It was almost 1 in the afternoon, and Chris was sitting in the security room of the Film Lot, which doubled as his personal office. On the table in front of him were stacks upon stacks of applications, most of which had been sorted through already. "Yeesh, so many sob stories in these! Can't there just be a normal one?" Chris asked in frustration, closing another folder with a teen's application.

Chris tossed this application into the 'reject' pile, which was just the waste bin next to his table. "Aaaaaand that was the last one too. Nice. All these wannabe actors and their dreams just aren't good for ratings. That Marcus kid has all kinds of problems. So does that DeShawn. And that Gertrude girl is gonna get us cancelled for sure." Chris stated, soon standing from his seat and stretching.

The door to the office opened, and five interns stepped inside. Those being the nerdy skinny intern with a badly wrinkled shirt and side ponytail, a chubby intern with glasses, an emo intern with hair obscuring his eyes, a meek intern in a red hoodie as well as having red hair full of dandruff, and another moody intern with black hair and a black beanie. "Irene, Oliver, Ted, Flaky, Virgil, did you already send invites to the accepted contestants?" Chris asked them.

Oliver shook his head immediately. "That's what we came here for sir, you never gave us the list of accepted contestants." Oliver replied, with the other two nodding to confirm.

Chris looked at his table, groaning when he saw the stack of accepting contestants sitting on the table. "Right, forgot about that. Well, they're all right there. All 24 of them." Chris told them.

Ted sighed, then grabbed 5 of the folders off the top. "Whatever you say." Ted told Chris, speaking in a monotone voice.

Irene grabbed 5 folders of the top as well, looking at them with slight confusion. "I thought you thaid it was going to be a cast of 23?" Irene pointed out, with Oliver, Flaky, and Virgil grabbing small stacks of folders after her.

"Yeah yeah, I changed it. I can do that, it's my show." Chris replied, gesturing for them to leave.

Flaky raised a hand next, looking at the folders in her hands. "U-Umm... doesn't the cast n-need to be an odd n-number for your plan? I think you need one more." Flaky pointed out, having seen Chris's roadmap of the season.

Chris stood up from his swivel chair, then patted Flaky on the head. "That sounds like you're volunteering, so you're number 25!" Chris declared, making Flaky tense up.

"W-Wait, what? I liked b-being an intern..." Flaky let out a sigh, not looking forward to this at all.

Irene sighed as well, for other reasons. "Can't I be number 25? It'd probably be better than being an intern. I could win some money while I'm thtuck here." Irene requested.

Some spit flew at Chris from Irene due to her braces, and he shook his head. "Nope, that's final! Maybe if I'm feeling generous I'll let you in later, but for now, we have our 25! Send out the invitations pronto!" Chris ordered, making the 5 interns leave.

"Lucky you, wish I could get out of here." Virgil told Flaky as they left.

Once the interns left, Chris sat back down and pulled his phone out. He went through his contacts, then found Chef and called him. It didn't take long for his partner to pick up. "Yo Chef! I got the cast picked out! I was thinking of having an aftermath this time around since we have some of the budget left over. The kids today eat up extra content, so we gotta get an aftermath show going for the ratings." Chris told Chef.

Chef was relaxing on a couch in a nice looking house, dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and khakis. "Just get the people that hosted that season while you were locked up to host the aftermath. It ain't difficult! Heard they were looking for more work anyway. Forgot who though." Chef told Chris, then hung up the phone. Chef wasn't in the mood to talk business at all, so he just set his phone down and turned on the TV in front of him, just rewatching Total Drama Reloaded at the moment.

Chris was fine with the suggestion though, and now went through his contacts to find the network. "They better not have let some amateur run my show while I was gone. Not anyone can be the host of Total Drama!" Chris stated, slightly worried about who he was going to get. A certain host was in the back of his head, making him shiver just thinking of them...

Hey everyone, TDFan here, and thanks to everyone who submitted for the fic! I ended with 92 submissions, so needless to say, this was a tough cast to put together. I appreciate everyone's willingness to submit, and it was tough passing up on some of these guys. But here's the full cast for the season! I'll have the first episode out relatively soon, so look out for that. Reloaded is also coming to an end soon, which will lead into Total Drama Malibu, which will then of course lead into this fic chronologically. This is my own timeline after all, branching off from canon after World Tour. Check out Reloaded if you want to be caught up on the overarching story, since you'll probably miss some things here if you don't. Anywho, I'll see you all soon!

Also, be sure to join our Discord server if you haven't already. We have discussions, cast bios, who voted for who, and more exclusive content on there! The join code is on my profile, so I hope to see you guys there!
