Chapter Seventy

Angel sighed as watched Extreme Rules roll on. There had just been a touching moment where WWE wished the Special Olympics athletes good luck.

But then all the good feelings of the show turned sour as it turned into an interview with Evolution.

"Please welcome my guest joining me now, Triple H, Batista, Randy Orton…" Even before Renee was finished announcing who she was interviewing the crowd started to boo.

Looking back at the three men who were playing little to no attention to the show and smile. Instead they were getting pumped up for their match which was coming up right after the match between Bad News Barrett and Big E.

Trying her hardest to listen to the promo, which was basically Hunter talking about how the Shield thinks that their ego will be their downfall, but her attention kept getting drawn to Dean who was doing his customary pushups.

Normally she would want to listen to what their opponents had to say, just in case. But as Triple H went on and on about Evolution's deserved egos, she couldn't help but care less about whatever was coming out of the man's mouth.

Yeah, yeah. Lots of wins. Talent. Smarts. Angel sighed; she had heard it all before from them. Triple H was reciting everything that they been saying for the last few weeks.

"You alright there, Babygirl?" Roman clapped her on the shoulder.

"I'm good." She looked up at the big Samoan. "Just bored to death of hearing the same stuff over and over…" She pointed at the ongoing interview.

"Tonight, the Shield will parish….and you can believe in that." Randy Orton finished with a mocking tone as the three men reached around Renee and put their fists together just like the Shield did.

A groan came from Roman as he went tense for a moment. "Poor Renee." He said as they watched the woman who was looking very uncomfortable in the middle of the three men. "She looks like she wants nothing to do with that."

"I'm sure she doesn't." Angel knew that even as unbiases as Renee was supposed to be being a backstage interviewer, she wasn't. Everyone knew that Renee was her friend and that she like the Shield, so to have Evolution mock them like that with her caught in the middle, it must have been very awkward.

When she heard the bell ring for Bad News Barrett vs Big E, Angel quickly grabbed her phone and shot Renee a text about how embarrassing that fist bump was.

"Last match." Roman called to the men behind him.

She glanced back to see Seth get up and grab his gloves off the travel case, shoving them into his vest, while Dean pushed himself up off the floor as quick as he could before giving his knuckles a crack.

"Water time." She told them as she bent down to grab two of the three bottles of the water that were sitting by her feet. "Roman." She reached up to hand him one of the bottles so that she could grab the other one.

When she stood up both Seth and Dean were standing in front of her. Giving each a smile she handed them the waters. Almost instantly they all cracked opened the bottles, though instead of drinking from them, all three men leaned over and started to pour the water over their heads, wetting down their hair.

As she watched them, a question that she was surprised she never thought about before hit her, even though she had watched them wet down their hair before every match. Why did they do that?

She wasn't complaining about it, not even close. Her eyes drifted towards Dean who was running his fingers threw his hair.

"So, strange question. Why do you guys do that." She asked as watched Dean wiped some water off his cheek.

Dean raised a brow. "What?"

"Wet down your hair like that?"

Dean looked back at Seth and Roman before he gave a small smirk and stepped towards her. "Try pulling it."

Angel's eyes widened. "Um."

"Go ahead." Dean dared.

Angel tried to push away the blush that was working its way onto her face as she reached out and grabbed onto Dean's messy long brown hair. After grabbing a handful of it, she gave a small pull and the strains came sliding right out of her grasp. "Ah." She nodded as she wiped her on her pants.

"Hair pulling is a big upper hand in a match, wetting your hair down at least makes it harder."

"So, you either get your hair pulled, shave your head, or wet it down." Seth added.

"Do you think that's why Hunter shaved his head?" Roman asked. "Because he was getting sick of people pulling on it."

"I thought it was just because, he became COO and didn't want to give the company a bad look, so he shaved his head to be more professional looking."

"Are you saying that long hair isn't professional looking?" Roman said mocking a look of hurt.

"No." She answered quickly. "I'm saying that Hunter does."

"Oh, that makes me want to punch him in the face more." Roman said smashing his fist into his own hand.

Everyone laughed.

"Shield is needed." A crew member called for them.

Angel took a deep breath as the fun energy washed away as they followed the crew members who were supposed to lead them up to the top entrance.

This was it. Her eyes ran over the back of the three men in front of her. The big match was finally here, the one that was to end this war they had with Evolution. And it sent her mind racing.

