Rise Of G-Morph And The Amazing Spider-Man by Amit Barabi:

Here is a summary for those who read this story on their phone's browser:

Gwen Stacy is chosen by Eunice to become the successor of the Hero Of Heroes, Ben Tennyson. Please read and enjoy her origin as the heroine, G-Morph, and her ever-growing adventure with her arachnoid boyfriend, Spider-Man.

This story is mainly based on the movies The Amazing Spider-Man and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it also has some original ideas. Peter and Gwen are pairing. I was inspired by The Incredible Muffin's My Alien Academia and Ben 10: Unlimited. This story was originally titled "Wristed Heroes". This is the first story of my big planned series, Amit's Cinematic Universe, or ACU for short.

Ben 10 does not belong to me. Spider-Man and the rest of Marvel do not belong to me. Ben 10 belongs to Cartoon Network and was made by Man Of Action and Spider-Man and Marvel belong to Disney and were made by Stan Lee.

Happy New Year, everyone. 2021 is behind us, and I hope it will be a better year than the last two.

The TVA tried to kill me for making this chapter, but a bunch of fat people with sticks could not stop me from making my choice. I guess I am stronger than Loki. No, wait! The Disney Plus shows are not canon to the MCU, so I am still only as strong as any other human.

Is there a cute official name for Peter and Gwen's relationship in the Spider-Man community? You know, like Gwevin for Gwen Tennyson and Kevin Levin from Ben 10 or IzuOcha for Izuku Midoiya and Ochaco Uraraka from My Hero Academia? I don't know because I don't read comic books, but feel free to write down the official name of this ship in your review if you know the ship's name. Maybe Gwenter?

Before we start, I would like to recommend to you guys reading The Incredible Muffin's stories. He is the best author I know on this platform, and he is about to finish the Overhaul arc of his My Hero Academia retelling story, My Alien Academia.

Anyway, expect some action in the next few chapters, because this chapter is where the story takes a huge diversity from the main events of The Amazing Spider-Man.

Chapter 5: Discoveries.

Parker resident, 8:00 AM

After fixing the damage he caused in the bathroom, telling his uncle and aunt that he couldn't go to school today due to his illness, and shaking off some random objects that stuck to his feet and hands, Peter sat at his computer desk. He searched on Google and some other search engines about symptoms and side effects caused by spider bites. He also searched for spiders' habits and general traits. But after a few minutes of searching online, his stress forced his stickiness to kick in again and pull off some of the keys from his keyboard.

'Okay, seriously,' Peter thought as he stared at the keys still stuck to his fingers, 'I have to learn how to control this thing, or I will lose my freaking mind!' It took him around six seconds to shake them off.

Now, with his keyboard being broken, Peter had only one proper way to figure out what to do about his new abilities until he could get a new one. Even if he gets a new keyboard, he must figure out how not to break it as soon as he starts typing it. That would just be a waste of money.

Even with a broken keyboard, Peter still managed to look over Karen's code. Despite his AI server's mysterious hardware makeover, the software stayed exactly the same way Peter had left it before the server's combustion yesterday. And after checking the hardware and the rest of his room for any planted bugs -thankfully, there were not any-, Peter decided to run the program and even attach the camera arm.

It took a few seconds, and then, the AI activated, "Good morning, Peter." Karen greeted its creator, "How is your day today?"

'That is odd...' Peter thought, 'Usually, Karen stutters when it greets me. Maybe it is the new hardware? Yeah, that must be it. The code I have written should have allowed the development of autonomy, but I could never get my hand on the materials to build hardware that can support Karen's program.'

"I'm good," Peter lied before moving on, "But I need your help with something."

"Of course, Peter. This is what you made me for." Karen stated, "Do you still need any help with getting into Oscorp Tower or any other Oscorp facility?"

"Umm, no. I already took care of that," Peter said while scratching the back of his neck.

"What else can I help you with? Or is it just a test run?"

"No, it is not just about a test. I need you to run on my monitor everything you can find online about the habits of this race of spiders," Peter held a small jar that contained the spider that had bitten him in front of the camera arm, "And the symptoms of its venom when ejected to humans. Also, if my uncle or aunt will ask, don't tell them anything."

The camera arm focused on the dead spider and shifted to look at it from different angles. It took a few seconds of loading time, but the AI eventually said, "This species of spider shares some similarities with certain other species, but it seems to be one of its kind." Even the monitor showed nothing but a [Data Not Found] alert.

"No, that's impossible," Peter said with a frown and impatient voice, "I stood in a room full of these spiders! And there was this creepy machine! And-!"

"Was it a dusty room?" Karen asked with its emotionless voice, cutting Peter mid-sentence for the first time since he wrote its program, "Most known spiders tend to live in dusty places that have no common movements in them."

That was quite the opposite description of the room where Peter found the spider, but that was not the part that caught Peter's attention. The spider belonged to an artificial species! It must have been the thing his father worked on for Oscorp. A new species of spiders that can turn people into super-soldiers!

