Welcome to Chapter Eighty Five. I hope you liked this one.

Thursday: June 5, 2014/Friday: June 6, 2014

"Dean!" Angel called down the stairs to the basement. "Dinner!"

She heard the sounds of metal clanking together. "Be right up!" Dean grunted.

Shaking her head, Angel pushed herself away from the door. She wondered how much Dean had pushed his body during this workout. Last night, even though he had said he wouldn't do it, he pushed himself so hard that he could barely walk.

She hadn't expected him to keep the promise, this was Dean she was talking about. But she didn't expect him to go as hard on himself as he did. She was nearly in tears as she sat on the stairs and watched as he punished himself.

As much as she wanted to yell at him for what he was doing, she knew that this was the way he was coping with his anger. It was one step in his you fucked up trio. At least he wasn't drinking himself stupid, who knew what would happen if he did that.

"Is he coming up?" Her mom asked as she set a bowl of potatoes on the table.

"He said he is."

"I'm starting to think that he had used my stuff downstairs more the I ever had." Her dad laughed as he poured his beer into his glass.

"What have I done?" Dean asked making everyone turn towards him.

Angel's mouth almost dropped open as she looked at the man standing in the doorway. Dean was standing there, covered in sweat, his messy hair matted down against his face and head, his skin was flushed from the workout, which made the slowly healing bruises stand out even more.

"Um… I said that you've been putting my equipment to the test."

Dean nodded as he rubbed what looked like was his shirt on his face. "Yeah, thanks for letting me use it."

"No problem."

Dean must have realized that everyone was looking at him because he glanced down to his chair torso and sighed. "I guess I should put on a shirt."

She gave him a smile before he turned around and headed for the stairs.

"I don't know how that man does it." Her mom shook her head as she settled into her spot. "He looks like she shouldn't be able to move let alone work out like he's been."

"If you figure it out, let me know." She sighed as she sat down.

"What time is your flight tomorrow?" Her dad asked.

"Eleven."

"Oh, that's not bad." Her mom nodded. "Do you need a ride in."

"If you don't mind."

"Since we only have a few more hours with the two of you here, we should do something fun."

Angel smiled. "What do you have in mind, Dad."

A smirk came to his face as he piled his plate on with some roast. "How about a good old fashion family game night."

"We haven't had a game night in such a long time."

Angel giggled at her mother's excitement. "That sounds like fun, but I'm not sure if Dean even likes board games."

"Well there's one way to find out."

After filling all of their plates, Dean came walking into the room. He was now wearing jeans and a t-shirt. He walked over without a word and sat down in what was slowly becoming his chair.

"Dean, what's your opinions on board games?" Her dad asked before the man could get comfortable.

Dean blinked at he processed the question. "Well, um the last time I even played a board game was…" Dean pursed his lips like he was really thinking about it. "I was going to say it had been since I was in school but then I remembered that I just played Candy Land the last time I was at Roman's."

Angel smiled as she pictured Dean sitting there on the floor playing Candy Land with Jojo. "Did she win?"

"She did." He nodded. "By like a lot."

"I was asking because I wanted to know if you wanted to join us for a family game night." Her dad brought the conversation back.

"You might have to teach me how to play, but I'm willing to give it a shot." He said as he took the plate that her mom was handing him.

"Since he's not really that big into board games, we should play something classic." Her mom stated. "Something like Scattergories or Monopoly."

"Nope!" Angel said waving her fork at the woman. "We're not making him endure the two of you playing Monopoly."

"We're not that bad." Her dad justified.

"Not that bad." She shook her head and turned towards Dean. "Believe it or not these two get so competitive when they play Monopoly. They start to argue over rules and like to accuse each other of cheating."

Dean's eyes widened. "This one," He pointed at her mom. "This one get's competitive?" He looked at Evelyn who was trying to look as innocent as she could. "I don't believe that."

"It's true."

"I might get a little bit competitive." She smiled.

"A little bit?" Angel shook her head. "That's putting it lightly, Mrs. I have to be the banker."

Everyone laughed

After dinner, Angel ran up to her room to grab a couple games that Dean could pick between. When she opened her door, she walked over to where she knew a few games were sitting under her desk.

