A/N: Hey guys! The new chapter is here. This chapter may have been a longer time coming than usual, but I'm pretty sure it will sastify your hunger for new content. Also, if you couldn't tell by the first couple of chapters, cursing is a very common occurance in this story, so you've been warned. Enjoy.

Gods. Great more wierd shit to liven up my day. The way the preppy girl was aproaching was, to say the least, far from normal. Stahl's thoughts were proven true when Maribelle stopped a couple of paces in front of him with a sly smile on her face. Stahl looked over with a puzzled look. "Uh...Maribelle? Sorry if this is rude, but...why are you the one aproaching me? This isn't normal Maribelle behavior. Also, why are you grinin' so big? Is there a bug on my nose or somethin'?" He already had a guess as to why she was speaking to him two times in a row, but he could never have expectations on a day like this.

Maribelle simply smiled wider. "Nope. Nothing's wrong. Just wanted to do something to show my apreciaton to you, so wanna walk together?" She poked his arm playfully. Stahl blushed a little. "Oh..sure, but wouldn't this raise suspicion with Cordelia and your other friends? I don't wanna harm anybody's friendship here." She shook her head, her blonde curls bouncing around a little. "Nope, probably not. If they do, we can explain, right? Plus, I wouldn't care. All I want to do today is learn a little bit more about the guy that may have saved my relationship." She smiled and grabbed a hold of his sleeve. "Come on. If we don't get moving, or we'll be late for our next class."

Stahl's brow shot up, but then he began to think. Oh yeah, we have Biology together. With all the different events happening this morning, he had somehow forgot his own class schedule. "Okay then. After we get our books, though, I'm gonna find my friends, 'kay?" Maribelle nodded quickly. "Okay." Stahl nodded with her and placed his bag on his shoulder. Then, the two were off theough the door out of the room into the chaos known as the halls of Ylisse High yet again.

As soon as they opened the doors, a flood of noise filled thier ears. Sounds like idle chatting and locker doors opening and shutting. Stahl sighed quiely before heading into the flow of students going in the direction he wanted to go. He shot a look over his shoulder to see if Maribelle was still there once in a while. She stayed pretty close, but kept her distance, wanting to stop unwarranted rumors from spreading before they even exsisted. He smiled at her presistence to keep behind him, especialy since she was normally escorted like royalty through the halls every day. "So what do you wanna know about me?" As he asked the question, he seperated from the wave of teens and reached his locker. He fiddled with the lock and looked at the blonde.

Maribelle seemed to think about her next words for a few moments. Then she looked up at him and smiled. "Well how about siblings and parents? That's a good a place as any to begin with." Stahl looked at the ceiling and spoke. "Well...I'm the son of a local painter and my mother is just a normal lady. I'm an only child, so my house is kinda quiet most of the times. I guess you understand that though. Since your parents are in the book industry so much. Do you have any siblings?" He got his Biology book out and shut the metal door to his locker.

The blonde sighed. "You're right about the thing with me understandimg the quiet house thing. I have no brothers and sisters. My father is always tired when he gets home, and mother is always in her study, either writing or brain-storming. It's lonely sometimes, but I get most of the house to myself pretty often." She smiled. "Sorry to make this talk so gloomy. So...how have you liked coming to this school over the years?" She looked Stahl in the eyes, the normal radiebce finally back in her azure eyes.

Stahl smiled softly. "Uh..I've really enjoyed coming to a school like this. Though, I've never been to any other school. I have friends and the people treat me like a normal human. How has Ylisse High treated you?" He finally adverred his gaze from her own, if only to avoid an akward situation.

Maribelle pursed her lips. "Um..pretty good I guess. Like you, I've only ever been a student at schools in this system. And I've met a nice boyfriend, even if he does annoy me sometimes. I've became friends with the Queen of the school, so that has its advantages. I've made good grades and kept up a good reputation, all good things. Lets go to my locker next. It's right over there." She pointed in the direction and Sathl nodded. They fell back into the crowd and started in the direction.

While they walked, Maribelle spoke back up again. "So..Stahl, have you ever had any realtionships with a girlfriend, or, dare I say it, a boyfrind? No offense of course if you swing that way." She smiled and looked at him with a look of anticipation.

In return, Stahl blushed a little and smiled. "Believe it or not, I actually have not ever been in a serious relationship. And before you ask, I do not like guys." He looked at her with a serious look before returning to his normal facade. "No matter how bad it sounds, I'm actually okay with being single. It's rather quiet, and no one is bugging me about how my relationship is going." He sighed and ran a hand through his mussed hair. "Well, I believe everybody knows about you and Gregor, so I won't bother asking. Speaking of him, shouldn't you be going to him to talk all of this over?"

Maribelle seemed to have forgotten about her and her boyfriend's whole debaucal that morning. Stahl noticed this when the girl gave him a confused look. "Oh that? I think I'll take your advice and let him cool off. That's actually one reason why I'm here. I thought talking with you will calm my nerves a little. So far that has been true." A bell suddenly sounded through the halls. Stahl sighed. "Well..it looks like class is about to start back again. I guess we can go over to the room, okay?" Maribelle nodded. "Sure. I'm sorry we didn't get to see your friends."

Stahl was a bit shocked at her apology. "Oh that's okay. I see them every day, yeah? I've actually enjoyed this little talk." He waited for her to finish getting her stuff before falling back into the crowd again. The room they were headed to wasn't very far, so if he wanted to ask her more, he should hurry up. "So Maribelle, wanna talk like this later too, after our next class maybe?" He was expecting a denial, so he didn't get his hopes up.

So, when Maribelle looked at him and smiled, it took him for a loop. "Actually, yes...I believe that would be a welcome change from the norm. Just meet me by the door, and we'll see what will happen." She nodded before gesturing to the door they were heading to. "There's the room. Let's go." Stahl grabbed the handle and opened it for her, out of courtesy more than anything. She nodded her thanks and hurried in. "Well, I guess I'll see you after class." Stahl sighed. "Yep. Talk to you later."

As he walked over to his seat, Stahl noticed a grinning Lissa and Chrom looking at him with mischevious gazes. Oh gods. Here we go. He sat down and looked at them. "Oh I know what you're thinking. So don't even say it. I'm not very interested in her. Plus she's already taken, and I don't want to pick a fight with Gregor." The two held up thier hands In surrender. Chrom spoke up first. "Don't worry. We know how much you like a certain someone anyways." He jerked his head in Cordelia's seat at the front of the class."

Lissa grinned and tried to stifle a laugh. Stahl narrowed his gaze on her. "Oh shut up you two. Who knows? Maybe I will actually get that special someone one day." That made them laugh loudly. "Shut the hell up now! Class is about to start, ya idiots." He sighed and turned towards the front of the class towards the teacher.

The class started up and roll call was taken. After his name was called, Stahl placed his head in his hands and had a shocking revelation. Oh gods! They're right! I'm starting to fall for her. Damnit! He lightly smacked his head and ran a frustrated hand through his hair. He had somehow made his already-strange day even more so.

A/N: Chapter end. This chapter is slightly shorter than the other two, but I hope you've enjoyed. This chapter was very fun to write. I really have nothing to say here besides to comment and like if you've enjoyed, and, until next time, goodbye.