"It doesn't matter! Karen, I need you to show me a list of the most common abilities of spiders!"

"On it, Peter."

'This breakthrough in Cross-species Genetics must be rare if not unique,' Peter thought, 'And there is no way it is reversible!' The best Peter could do with his new abilities is master them and keep them a secret from the world. He must master them, or else he might kill someone by accident! And if he can master them, maybe he could use them to take down Norman Osborn and get justice for his dead parents!

...

After a few minutes, Peter saw that Karen still organized the list, so he decided to pass the time by working on his stickiness. He started by trying to activate it on command by pressing his hands and feet to random objects in his room. If he could learn how to turn it on, maybe he could also learn how to turn it off.

It took him around two hours to learn how to control it. It seemed to have a lot to do with stress and willpower; The more stressed he gets, the greater the chance he would stick to something uncontrollably, and the greater his will is, the better he could stick to the surface.

By the time Peter gained some understanding of that trait of his new powers, the list was ready for a while.

He hung on the ceiling with his hands and asked Karen to send the list to the app on his damaged phone before doing a flip and landing perfectly on the floor in a spider-like pose. He could show off to himself if he wanted to, right? Who is going to judge him? Karen?

"Excelent landing, Peter. You are 98% amazing."

Nevermind. Wait, ninety-eight?

Before he could check either the list or Karen's standards for 'amazingness', Peter heard a knock on the door. The teenager asked Karen to unlock the door and then opened it. To the lack of Peter's surprise, it was his uncle.

"Hey, Peter. Are you feeling better?" The elder man asked as he entered the room, "I heard some noises, and I have got worried about you."

"I feel way better. Thanks, Uncle Ben." Peter answered with a smile while making a desperate motion behind his back for Karen to shrink the project on his monitor before addressing the noises, "I was umm- I was just moving some things around here to make more space."

"Huh... Okay." Ben said, "Anyway, I will go to work in an hour, and my shift is shorter today. So if you want to watch our favorite wrestler later, then I found the old cassette."

"Mordock The Devil?!" Murdock was the Parkers' favorite wrestler when Peter grew up. It helped him bond with his uncle and distract him from the death of his parents. His aunt never liked those things, which resulted in Peter spending more time with his uncle. He still loved her, but they never had the same bond he had developed with his uncle, who always held his hand and taught him about responsibility. "Oh my god! Yes, I will love that! I thought we lost that tape!" Peter almost joined him, but then he remembered his task, "I just need to get some stuff for Karen to work better. The program needs something to help me find the cause of my symptoms."

"Wasn't it because that kid from your school beat you?"

"Uhh..."

"Don't worry about it. If you need your privacy to work on whatever one of your little projects is, then I am not going to push it. Just don't exhaust yourself too much. I want you back in school as soon as possible, and if anyone will pick on you, then they will have to deal with me and your aunt," The old man said on his way out of the room. But then he saw the desktop image on Peter's computer, "Who is that?"

It was an image of his school's Debate Team with Gwen in the middle and the only one who was in focus after some digital editing. It may have been creepy to use an image of your classmate for your desktop, but everyone in it approved the original picture, and it is not like you could see anything inappropriate. Gwen and the rest of the students just stood there and smiled at the camera.

"It's Gwen," Peter answered, "She is the girl I am going to date soon."

"She is pretty." Ben said, "Did you two make any plans for your date?"

"No, not really..." Peter answered awkwardly, "Any advice?"

"I have some advice for you, Peter," Karen replied before the elder man could even open his mouth. "May I present it to you?"

Peter looked at his uncle for approval. It would be kind of rude to let a program he wrote silence the man who raised him, right?

"Sure, why not?" Ben said reluctantly, "I wanna hear what kind of advice your computer thingy can offer." Ben Parker was admittingly not an educated man, but to his credit, he was almost as curious as his nephew was.

"Go right ahead, Karen," Peter allowed his program to talk.

"Pick a neutral place where you two can properly comfortably learn to know each other while also having fun. It will also be preferable if the place is cheap enough for your budget, which I must assume is low by educated guess. Would you like me to look into potential places?"

Both of the Parkers' eyes went wide.

"Did... Did you program that thing?" The older Parker asked in disbelief, "Last week your computer didn't know how to help me make meatloaves better than your aunt's!" Normally, he would have not admitted it, but his wife was terrible in the kitchen.

"I made some modifications to the software this morning to help Karen evolve by itself, and I always wanted it to be autonomic, but I didn't think Karen would make such progress so quickly. The hardware should not support this fast-pacing progress."

"I don't understand these computer things. I never did. You were always the smart guy in the house, and I was already useless at helping you with your homework when you were ten years old," The old man said with self-disappointment, "Now, about your girlfriend, make sure to show her that you want her. But don't be too aggressive. You do not want to intimidate her right off the bat." Ben added in a weak attempt to feel useful. With that, the old man headed to leave the room.