"Let's see here." She bent down to grab out Clue, Yahtzee and Life. Now that the classics were out of the way, she went to grab Cards Against Humanity and Super Fights when her eyes were caught by something.

Looking up, she saw the poster of the Shield that she had hung over her desk. It was the poster that was made after their photoshoots back when she first joined, back in February. They were standing in the typical Shield pose, with their fists together, with her sitting on Roman's shoulder.

Her eyes ran over the smug looks on the boys' faces, her heart sank as she looked at Seth. The day this was taken, if someone said that Seth would do what he did, she would have shook her head and argued with them until she was blue in the face.

He fooled us. She though as tears well in her eyes.

Not wanting to look at the picture anymore, she turned her attention to where her hands were resting on the desk, only to notice her open drawing tablet. Her eyes landing right onto the drawing that she had been working on the last time she came home, and what do you know it was a picture of the boys.

She wanted to try her hand on drawing them again since the last time she had was way back when they first debuted.

Why did Seth hurt you?

How could he do that to the three of you?

There's always a Plan B.

They weren't one like the Shield was.

Are we done here? Or are we done?

There's always a Plan B.

I think everything's going to work itself out soon.

Sorry Angel.

Tears poured out of Angel as she stared out her drawing. "How could you, Seth!" She yelled as she grabbed the drawing in her hands and brought it up so she could look the pencil version of the man right in the eyes. "How could you!"

She ripped the picture up, until it was nothing but confetti. She watched the pieces float to the floor all around her, she found herself feeling a bit better, as her eyes locked onto a small piece of paper that once was part of Seth's face.

Almost hyperventilating, she turned her attention to the poster on her wall. Without a second thought she ripped the thing off the wall and gave it the same treatment. As the last few pieces of the poster fell out of her hands, Angel slid down to the floor.

Why did you do it? How could you? Weren't we your friends? She cried as she held her arm across where she knew her bruise was.

"Angel?"

Her head snapped up to see Dean standing there looking at her with wide eyes. "Dean?" She questioned as she looked at the mess around her. As she looked at it, she became horrified at what she did. "Um…I…uh…"

She could feel her face growing hot fast, as she tried to compose herself.

Dean shook his head at him. "I'm the last person you have to justify anything to." He walked around the bed. "Trust me, I get it." He bent down and grabbed one of the bigger pieces of paper that was left. "Shame though, it looked like the drawing was really good." He sighed letting the paper fall out of his fingers.

She nodded. "I just couldn't stand seeing his smug face. I just couldn't." She glanced up at him as he knelt beside her. "It hurt seeing him next to you and Roman even in a picture. I couldn't, I couldn't. It was too painful."

Dean nodded and pulled her into a hug. "I know, baby. I know."

She fell into him as he started to rub her back. "I couldn't handle it."

"Well…You don't have to worry it anymore." She could hear the anger in his voice. "The next time we see his smug face I'm going to rearrange it to the point you won't be able to recognize him."

"Good." She answered without thinking. "Sorry that was…" She gritted her teeth.

"Hey don't say sorry." He said pulling back slightly. "You are allowed to be angry at him. Roman and I weren't the only ones in that ring Angel, you were hurt too."

"I know." She told him. "I know that… it's just not fair….I mean I can't….getting over emotional isn't helping you."

Dean reached out and grabbed her chin. "I'm going to honest with you Angel, nothing on this earth will help me get the fuck over this." His voice was hard.

He dropped his hand.

"I know that's why you asked me to come out here, to detract me from everything. And I'm grateful for that, I really am because if I was in Vegas all by myself, I'm not sure what I would have done." He sighed. "My thoughts are already not very pretty." He pointed to his temple. "And I know if given the time to stew in them everything would just get worse. Even though this has helped, nothing short of me getting my hands on him and…"

Dean's face twisted for a moment as his eyes clenched shut. A look that made Angel worry as he gave an erratic looking crack of his neck.

Just as she was about to say something to the man, he cleared his throat and opened his eyes."Nothing short of me getting my hands on him will truly help." He took a deep breath. "What I'm trying to say is, don't ever hide what you're feeling because you think it's going to make what I'm feeling worse. You understand?"

