Dumbledore was perturbed by the applicant before him who had come highly recommended by a Mr. Bael who had donated a hefty sum to the school. The man tended to dress muggle but the money he had was pure wizarding coin and it made Dumbledore wonder who he was. Anyway, he donated the money to the school and had also brought a recommendation for the new Transfiguration Professor stating that Minerva currently has a conflict of affairs being the Transfiguration Teacher, Head of Gryffindor, and Deputy Headmistress for the school.
Despite his best methods to assure that Minerva could be impartial Mr. Bael countered that while he can agree she is able to from the outside perspective it might be viewed as her playing favorites with her cubs. This way she can carry out her duties without problem and also help all four houses as needed. More so the man was crafty enough to go through the School of Governors to approve this since he had placed a very hefty amount into the school. Even Lucius was shocked with how much money this man carried with him.
"Well Ms. Toujou I must admit your application is remarkable for one so young." Dumbledore said as he looked to the possible Professor for Transfiguration before him. Since he was being strong armed into this Dumbledore felt he had no choice though he had several other allies he could have called to take the position, this woman came with recommendations from some of the best in the field of transfiguration.
"Well of course, I worked hard to get where I am." She said with a smile as her outfit seemed to be a hybrid of a muggle schoolteacher and a witch though it seemed to have small struggles hiding her... assets. "I do hope my application are in order?" Kuroka said smiling to the old man before her.
"Oh, it's all in order, though my main concern here is the fact you're teaching and might lack... experience with the task." Dumbledore said as he saw that this would be her first teaching position.
"Oh, trust me I can handle school children just fine. I would be more worried if they can handle me." Kuroka said with a smile as the joke held in the air.
"Yes quiet." Dumbledore said and thus knew he had to accept her otherwise the Governors with the aid of the Ministry might put more pressure down on him.
"Though I do have a concern... the man who recommended me Berial Bael stated the school has had a nasty history with its defense post should I be concerned?" Kuroka asked with a raised brow to the Headmaster.
"No, I assure you it's simply unfortunate luck with the position." Dumbledore said as Kuroka kept her happy demeanor and thus they carried on with the interview. All the while Dumbledore felt dread as Amelia had also opted to place one of her Aurors for the Defense Position a request of the Berial who had seemingly made a small donation to Fudges re-election campaign. He stated how he wanted the best the Aurors had to offer for who better to teach DADA then one who has experience with it. Though he added the stipulation that the Auror in question is to remain under Amelia's payroll.
Whoever this man was Dumbledore knew that he had money to spare as it seems he was sabotaging both Dumbledore and Fudge where it counted. "Well Ms. Tojou I look forward to seeing you on the first day of classes." Dumbledore said and thus Kuroka smiled to this.
"No problem, Professor Dumbledore I hope to perform to the best of my ability." She said and thus proceeded to take her leave of the room. As she left Dumbledore's attention was drawn elsewhere and thus had failed to notice a cat tail on the new Transfiguration teacher. When she was gone Dumbledore's fireplace lit to life as from the Floor Fireplace Molly's head appeared from inside of it.
"Professor! Hurry come, quickly!" She urged as this got Dumbledore's attention.
"Molly what is it?" Dumbledore asked as he looked to the plump matriarch of the Weasley family.
"It's Harry he's been found!" Molly said causing Dumbledore to go wide eyed to this.
(Scene Break Hospital St. Ottery)
Harry had bandages around his head and was in a hospital gown and IV Tubes attached to him. Harry had been placed here to sell the image that he had been unconscious and thus was unable to contact anyone thus to add to that Luna sent a few powerful punches towards Harry to help recreate his injuries from Vernon. Hermione and her biological father had made claims that they found him stumbling on the side of the road bleeding before bringing him to the hospital where he lost consciousness.
The doctors treated him and after ensuring he was ok had allowed for visitors to arrive. The Constables of course had come and gone to get Harry's statement for the trial of Vernon and Petunia Dursley for over 15 years of Child Abuse. Last Harry had heard from Dudley he was being placed into a foster home after the Constables had destroyed the Dursley's lies about the Potters.
Hermione was visiting this time back in her regular human form as Berial was speaking with a doctor who was under his employment. He had made donations to this very hospital as well which led to him meeting Hermione's mother and her husband who were failing at conceiving a child. Harry was going to make a full recovery just take regular medications and the stitches should be ready to come out within a few days. Hermione had made sure to apply the same sort of seal on Harry as she did the rest of her Peerage though she had to up the strength to take Ddraig into account. Hopefully, they will appear very human to anyone who sees them.