"Wait," Peter said before approaching his uncle and hesitantly hugging him with as little strength as possible, "It was great advice. You are a good dad, and no computer in the world can replace you."

Peter let go of his uncle, who had left the room with a smile on his face and a minor doubt about Peter's hesitation.

'Back to the list.' Peter thought to himself before checking the monitor.

The following aspects of his powers were his strength and agility, even though he controlled his strength when he hugged his uncle a moment ago, there was no guarantee that he could avoid hurting anyone by accident with even simpler gestures; He could not test it in his room because that would mean breaking his stuff, so he grabbed his skateboard and walked out of the house through the front door. It was probably better than his idea to sneak out of his window. He knew just the place for this test of his powers.

...

Stark Industries' abundant weapon factory

Peter made it to the old and abandoned Stark Industries' weapon factory way faster than he had expected. It looks like his strength could also apply to his speed.

Once Peter entered the abandoned building, he noticed the pile of broken computers that he had left behind the last time he was there. But something looked different about the pile, though. All of the computers that he took apart last time were fixed. How could it happen? Did that mysterious B.T. person decide to fix these computers along with his broken ones? What if they worked for Osborn? Could he be spied on right now?

No, his alarming Spider Tingle did not go off. Okay, this is getting ridiculously crazy; 'Just because Norman Osborn turned out to be the monstrous piece of crap who killed my parents, doesn't mean that this mysterious B.T. person works for him or even has bad intentions.'

To be sure about it, Peter searched the most likely places for hidden cameras and microphones; He spent almost an hour doing that, and at least for now, he found nothing, nor did it feel like anyone followed him here, and the only person who knew he that he loved coming here was Harry... and maybe Gwen, since he could vaguely recall Harry saying the word "skating" to Gwen after class that one time and that place was their favorite skating spot.

With his paranoia being suppressed to a degree, Peter started testing his strength. He started by grabbing a metallic pole and hitting some old equipment that was not useful for both his current science projects and the ones that he had already planned for the future.

At first, Peter just broke things out of anger at Norman Osborn by hitting things as hard as he could, but after he let 13 years of the steam out of his system, he started to regulate his strength by grabbing metallic objects without crushing them. It was a bitter and uneasy task, but once he didn't imagine they were the neck of the man who ruined his chance to know his parents, the man he had learned to hate in less than one day, it eventually became easy, and the results were satisfying.

The next step was to master his spider-like acrobatics; Peter started by skating all over the place in previously impossible ways, only to fall almost a quarter of the time. It may have proven to him that his Spider Tingle... No, Spider-Sense -yeah, that is a much better name for it- was not a no-limit policy for acrobatics, but it gave him a chance to learn how fast he could heal. At some point, Peter put his skateboard aside somewhere when he found a bunch of chains hanging from the ceiling which he swung on for a while. Peter found that activity almost natural. He wondered if it had something to do with his spider powers or if it was just a natural talent that he had never had a chance to discover.

Eventually, after having a good grasp on the applications of his powers, and finding out that he could not generate and shoot natural webs out of his body, Peter skated home. He considered jumping from one rooftop to another, but he did not want anyone to see him. After all, the main goal of this training exercise was to help him control his powers so he would not expose himself by accident.

'Come to think about it, not having organic webs is probably a good thing for me,' Peter thought to himself as he skated, 'The most practical places to shoot webs from are my wrists, but having organs that generate webs from there would have to mess up my arms. Not to mention that the more biologically accurate place for a human spider to shoot webs from is my butt. For better and worse, I am glad I don't have that part of the set.' The disturbing image of web sacks growing on his butt and wrists made Peter laugh at how ridiculous it would look if he had organic webs. It almost sounded like an idea for a bad movie of the early 2000s, and it would have been worse if that movie had been a part of a trilogy.

On the technical side of things, Peter wondered how many calories he would have had to consume every single day just to generate that amount of webs.

Maybe he could come up with a formula for artificial webs and make his own web shooters. 'Yeah, that would be both awesome and cheaper. But what would I need those for?'

Before Peter could think about it any further, he realized that it did not take him long to make it back home. It would have surprised him, but he had already learned that he was way faster than any regular human. He looked at the time and realized that school would be over any moment and that he should take a shower before Gwen arrived with his homework.

Flying as Stinkfly was still a hard challenge for the teen girl, but Gwen managed and was improving through the difficulty with this form's flight skills. Another challenge was to fly without being seen. Thankfully, there were not many workplaces in the area where Peter lived, so most of the residents in the area were not at home. She landed in a nearby hidden place, transformed back into her human form, and then walked the rest of the way to Peter's home address.

On her way, Gwen walked by a grocery store and noticed a man with long dirty-blonde hair, a beard, and sunglasses staring at the store from the other side of the street. Either that man was a creep, a thief, or an undercover cop. In any case, it would be a bad idea to provoke him.

