It's been weeks since the party and all Caroline could think about Stefan Salvatore. All Caroline could think about is his lips against hers and his hands against her soft skin. Just the feel of his touch was like an electric shock that Caroline could feel against her spine. The way Stefan held her against the tree and the way he ran his hands and fingers against her body made Caroline wanted him even more. She could feel the core between her thighs getting warm. But since they are still getting to know each other they both agreed to take things slow. Even though if they go any slower Caroline was gonna burst. Caroline deeply sighs as she sat up and ran her fingers through her hair. She looked over her clock that was sitting on her nightstand and sighs once more as she threw back the blanket and got out of bed, Caroline walked towards her closet and as she was about to pull the door opens, She heard her cell going off, Caroline groans softly but quickly grabbed it. When she noticed it was Stefan calling her. Caroline couldn't help but smile as she answered,

" Well, good morning." Caroline said as she walked over to her desk chair and sat down as she looked at herself in the mirror for a moment," Did you miss me already?" Caroline asked with a chuckle and a smile,

" Good morning to you too. I was calling to see if you wanted a ride to school this morning." Stefan offered as he was getting his book bag together and grabbing his car keys.

" I usually drive myself to school." Caroline said as she thought about it for a moment. After thinking about it some more. Caroline nods her head as she smiles against her cell." I would love a ride to school Stefan."

" I will be there in five minutes." Stefan said as he hangs up and walked out of his room and headed down stairs and out the front door. Stefan has been avoiding Damon all week. They been arguing lately and it's only because Stefan can't shake the feeling his brother is up to something. Problem is that he can't figure it out just yet.

Caroline grabbed her book bag and headed down stairs and walked into the kitchen as she found her mom sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee."I thought you left already." Caroline says as she reached for an Apple from the fruit bowl.

" I don't leave for another hour." Liz Forbes responded as she took another sip of her coffee." Want me to fix you something, sweetie? I can make you French toast." Liz offered.

Caroline just rolled her eyes and sighs in annoyance." Thanks, but no thanks. I'm good with a n Apple and besides that Stefan is on his way to pick me up for school this morning." Caroline said as she walked out of the kitchen.

" Stefan Salvatore, is picking you up?" Liz asked as she walked out of the living room. Liz knew Caroline has been seeing Stefan a lot lately. But Liz can't help but be suspicious of Stefan Salvatore. Especially with everything that had happened lately since the Salvatore brothers came into town a few weeks ago.

Caroline nods her head as she grabbed her jacket from the hook." Yeah, Is that a problem?" Caroline asked as she crossed her arms over her chest.

" Well.. it's just I thought Stefan didn't own a car and that's why you been picking him up for school these past few weeks." Liz said with a small smile.

Caroline just shrugged her shoulders." I guess he got his fixed." Caroline heard a honk as she looked out the front door and smiles softly as she noticed Stefan was in her driveway waiting for her." I gotta go." Caroline says waving goodbye to her mom and headed out the door.

Getting into his car, Caroline couldn't help but noticed how small his car really was." Seriously? a sports car?" Caroline asked as she raised her brow for a moment.

" What? This car is a classic." Stefan said as he backed out of the driveway and headed towards the school.

" Oh I am sure it is. It's just they are kinda hard to make out in." Caroline said as she winks at him and giggles softly. She then sat back against the seat and stare out the window.

Walking into Mystic falls High with Stefan holding his hand. Caroline spotted Elena and Bonnie at their lockers as Caroline and Stefan approach them." Good morning guys." Caroline greeted them as she walked up to her locker and let go of Stefan's hand to open her locker.

" Morning Care." Elena said with a nod.

" So you guys ready for cheerleading practice after school?" Caroline asked as she slammed her locker shut as she looked over at Elena and Bonnie.

Bonnie nods her head as Elena kinda hesitated a little but luckily for her Caroline didn't noticed. Caroline also nods her head as she grabbed Stefan's hand and started to pull him along.

" I will see you guys at lunch." She said as she headed for her first class.

" Okay what was that all about?" Bonnie asked as she looked at Elena for a moment.

" What?" Elena questioned as she shrugged her shoulders.

" You hesitated Elena."

Elena sighs as she shrugged her shoulders once more." I don't know if I'm into cheerleading any more. It doesn't seem to be fun anymore." Elena said as she drapped her book bag over shoulder as she closed her locker and locks it as she walks away from the lockers. Ever since Elena lost her parents during the summer. Elena hasn't been into anything anymore.

" Hey wait for me." Bonnie said as she catches up to Elena.

" You should definitely join the football team, this year." Caroline whispered as she leans forward against her desk and smirks at Stefan. They both were sitting Mr. Tanners history class and once again Caroline was already bored and very distracted.

" Umm... yeah, I don't think so." Stefan said shaking his head." Besides I am an loner, remember?" Stefan asked with a smirk and a soft chuckle.

Caroline just scoffed as she rolled her eyes." Whatever. Just talk to Mr. Tanner. I'm sure he will let you on the team." Caroline said with a smirk and a wink. She then turned her attention to class or at least pretend she was paying attention.

When it was time for lunch. Caroline walked into the school cafeteria when she noticed Matt and Tyler were both sitting at their usual table. Caroline hasn't really spoken to Matt since the night of the party when his sister Vicki got attacked in the woods. Even though they weren't close. Caroline still considered Matt a friend.

" Hey, Matt." Caroline greeted him as she approach their table.

" Hey." Matt said with a nod.

" How's Vicki? Are they going to release her soon?" Caroline asked wondering.

" Yeah, she's fine. She's coming home tomorrow. Thanks for asking Care." Matt said with a small smile. Caroline just nods her head and walked back to Elena and Bonnie.

" Caroline do you mind if I skip practice today?" Elena asked as soon as Caroline and Stefan sat down.

" wait, what? Why do you want to skip practice? You never skip practice ever in your life." Caroline says in shock." What's so important that you want to skip practice today?" Caroline asked.

" Nothing, I just don't feel like going that's all." Elena said with a shrugged.

Caroline arches up her brow for a moment." You're gonna see Damon aren't you?" Caroline asked as she couldn't help but smirk a little. True Caroline is with Stefan now but Caroline couldn't help but noticed how handsome Damon is. She noticed right away when she met him at dinner a few weeks ago.

" No. Jenna just needs help around the house today and I promise her that I would help her after school." Elena said lying but she hopes Caroline doesn't see it.

" But you are coming to the game tonight, right?" Caroline asked once more.

Elena nods her head and gave Caroline a small smile." Of course I am going to be there. I never miss a game." Caroline nods her head once more as they sat their table and ate lunch.

While Stefan just sat there with Caroline and her friends.. Stefan started to listen very carefully to everyone's conversations through out the cafeteria. When his ear caught Matt and Tyler's conversation. He sat very still and listens very closely.

" Did Vicki ever said what really happened to her?" Tyler asked.

" Yeah, She said she was attacked by a vampire." Matt scoffed in disbelieve.

" Are you serious? There's no such thing as vampires." Tyler responded as he scoffed and shook his head." I think all the drugs you're sister is doing is killing her brain cells."

" Yeah, I know." Matt said with an eye roll.

Stefan already knew it wasn't some animal who attacked Vicki Donovan. There's only one vampire would attack someone and just leave them for dead and that vampire was his brother Damon Salvatore.