"How are you feeling harry?" Hermione asked him as Harry shrug a bit as he said, "Alright I suppose, comfy bed, decent meals that I hardly get at the Dursleys, and great company."
Making a small joke as he looked towards Hermione as she giggled a bit to this as Harry smile as well until he winced in pain a bit as he rubbed his jaw a bit as he said, "But I would have done a little less on the hitting."
"Sorry Harry, but not many thing can harm something like us so easily and let it say, so I had to let Luna do it," Hermione said as much as she didn't want to, it was needed to be done, as only so those of the supernatural can hurt other supernatural, and being a Queen Piece and having all characteristics of all other evil pieces, Luna was the best choice to do so, thankfully Luna has also been training to use her new given strength as well, also Hermione did purified Harry cut he gotten from the angel so the holy energy wasn't hurting him anymore but they keep the cut mark there still to add to the wounds to say he received from his uncle.
Harry did agree with Hermione that he need to look to part of a teen who was just attack by his uncle but didn't expect to be punch across a room by a girl like Luna as he said, "I still can't believe for a girl shorter than me can have that much of a right hook."
"Well that what happen when someone get the power of a rook," Hermione said as Harry soon said, "Which bring me to ask, what other abilities do these pieces give to other when they become… devils?"
Before Hermione could answer him, the doors into Harry's room suddenly swung open hard as both teens look to see a familiar face, and a good one at that as Remus just rush in as he saw Harry and rush over as he said, "Harry, thank goodness you're alright."
"Professor Lupin," Hermione greeted him as Remus turn to Hermione and said, "Good to see you as well miss Granger, and I am glad you're both safe."
"Well, I am now, just with bandages," Harry said as pointed at his own wounds as Remus gives a sad look as he bowed his head as he said, "I'm sorry harry I wasn't there to prevent this… I should have told Dumbledore to give you to a better family or something."
Remus knows he couldn't take care of harry with his condition and even if he wish he could, many will try and have Harry remove from his care due to his status as a werewolf as Harry said to him, "Its fine, Remus, I don't blame you, but I am glad to see you well."
"Thank you harry," Remus said as Hermione look to the door and said, "I am surprised you're the only one here at the moment Professor."
"Well, when word of harry was here I was the first to go and came as quickly as I did, but others will come as well, other than Ron," Remus said as Harry ask, "Ron's not coming?"
"No, he said he doesn't like Muggle's hospitals, something about the doctors he doesn't like," Remus said as unknown to him Ron was just afraid of muggle healers and think they cut someone open needlessly and such as soon enough Remus soon said, "Harry please tell me, what happen to you at the Dursleys?"
With that Harry soon explain what happen, as Harry had just saved his cousin and himself from dementors, he brought his cousin back at the house to recover with his Aunt went to get a doctor, and about to read a 2nd letter he gotten that night after the first telling him, he was expelled from school and about to have his wand snap, and about to open it until the next thing he knew was his uncle came at him with a fire poker that he got hit a few times on him before nearly got gutted which result in a cut at his stomach to take into the account of the amount of blood that was found at the house.
Remus could not believe he was hearing this, Dumbledore promise that Harry would be protected, but it seems Dumbledore didn't take into the account that an attack could come from the inside than the outside and given the Dursleys are magic haters and such it was a matter of time before something happens drastically.
After that Harry soon tells he ran out of the house quickly fearing his uncle would kill him if he stay in that house any longer and try to find a place to lay low, but his wound just gotten the best of him and collapse of exhaustion, his wounds, and maybe blood loss near the train station that Hermione and her father was come out from and took notice of him and quickly brought him to the hospital.
"If it weren't for Hermione, I would have not been alive now," Harry said as Remus nodded as he turns to Hermione as he said, "Thank you Miss Granger, I owe you a debt that may never be repaid."
"It's fine professor, Harry is my closes friend, and pretty much I am paying off my own debt to him of all the time I gotten hurt and nearly killed," Hermione said as Harry knew she had already pay that off by saving his life by making him reincarnate into a devil, but wasn't to say that out loud, as Remus nodded and smile to her and turn back to Harry and said, "You don't have to worry anymore Harry, I'll make sure you will get a more warner and caring home than the Dursleys, even if I have to sick the beast onto Dumbledore to make it happen."