She nodded. "Same goes for you."

"We've both been holding in how we truly feel haven't we?"

She nodded again. "I've watched you work out." He pursed his lips and sighed. "It was hard to watch you beat yourself up like that, but I knew you needed just as much as I needed to rip apart Seth's paper face."

A small smirk appeared on his face as Dean's eyes ran around as the shreds of paper on the floor. She noticed as his eyes caught something near her leg. Without a word, he reached down and grabbed a piece of the poster that had part of Seth's face. He held it up in front of her face and that smirk grew darker.

"Just you wait until we get to do it to the real thing."

"Mi casa es tu casa." Roman said as he stepped away from the doorway letting both her and Dean into the room.

"Wow." Angel gasped as she walked into the big foyer. "This is nice." She glanced around and noticed all the little hints of the people living there. Artwork covered the walls some looked expensive while others she knew were originals from JoJo.

"Thanks, we like it."

"Yeah, Galina has great taste." She smiled as she turned towards Roman.

"Hey." He put his hand against his chest like he was really hurt. "It wasn't all Galina."

Dean chuckled. "Yeah, his mom and his in laws had something to do with it."

Roman shook his head as he kicked off his shoes. "Say what you want man just wait until Angel brings something into your place."

Dean raised his brow. "Dude, the difference between you and me is the fact that I don't fucking care what's in my house."

"Good to know." Angel winked at him.

"You just gave her the ok to bring whatever she wants." Roman pointed out.

"You've seen my place; would it really matter?"

Both her and Roman agreed. Dean place most certainly need something, anything since it was so empty.

The sounds of someone's phone going off made everyone look at Roman. The man sighed as he pulled out his phone. "It's Galina, I got to take this." He glanced up. "You know where the guest room is." He gestured down a hallway.

"You go do what you have to do." Dean nodded. "I'll be this one's guide." Angel chuckled as Dean grabbed his bag dramatically. "Shall we."

"We shall." She said as she followed him through the house. Her eyes ran around the place. The foyer was the grandest looking of all the room, the rest of the house felt lived in. Felt like a house that belonged to a family of three. Even had toys and shoes scattered around the floors.

"This is our room." Dean said trying her attention to the doorway that he was standing in.

Smiling at him, Angel walked around him and into the room. It was a nice sized room, with a queen bed in the middle. Plain but pretty.

As she looked around something caught her eye, on the dresser, nicely folded up was a familiar looking tank-top with a shield patch on the left side. She couldn't help but shake her head at the shirt that Dean must have left here the last time he stayed.

It was something so simple but at the same time showed how welcome he is in this house. Instead of Roman bringing with him to work, or Galina shipping it to Las Vegas for him, they left it here in the guest room that she was sure that Dean used anytime he stayed as if it was waiting for him to return.

"Galina's on her way home from picking up Jojo from school." Roman's came into the room.

"School?" Dean asked as he leaned his back against the bed.

"Yeah man there's school on Fridays."

"Man, you think I know what day it is? You're lucky I managed to get here."

Roman shook his head. "I don't think Angel would let you get lost." He chuckled. "Well when Galina gets back, I'm going to start up the grill, cook up some burgers, I got some hotdogs if you want. Galina is making her potato salad and she bought some corn to grill."

Angel let out a groan as she held her stomach. "Stop, I haven't eaten since this morning." Her stomach let out a loud growl as if to complain with her.

Both men chuckled. "Don't worry Angel, she like ten minutes away. Not much longer."

"I told you to eat at the airport."

She glared at Dean. "I didn't want to spend fourteen dollars on crappy pizza."

"Hey, I would have bought it for you." Dean shrugged his shoulders as he followed Roman out of the room.

"Still crappy pizza."

Roman laughed. "I mean sometimes crappy pizza just hits the spot."

"Not this time."

With more bickering, they made their way out into the living room where Dean stopped and looked at a strange looking statue that look a prime spot on a shelve near the doorway.

A smirk came to his face as he chomped on his gum. "I see Galina won this battle."

