Chapter Ninety Four! So I have a question for you guys. I was thinking about doing in character AMA on my Tumblr. You would be able to ask my Dean and Angel and even me if you would like anything you would want. It would also be the same place that I'm going to post my drawing for Angel in the Asylum. Just let me know!

Smackdown: June 20, 2014

"Yes, Mom I know." Angel sighed as she lugged her bags into the arena. "It was just easier to stay in Ohio since both Raw and Smackdown were scheduled here."

"With your busy schedule what's a few more hours on the road." Her mom's complaint echoed through the phone.

"You ever think that because of our busy schedule we would want to, you know, take some time to rest?"

"Yes, sweetie and I get that it's just your father and I miss you. It feels like forever since you've been home." Just like all moms, hers knew right where to hit to trigger a guilt trip.

"I miss you guys as well. I told you that the shows in Pittsburgh next week, so I'll be home then." She turned toward Dean with pleading eyes.

"Your mom?" He mouthed.

She nodded.

Without warning, Dean took the phone from her and put it to his ear. "Hey Evelyn." Dean said causally. "Yeah, doing alright. The shoulder is fine; a little sore but what you going to do, right?" Angel sighed as she heard her mother's voice start up. "Oh, that sounds good, I'll have to try that when we come over next week. Yeah, I'm excited too." He said as he wiggled his eyebrows. "You watching the show tonight? I gots me a match with a demon apparently. Yeah. Alright. We'll we talked to you later. Night."

"How did you do that?" Angel said as he hung up the phone. "She didn't even try to guilt trip you for not wanting to travel to PA this week."

"What can I say I have a silver tongue." He winked. "I can't help it that your mom likes me."

Angel rolled her eyes at the man as Roman finally caught up with them.

"Oh wow, you're off the phone." He chuckled. "I didn't think she was ever going to let you go."

"Yeah she might not have if Dean didn't smooth talk her."

Roman shook his head. "You always had a way with mothers."

"Everyone's but my own. Now dads on the other hand, they don't normally like me." He said sounding almost proud of that fact.

"My dad likes you."

"Well that's because he hasn't caught me in your bed at two in the morning on a school night. Yet." She swatted at him as they walked down the hallway, making both men laugh.

After checking in with the production crew, Angel grabbed the 'revisited' schedule and read through it making sure there wasn't any surprises she wasn't aware of. "Seth has a match." She shared as they made themselves at home in a back corner.

"Against?" Roman questioned.

"Kofi."

"That's going to in a good one." Dean nodded. "Flyer vs flyer."

Angel unzipped her bag. "You going to DQ it?"

"Nah." He shook his head. "Seth will be expecting that. I'll let him have this match."

"Oh?" Roman laughed. "That doesn't sound like you."

"I didn't say I wasn't going to get the last laugh." He smirked. "I just said I'll let him have the match."

"Oh god Angel, he's thinking." Roman gave a fake gasp as he grabbed out his ring gear.

"I capable of thinking." Dean pouted. "Sometimes."

She laughed. "So, Mr. Thinky; what's going on in that head of yours."

He turned. "You think you can get someone to let us do a live promo thing."

She thought about it. "Maybe." She would have to once again ask Hank about it, though after Tuesday, she wasn't too gung-ho about asking the man for any favors. Trying to figure out what she was going to say to the man, Angel reached into her bag and went to grab her vest only to stop.

Her ring gear screamed 'Shield' and if Dean wasn't going to wear his Shield stuff then did it really make since for her to wear hers? She glanced over at the man. She had been trying to give him time to figure out what he wanted to do about his ring gear, knowing that it was a touchy subject. But they needed to figure this out.

"Hey, Dean." She called making him look at her. "Have you thought about your ring gear? I'm only asking because it's not like you can keep wearing your street clothes, right?"

Dean's eyes flickered to his bag. "Can't I?" He mumbled

"Isn't it tricky to wrestle in jeans?"

"I mean, they are a bit stiffer, but I've done it before, and it was fine."

Angel's mind flickered back to the video she watched with him from his indie days. The Southern Violence one. He had been wearing jeans in a tank top in that and seemed to be moving just fine, and that was with glass and other things stabbing into the whole time.

"I think you should go with it." Roman spoke up. "It fits you. Shows that your ready to fight at any moment, step off the street and into the ring type of guy. And I mean that new theme of uses is, leather jacket and combat boots in music form."

He wasn't wrong.

"So, are we going with street clothes?" She asked hoping to get a definite answer.

Dean started nodded his head in that bobble head way that he did every now and then. "Yeah, unless you have something you think will fit me more."

"Nah." She shook her head with a smile. "Roman sold me. I think this is perfect, very Dean Ambrose. Now, I just have to find something that fits with your look."