"You don't have to go that far," Harry said as he sounded worry for the man as he make a statement like that, as soon enough the doctor had left the room with Berial coming up to the group as he said, "Well Mr. Potter, every is now taken care of, all your bills will be taken care of by me so you don't have to worry about a thing."
"Uh thank you sir but you don't have to do that." Harry said grateful to the man.
"Nonsense, a friend of Hermione is a friend of mine." He said causing Hermione to sigh a bit. "Plus, I can't let my future son-in-law get himself in debt because it got a bit prideful." The man said with a smile on his face.
"Hey!" Hermione gasped blushing at the implications of those words.
"Pardon me, but son-in-law?" Remus asked as he looked to the man with a raised brow. "I don't believe we've been introduced." Remus said and thus the man nodded to him.
"Berial Bael, Hermione's father, at your service." Berial introduced offering his hand to Remus to shake.
"Remus Lupin." Remus said growing a bit skeptical here. "I was under the assumption that a Mr. Daniel Granger was Hermione's father." Remus said suspicious of the man.
"Well kind of hard if your shooting blanks am I right?" Berial said and then smiled to the Lycan. "Old Daniel was impotent, and they wanted to conceive so I offered some sperm and 9 months later viola!" Berial called gesturing to Hermione. "The greatest witch of her time!" He said causing Hermione to sigh and face palm herself over her father embarrassing her like that.
Just then his mobile began to ring drawing away his attention. "Hello." He greeted into the phone and then sighed a bit. "One second." He spoke before looking to the group. "Pardon me I have to take this." Berial said before leaving the room to take the call.
Once he was out of the room Remus looked to Harry. "Remus is everything alright?" Harry asked as he noticed that the Werewolf seemed out of it somehow.
"Yes, it's just that things have been somewhat out of sorts in the Ministry and among the Order." Remus said as Harry saw the tone he used.
"What happened?" Hermione asked noticing the tone as well.
"It all started after the Tournament... when you came back and started spouting about the Dark Lords return the Minister had started a smear campaign against you, Dumbledore, and just about anyone who agrees with the two of you." Remus said as he looked to Harry. "Already people are disappearing and even now he still refuses to see the truth." Remus said and thus Harry got the gist of it. "The fact you were attacked may have played in our favor because the Minister was ready to have your wand snapped if not for Dumbledore coming in to make it a hearing... but then your attack happened forcing you to miss the hearing." Remus said to which Harry got the gist of it now.
"So... am I expelled or not?" Harry asked with concern over this.
"The Good news is that you're not, Dumbledore spoke on your behalf and the fact you were here healing the Minister had no choice but to accept you had used magic in a bout of self-defense." Remus said making it clear that Harry was in the clear for now.
"That's good I suppose." Harry said happy to be able to go back to Hogwarts.
"Well not for the Minister, Amelia upon hearing of what happened had sprang into action and had launched her own investigation. The fact your Relatives were arrested played a role that she felt someone was after you." Remus said as he hoped Amelia was on their side despite her distaste for Dumbledore, she hated the Death Eaters even more. "Her investigation revealed that someone close to the Minister had signed and approved to use of Dementors and being unable to cover it up... Fudge has lost a lot of power." Remus said showing that a bit of good news came their way.
"But there is bad news isn't there?" Harry asked and in turn Remus sighed.
"Quite frankly I'm not entirely sure, the Order has been fractured from the incident involving you, many of us are questioning Dumbledore's methods and had started to consider leaving." Remus said meaning the Order of the Phoenix. "Amelia is sending Aurors to Hogwarts to act as the DADA while she further investigates the claims that Voldemort was back so I'm not too sure if this is bad news or not." Remus spoke and thus Harry nodded in understanding.
"What should I do then?" Harry asked as he wanted to help but he hissed in pain when he tried to get up.
"For now, Harry... just rest I'll try to get you some potions the Order should be around to keep an eye on things." Remus said wanting Harry to focus on recovery for now. At the very least until he gets those stitches removed. "Ms. Granger." Remus nodded to Hermione and thus bid the pair farewell as he went to give the Order an Update on Harry's condition leaving Harry and Hermione in the room alone.
"Well, you're father certain is interesting," Harry said as Hermione nodded as she said, "That it was, hopefully you won't have to worry about the Minister or the Dursleys for a while."
