All day in class Stefan couldn't really focus. He kept thinking how he was gonna ask Caroline to come over for dinner tonight. He stayed up all night thinking about it. At first he gonna go against the idea after thinking more about it. But the moment he woke up this morning Damon kept reminding him to invite Caroline and her friend over tonight.
Once the bell rang and the students started to walk out of the classroom Stefan walked up to Caroline and her friends. " Hey there Caroline." He said softly as he grins at her.
Caroline leans back against her locker." Hey there Stefan." She said as she gently bit her bottom lip." What's up?" She asked in a flirtatious voice.
Stefan smirks as he chuckled." I know we don't know each other really and we just met. But I was wondering if you wanted to come over to my place for dinner tonight?" Stefan asked.
Caroline shrugged her shoulders for a moment as she had to think about it for a moment. Normally Caroline would never accept a dinner invite right away. But this was Stefan. Stefan Salvatore. The boy she was very interested and wanna get to know more. Caroline than smiles softly as she nods her head."I would love to come over for dinner tonight Stefan."
Stefan sighs in relief as he grins even bigger." Great. Why don't you come by around seven tonight." He said writing his address down and handed the paper over. He could feel the warmth coming from her fingertips when he pulled away.
Caroline looked down at the address and nods her head."I will see you at seven tonight." Caroline said as she tugged it in her back pocket.
" Great and Elena before I forget. You're invited too." Stefan said giving her a friendly smile.
" Why?"
" My Brother wants to meet you," Stefan said with a nod before he walked away from the girls.
Elena looks over at Caroline." what you think Care? Should I go?" Elena asked.
" Honestly I will feel a lot better if you came along, That way I won't be too nervous tonight," Caroline grabs her English book out of her locker and closed it up as she looked over at Bonnie. Why don't you come too," Caroline suggestion also she didn't want Bonnie to feel left out either, But Bonnie Decline the invite and just shook her head,
" Sorry guys I can't. Grams is gonna show my new spells tonight," She said as she tossed the step of her bookbag over her shoulder," I gotta get to Math Class but I will talk to you guys later, Give me a call later tonight," Bonnie said as she waved them goodbye and headed towards the other direction. Caroline then turn her attention back to Elena,
" So are you coming tonight?"
Elena blew out air as she then nods her head," Okay I will go, But I am only doing this for you Okay? I am not interested in meeting Stefan's brother no matter how hot he is, This date is mostly about you and Stefan, I am just coming for moral support," Elena said as they started to walk towards their English class, Walking through the classroom door Caroline then suddenly gasps as she realized something,
" What?" Elena asked with a snort as they walked over to their seats in the back and sat down,
" I just remembered that I got absolutely nothing to wear tonight, What am I gonna wear Elena?" Caroline asked as she grabbed her arm.
Elena than chuckled," Caroline calm down, I am sure you got a perfect outfit for tonight, But if not then we will go shopping right after school," Elena said as she loosens Caroline's grip, Caroline than beams with excitement as she clapped her hands together.
" This is gonna work out perfectly," When it comes to Shopping Caroline is like the Queen of shopping, She just loves to shop. Caroline even loves to shop a lot more than Bonnie and Elena, Sometimes they had to drag her out of department stores at the mall when the owners were trying to close up, During class Caroline wasn't paying attention to Ms, Smith talking to the class since she kept thinking about Stefan and their first dinner date tonight, She just hopes she doesn't screw things up or say anything stupid either.
Elena was sitting out in front of the fitting room door waiting for Caroline getting done trying on some new dresses. Elena was looking through her Twitter feed when she noticed she got a text message from Matt. Ever since Elena broke things off with him just only a month after losing her parents in the car accident. Matt has been trying to get back together with her. But she wanted to stay friends with him.
- Hey I was wondering if you wanted to go see a movie or something.-After reading the text Elena sighs softly and responded back.
- Sorry Matt. I am hanging out with Caroline tonight.-
After the text was sent. Elena looked up and watched Caroline walking out wearing a short black dress." Wow Caroline. You looking amazing." Elena said tugging her cell in her back pocket.
" Do you think Stefan will like it?" She asked as she checked herself in front of a large mirror.
" I have a feeling he's gonna love it. About ready to go? I told Jenna I I will be home soon. Plus I wanna get some homework done before I get ready for tonight." She said as she grabs her purse.