Roman spun around and sighed. "I didn't lose."

"You didn't?" Dean pointed at the art. "So, this is where you want this thing?"

"I mean…"

"Was it?" Dean crossed his arms. "The last time I was here you two were trying to pick where this was going, and I think I remember you saying something about wanting this not in the living room."

Roman plopped down on the couch. "My in-laws gave it to us." He threw his arms up. "It some sort of fertility goddess thing, I think it's hideous, but Galina wanted to showcase it. Man, at least it's not on the mantel next to all of our family photos."

"So, you lost?"

"Yes, I lost."

Dean smiled like he proud of himself. "Yeah you did."

"I'm telling you, just you wait."

The two of them joined the man, Dean sat on the recliner, while she sat on the couch across from Roman.

"So, how was your guys time in Pittsburgh."

"Fine." Angel nodded her head as she looked back at Dean.

"I think her parents are the only parents I have ever gotten along with." Dean said as he lounged back in the chair.

"You get along with my parents."

"I'm not dating you." Dean pointed out.

At the same time both men said. "Thank god."

Angel laughed as she heard the front door open.

"We're home!"

"Living room!" Roman called back.

Within seconds a young girl came running to the room with her backpack half falling off her shoulder. "Daddy!" She raced over and flung herself at Roman who was more then ready for it.

"How was school, Babygirl?" He asked her as gave her a hug.

"Good. I made a picture for Uncle Dean when he get's here."

Dean chuckled as he sat up in his chair. "When who get here?"

JoJo whole being jumped as she twisted in her dad's arms. "Uncle Dean!" She pulled herself off Roman's lap and raced over to Dean giving him the same treatment.

"Wow there." Dean grunted as he hugged the girl back.

"Joelle, go easy on your uncle." Galina said coming into the room. "He's probably sore after what happened on Monday."

A worried look came to JoJo's face. "Sorry!" She said about to hop down off Dean's lap.

"Nah, I'm good." He said holding her still. "Plus, I wanna see that picture you made for me."

JoJo giggled as she fumbled with her backpack.

"You boys." Galina sighed as she leaned against the back of the couch. "I should have known that you two would act the same about this."

Angel couldn't help but laugh. "Oh, you have trouble making Roman take it easy?"

"You could say that." She nodded. "The second he got back, he picked JoJo up and put her on his shoulders. You should have heard the groan that came from him."

"It wasn't that bad." Roman shook his head.

"Oh it was."

"Found it!" JoJo smiled as he pulled out a folder. "I made this in art class." She handed Dean the folder.

As soon as he opened the folder a wide smile came to his face. "Looks just like me." He laughed as he pulled JoJo into a hug.

"Let me see!" Angel asked as leaned over the arm of the couch.

Dean turned the art around, and she had to bite her tongue to stop herself from laughing. It was a drawing of a man, who kind of did look like Dean but the part that made her laugh was the fact, that his messy hair was made out of string.

"That so good." She smiled. "I love the hair."

JoJo smirked and looked at the paper. "They didn't have brown, so that's why he has blue hair." She said playing with the strings.

"I like it." Roman snickered. "You would look good with blue hair."

Dean ran his fingers through his messy curls. "I mean, I did have pink hair at one point."

Angel shook her head. "You had what?" Dean with pink hair? She tried to imagen in.

"You didn't know that our boy had pink hair?" Roman asked.

"I didn't."

"I did." Dean chuckled. "It was back when I had long hair."

Angel pulled her phone out of her pocket. "I'm looking this up right now." She said googling Dean Ambrose with pink hair. "Oh my god." Her mouth dropped open as her eyes landed on the first picture which was Dean making a stupid face in the middle of the ring. "You did indeed had pink hair."

The more she looked at the picture the more it was burned into her memory. "Wait this was in the WWE ring?!"

Dean nodded is head. "Jon Moxley was invited to wrestle once or twice."

She shook her head. "I can't believe that you had pink hair."

"I was young, dumb, and very stupid."

"That's a bad word. Strike one Uncle Dean."

Dean took deep breath as she looked at the little girl in his lap. "Strike one?"