"And he may never need to worry at all," Berial said as he walk over to the duo again as he went on saying telling them some good news, "I just got off phone with my inside person, as it seem the minister tried to assign a woman named Umbridge to be your new DADA and try to overturn Dumbledore position of headmaster as well Sabotage your studies, but unfortunate that same woman was the same one that sign off on sending the Dementors after Mr. Potter and she was taken away for questioning, with Miss Bones will assign one of her Aurors as the new teacher instead."
"Is it someone we can trust?" Hermione ask as Berial nodded as he soon said, "I believe so, they're apart or was of Dumbledore's order of the Phoenix, Nymphadora Tonks I believe her name is."
"Ah, the Metamorphmagus woman. How rare that woman is," Hermione said as harry ask, "Metamorphmagus?"
"Oh, sorry harry, she's a natural shape shifter, able to change any part of her into something else at will without the need of a spell or potion," Hermione said with Berial soon said, "And a possible recruit if she can be sway."
"You want her to become a devil?" Harry said as he was still against the whole idea of turning someone into a devil and become a slave, with Hermione did to harry to save his life and such as the father said to him, "Only if she wants too, or if there no other choice to save her life, we're not barbarians, as many devil do have standers and depending on said Devil who reincarnate her, she could have a more happier life to say, unlike a certain someone who shall not be name."
"Voldemort?" Harry said but that lead Hermione and Berial laugh at that as Hermione said, "That's not who he was talking about Harry."
"Don't get me wrong, that dark wizard is scum, no devil would want him, make a contract with, let alone touch his tainted soul, and you're better off not saying that name either unless you're trying to activate that jinx," Berial said as he fix himself as he remember who he was talking about as he went on saying, "Now, I was talking about someone else that was apart the devil society, who had reincarnate creatures just to experiment on, no one knew what he was doing until a certainty incident came to light that made it happen but we don't talk about it anymore as the situation resolved itself."
"Oh, okay," Harry said as he understood what was told to him. But hearing a devil recruited people just to experiment on them, how sick was he, but with that out of the way, there was something that stood out of what Berial said to Harry as he soon asked, "What do you mean of activating a jinx? What jinx?"
"Oh, there's a reason why saying Voldemort name was so feared among the magical community, as Voldemort invoke a jinx upon his name, as to anyone that says it, his legion of death eaters shall be upon them and kill anyone that said the name and everyone else around to spread the message, as only his followers are allow to say his name, but thankfully his jinx doesn't work on us devils as we can say it as many times but it will not work due to the nature of the spell itself," Berial said as harry nodded and understand that as now he understand why people the dark lord, "Who must not be name" and such.
"Anyways Harry, I wanted to talk to you about something else before I leave, as you already know your aunt and uncle are going to be put away for a long time, but there is the decision on what to do about your cousin Dudley, do you wish to bring justice upon him as well?" Berial ask as Harry knew his cousin was spoiled by his aunt and uncle very much, and Pretty much he does what the parents do, for that act like they do as Harry sighed and said, "No, I don't. He maybe a prat, and a bully, but he was just following the wrong example of how to be a person, with him being a foster care he may learn how to be a better person, or not."
"Ah so let his own karma be the judge of him, understood. Well then, I better be off, but before I go, I have something else for you Hermione," Berial said as he handed her a letter as he said to her, "I know your Queen is still very new and your other peerage aren't up to standers just yet, so I'll be handling of giving you these tasks."
"Is this?" Hermione started to say as she took the letter and open it as her father nodded and said, "It is, a stray devil is on the loss, thankfully it's in an isolated area so you'll have time to assemble your peerage and heal your queen."
Hermione read the letter of the stray and where it's at as she soon finished and said, "I'll be sure to handle it as well have Harry get a good understanding of the peerage system."
"Good then, I'll be off, but Harry," Berial said as Harry look to the man as he said to him, "Take care of my daughter will you, as I am sure you will serve her well, as well as other ladies that will join you."
"Daddy!" Hermione said as she sounded embarrass with harry face glow red as well as the devil just laugh at this before taking his leave as harry soon ask, "What did he-
"Don't ask," Hermione suddenly said, cutting harry off as she didn't want to tell Harry, that other girls would become more attracted to harry sense becoming a devil. Even more so with his scared gear awaken that being Ddriag, a dragon at that that increase the aura of an alpha male that female will be attractive too as well.