When the man saw Gwen looking at him suspiciously, he tried his best to form an innocent smile and waved with his left hand, exposing his purple star tattoo before walking away.

'That guy seems like trouble,' Gwen thought, 'But then again, I am walking towards the house of a guy who starred at places that he shouldn't have yesterday. Maybe it is something about how people are raised in this part of the city. Well, at least Peter proved himself to be more than his flaws, so that guy could have some redeemable qualities that I can't see yet.' She almost made it to the address when she set for herself a mental note, 'I should probably report on that star tattoo guy's weird activities to my dad when I get home. I don't want to risk him hurting someone just because I did not act.'

...

Gwen knocked on the door, hoping to see Peter. Unfortunately, the brunette was not the one to greet her. Instead, she saw an unfamiliar old man. He wore his work uniform and was covered in sweat, but he did not look like he was hurrying up to get out. He probably returned home recently.

"Is this where Peter Parker lives?" Gwen asked the old man, "I am his friend from school."

"Yeah, you came to the right place," The old man said before looking at her over, "You look familiar. Have I seen you before?"

"I don't think so..." Gwen replied nervously. She had never seen this old man before. Maybe he came to Midtown Science once during a parents' day or something and saw her next to her parents by chance. Gwen decided to change the subject, "Is Peter here? I brought here his homework."

"Yes, of course. I will call him. Please, come in and make yourself feel at home." The old man said kindly as Gwen sat down on the couch in the living room.

Peter must have learned a thing or two from this nice man, judging by his good deeds yesterday. Then again, Peter could help her yesterday at the schoolyard like he helped that kid instead of just not doing the wrong thing with her. As terrible as it felt at that moment, that incident helped Gwen to know Peter better and realize how much she enjoyed his company. Maybe she was a little too harsh on Eunice for setting up that event, but it would feel right to get an apology from the holographic woman inside her watch. It made Gwen wonder how her relationship with Peter could have developed had Eunice not caused that awkward moment to happen.

"Hey, Gwen," Peter said as he walked down the stairs with the old man, pulling the blonde girl out of her thoughts, "I'm glad to see you."

"Hey, Peter," Gwen replied with a smile. She had noticed that Peter's hair was wet, along with some spots under his tight shirt that were at least one size too small for him. He must have just taken a shower. "How are you?"

Peter himself couldn't ignore two things about his crush; For instance, she did not smell like she just walked from Midtown Science all this way to here. She smelled as if she had just walked out of a shower a few moments ago... Well, that and a barely noticeable little touch of some unfamiliar smell that vaguely reminded him of a rotten bug. During the last few hours, Peter had learned that his sense of smell increased to superhuman levels just like his strength, and that specific smell reminded him that he skipped breakfast.

The other thing that he noticed was the way she was dressed; Gwen wore what looked like a business suit. Gwen's outfit consisted of a pair of light grey high socks with high-heeled boots that made her look almost as tall as Peter was before his transformation, a darkish-grey skirt that looked almost identical to the one from yesterday, save for a few extra centimeters of length and was possibly made out of lighter materials, a matching darkish-grey jacket that covered a white long-sleeved buttoned blouse with a straight collar, and a perfectly-worn tie colored black. She had her long blonde hair up in a twisted bun and did not wear her iconic black bow. And unlike usual, she wore a little makeup. It made her look more mature and far more attractive, even more than Felicia. But if she intended to look like some business lady, for whatever reason, then why would she wear that ugly homemade bracelet on her-

"Peter!" Gwen raised her voice while snapping her fingers a few times, "I said I was fine and asked you how you feel." That got Peter's attention away from her appearance.

"Oh, I'm sorry..." Peter said with some blush on his face as he tried his best to focus on Gwen's blue eyes and felt relief when he noticed that Gwen also blushed a little and smiled. Perhaps he was wrong about her never catching whenever he looked her over, but it was also possible that he stared for longer than usual, "I feel way better. Thanks for everything. I owe you one."

"I need to go pick up your aunt from work, so if you two are going to go out, then make sure to lock the door." The old man said as he made his way to exit the house.

There was a brief awkward silence as none of the teens knew how to continue their conversation.

"So... was that your dad?" Gwen asked in an attempt to break the ice shortly after the elder man left.

"N-no. Well, he's my..." Peter paused, thinking of one of his most recent conversations with his uncle, "He is my uncle," Peter answered, finally capable of looking at Gwen, though he did not make direct eye contact, still not understanding why she would dress like that when she dressed far more casually for work yesterday.

"Did he come to visit or something?" Gwen asked in genuine interest.

"No, I live here with- Did Flash never tell you? I thought you two talked regularly," Peter asked in surprise. How could she not know? He looked her in the eyes as she shook her head lightly. "It is not a secret. I just don't talk about it a lot," Peter started explaining in a serious tone, "My parents died in a plane crash when I was four years old. My uncle and aunt took care of me ever since my parents were k-" Gwen interrupted by hugging him.