She didn't know how this match was going to go. All she knew was there was going to be carnage, but how much? Were the boys going to be able to walk out of the arena on their own or will she have to drag them out…

Her heart quaked as she looked at Dean's back. Stomach clenching, she couldn't stop herself as she reached out and grabbed his arm. The man spun around and looked at her hard at her as if he was expecting something else, then his features softened.

"Angel?"

Without a word, she stepped up on her tiptoes and gave the man a hard kiss. When she went to pull back, Dean's arm snaked around her and held her against him. "That was a gallous kiss." He growled at her.

"What?" She cocked her head at him.

"A gallous kiss." He repeated. "The kiss you give a lover before he's hangs."

Her eyes widened and guilt hit her. "I didn't mean…"

"I know." He smirked at her. "Trust me, I know." He said allowed her to slip out of his hold.

"Be careful." She begged him. "Be careful and good luck."

"Thank you, darling." He leaned down and pressed his forehead against hers. She laughed as suddenly her face was covered with small droplets of water.

"Hey, you two! We have to go!" Roman called from down the hall.

"You guys can make out after the match."

"You're just jealous, that your girls aren't here to give you a good luck kiss." Dean barked over his shoulder.

Angel glanced around Dean and smiled at the two men who were waiting for them. Without warning, she pulled herself completely away from Dean and took off down the hallway. When both the men she was running towards gave her a funny look, she launched herself at them with her arms out wide.

With a chuckle she pulled them into a hug. "No need to be jealous." She told them. "I'm worry about you two too."

"Oh, there's no reason to be worried, Babygirl." Roman to told her.

"Yeah, we're going to be the ones walking out of here." Seth chuckled.

She pulled back as Dean walked up behind her. "Just promise me, that I'm not going to have to watch any of you being pulled out on a gurney." She gave each man a hard look.

"We can't." Dean said truthfully. "But that's just the name of the game."

She knew what he meant. Wrestling was dangerous. Even a simple arm drop can end up with someone going to the trainers' room.

"But what I can promise that we're be the ones coming out on top."

"Good." She nodded her head.

When they finally got to the top entrance, Angel's heart was racing once again. They might have just had a touching moment but now it was time for the match. Time for the payout for what has been happening since Angel had joined the boys about three months ago. It was just seconds away.

"Cue the Shield's music."

"Not yet." Roman shook his head. He then turned to his brothers in arms and gave each a pat on the back. "Let's do this."

Dean nodded his head as he bounced on his heels a couple of times. "Adapt or perish." He smirked.

"Let's show Evolution that they should have perished years ago." Seth yelled as he clapped his hands together. The fans that were standing around them cheered loudly.

A Shield chant echoed from the doors and bleed out into the public lobby. "You ready for this?" Roman leaned down toward her.

"As I'll ever be." Angel sighed.

"Good answer."

"Alright we're ready." Seth told the crew member who was looking very impatient at the moment.

"Cue the Shield music." He said with a slight huff to his voice.

Quickly the four of them lined up and Angel gave one last look around before they started out through the crowd.

The cheers were deafening, and the hands that shot out to touch them were in full force. One smack on the arm even almost knocked her down, but luckily there was a handrail to keep her steady.

"WrestleMania rules." Dean said as he helped her over the barricade.

"Got it." Angel nodded before turning around to take the United States Belt from the man.

As Seth, Roman, and Dean got into the ring, Angel walked the belt over the timekeeper's area and set it down on one of the metal chairs that sat back there. When she turned back around her eyes ran over the packed full arena and she took a deep breath.

Even the fans seemed to be more on edge tonight about this match. Well why shouldn't they be, they knew what was at stake. They knew that the Shield wasn't here to play, they were here to kill.

"Angel!" A fan who had a front row seat called for her.

She turned around to see them and their son standing there with masks that matched the ones she had made for WrestleMania. She couldn't believe it. She knew that Vince had said that the fans were already asking where they could get the masks, but she didn't realize that people would actually wear them like they were merch.

"Nice masks." She called towards them making the boy's eyes light up as he turned towards his dad. Right now, she wanted to soak in the good feeling that came from making that little boy's day but as she turned towards the six men in the ring, it slowly washed away.

"Guys." The ref tried his hardest to contain what was happening, but Angel could tell the ref knew that the tension was about to boil over. "Come on, let's just get the match started." He said backing out of the middle of the ring. "Get to your corners."