Suddenly the door open again and what greeted him way almost the entire Weasley family as well as other being Molly, Author, the twins, Ginny, and some of the follower of the order of the Phoenix, and a black Dog that Harry knew who it was as before he could say anything, Ginny rush to him as she give him a hug while she said, "Harry!"
"Hey Ginny," Harry said a bit painfully as he was still hurt, with Hermione gotten a bit annoyed at this as seeing Ginny hugging harry so much, she could smell the hormone coming off of her being so close to Harry as Molly came up to the bed and said, "Ginny dear, not so much. The poor boy is recovering still."
She had to pulled away from harry after that as Author stood next to harry and said, "Harry, sorry about that my dear boy, how are you doing?"
"Well other than the pain I am still feeling, I'm doing somewhat alright." Harry said as Molly said, "I am so sorry to hear what happen to you Harry, so I made a special home remedy stew for you, to help recover faster."
Held up a pot of stew as Harry could smell it, it was good to make his mouth water a bit as he said, "Thank you miss Weasley, its smell delicious."
After that it sort of became a party in the room as everyone was giving Harry as much attention with Hermione joining in on the fun.

After the whole event at the hospital, Harry was told what happen with Molly before when she heard the news of when he was hurt by his uncle, with the twins telling him that their mother practically yelled at Dumbledore of not making sure Harry was safe, on both the inside and out of the house harry was in, even worst to hear that his aunt and uncle were magic haters themselves which it seem she didn't know and thought they just didn't favor harry as much as their own son.
Next up was Sirius as he change from his dog to his human form and given him a light hug so not to hurt him and told harry he was going to be living with him for now on, be damn of what Dumbledore may say as Harry was happy to hear this, to be living with someone he cares about and cares about him and they had a good laugh of what Harry told Sirius of what Remus said to him which Sirius knew that his friend was serious on that.
After that as everyone left, Harry ate up the stew, and was healed up ready to go, as he felt even better after eating, Molly's stew which may have given him a lot of energy, as soon Hermione started to heal harry with some more skin on skin contact, thankfully with more clothing on at least sense the injury were minor, he heal pretty quickly.
With that Hermione had taken harry out of the hospital and have her Peerage join her on the hunt for the stray devil as Harry soon ask, "Tell me Hermione, what exactly is a stray devil?"
"Stray Devils are Devils who were formerly servants to a King." Hermione said as they appeared in a forest nearby. "See once in a while a Devil rebels and kills their master to gain their freedom." Hermione explained as they appeared from the portal. "But the problem there is that the Evil Pieces function off the Devils own desires and if you let your own desires overtake you then it mutates you into something else." She added as she led the group towards an old, abandoned house.
"So, they rebelled for selfish reasons and become monsters?" Harry asked as he walked with Hermione.
"Not exactly, Potter." Daphne said as she walked with the group. "It's more about desires then anything. You can be entirely selfless and still rebel but if you let the desires become all that you are well it gets ugly." Daphne said and thus they began to enter the home.
"Harry you've played Wizarding Chess with Ron a lot so you must know how Chess works right?" Hermione asked as she looked to Harry.
"I always wondered how he was able to win in that yet is pants at everything else." Daphne said shooting a small insult at Ron. "I always suspected that Potter just let him win." Daphne said with a shrug causing Harry to glare at her for that one.
"Well, the Evil Pieces follow a similar function." Hermione said listing off the pieces. "As the master I am the King then we have our Calvary the Knight, the clergyman the bishop, the tanks known as the rook, the Queen is the Empress or Emperor in your case." Hermione said as the double meaning was not lost to any of them. "Finally, we have the foot soldiers the pawns." Hermione explained over how each of the Evil Pieces worked.
"I think I understand." Harry said but just then Kuroka stepped up with an alert.
"Hate to be a bother... but it's here." Kuroka said her car ears twitching at the sound.
A female chuckle was heard from the shadows as Harry was unnerved by this. "A Bael child... nary have I ever met a Bael scion in the flesh." The voice of a woman spoke as Harry noticed the sensual tone, she spoke in. "But what is this? The taint of human is deep inside you, Cambion are you." The woman said and thus from a wall she appeared topless with her breasts exposed causing Harry to gasp in shock to this.
Hermione glared at the Stray Devil who Harry noted seemed to have a skirt that looked suspiciously like fur to him. "Helena, you turn coat, you betrayed your master and ran away to fulfill the lustful desires that have consumed you." Hermione said glaring at the woman who was the Stray they were looking for. "I'll only give you one warning return to your master now." Hermione said making it clear that she was speaking as the heir to the House of Bael human blood be damned.