"At school you get three strikes and if you get to the third one, no recess." Everyone chuckled at the notion that JoJo was threatening Dean with no recess.

"JoJo, why don't you go and put your backpack away and get ready for dinner." Galina told her daughter.

"Ok, Mom." With Dean's help the little girl hopped of his lap and took off to do what her mother asked.

"Is that you tell me to get off my ass and get the grill started?"

"Yes it is."

Smile up at his fiancé, Roman pushed himself up from the couch. "You can see who the boss in this household."

"That's right." Galina said with a proud smile. "Someone needs to keep you two in order."

"That for sure." Roman laughed as he made his way out of the room.

Galina shook her head as she stood up. "Welcome to our house, Angel."

"Thank you."

"Hey, don't I get a welcome."

"Dean you've been here so much that sometimes I forget that you don't live here."

Dean chuckled. "I mean, Roman was trying to get me to move into with you for a while there."

"You should have." Galina told him.

"Nah, I like being out in the desert."

"Are we really doing this?" Galina asked as everyone piled around in front of the TV.

All the woman got was grunts and nods as Roman turned on the TV. Angel was on the same boat that Galina was, she didn't know if this was a good idea. They were about to watch Smackdown Live to see whatever Seth was going to say about what he did. Which was something

She wanted to know what Seth would say, but at the same time she knew all it was going to do was build up the anger that was already there. Biting her lip, she took seat next to Dean who was now sitting on the couch next to her.

"Are you guys going to be able to handle it?" Galina asked.

Dean nodded. "We're going to have to, because we have to know what that scumbag has to say."

"Bad word." JoJo warned again. "Strike two."

There was a small chuckle that filled the room, but Dean only shook his head. "Sorry JoJo but you might want to go ahead and give me that third strike. Because once I see Seth, I'm not going to be able to stop what I say."

JoJo let out a sigh as she sat with her dad on the recliner. "Fine, I'll give you a pass."

Everyone chuckled just as the show started.

Angel's eyes widened as it started off with a video package that showed off what happened on Monday. She almost couldn't believe that it wasn't even ten seconds into the show, and she was watching Seth betraying them.

Her breathing turned cold as she watched the third person view of what happened to them. Tears built in her eyes and she curled herself into a ball on the couch as if the Seth Rollins on the screen could see her.

The room around her grew tense as everyone even JoJo watched what was going on.

As the Authority music hit the speakers, Roman cleared his throat. "Um, so JoJo, why don't you go and do you homework."

"I don't have any." The little girl said.

He shifted in his seat. "Then ah…go run and play in your room for a little bit."

"But…"

Roman took a deep breath as both Hunter and Seth came out onto the stage. "Joelle, I don't want you out here for this." JoJo's eyes widened. "Some not very kid appropriate words might come from us."

The young girl looked from her father to her mother who was sitting on the couch nodding to her and sighed. "Alright Daddy." She gave the man a hug and hopped off his lap.

"Thank you, Babygirl." He smiled as she disappeared down the hall just in time for the two men on the screen to get into the ring.

As if the little one leaving was a switch, both Dean and Roman leaned forward in their seat as they watched the two men get into the ring.
"Come on, you scumbag." Dean said his leg bouncing. "Get on with it."

Hunter brought the mic to his face. "A lot of you probably think that I'm just out here to brag, to rub it in your face to come out here and say I told you so!" Hunter said with the biggest smile on his face. "Tell ya, I won! But no I'm not that kind of guy. I'm not."

"You're not?" Galina scuffed beside her. "Then what are you doing?"

"Besides, all of you already know that any way." Hunter continued. "No, no I'm here to help you get answers to your questions because I know all of you have questions, you have so many questions," He turned toward Seth. "of this man. Of Seth Rollins."

A loud boo filled the arena.

"You wanna know why, you have so many questions for Seth Rollins, the man responsible for the most dominate group of in the history of WWE the Shield. Seth Rollins the man responsible for the group that came in here and dominated everything that stood in its path, the Shield. That crushed giants, that crushed legends. You have questions for Seth Rollins the man responsible for the group that even defeated Evolution."