"Save your breath." Angel sighed as she stood on the metal steps. No one could stop what was about to happen.

Surprisingly, Seth was the first one to make the move. He took off across the ring, followed very closely behind by Dean and Roman. And the brawl began. Seth and Triple H, Roman and Randy Orton, and Dean and Batista. All six men were wailing on each other like their lives depended on it.

However, it didn't take long before the Shield had cleared house, dumping all three members of Evolution out of the ring.

Once she thought that the main braw was over, Angel ducked into the ring. "This is our yard!" She heard Dean yell as the three men showboated around, doing the best they could to keep the three men on the floor out.

"That was just a taste of what's coming to you!" Seth yelled as Randy.

"Come on get back." The ref tried once more to get ahold of the situation. "We got to start the match."

The boys let the official push them back towards the corner, but before they made it all the way back, Hunter came racing in and took a swing a Seth who just knocked him to the ground with a punch to the face.

"Angel!"

"Don't have to even say it." Angel answered Dean as she quickly scrambled to out of the ring and on to the steel steps.

The match started with Seth and Triple H.

Seth had an early upper hand as he beat Hunter into the corner across the ring, though that was stopped by the ref, who pulled him away and yelled at him for not listening.

Seth just brushed the man off and went back to the attack. Before he could even make it back to the man, Hunter pushed himself up and hit Seth with a kick to the gut. Hunter then took the moment to send Seth into the corner.

The move only seemed to fire up Seth as he started wail on the older man once again. After a few hits, Seth went for an Irish Whip, only for Hunter to reverse it.

Seth bounced off the ropes and came racing back towards Hunter, though being as quickly think and quick on his feet as ever, Seth ducked under the clothesline that was set up for him and hit Hunter with a huge drop kick.

"Come on H!" Angel heard Randy cheer for his teammate just as Seth smashed him against the turnbuckles with his own body. Hunter stumbled out of the corner, allowing Seth to knock him over the top rope and onto the floor.

Though Seth didn't stop there. Hyping himself up, the man raced across the ring and planted a Suicide Dive on Hunter knocking them both into the barricade.

"Come on!" Seth flipped his hair back.

Angel started to realize what kind of match this real was going to be when Randy tried to attack Seth while the ref was checking on Hunter, who had just been thrown back into the ring.

Seth much have been expecting the move because he turned around before Randy coul do anything and punched him square in the face. However, the slight distract was enough to work in Evolution's favor. When Seth got back into the ring Hunter was already up and ready with a huge clothesline that knocked both of them down.

"Shit." Dean groaned as he leaned between the middle and top rope. "Come on, Seth!" He called as Seth rolled around on the mat.

All of the sudden the entire arena filled with boos, louder then anything Angel had ever heard. Looking away from Seth, she realized that Hunter had just tagged out to Batista. The man got into the ring and started a vicious on slaughter on Seth. The attack ended with Seth in Evolution's corner.

Angel cringed as she watched Batista ram Seth over and over with his shoulder. She couldn't believe how just a few seconds and the match had changed instantly.

"Enough, move it out of the corner." The ref chased Batista away leaving Seth open to a right hook from Hunter.

"Hey!"

"Ref, pay attention!" Dean and Roman both yelled as Batista tagged out to Randy.

"Just shut up!" Randy said with a smirk.

"Why don't you come over here and make me." Roman was the one to take the bait. Which she knew was just what Evolution wanted. Because as Roman and Randy mouthed off to each other, pulling the ref away from the fight once more, both Batista and Hunter took the chance to stomp down on the Seth's head and chest.

"Roman cut it out!" Dean yelled as he gestured for the big man to get back into the corner. "You're letting him get into your head."

Angel blinked as she felt a bit of strange Déjà vu, though last time this happened it was Dean and Wyatt.

When Randy set back in on Seth, he knocked the man down so that he was laying under the ropes before stomping down on his over and over. The ref tried to pull him off when Hunter went to step into the ring.

Angel's eyes widened. She thought she knew how the match was going to go before. She now knew that she was wrong. Evolution weren't going to play by the rules of the game in any sense of the word. They had their own game; they knew how to distract the ref so they could do anything they wanted. And they were doing just that.

As Hunter pulled away the ref, Randy grabbed Seth by the ankles before dropping to his back, which made Seth's body jack up and his neck smash right into the ropes. After a bit of hair pulling and a punch to the head, Randy tagged out to Hunter.