"You don't have to talk about it if it hurts you."

Peter smiled as he returned the hug, "Thanks..."

It is a good thing it was so easy for him to master his powers in just one day, or else, he would have crushed her bones with this hug.

Something about this hug felt strange for Gwen. She and Peter hugged around a day ago, and yet his body felt different. She couldn't point-pin it, but it just did not feel the same. 'Maybe it is because we were sitting, or that I am the one who comforted him this time, but Peter feels more muscular, and... taller?' Gwen thought.

After breaking the hug, Peter offered to show Gwen his room. She hesitated, of course, since all he told her was that there was something he wanted to show her. She hoped it was not what she was thinking, but she decided to give Peter the benefit of the doubt since she could defend herself as Fourarms or run away as XLR8 if things got out of hand.

"Unlock the door," Peter said to the wacky-built microphone that he had attached to the wall after returning from the factory. The previously locked door unlocked itself to his vocal command, something that Gwen found impressive. Then, they entered the room where they were greeted by a camera attached to a mechanical arm.

"Hello, Peter. How are you doing?" The AI greeted in its feminine voice.

"I'm doing fine, Karen." Peter responded, "And as you can see, I have a guest here."

"That is correct. I do see your guest," The camera arm focused on Gwen and scanned her from feet to face to collect data, much to Gwen's discomfort, "Hello, Gwen Stacy. It is nice to meet you."

Gwen looked at Peter in shock, "Did you make it?! Is that a fully autonomic AI server?" Gwen paused for a moment with her jaw dropped before the realization struck her, "How does she know my name?"

"Oh, umm... You see... I-" Peter started to talk, trying to find a response before his creation would answer the last question, but to no avail.

"To answer your questions by order, Gwen Stacy, Peter created me from scraps, I am indeed an autonomic Artificial Intelligence server, and I have recognized your face from the pictures on Peter's computer." Karen paused before speaking again, "He cares a lot for you, and even asked me to help him plan your mutual date."

Gwen glared at Peter for a moment when she heard about her pictures. She did not know how to react to this. Heck, she was not certain whether she was supposed to be offended or flattered by him having pictures and possibly videos of her on his computer. The whole scenario reminded her of the worst parts of yesterday's incident, but when she heard the last statement, she found herself leaning toward the flatter side of the scale!

But then she realized that just like how she was a victim of the AI in her watch's intentions, Peter is the victim of his AI's brutal honesty, and that irony made her laugh a little. Yeah, she was definitely leaning more toward feeling flattered at that moment.

"It's not what you think!" Almost as a cue, Peter said. His face was as red as it possibly could get without looking unhealthy.

"Oh, man. So you don't have me on your computer?" Gwen asked teasingly. Her anger was gone entirely. Her current appearance made it even harder for Peter to focus on coming up with the most proper response. She almost sounded and looked disappointed by the unlikely possibility that he did NOT have her on his computer.

"Yeah, I have you on my computer, but it is just the pictures I showed you yesterday. An-and you know, maybe j-just some things from the Debate Team. You are on the Debate Team, so..."

"Right," Gwen nodded with an amused smile.

"Karen must have just seen..." Peter added as he moved his hand up and down in a motion of a drawer moving a brush of paint, "I was touching up stuff."

"You were touching some stuff? Come on." Gwen could barely hold back her laugh right when Peter realized his mistake.

Laughing at her partially wrong assumption about his last statement, Peter realized he was not in the "danger zone", but he did not have an answer that would get him out of the hole he just dug himself into either, "I... I am not gonna answer that."

After the two teenagers calmed down from their laughter, Gwen was the one to break the silence, "Can I see it?"

"See what?" Peter asked nervously, but still with a smile on his face.

"It seems very likely that she means that-"

"Power down, Karen! You said enough!" Peter cut off his AI's mid-sentence. The camera arm folded itself and the server turned off. Trying to save himself from further awkwardness, Peter attempted to change the topic, and he knew exactly what to say, "So what is up with this business outfit?" he asked with a blush on his face.

Before she could answer his question, and almost in a cue, Gwen received a short and highly one-sided phone call, "What is it, Doctor Connors?" She asked respectfully before her eyes went wide with shock and possibly horror, "WHAT?! Do they know who did this to him? Is he okay?!" She paused and looked at Peter briefly before calming down a little, "I was just about to tell him. Should I delay the offer?... Yes, Doctor, I hope you two will be okay soon."

"Is everything okay?" Peter asked.

Gwen shook her head, "No! Doctor Connors just called me," She took a deep breath and tried to sound as calm as possible, "He told me that his son was kidnapped yesterday shortly after I went home. But-"

knowing too well what it is like for a child to be separated from a parent at a young age, Peter almost shouted as he cut Gwen off, "OH MY GOD!".