"Oh, just give it a rest already." The Stray began as she looked down upon Hermione. "I know enough about you to know that the only reason you're even the heir is because you're the only one other than the Runaway Gremory to have develop the Bael's power of destruction, but in the end you're just a little half-breed slut." Helena called out taunting Hermione as she came from the shadows. There Harry saw that her, skirt, was in fact the legs of some beast with a snake for a tail. Hermione growled to this.
"This is why I hate Malfoy and his ilk. You asked for this." Hermione said with her eyes closed and her anger showing. "Just like we practice Daphne your up first." Hermione began and thus the battle began.
Daphne vanished in a flash as she drew her Rapier for battle. "Bloody Hell?!" Harry asked as he saw Daphne vanish.
"Don't worry." Hermione said as Daphne moved at a blinding speed. "Daphne's attribute as a Knight grants her unrivaled speed and with her sword, she becomes my perfect Knight." Hermione said as Daphne came at the Stray Devil avoiding her magic shots and deflecting them with her swords. When Daphne was close enough the Stray lifted up a pair of massive arms and went to slam them into the Pureblood Witch turned Devil. With her sword Daphne easily sliced through them not even breaking a sweat from it.
The Stray roared in pain from the attack as Luna began to walk forward with a smile on her face. The Stray snarled as her once beautiful face turned into that of a monster. She went at Luna as rows of teeth formed down her body. Luna smiled to this and with her now gloved hands caught the Devil before her attack could get closer. The force caused the ground to break under her showing Luna's power as a Rook.
"Luna is a mystery she's our rook, and I had long since thought she would have been a Bishop." Hermione said happy to see that she was wrong.
"Were you trying to eat me?" Luna asked as her dreamy smile never left her face. "I think the Wakerspurts may have been in your head for too long." Luna said as she then tore the fangs out of the beast and then kicked it so hard that it went flying back.
"I suppose it's my turn now." Kuroka said with her Senjutsu coming to fire as Fleur followed suit.
"We have her cornered." Fleur said as a fireball appeared in her hand ready for battle. Kuroka summoned forth a large centigram which Harry swore felt like he'd seen it in a foreign exhibit at the museum.
"As you can see as Bishops, Fleur and Kuroka are ideal magic casters." Hermione said explaining how this works to her friend.
Kuroka summoned forth a circle of magic and sent it at the Stray with Fleur adding to it by releasing a powerful fury of flames. All the while Harry just watched as their opponent was burned with Veela fire and sage fire. Eventually the fire went out when Hermione began to approach the Stray.
"You know I've had just about enough of people calling out my mixed heritage." Hermione said glaring at the monster. "Mudblood, half-breed, and several other less flattering insults." Hermione said as she glared at the beast. "But not this time." Hermione said as she then held her hand to the Stray's face who was downed. "I'm a Cambion and bloody well proud of it, so you can take that to whatever afterlife awaits you." Hermione said and thus summoned the Baels power of destruction to end this fight. "Die." She said and thus the Stray roared in agony for a brief moment as the destructive power annihilated her leaving only a scorch mark as any possible evidence of her existence.
"Bloody Hell." Harry gasped over what he had just seen. "So as the Queen I have attributes of all the pieces, right?" Harry asked as Hermione nodded to this.
"Yes, this makes you formidable in battle and again our ace in the hole." Hermione said as she then looked to Harry. "But at the same time during a Rating Game the opposing side will try their hardest to remove you from play." Hermione said knowing the benefit the Queen Piece provides in a Chess Match and its Rating Game Counterpart. They then began to take their leave of the area so to avoid any surprise visits from the Order of the Phoenix in Harry's hospital room.
All the while Harry was filled with questions whose answers he would just have to wait for. After all it has been a bit of a trying time for everyone involved and at this point, they needed time to rest. But he saw how Hermione had responded to being called a half-breed and began to wonder. When she had been called a, mudblood, by Draco and his ilk Hermione was upset by it. But now Harry saw that she was more bothered by it then she had let on. Half-breed Hermione was a Cambion a half-breed and she had to grow up among devils who made her life miserable for it. Harry could not help but feel a sort of kinship with Hermione being hated for something outside her control. At least she had people who looked out for her despite her heritage. Harry most of all as he needed a chance to sleep and give his mind time to process everything before it explodes, again.