Hunter kept the beatdown going. Which ended up in the first pin of the match. Seth kick out.

When Hunter tagged in Batista the crowd broke out into that loud booing once more. Which both Roman and Dean seemed at least a little happy about, because she knew they weren't smirking about what was going on in the ring.

Seth was getting a beating from Batista which only ended when the man tagged out to Randy. Randy got in and showed why he was called the Viper as his lips curled up into a cruel smile that made Angel's stomach turned.

He was enjoying the punishment that he was giving Seth a little too much. At least when he had hit her, he was angry….

When Seth tried to crawl to the Shield's corner to make a tag, Randy practically sat on him while he wrapped his arms around the man's neck putting him into a headlock. In a sick, twisted move, Randy readjusted his hold so that Seth was facing them, his hand out as if he was trying to tag.

All Seth could do was struggle against the hold while Roman and Dean watched.

"You got this, baby!" Dean said as he hit his own fist.

"I'm right here." Roman reached as far out as he could.

"Come on! Come on!"

Somehow, Seth did manage to get to his feet, but Randy wasn't letting go, not even when Seth dragged the man back towards their corner. Just when she thought that he was going to finally tag out, Randy ripped him back.

NO. She cried. However, much to her surprise, Seth was able to use the momentum and hit the Viper with a Sidewalk Slam.

Excitement rushed through her. "Come on!" She was practically crawled up the steel steps, like she was ready to tag in if she had to.

"Just a bit farther." Dean urged Seth.

Inches from making the tag, Batista and Hunter came running across the ring and knocked both Dean and Roman off the apron, leaving Seth high and dry in their corner.

Angel fought between her want to check on the boys and wanting to be there for Seth as she glanced around at Roman and Dean. Knowing there was nothing else she could do for Seth right now, she went to jump down off the steps and check on Dean, when he hopped to his feet and got back onto the apron like nothing happened.

"I'm going to wring your neck…" He mumbled to himself as the ref made sure he didn't try to go after the men who knocked him down.

In the ring Seth had hit Randy with a huge Enzuigiri.

"Seth!"

Both she and Dean screamed for the man in the ring. Like magic Seth was able to make a tag that meant Dean was now the legal man. And boy he didn't waste any time. Dean took off across the ring hitting Randy with a drop kick that knocked him into both Hunter and Batista.

"Yes!" Angel cheered with the crowed as Dean started in on Randy. The man was fired up and was throwing wild swings every which way. She couldn't even keep up with the man. An Irish whip, a crossbody, and then a bunch of kicks in the corner. It didn't seem like Dean even stopped for air until the ref pulled him away.

"Believe in the Shield!" He screamed at the man in the corner before turning towards Batista who was climbing up on the apron. A smirk on his face, Dean knocked him right back onto the floor.

Randy used the distraction to get up and hit Dean with an uppercut to the face. Dean stumbled backwards, hit the ropes, and started to fall through. At the last second, he reached up, caught him, and used his strength to pull himself back into the ring. Expertily using his momentum Dean threw himself at randy with a huge Lariat.

Standing there with her mouth open, Angel watched as Dean pushed himself up with ease and turned to attack Hunter. Dean grabbed the man, knocked him down and went to set up a Figure Four Leg Lock, only to turn in on Randy when he got back into the fight. Although, before he could lock in the move, Hunter hit Dean in the face.

"Oh, no." Roman shook his head as he got into the ring. He raced over and protected his friend as Randy and Hunter quickly rolled out of the ring. Batista on the other hand decide it was wise to kick Dean while he was down. Roman instantly put a stop to that with a right hook.

A look that said he was finished filled Roman's face as he followed the movie star out of the ring. Batista tried his best to hold his own against Roman but that ended with him being tossed into the barricade like a rag doll.

As she watched Roman make his way around the ring, she noticed that Hunter had gotten very close to the steel steps that she was standing on. Judging by the way he was using the ring to walk, she didn't think he had purposely ended up over here, but then again he was known for having tricks of his sleeves.

When Roman let out a yell, she knew instantly what was about to happened and scurried up onto the apron, just in time for Roman to come plowing right into the steps. Well she was wrong, she expected an epic Spear that sent Hunter into the steps, not the other way around.

"Roman." She gasped as she hopped off the apron, caring that she looked like a fool as she tripped over herself. "Roman?" She called once more as she checked over the man. "Are you ok?"