"But the kidnapper told him over the phone where to find," Gwen continued, "No one knows why that guy did any of this, but Connors said that the kidnapper instructed him to focus on his son's wellbeing and not to deal with work until his son is mentally healthy enough to go to school again."

"What?!" It confused Peter. That did not sound at all like something a kidnapper would do, "Did he demand anything for Connors's son's location?"

"No..." Gwen said, "But he thinks that someone might have done it to hurt Oscorp's progress... Or to keep you out of our projects..."

Peter's eyes went wide. Could it be that someone knows? "Wh-why would I... What do I have to do with all of this?"

Gwen sighed and looked Peter in the eyes. Something about his face looked odd, but she did not care enough to figure it out right now. She then took a deep breath and did her best to explain the whole thing without losing her composure, "Doctor Connors called me after work before the kidnapper called him. He said that he chose you to be the next intern, and I was supposed to recruit you today and introduce you to Connors's managers, but with everything that is going on, it looks like it will have to wait. After he reported to the police about his son, he found a microphone in his office, but once the detective in charge touched it, the microphone... melted... and disappeared...

I know it is all crazy, but... Do you want the job?"

"I..." Peter tried to process everything that Gwen just told him, but there was one thing that he cared for more, and Gwen did not explain well enough, "You said that Connors's son needs to be checked for his mental health, but what about his physical health? Did the kidnapper not harm him?"

"No," Gwen replied, "Doctor Connors said that his son is okay and that his kidnapper treated him well."

It sounded strange, but it appeared that the kidnapper had a clear intention to slow down something about one of Oscorp's projects, and probably Peter's recruitment.

"I think the kid should be okay, but it will probably take a while," Gwen tried to assure Peter, "I get that it is all confusing and stuff, and since the police still investigating the whole thing, I don't expect you to answer now, but I really think you should take that job offer if you want to become a scientist. Also, we could see each other more often." She said the last part with a smile and tickled her nose lightly, which Peter found adorable.

"I will think about it..." Peter answered before smiling, "Wait, is this what the outfit is for? Were you supposed to-ouche?!"

"Finish that sentence, and I will not help you the next time Flash punches you!" Gwen blushed and cut him off with a glare and a light punch to the shoulder that even a 10-year-old would have found weak, but something about her tone and expression implied that she did not mean to cause him any harm or leave him to the wolves. Not that it mattered that much due to his new strength.

"Okay, okay! Sorry!" Peter responded with his hands held up in a surrendering manner that did not make him look very intimidated by the blonde girl due to his height advantage and muscular arms, "Is there anything I can do to make things better?"

Gwen seemed to think about it for a moment before answering, "Yeah, there is something you can do," She smirked, "Before you shut Karen down, she said that you spend some time with a folder of my pictures..."

'Oh, no! Not that again!' Peter thought. He remembered trying to change the subject, but he had nothing to distract Gwen now! All he could do at that moment was brace himself for an awkward moment.

"I want to see it now," Gwen stated.

'SHIT!' Peter thought.

"Is it on your computer?" Gwen asked as she pointed at his computer station.

Peter allowed her to use his computer with a sigh of relief, 'Oh, okay. She meant that she wanted to see the folder."

He did not know how things would have gone had she meant something else or if he tried to roll with what he thought she meant, but it was enough to take Oscorp away from his attention for now and make her not hate him for his last comment. However, this desire that Gwen has just displayed shouldn't cause any immediate disaster that he could think of. He turned on his personal computer and opened the folder.

Gwen noticed something else in those moments as Peter turned his back to her; Peter did not just look taller, but he could also focus on the tiny icons on his small monitor without wearing the glasses he wore yesterday at Oscorp Tower. She then looked at the rack next to his bed and saw with wide eyes a brand-new box of contact eye lenses - the only box there. With all the dots connecting, it clicked to her; Peter winced in pain yesterday at Oscorp Tower right before the Omnitrix alerted her about a Meta-Human around her, and right after he disappeared and returned from the Dark Lab. Could it be? Could Peter be the Meta-Human? Does he know? Did Eunice know?

With the Omnitrix not being able to detect this mutation anymore, there was only one way to know for sure, "He-hey, Peter, I have a question."

"What is it?" Peter asked without turning as he opened the folder.

"Can you look at your homework while I look at my pictures? I just want to make sure there are no pictures of... you know... from yesterday or any other day?"

"Sure." Peter complied with her request as he got off his chair and Gwen handed him his homework. She sat on his chair with crossed legs while he sat on his bed. She studied him with her gaze as he read the papers that she had just handed him while turning the chair to him slowly, and to match her suspicion, he did not struggle at all to read them.

"I have another question. Do you need your-" Gwen's question died in her mouth as she suddenly lost her ability to speak. That sensation, or lack of one, was more than familiar, 'It must have been Eunice!' Gwen thought. And as if to confirm Gwen's thought, the holographic woman appeared, standing in front of her with her hand on her mouth. It must have been a symbol of the urgency to keep her quiet since Eunice's intangible hand wouldn't have changed anything.