"Anything with blue jeans, would work." Roman suggested. "Come to think of it, do you own blue jeans? I don't think I've seen you in jeans since you joined us."

"Of course, I own blue jeans…" She glanced down at her bag. "The question is whether or not I packed them." She rummaged a sea of black clothes. At the very bottom of the bag under a black dress that she had forgotten she bought the last time she was out with Renee was a glimpse of denim. Praying that it wasn't a jean jacket or something else, she grabbed out the piece of clothing in question.

Jackpot. She smiled. It was indeed a pair of very wrinkly jeans but jeans none the less. "See I told you I own blue jeans." She said holding them up like a prize.

Roman laughed. "How long have those been folded at the bottom of your travel bag?"

She shrugged. "Hopefully, wardrobe has an iron that I can use or something."

"An iron? If your looking to wear those today, you better hope they can perform miracles."

She rolled her eyes at the Samoan. "Well, Imma go see what they can do and while I'm doing that, I'll look for Hank and see about that promo." She the jeans over her arm. "Do you need anything for the show while I'm running around, Roman?

"Nah. Like I said before. Don't worry too much about me. I got this."

"Alright, text me if you need me."

With that Angel set off to do her to do list, starting with getting her jeans pressed. When she pulled back the curtain that separated wardrobe from the rest of the backstage area, Angel gave Rachael a sheepish smile and held up her jeans.

"Oh my god." Rachael laughed as she looked up from whatever she was working on. "Those poor jeans."

"Think you can work your magic?"

She inhaled and stood up. "You want these tonight?"

"If you think its possible."

Rachael took the jeans and looked at them. "Yeah I think it's possible. Give me like ten minutes and I'll have them for you."

"Really!"

"Really." She laughed.

"Then I'll be back as soon as I met up with Hank."

Smiling to herself, Angel made her way into the heart of the busy backstage. Her eyes were peeled for a certain salt and pepper haired man. As she passed catering, she peeked in and much to her surprise she saw Hank, leaning against a table with a coffee in his hand.

A wave of guilt hit her. She already felt bad about needing to ask him for another favor, but now she was going to interrupt his break to do it. There was a part of her that wanted to try and find him later, but she couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't be something even more important later.

Taking a deep breath, she started over to him. "Hey Hank." She called making him look up.

When his eyes landed on her, a knowing smirk came to his face. "Miss Miles. How can I help you?" He put his coffee on the table.

"Um, I'm not sure if its possible or if you're even willing after yesterday…" She started as she played with the hem of her shirt. "But I was wondering if Dean was able to get a live titantron promo, to answer whatever Seth's going to say tonight."

"Sure." He answered without hesitation.

She blinked, thinking that she heard him wrong. "What?"

"I said sure. I'll get you a camera. Do you need a crew member to assist you?"

"N-no." She said baffled. This wasn't how she saw this going. She was sure that Hank was going to be hesitant to help them with anything. "Are you sure? Didn't the Authority yell at you because of what happened at Main Event?"

"They did." He nodded. "I got two phone calls that night. One was from Stephanie who screamed at me in between getting sick. The other was from Mr. McMahon."

She gasped as her heart sank. "Hank I'm so so sorry."

"Don't be." He laughed grabbing his coffee again. "He loved it."

"He what now?"

"Vince called to tell me that he loved my call to let Dean go out. He praised me saying that it was 'good shit' and that he admires Dean's 'ruthless aggression'." Angel's legs almost gave out as she processed what he was saying. "So yeah, you can ask for anything you want; within my powers, of course."

She could feel the huge smile that worked its way onto her face. "I was so worried that we got you in trouble. I felt so bad."

"Angel, you never have to feel bad about asking me for favors. It I can't do it, I won't. But I will never let the Authority get in the way of something that will make the show better. They might think they know what's 'best for business' but I've worked here before their reign of tyranny and I've learned for the best what makes a good show, and right now that's you and Dean." He winked. "So, if you want a live promo, you got one."

"I don't know what to say, except that you're the best."

Hank laughed. "You keep saying that."

"It's true." She said thinking of a way she could thank him. "Next week, we're going to be in my hometown. I'm going to bring in some cookies as a thank you."

"That sounds great."

"Chocolate chips? Peanut butter? Name it and I'll make them."

"Chocolate chip is fine."

"Then chocolate chip it is.' She said as he felt her phone go off in her pocket. Pulling it out, she saw that she had a new message from Rachael. She opened it and was greeted by a picture of her jeans, all nice and pressed.

"Tell you wait. You deal with whatever that is, and I'll go grab you a camera, I'll put it in the gorilla for you to grab." Hank said as he took a sip of his drink.

