Peter Pan, whose body looked like a twenty-year-old, was flying around a snow-covered England as he flew over a boring-looking neighborhood, something made him pause. A small child was leaning on the back door of one of the houses shivering as they tried to keep warm.
Not liking what he saw Peter quickly flew down to the child and picked them up in a hug to warm the poor child. Peter frowned as he felt the child flinch like they thought Peter would hurt them and at how light the child was.
"I'm not going to hurt you kid," Peter said which caused the child to calm some. "Hey, would you like to come live with me?"
"Really you'd want a freak like me?" the child asked causing Peter to frown again.
"Child I know that I just met you but I can tell you aren't a freak. Now, what's your name I'm Peter Pan?"
"Harry Potter," the child said before they passed out.
Hearing the child's last name almost caused Peter to drop Harry in shock. How could one of Hook's descendants be in such a bad state? He needed to get Harry to Hook now who cares if it's now nighttime in Neverland.
A few minutes later Hook's ship
Peter landed on the pirate ship right in front of Captain Hook's private room. After moving Harry around so Peter wouldn't drop him, he knocks on the door.
"What could you possibly want at this hour?" Hook asked as he tiredly opened his door "Pan we have an agreement, no attacking at night? Who's the kid another stray you picked up somewhere?"
"I remember the agreement but this is important I found the child outside shivering on a snowy doorstep freezing to death and very underweight to be healthy for any child."
"Yes, yes, sad state for a child to be in but why come here in the middle of the night?"
"He said his name was Harry Potter."
At this Hook saw red "SMEE!" he yelled down into the crew's corridors.
"Yes, Captain," Smee said as he ran out of his corridors.
"Do what you can to heal this child while the rest of us are going to plunder a town." Hook told Smee as Pan gave Harry to Smee. "now Pan you will bring us to where you found my grandson!" Hook ordered loud enough that everyone on the ship, except for Harry since his magic didn't let him wake up because he was finally away from the wards that stopped his magic from healing him, was awake and ready for some revenge.
One hour later
Privet Drive and the area around it were attacked and the families that lived there were brought on board Hook's Ship (aka basically everyone who could have attended school with Harry was there). Many of the children gasped when they saw the ship, Hook, and Peter Pan.
"Sorry for the rude early wake-up call for some of you but there was an important family matter that happened in this area so those of you that had nothing to do with this will be free to go back to your ordinary lives. Those of you that did well you'll wish it wasn't you. Now Peter, where did you find my beaten, malnourished, and freezing to death grandson?" at Hook's words everyone in the crowd grew pale while except for an obese man who grew purple in rage but the blade that went closer to his throat made him pause.
"Captain there is no need the Male of Number 4 just confessed" the Pirate holding the blade called out causing everyone to stare in shock at the members of Number 4 now noticing that they were missing Harry.
"Petunia you lied to everyone? You said Harry got into fights to explain his injuries," one of the women nearby stated.
"You told me that Harry damages his own clothing to explain why he whore rages," another called out.
"I was told that he likes to tell lies when he told me about his home life." an elderly woman who anyone could tell was a teacher yelled out angry looking like she wanted to hurt the Number 4 family.
"Captain" Smee called from the doorway of Hook's room "I was able to heal the boy of all his damage."
"How bad was my grandson?"
"Everyone of his bones was broken and healed incorrectly, thanks to how little he ate his body was the size of a three-year-old instead of the six-year-old size he should have been. He was suffering from severe frostbite, I was luckily able to save all of his limbs. His eyesight was damaged thanks to the many head injuries he received over the years and the hitchhiker in the bolt scare though it appears to be trying to help the child after they apparently made a deal so I left the bolt scare alone for you to decide what to do about it."
"How could you have healed the Freak so fast" the fat man of Number 4 yelled.
"In Neverland you can be immortal if you wish for it. So we've had plenty of time to make better medicine" Smee said with a smile.
"It seems that everyone but this family will be free to return to your lives since you were tricked and didn't do my grandson any harm but you missy will not report this do you understand" Hook said pointing to the areas Squib as he allowed his very controlled magic to roll off him in waves showing that he was serious.
"B...but sir I h...have to tell Dumble," the Squib tried to say only to be interrupted by Hook.
"You will do no such thing in fact by the power and blessing of Lady Magic Albus Dumbledore is banned from all dealings of my families houses, all items and money he gained from my families houses be returned by Lady Magic's power," Hook called out causing everyone to feel Lady Magic's presence and hear her laughter at finally getting to help her three favorites. As the feel of magic dissipated the families that were brought aboard were freed and the Dursleys were placed in the cells. After Hook ordering the crew to return to Neverland Hook, Peter Pan, and Smee entered Hook's corridors to watch over Harry and discuss what they will do now. When Smee spoke before anything else could be said.
"Um Captain while healing Harry I did an inheritance test and what I found was shocking, to say the least."
"What did it show?" Pan asked.
"Harry is the grandson of you both."
"How can that be Lilith dead in the fire with her mother," Pan said in shock.
"It would seem someone decided to take Lilith and place her in a non-magical home and they must have made sure that our children ended up together but the question is why?" Hook stated.
"The prophecy" Pan stated in shock causing the others to look at him in shock.
"What are you talking about," Hook asked.
"Tink told me of an old prophecy that went along the lines of a child born of two fighting lines will bring their family peace and freeing Magic from the false light," Pan said trying to remember the lines. "There was also something about the child teaming up with another which must take place in order to return Magic to her former glory."
"The hitchhiker must be the other the prophecy spoke of," Smee thought out loud.
"It would make sense. Smee bring out the soul viewer we made that one time but never found a use for" Hook quietly ordered Smee.
"What do you need this soul viewer for?" Pan asks as Smee hunted for the viewer.
"We might be able to communicate with the hitchhiker with the viewer without hurting either of them."
"Oh, I see if it works we can talk to them without using up their energy needed for them to take a form to communicate with us."
"Yes exactly."
"I found it, Captain," Smee said as he brought it over to the sleeping Harry and set it up over his head.
"Who the heck are you" was the first thing they heard as they saw a red-eyed Harry in the viewer.
"I am Captain Hook, that's Peter Pan and the last is Smee, a member of my crew."
"What are you Neverland's doing with Harry?"
"His grandfather on his father's side was my son," Hook answered.
"While my daughter who I thought was killed in the fire that killed my wife. Lived to be Harry's mother." Pan answered with a sad smile on his face.
"Huh well, this is weird. I am a piece of Tom Riddle's soul."
"Who?"
"You might know me by the name Dumbledore cursed me to make and use." Tom stated with his anger showing through "Voldemort."
"How long were you being controlled by Dumbledore?"
"Since I was a first-year in Hogwarts" Tom answers sadly.