"Yes, it is him. I wasn't sure before, but I just figured it out too. Now, don't say a thing!" Eunice ordered as Peter looked up at Gwen in concern.

"Gwen?" Peter asked in wonder.

"Things will only go south in any scenario where you reveal to him right now that you know that he is the Meta-Human!" Eunice ordered.

"Do I need my what?" Peter asked. He saw Gwen facing him, but she looked at some empty space with wide eyes, "Are you okay, Gwen? You look like you have just seen a ghost."

Eunice released Gwen at that moment to allow her to speak. She had to come up with something to smooth it. But what could she come up with?! She already told him that her meeting was canceled, and telling him that her bosses at Oscorp Tower wanted to recruit him more than anyone else would probably be a bad idea, now that she knew that he was the Meta-Human and risk him being treated as a lab rat or something! She could return the subject to the pictures and use her sex appeal to make him drop any suspicion since she noticed how often he looked her over since she came here, but... No! That would be wrong on so many levels and in so many ways! Stupid Eunice. What good is a personal tutorial AI if it can't help you with...

AI! That is it!

"When did you write Karen's program?"

"Oh, that was... I wrote its original software draft about a month after we started going to Midtown Science about a year and a half ago. The hard part was to find the parts for the hardware."

As interesting as it could be to know how Peter had managed to build this computer and write that program, Peter's preferences referred to Karen as "it" rather than as "she", and this reveals that Peter noticed her for over 18 months while she only started noticing him last month, Gwen had her attention on a different subject, "And why did you do any of this in the first place?"

"I wanted someone to help me make the right decisions and help me and my uncle and aunt with trivial stuff." He turned his gaze at the window, "I also knew Harry won't be around forever to be my friend, so I made for myself this friend slash assistant."

"Is that it?" Gwen asked with genuine interest. She took advantage of Peter looking away and uncrossed her legs quickly before crossing them the other way to prevent her lower leg from getting numb without risking Peter seeing anything and focused on Peter's answer. As good as the motivation was, it did not feel like quite the only reason to invest so much time and resources in such a project.

"I... I also made it because I thought it would be cool to show some people," Peter added with a shy smile while turning away from his window and looking Gwen in the eyes, "Maybe I could impress some people with it to make up for my lack of social skills."

Realizing which people Peter was referring to, or rather, getting the hint, Gwen wanted nothing more than to assure him of his value to her, even with how little time they have spent together ever since going to high school, "Do you really think you need your AI Server to help you find ways to impress me?" Gwen asked, "I mean, any guy who stands up to Flash and gets beaten by him just to help a random kid is impressive in my book."

Peter smiled, "It's just... I never knew how to approach you, and I want our date to be as good as it can be."

Gwen uncrossed her legs again with one hand preventing her short skirt from going up, got off the chair, and stepped towards him with a warm smile, "Homemade AI or not, handsome or not, I wouldn't have wanted to be your girlfriend had you not been the amazing guy that you are."

"Girlfriend?!" Peter asked in shock. Wanting to date him is one thing, but wanting to be his girlfriend is something else.

Due to their height differences, and the lower height of Peter's bed, Gwen was not too tall for her next move. Instead of answering, Gwen simply leaned closer and kissed him. It may have been on the cheek, but the corners of their mouths touched a little. She also noticed at that moment that his blackeye from yesterday had healed.

The two teens smiled at each other as Gwen sat next to Peter, unaware of what was going on outside the house.

...

"Come on, get out of there already!" The Citikayrah assassin, Ratz Maher, scrawled from the rooftop a few blocks away from the Parker house while preparing his sniper rifle.

Out of boredom and lack of patience, Ratz used his super-human speed to zoom in and look at his position from the door to make sure how easy it would be for his target to see him by simply looking up at the wrong moment. As soon as he realized how exposed he would have been on that roof, the Citikayrah assassin ran back up to his position and searched for a better spot before relocating.

...

'Where are we going from here?' Both Peter and Gwen asked themselves at the same time as they sat next to each other on Peter's bed. None of them felt ready to initiate any further actions yet, and none of them could come up with an excuse to leave the room. All they knew was that they liked each other's company, but were too shy to make the next move.

After what almost felt like an hour, Gwen claimed that they should do their homework and pushed herself off the bed, intending to leave. But before she was up on her feet, Peter gathered the courage to grab her by the wrist and pull her back to her spot on the bed into a soft kiss on the lips. Gwen was surprised for half a second, but after that, she returned the kiss and even shifted her position to face him better with one knee on the bed while getting a little closer. The kiss was a little clumsy due to lack of experience on both sides and it did not last for more than ten seconds.

