Stefan was suddenly awaken by loud music coming from down stairs, which means only one thing. Damon was up. Stefan groans as he ran his hand down his face and tossed his covers away from his body. After he quickly got dressed. Walking down the stairs he sighs and rolled his eyes. There was definitely loud music and a group of sorority women dancing half naked around his living room. Walking away from the stairs he groans in disgust as he saw Damon feeding on one of them.

" So, is this your way of getting over Elena?" Stefan questioned as he crossed his arms over his chest." Feeding on sorority girls." Stefan says looking around the room. Just a few days ago after coming back from his weekend vacation with Caroline, Stefan learned from Damon. That Elena turned him down. Saying she just wants to be friends.

" oh, I am over her. This is just me indulging a little bit and having fun." Damon says with a side smirk as he raised his wrist up and bites into it. He then places it against the woman's lips." Drink up sweetheart." Damon whispers." Good girl, now go sit down with your friends." Damon says as he walked away from the scene and over to the mini bar.

" Damon what are you doing?" Stefan asked shaking his head.

Damon sighs as he rolled his eyes." What does it look like, Stefan? I'm having fun." Damon answered as he takes a drink of his glass of bourbon." Why do you have to be such a buzz kill?" He asked with a shrug.

" I am not..." Stefan sighs heavily as he pinches the bridge of his nose before he continued." I am just worried your gonna hurt innocent people, or even worse kill them." Stefan knows Damon and he knows when Damon gets like this, it could be a very dangerous thing.

Damon took a huge gulp of the bourbon and swallows the smooth liquid as he waved the glass around." You got nothing to worry about little brother, I am perfectly under control. Now if you don't mind I'm gonna go back to my little party." Damon says as he set the glass down." Your welcome to join me."

" Thanks, but no thanks. I gotta meet Caroline at the grill for lunch." Stefan says as he turned around and headed out of the door. He noticed Zack pulling up into the driveway.

" You might not wanna go in there." Stefan says as Zack stepped out. of the car with two grocery bags in two hands." Damon's in there indulging in sorority girls right now." Stefan says as he raised his brow.

" Which means he's feeding on them." Zack responded with a frustrating groan." We can't let Damon get away with this. We have to stop him before he hurts someone else or even worse."

" He kept saying he had everything under control and there's nothing to worry about." Stefan says as he shook his head and shrugged his shoulders.

Zack scoffed as he also shook his head in disbelief." And, you believed him?!" Zack argued." Come on uncle Stefan, we both know how Damon is when he gets like this. He may have things under control, but we both know sooner or later his hunger is gonna take control over him. It's just going to be a matter of time."

Stefan nods his head in agreement." I know, listen I gotta go meet Caroline for lunch at the grill. We will talk more about this when I get home." Stefan says nodding his head and walked towards his car.

" What am I supposed to do in the meantime?" Zack asked as he watched Stefan getting into his car and started the engine.

" Just try to stay away from him. I will be back in a couple of hours." Stefan then pulled out of the driveway and headed towards the Mystic Grill. Zack sighs deeply as he started to turned around. He suddenly jumped startled when Damon appeared out of no where.

" Damon."

" Hello, Zack." Damon responded with a smirk.

Caroline had just ordered herself another glass of ice tea when she looked up and noticed Stefan walking towards their table. She stood up as she went to meet him half way." I was starting to get worried." She said as she greeted him with a kiss." I didn't want to order until you got here." Caroline says as she took his hand and leads him towards their table.

" Yeah, sorry I was dealing with Damon again this morning." Stefan says as he lets go of her hand and sat down across from her when the waitress handed them each a menu and walked away.

" Do I even wanna know?" She questions as she opened up the menu to the lunch selection.

Stefan shook his head as he took a drink of his water." Trust me, you don't. But don't worry I am handling it." Stefan says as he looked up from the menu as he couldn't help but grin at her." Besides I didn't come here to talk to Damon."

" Good." Caroline says with a smile. She then went back to focusing on the lunch menu.

Halfway through their lunch, Caroline took another drink of her ice tea as she cleared her throat." Um.. Stefan?" Caroline asked as she set the glass down to get his attention.

" Hmm?" Stefan asked as he looked up from his lunch.

" My mom wants to meet you." Caroline says nervously as she picked at her lunch with a fork. Caroline always knew her mom wanted to meet Stefan, she was just hoping it didn't have to be so soon though. She was hoping it could be put off in a year or two.

Stefan nods his head as he took another bite of his lunch." Okay, when?" Stefan asked.

Caroline wasn't really expecting that reaction from him." Well, She has this Friday night off and she would like for you to come to dinner, around seven." Caroline responded with a small smile.

" I will be there." Stefan responded with a grin and a wink.

Elena was in the kitchen going through some of her parents boxes. She was trying to come up with family heirlooms to give to Mrs. Lockwood for this years banquet. She then noticed her dad's pocket watch. She pulled out of the box and started to clean it.

" Is that going to Mrs. Lockwood?" Jenna asked as she poured herself another cup of coffee and sat down at the kitchen table across from Elena. Setting the cup down after taking a drink, Jenna started to rummage through the box as well.

" Yeah, it's dad's old pocket watch.,Mrs. Lockwood said she needed it for the display." Elena answered as she continues to clean it when Jeremy walked into the kitchen." Hey Jer." Elena says greeting him.

" Is that's dad's pocket watch?" Jeremy asked as he got closer to them.

" Yeah, I was just telling Aunt Jenna that Mrs. Lockwood wants to use it for the display at the banquet this year." Elena says as she set the cloth down and was about to open it when Jeremy snatched it out of her hands.

" You can't give this away Elena." He argued." Dad promised this pocket watch to me, remember?"

" Of course I remember." Elena responded as she snatched it back from him and puts it back into the box." Jeremy the pocket watch is still gonna be yours, Mrs. Lockwood just wants to borrow it for one night. You will get back." Elena says as she got up from the table and picked up the box and headed back upstairs with it, before Jeremy could grab the pocket watch again.

" I am going out." Jeremy simply said as he grabbed his jacket and walked out the back door before Jenna could say anything or tried to stop him. Elena knew that the pocket watch was supposed to go to him and now she's just gonna give it to Mrs. Lockwood? For what? A display. That didn't sit well with Jeremy. He's gotta find a way to grab it before Tyler comes by tomorrow to pick up the box.

Walking through the grill, Jeremy found Vicki working behind the bar. He couldn't help but grin to himself. Ever since Jeremy had lost his virginity to Vicki Donovan this summer, Jeremy has been trying to get closer to her again. He took a deep breath and heading her way...