"Did he just say that Seth is responsible for the Shield?" Roman asked.

"Yeah, like twenty times." Angel answered him.

"Like hell he was." Dean grumbled.

"You wanna know why Seth Rollins would walk away from all that. So, Seth I think you owe them an answer, they want to know Why Seth. Why did you do what you did on Monday night."

Hunter finally handed the mic off to Seth.

"So, everybody wants an explanation. You wanna know why I did what I did to my brothers on Monday night. So, let me tell you that the only person why I did what I did on Monday and the only who needs to know and the only person that I owe anything to… is me."

Hunter patted him on the shoulder as Dolph Ziggler's theme started to play. Dolph?

"What the hell?" Dean shot straight up. "That can't be the end." He glared at the tv as he started to pace. "That mother… he can't….I can't…"

"Now I'm sure that I'm going to catch a beating after what I'm going to say." Dolph stated making everyone look back at the TV. "And hand to Hunter, I'm sure that I'm going to punished and pushed father down the totem pole. Seth, I couldn't just sit back there and listen to this. I've never been a fan of the Shield. But I dug your vibe, man. You wanna know why?"

"I do?" Angel found herself saying still baffled that of everyone Dolph Zigger was out there.

"Because you went against the Authority, you the Shield went toe to toe with Evolution and you won. Hell, the Shield played a major part in Batista quitting." Dolph chuckled. "That was enough to call for celebration to me, bye bye Boo-tista." He said giving a queen wave. "But what you did, was far worse than the Shield's done to anyone else. You turned your back to your own brothers, you're nothing but a traitor Seth. And you've done the worse thing you could ever do, you sold out man."

The loud cheer of 'you sold out' chant echoed through the arena.

As Hunter set a match with Seth, Dean started to pace again. They realized that they weren't going to get anything else from Seth. They weren't going to get their explanation. Nothing.

"Fucking…." Dean cursed as he made another pass while swinging out his arms. "Nothing, nothing, we got nothing! Just a FUCK YOU!"

"Dean!" Angel warned him as she glanced down the hallway. She was sure that even though JoJo wasn't in the room she could still hear the man.

The man's arms swung out almost hitting against a fake tree that sat next to the TV.

"Dean if you wanna punch something, go downstairs." Galina warned him.

Dean turned around and stared at the woman, though as his eyes landed on Galina the hardness in his gaze started to disappear. "I'm good."

"You sure?" She asked. "You just nearly knocked over my tree."

Dean glanced back at the thing. "Yeah, sorry. Reflex."

"Well get your reflexes away from my artwork and plants."

"Yes ma'am." Dean said as nicely as she thought he could at the moment before plopping back on the couch next to her.

She could feel the tension in Dean's body as he adjusted himself to get comfortable. She could feel the way his muscles twitched. Could hear the deep breaths that he forced through his nose. This man was just a ball of anger waiting to go off.

And judging by the looks on both Roman's and Galina's face they both knew it. Smackdown was lost as their eyes rested solely on him.

Even as she kept him in the corner of his eyes, Angel knew that they weren't in any trouble. Dean might be a ticking time bomb, but he also had a set time to go off and that was as soon as he saw Seth in person. Not to say that he wasn't going to have small outbursts like he just did but the true horror was waiting to come.

Labinnacslove: I'm glad that you liked Dean and Angel's time with her parents. I hope I'm writing them well enough. And yeah I couldn't have just let Angel stand there and watch Seth beat Dean and Roman with a chair. It wouldn't have been in her character.

BrookeWorm3: I'm glad that you liked their date. Dean can be quite scary at times and Moxley...that's a whole another beast.

Canadice: Every time you say you like the story it makes me happy. They kind of had a date when in England.

Skovko: We shall see. I don't have any plans to make them have kids. I mean we're only like five months into their relationship.

Katara Melody Cullen: I'm glad you liked the chapter! I love writing their date and her time with her parents.

Sonia: Hey! I'm so glad that you liked the chapter. His mind isn't really in the right spot right now. He's a little unstable at the moment. I don't think Angel would want to work with Seth at all after what he did. I mean I wouldn't want to.