After they parted for air, Peter caressed Gwen's cheek as they both smiled at each other awkwardly, "Sorry for not warning you. I just- mmm,"

Peter's apology was cut short by a brief kiss from Gwen, "Don't… Just…" She could not think of a good way to articulate it, so she hugged the back of his neck with one arm and his shoulder with her other. Peter got the suggestion and positioned himself with both knees on the bed to face her better before kissing her again while leaning forward and supporting her lower back with one hand to make sure she would not fall back due to his height advantage causing her to arch backward.

Gwen felt excited and experimental and saw no point in his kind gesture due to Peter's bed being the only thing beneath her at that moment. She hesitantly freed his shoulder for a moment and pushed his hand downward, causing them to lay on the bed with Peter on top of her and with one hand where no sticky power was needed to keep it in place.

None of them planned a makeout session this early in their relationship but something about it felt… right. It definitely felt better than the first kiss, but also more awkward and unfamiliar. Gwen moved her hands up and down Peter's muscular back while Peter squeezed the hand on Gwen's rear and moved his other hand to one of her thighs and pushed it gently apart from its twin limb.

The two hormonal teenagers were already making out and touching each other for a few minutes, but when Gwen felt a certain thing pressing against her, she had to bring things to an end. With a yelp, Gwen moved her hands from Peter's back and pushed him off of her slowly while smoothing down her skirt and making sure her shirt and jacket were buttoned up. There was no need for these actions since Peter did not dare to touch her top yet, and while her legs were open, her skirt was mostly in place.

Peter sat in front of her with a pillow on his lap and a red face, "Sorry… Did I move too fast or…?"

"No, you didn't…" Gwen stated with her own shade of red face while tickling her nose again, which Peter still found adorable and cute, "I mean you did… We both… I have to go home!" Her hair and makeup were messy and she felt like she… both of them… went too far. She thought she was ready to enter a relationship, but she almost could not stop things before they went too far.

None of them knew it was the other's first kiss, but they just knew that they better keep something for after their first date, where they could improve.

...

When Gwen left the house, Eunice materialized next to her, "Wow, that was intense."

"Please drop it, Eunice," Gwen blushed, "I just kissed a guy for the first time, and we haven't even gone on a single date yet!"

"Do you want some advice?" Eunice asked, "I have some experience with dating guys."

"I mean, this is against everything my parents taught me about guys!" Gwen ignored Eunice, "I- Who knows how far we could have gone?!"

"I would have stopped you if necessary," Eunice added calmly, "Though I do wonder what your offspring could do if they inherit whatever powers he has with your Omnitrix-infused DNA."

"It's not funny, Eunice!" Gwen almost shouted, unaware of the red dot marking her forehead, "He is a Meta-Human! What if his saliva is poisonous or if-"

"Gwen, look out!"

That was the last thing Eunice managed to say before the projectile was fired from a nearby rooftop.

Author Notes:

Surprise! Daredevil exists in this universe.

I wanted Peter to take at least one day off from school to master his power or a the very least, have a good grasp of what he is capable of. As for Peter doing it so quickly, I like to think that the spiders having his father's DNA makes it so that at least some of his new instincts would come naturally. If you want, you can compare it to the Data-Dub feature Gwen has in her Omnitrix. I would like to see what you guys think about it.

Also, Gwenter shared their first kiss, and Gwen got shot by that evil Fasttrack assassin, Ratz Maher.

I am sure you can guess who the man with the star tattoo is, as well as who Alien V might be. I can assure you, that the answer to that is more complicated and clever than one might think on their first read.

Can you believe that the original idea for this story was originally way simpler? Because I sure start to forget that fact.

If you are upset with Gwen finding out that Peter is the Meta-Human from Oscorp Tower this early, then keep in mind that there were clues all over the place, and she is the only student who is smarter than Peter.

let's list the clues, shall we?

1. Peter disappeared and went to a secret location that some Oscorp employees call "The Dark Lab" right before reappearing in a stressful state.

2. Peter visibly felt pain in the back of his neck right before the Omnitrix detected a mutation happening in that room to a human.

3. Peter has been sick ever since the Omnitrix alerted Gwen.

4. Peter is visibly taller, more muscular, and no longer needs glasses or contact lenses.

To clarify, Peter looked like Andrew Garfield before he was bitten, but I made him taller and more muscular because I want his feats of strength and agility to look more realistic despite how good of a shape Andre Garfield must be in. (no homo).

Have a happy year, and if you like the idea of Ben giving an Omnitrix to a teenager from another universe, but do not like my story, then go read The Incredible Muffin's My Alien Academia. His fanfiction is way better than mine. More than that, it is my favorite fanfiction.

I am about to release a video on my YouTube channel about my fanfiction soon, so if you want to see it as soon as it comes out, then you can subscribe to my YouTube channel right now.

I also have a P-atreon, so if you want to support my writing, you can do it there for just 3$ (or more, if you feel like it).

Next time on "Rise Of G-Morph And The Amazing Spider-Man": Gwen's first encounter with a villain!

This is all for today. Amit Barabi, out.