The man twisted awkwardly around as he hissed through his teeth. "I…I'm ok…"

Another round of loud booking, made her turn around to see that Batista was now in the ring as was beating up Dean who was pressed into Evolution's corner. Her eyes widened as she watched Dean getting manhandled and pounded until he was on his back leaning against the bottom turnbuckle.

"Come on, Dean! Get out of there!"

"What…What's happening?" Roman asked as he slowly pushed himself up.

"Dean's trapped in their corner."

"Shit."

"I've got it from here." Seth's said as he got himself up onto the apron. "Just take a moment, Big Guy."

Angel kept and eye on the match as she made sure that Roman was indeed ok.

When Batista finally was pulled away from Dean she took a deep breath, what was until she realized that it was all part of the plan. Once again with the ref distracted, Randy reached through the ropes and grabbed Dean around the throat, choking him.

"Hey!" She jumped to her feet and ran over to the side of the ring. "Ref, pay attention to what's going on." She yelled as she pointed to her boyfriend.

"Angel, stay out of this." The ref sighed as he turned towards her. However, she didn't pay him much attention as Batista tossed Dean out of the ring.

When the match finally got back into the ring, Batista tagged in Randy Orton. Angel's heart sank at the look on the man's face. Oh so slowly, he walked up to where Batista was holding Dean and grabbed the man. Not seeming be fazed at all as Dean tried to fight.

Randy forced Dean to his feet before tossing him into the corner. He hit him with a clothesline knocking Dean flat on his back. Randy went for the pin and wasn't even the least bit concerned when Dean kicked out. It was like he wanted Dean to kick out. Like he didn't want to end the brutality that was going on.

Randy grabbed Dean's foot and dragged him backwards, a cat playing with its catch. Smirking, Randy gave a huge stop to Dean's back, one that had him crying out in pain. He then reached down and grabbed a chunk of his hair and pulled him back.

So much for the water trick. She sighed as Randy wrapped an arm around Dean's throat. A lump formed in her throat as she watched Dean's eyes starting to fad as Randy held him. He needed to get out of there.

"Come on, Dean!" She called out getting more then Dean's attention. Randy's dark eyes landed on her. His lips curled up into a smirk as he stared her down and tightened the hold on Dean's neck.

"Excuse me, Babygirl." Roman's Florida drawl hit her. Not able to look away from what was happening in the ring, Angel stepped out of the way to let Roman back up onto the apron.

Randy must have realized that Roman had entered the picture again because that dark look jumped from her to the man standing up on the apron next to her. At least the staring contest was over.

D.D.D.

Dean felt himself fading fast as Randy tightened his hold on him yet again, if he didn't do something soon, he would be out for the count. Get your shit together, Ambrose! He yelled at himself. He knew one way to keep him in the game. He forced his arm up and slapped himself in face.

The sting seemed to work but it wasn't good enough. After a few more slaps, his brain seemed to kick into overdrive as he found the strength to fight the man's hold on him. Air rushed into his lungs when he finally did get free. However it was forced right back out with a knee to the gut.

Growling, he held his stomach only to feel the sudden drop kick to the chest. That didn't work. He gave himself a shake as he felt a heavy weight drape across him. He was being pinned.

Using up most of his bottled-up strength, he kicked out at two before felling someone grab him by both the arm and the hair. Letting his eyes open, he saw that Hunter was in the ring with them now and was winding up for a punch. One that Dean knew he wasn't going to be able to avoid. So, instead he egged the man on.

"Come on!" He yelled just before the hit came.

Stars filled his vision as he fell back on his ass.

"Come on, Dean." Hunter said mockingly. "Is that all you got?" Not really knowing where to aim, Dean swung wildly towards the man, but missed. "Pathetic."

Gritting his teeth, Dean pushed himself up to his feet and tried once again to swing at Hunter, but his feet gave out before he could.

The next thing he knew, he was in the corner trying to protect his head as Hunter wailed on him over and over. The hits only stopped when Hunter threw him across the ring.

Somehow, muscle memory won out in his brain and his foot raised up on its own. He was almost proud of himself as he felt something run right into his boot. That was until he stumbled out of the corner and right into a Spinebuster.

After yet another pin, he felt himself being dragged backwards and heard a tag being made. It was only due to the huge chorus of boos did he realize that Batista had gotten into the ring with him.

"Boo-itista." He chuckled to himself.

A.A.A.

