why can't I be loved?' Harry kept running until he collapsed and passes out in front of an angel statue that was in a graveyard many miles away from Privet Dr.
'... well what do you know free food' the Weeping Angel thought as it reached out to touch the passed out child in front of them, with the plan of sending the child to a time where the child would be happy, only to frown in confusion when the child didn't vanish to a different time as it should have. At this, the Weeping Angel took a closer look at the child and found that the child was covered in scars, bruises, and was way too skinny to be healthy. Not sure what to do to help this poor child the Weeping Angel remembers hearing the others nearby saying that the Doctor is here. After forming a plan the Weeping Angel picks up the small child and flys to where the TARDIS is parked behind an old warehouse and just in time too since the Doctor, who was returning to the TARDIS, just turned the corner of the old building to see the Angel with the child still in its arms.
The Doctor in his shock blinked three times which was long enough for the Doctor to see the Angel set the child down, pet the child's head, and vanish.
"What just happened," Doctor asked himself before hearing the child grown in pain which caused Doctor to snap out of his shock and get the child to his medical room in the TARDIS. Once he set the child down on one of the healing pods letting the machine run all the tests and healing needed to be done while he read the damage report to see if there were clues in the report that stopped the Weeping Angel's abilities.
The Weeping Angel was confused just being near the child and delivering them to the Doctor filled up their stomach with the same amount of energy it would get from sending 100 people back in time at once. Then it noticed that they didn't feel the need to freeze as a human was heading to the Angel's post. As a test, the Angel tried to move its smaller details while making sure the human looking at it. The Angel was surprised that it could now move with no problem but thanks to how full the child made them feel, they didn't feel like doing anything also it was curious as the human in front of them was wearing robes and holding a stick.
"Where is that boy he needs to be put back in that house and be abused so I can mold him into the perfect weapon" the human muttered as the long-bearded man stopped in front of the Angel right where the child fell the night before.
"The tracker I placed on the boy says that he should be right where I'm standing. With all the blocks I placed on the boy he would not be able to remove the tracker so how can that be that it was somehow ripped off him and left on the ground. No matter I will just put more blocks on him and tell the Muggles to increase their beating once I find him again" the bearded one said as he turned around leaving the graveyard.
The Weeping Angel was ticked at what they just heard but they now knew why the child changed them. The child was magical and the Angel accidentally made a magical bond with the child. '...oops.'
Doctor stared at the report in shock 'how the heck is this boy still alive?' Doctor asked himself seeing all the blocks and damage done to the poor boy. He now knew why the Angel brought the poor boy to him since only the healing pod that the boy was now in could fully heal the boy. As Doctor reread the report and notice something about the bolt scar on the boy's head he heard a loud knock on the door to the TARDIS. Frowning Doctor headed to the front door. Doctor opened the door and started to say "what do you…." only to freeze at what he saw.
The Weeping Angel moved while Doctor was frozen in front of them. "We need to talk," the Angel said in a voice that sounded like stone rubbing against each other.