She nodded. "Alright, thanks again." She said hurrying off once more.

D.D.D

As Dean finished taping up his wrists, he heard a sweet little hum. A smile came to his face as he waited for Angel to appear. "You're in a good mood."

"I can't remember the last time everything went so smoothly for us." She answered, walking around the stack of random junk.

Dean glanced over at the woman and saw she was wearing freshly ironed blue jeans while carrying both the pants she came to the arena in and a camera. Which unless she stole it meant that they had gotten the go ahead for his live promo. "He actually agreed?"

"Yep." Her smile grew as she placed the things in her hands down gently. "And that's not all." He raised a brow in curiosity. "Hank told me that Vince called him and told him that he admires your ruthless aggression."

"Oh?" He popped the piece of gum he was chewing. To be praised by the head honcho himself was a big deal. "Well if he wasn't ruthless aggression, then I'm his man. I'm basically humanoid form of ruthless aggression."

"Speaking of that, do you have a place you want to do this promo?"

"In fact, I do."

Living only an hour and a half away from Columbus Ohio, Dean had been in the Nationwide Arena many times, and only a couple where to put wrestle. Once when a group of friends snuck in for a concert, they decided to see how much of the arena they could explore without being caught and found themselves in the basement aka the storage area. Or at least they found themselves in front of the chain link fence that blocked off the storage area. And if memory serves him, it would be a perfect place for a promo.

After Angel changed into a plane black V-neck shirt, they made their way downstairs.

"How on Earth did you know this was here?" She asked.

He leaned against the fence and smirked. "You would be surprised about how many little secret areas I know in the different arenas around the east coast."

"No, I wouldn't." She shook her head, pulling out her phone. "Seth's match should be starting." She said playing with the camera. "Let's hope that the signal cane reaches us down here."

Dean watched her push different buttons on the camera until the little screen on the front turned on and suddenly, he could see a slightly stretched version of Seth's ugly mug on the thing. "It's working."

Angel maneuvered the camera so she could see the screen. "Oh, it's stretched for some reason." She looked back at the different buttons. "I wish I knew how to work the titantron cameras." She sang.

Dean shrugged. He knew two things about those cameras; one was that they were somehow plugged into the production truck and once recording they would take over whatever was on the titantron, and two was that his camera was somehow connected to another camera that was hidden in the titantron itself so that however was doing the promo could see those in the ring. That was it. But he didn't need to know more because whenever the Shield used one of the live feed cameras they normally had a crew member helping them.

"Just leave it like that." He told her as she messed with yet another button. "Makes it more bearable to watch."

Sighing, Angel stopped her fiddling propped the camera up so they could both watch the show. The match was well on its way. He didn't know how much they missed but judging by the slightly sluggish performance from both men, he knew that they had been in the ring for some time.

Kofi came flying off the ropes and hit Seth with a cross body that floored the man. Seth's shoulders hit the mat and ref counted until Seth kicked at two. A few more flippy kicks, a missed Trouble in Paradise, buckle bomb and a Curb Stomp later and the match came to a close. Seth had won.

Angel gave a small boo as Seth's hand was raised in victory. The show cut to a replay. "Are you ready?" She asked as they both of into position.

"Of course, baby." He locked eyes on the screen again to see Seth standing there with a mic in his hand. Ready to spill whatever bullshit that the Authority had told him to say.

A.A.A.

Still trying to figure out this type of camera, Angel lined up the shot and what a shot it was. Dean was standing in front of her, with his right arm extended back so he could grab onto the fence. The man looked like he was in his element. Between the pose and his 'new' ring gear, everything just screamed 'Dean Ambrose' as well as 'sexy as hell'.

Biting her lip, Angel took in everything in front her. Took in the intense look in his eyes, the way his leather jacket fell perfectly over him, how his wife beater hugged his muscles tightly, she even took in the dark line of stitches on his chin.

Shaking her head, she tried to ignore the tingle that rand through her body and focus on her job. "Ready?" She cleared her throat.

When he gave her curt nod, she hit the record button. IF everything was set up right, Dean's face was now filling the titantron and everyone watching could now what she was looking at. You're welcome ladies.

"Seth." Dean called as in the ring Seth rambled about how he was guaranteed to be the next Mr. Money in the Bank. "Seth." He tried once more; this time Seth finally shut up. "Stop it, don't talk. Just listen. And be on your toes because every time you step in that ring, every time you hear the bell, every time you step out from behind the curtain I want you wondering," He let go of the fence and tapped on his temple, emphasizing his words. "Is tonight the night, Dean Ambrose gets even. Could be any night, but it is going to happen."

She heard Seth's little chuckle. "You know Dean it's a shame that you got to battle with Demon Kane later tonight or I would love for you to come down here right now, so I can kick your teeth down your throat."