" I am gonna change out of this. Go ahead and wait for me out front." Caroline said as she walked back into the dressing room and changed out of the dress and back into her regular clothes. After Caroline got dressed and gathered all her things. She walked out towards the front of the store and paid for her new dress she's gonna wear tonight.

Stefan was busy cooking in the kitchen when he felt Zack standing behind him. Stefan was stirring the sauce when he looked over his shoulder." Anything I can help you with Zack?" Stefan asked.
" What you doing?" Zack asked.
" What do you mean what I am doing? I am cooking dinner tonight." Stefan answered as he turned his attention to the noodles.
" Yeah I can see that. What I mean is. What were you thinking of inviting those girls tonight?" Zack question again as he leans back towards the kitchen table.
" It wasn't exactly my idea Zack it was Damon's idea really. As much as I like Caroline I already know this dinner was a bad idea. Especially since we don't know each other that well and she doesn't know that I am a vampire." He said as he breath deeply.
" That's my point Uncle Stefan. This girl or her friends doesn't even know your a vampire or the fact that ring on your finger that is keeping you alive and the main reason why you are able to walk in the sun. Not to mention there's Damon who likes to drink blood from human bodies mostly dry until they are dead." Zack said crossing his arms together.
" Look I am not trying to tell you what do here. I am just worried about the girls safely and also worried that if you get too close to this girl and once she finds out what you are. It's gonna blow up in your face."
Stefan nods his head." Trust me I been thinking about this since like yesterday and I know all of this is a huge risk. But I can't help how I feel and what I feel for Caroline is real and it's just dinner Zack. Everything will be fine. I will make sure Damon is on his best behavior tonight. Is that right Damon?" Stefan asked as he noticed Damon walking into the kind kitchen.
" I swear to be on my best behavior tonight." Damon said as he placed his hand over his heart with a sly smirk.
Zack just scoffed and pushed himself off of the kitchen table." Can you just be serious for like one minute?" Zack question looking over at Damon.
" Oh I am being very serious Zack. I am gonna be good tonight and I promise not to eat anyone tonight." Damon said with a straight face as as he stares at Zack for a moment.
"Whatever. I am going to be up in my room while you two have your little dinner tonight." Zack said as he walked passed Damon without saying another word.
" Can't I just eat him and kill him?" Damon asked as he watched Zack walking out of the kitchen.
" Damon." Stefan said sternly as he returned his focus back to his cooking." You're not gonna kill Zack. As matter of fact you're not gonna kill anyone tonight."
Damon scoffed and rolled his eyes." Fine, Whatever. So what time are the girls supposed to be here?" Damon asked.
" I told Caroline and Elena to come over at seven. Which will be in two hours. Just enough time for you to get ready." Stefan said as he poured the sauce over the noodles and started to stir them all together. After he turn the heat down and placed the French bread into the oven he walked over to the sink and washed his hands real quick.
Damon walked over to the stove and lifted the lid and then wrinkled his nose a little." Seriously Stefan? Spaghetti?" Damon asked as he placed the lid back down.
" Yeah... so? What's wrong with that?" He asked as he dried his hands off with a hand towel.
Damon just shrugged his shoulders." Oh nothing really. It's just I kinda thought you would do something more better than Spaghetti, that's all. So what should we talk to the girls about Hmm? Maybe about our past? Like maybe how we both became vampires? Oooh I know. Why don't we start a conversation about Katherine." Damon said with another smirk.
Stefan shook his head." I don't think so Damon. Tonight is gonna be a normal night for us. I don't wanna do anything that might scare the girls. So our past. Us being vampires and Katherine is off limits tonight. Now I am gonna head upstairs and get ready before Caroline and Elena gets here. I suggest you do the same." Stefan tossed the towel on the kitchen counter and walked out of the kitchen heading towards the stairs.
Damon exhaled deeply as he grabbed his bottle of bourbon. Feeling the smooth liquid down his throat. Damon exhaled deeply as he slams the bottle down on the counter. Damon wasn't the kind of man who had to be on his best behavior. Damon always did what he wanted whatever he wanted. Anytime he wanted and tonight he has to keep his hunger and blood lust under control and that's not gonna be easy for him. Going one night without blood for Damon Salvatore is gonna be torcher for him.
Stefan walked into his room after his shower. While he was getting dressed and getting ready for his dinner date tonight. Stefan kept thinking and praying that everything tonight will go smoothly and everything would just be fine. He also hopes that Damon won't do anything or say anything to scare the girls away.