By the time Bastia tagged out to Triple H, Angel was leaning against the apron praying to whoever was listening, to get Dean out of the ring. She didn't care what had to happen to make it happen, she just wanted to stop watching the carnage that was going on.

She thought her prayers had been denied when Hunter set Dean up for a Pedigree. However before man could hit the move, Dean somehow came to life and threw 'The Game' up and over his back. He then turned on his heels around and hit Hunter with a DDT.

"Come on Ambrose!" Seth called.

"You got this!"

Angel glanced at the men around her and watched as both Seth and Roman went nuts while Dean crawled his way over to the corner. Pure pain seemed to fill Dean's face as he made a last-ditch effort to tag out to Roman.

Thank god! She cried as their hands met and Dean rolled out of the ring. Not wasting a moment, she around the steps and knelt down next to him.

"Hey man!" Seth joined her on the floor to check on Dean as he pushed himself against the barricade. "How we doing?"

"Just peachy."

She listened to the crowd go nuts as Roman laid out both Batista and Randy without breaking a sweat. There was a lot of pent up anger in that man and it look to be all coming right now. After the rampage was done, Roman got back into the ring and went to square up with Batista but was caught in a Batista Bomb.

"That's my cue." Seth said as he took off, climbed up on the apron and practically jumped onto the top rope. Angel watched as he surveyed the scene before he jumped and hit Batista with a knee to the head, knocking him down.

A grunt from beside her drew her attention. "Hey now!" She called after the man who was trying to get to his feet.

"I'm fine." He gave his shoulder a roll before climbing into the ring. Right next to him, Roman had landed a Superman Punch to the side of Batista's head.

Not a word was said between the three of them as Dean and Seth picked Batista up. They turned around and Roman called for the move and they lifted the 'Animal' onto his shoulders.

The move hit and both Dean and Seth moved out of the way so Roman could go for the pin, though before the count of three came out of the ref's mouth, he was suddenly ripped out of the ring by both Hunter and Randy.

Realizing that they count was cut off, Dean turned around and hobbled his way over to try and save Roman only to be grabbed by Randy. Then next to them, out of nowhere, Seth came flying in for a Suicide Dive. Angel's eyes widened as Hunter side stepped the move and sent Seth headfirst into the barricades.

Angel felt the air rush out of her lungs as she walked around the ring as far as she could go without breaking the WrestleMania rules that Dean had set up for her. Her eyes were locked on Seth as she looked for a sign that he needed any time of medical help.

Cumotion in the ring mad her look up to see Roman going for another Superman Punch, this time on Hunter. But Hunter was wise and ducked under it before grabbing Roman and hitting him with a Pedigree.

Panic hit Angel hard as she watched Hunter try and cover Roman with Batista's down and out body. She knew that someone was going to have to break the pin. There was no way that Roman was going to be able to kick out.

She looked between Seth who was still flat on the ground, holding his head and Dean who was having trouble standing. A realization hit her. Taking a deep breath, she walked up to the apron and reached up for the bottom rope….

"Don't you dare!" Dean's raspy voice hit her as he gave her a small push away from the apron. He gave her a hard look that made her want to apologies before getting into the ring himself and breaking up the pin.

Dean attacked Hunter and the two spilled out of the ring and onto the floor. From across the way, she watched as they brawled against each other until they both went sailing over the Spanish announce table.

Before she could worry about that, Randy got into the ring and hit Roman with an RKO. This time when Batista crawled into the pin, Angel didn't hesitate before pulling herself up onto the apron, though before she could get into the ring, Seth was there saving the match.

"Angel get down," Seth told her as he backed into the ropes for support. "I don't want to see…" Before he could finish, Randy came up behind, grabbed his ankle and ripped him out of the ring.

In front of her, everything broke down. Seth and Randy wrestled each other into the barricades on almost all four sides of the ring. When it looked like Randy had a one up, then Seth turned it around and vice versa. At one-point Randy was able to grab Seth by the air and throw him into the timekeeper's area.

However, Seth's beatdown didn't end there, nope it became two on one as Hunter joined in.

"Fuck the rules." Angel said to herself as she took off towards the timekeeper's area. Though a blur of moment stopped her. She looked up to see Dean running across both announce tables. Her eyes went wide as the man leaped into the fray without a care in the world.

The battle quickly poured out into the crowd. Almost in a trance, Angel followed the four men who were scrapping through the fans. Before she could reach them, Hunter had dragged the fight up and into the stands.

"Oh god." She gasped as he watched them climb higher and higher until she almost lost view of them. Weaving around, she tried to catch a glimpse of them through the fans, who were chanting 'Holy shit' as the fight went past them, but the best she could see was the top of someone's head every now and then.

She raced towards one of the staircases, that lead up into the crowd. Her foot caught against a coil of wire that wasn't stashed very well. Catching herself on the metal railing, she turned her head to see Dean coming rolling down the steps while Hunter and Randy stared down at them.

Her eyes widened but before she could move, the two hundred and twenty-five-pound man came crashing down on top her. Her body crumbled, and she felt herself getting smashed between him and the metal stairs. Pain ripped through her body all over the place, though it concentrated mainly in her ankle that had gotten caught on under the last step. Not able to stop it, a small cry came from her as she reached down to clutch the throbbing body part.

Even through her pain, she heard a dark chuckle. Looking up she saw both Hunter and Randy making their way down the steps with smirks on their faces. As she tried to catch her labored breath, she glanced from them to Dean who was crawling on his hands and knees.

"Leav…leave him alone." She hissed through the tears.

Randy's smirk widened at her pleads. "Stay down if you know what's good for you." He stepped over her.

Trying to grasp at anything, she pushed herself up onto her feet only to take a step and fall right back down with a yell. Though hers wasn't the only one that rang out. Her eyes shot up just in time to see Seth come flying down from the stands above, knocking Randy, Hunter, and Dean to the floor.

Her eyes started to burn as she looked at all the bodies that laid on the floor. She wanted so much to run over and check on all four of the men, but she couldn't even get her body to move at this point and she didn't know if it was due to the pain in her ankle or shock from what just happened.

As she sat there frozen in her spot, she missed the Shield's theme music as it blasted through the speakers.

D.D.D.

"Dean, are you alright?" He heard someone ask as he felt his hand being squeezed which was the universal way of a ref asking if you can go on. He squeezed back, telling the ref nonverbally that he was good. Even though he didn't know how 'fine' he was. He didn't even know if he could move. He had been starting up at the ceiling ever since Seth had plowed them into the ground.

Which even though his was in for a world of hurt later, he was thankful for. Who knew what Hunter and Randy had in store for him, if Seth's hadn't intervened.

"Shit man." Seth's voice hit him as he felt a tug on his pants. "I think we won."

"Huh?" Dean tried his hardest to pick his head up. Well I'll be damned. It was their theme song that was playing over the speakers. Meaning that Roman got it done in the ring while they brawled outside of it.

"What the hell happened out here?" Dean heard someone ask as a big shadow filled his vision.

A slight smirk appeared on his face as he looked up at the Powerhouse. "Oh, not much." He lifted his arm up for Roman to help him up. "Seth just jumped from the roof onto us."

"Hey, I did it to save your ass."

"And I'll say thank you once my back stops singing."

Roman took his outstretched hand and pulled him up onto his feet than up onto his shoulders.

"Man, I ap…appreciate the gesture but I can walk." Dean grunted.

Roman chuckled as he pulled Seth to his feet as well before setting him down. "That's fine, because I couldn't carry your fat ass that far." He said as he put his fist out of the fist pump

While they stood there with their fists out, Dean realized something was missing. Where was Angel? He glanced around trying to find the small brunette but couldn't see her anywhere. That was until he noticed a couple of trainers off to his left, looking over a small bundle.

His eyes shot wide. It was Angel. She was sitting there on the floor holding her left foot. Quickly breaking from his brother's embrace, Dean limped as fast as he could over to her. "Angel." He pulled one of the trainers away so that he could lean down and get a good look at her face. "Hey baby, what's wrong?"

She looked up at him, tears filling her eyes. "Rolled my ankle."

"Awe, come here." He tried his best to help her up, only for his body to surge in pain from the extra weight and almost drop her.

"I got her." Roman said as he gently patted him on the back. Dean felt useless as he watched his best friend kneel down in front of his girlfriend. "Hop on." Roman told her.

Carefully and with the help of one of the trainers, Angel got herself up onto Roman's back.

Dean watched as Roman gave a grunt as he stood up, stumbling slightly. Which only showed just how hurt he really was. Just when he was about to grab for Angel again, Roman got ahold of himself and turned towards the door that was right next to them.

Half in a daze and half over analyzing everything, Dean followed behind them.