Dean pursed his lips together as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Shut up! Don't do that. I don't buy that, just don't" He shook his head. "But listen when I'm done with Kane tonight, I'm going to focus all my energy on you. And you and your new buddy the Demon are going to have plenty to talk about when I sent you both back to where you both belong," He paused. "HELL!" He looked right into the camera with a dark menacing look that had the hair standing up on the back of her neck.

"And we're good." She said as dropped the camera off her shoulder and stretched her arm.

"How did it look?" Dean asked as he cracked his neck and leaned back against the fence again.

"Good, it was very intense, so you know what you wanted." She laughed.

He nodded. "So, why were you biting your lip during it?" Of course, he saw that. "You normally only bite your lip if your nervous or if you see something that you want." He said like she didn't know. "Did I make you nervous?"

"No." She blushed, and a devilish smirk appeared on his face. In a blur of moments, Dean reached out and snagged her by the waist. "Dean the camera." He took it from her and set it on the ground before readjusting his hold on her.

"Then did you see something you want?"

Knowing she couldn't lie; she gave a shrug before weaving her arms around him and into the warmth of his leather jacket. "I said the promo looked good." One of the arms around her waist moved and she felt a roughness against her chin making her look up. That same intensity from the promo was back on his face, the only difference was the anger had been replaced with want. A shiver of anticipation shot through her as he leaned towards her.

Not able to stop herself; she ripped her arms out from his jacket before knotting her fists into his white wife beater, pulling him hard against her. A low groan came from him before his lips crashed down on hers. She didn't know how long they were lost to the world; all she could perceive was the rattling of the chain links behind them.

Lungs burning slightly, Angel pushed gently away from the kiss. "You alright?" He chuckled. "I mean if you're that worked up we can go find an office to 'cool' down in."

Trying to catch her breath, she gave him a glare and smacked his arm. "It's not my fault that someone seems to have the lung capacity of a deep-sea diver."

He stuck his tongue. "It's called stamina, baby."

"Well, eh." She poked at his dimples, making the smile of his widen. "I really need to get the camera back to Hank before he sends a search party for it." She sighed even as she leaned into Dean's hold. "And someone needs to get ready for his match."

"Ture." He agreed as he reached down and grabbed the camera off the floor for her. "I really should warmup a bit before going out the face Kane, who know what the hell the Authority has in plan for me." He passed her the camera. "Plus, I need my neck loose for either the chokeslam or curb stomp I'm about to take."

"Yeah, well let's hope it doesn't come to that."

He gave her a pat on the back. "I wouldn't get your hopes up too high, darlin'." He was right, they both knew how this match was going to go. It was the punishment for coming out and helping John Cena win the stretcher match with Kane; even though all they did was make it even. She gave herself an inner shake. She knew that the Authority did care about making things fair, in fact, she was half surprised that they didn't have something up their sleeves to punish her with since she was the one who held the stretcher for Cena.

She head heard that Stephanie was having a mud match with Vickie for letting Roman into the battle royal, so she wouldn't be surprised if they would have thrown her into something like that, even though she had never wrestled a day in her live and the fact that she really only knew how to throw a couple punches. Memo to self, learn more moves just in case.

Dean's match was up next…or what should have been up next but Titus O'Neil decided that he wanted a rematch with Adam Rose, right this second. Guess he wasn't happy with the roll up pin.

"Shouldn't underestimate that man." Dean sighed as the second match got started. "Just because the man lost his mind doesn't mean he's not a good wrestler." In the ring, Adam Rose once again rolled Titus up for the win. Dean snickered as the gorilla filled with screaming and cheering. Suddenly the entire room was filled with Adam Rose and his Rosebuds, who seemed to care not about bumping into things or about the people who were trying to hear the show through their headsets.

When Angel shook her head at the group, Adam stopped in front of her and smiled. "Lolli?" He asked pulling a Lollipop out of nowhere.

Taken back, she didn't know what to do other then take the sweet that was being handed to her. "Thanks."

He man winked at her before turning to Dean. "Hey, Ambrose." He waved as the cheering crowd pushed him away.

"Can you believe he wasn't like that back in FCW? He went as Leo Kruger and was pretty chill."

"Leo Kruger?" She asked starring at the lollipop in her hand.

"Apparently it was a tribute to someone he was related to." Dean said as if trying to remember the information.

"Dean, we're going to need you to step back." They both looked up to see a wall of refs and guards standing there in front of them.

"What the hell is this?"

"We need you to step back." He said again with a sigh when Dean crossed his arms. "Bring them through." The man said into his radio.

Over the wall of men Seth appeared with Kane following behind him dressed for the match. "What is he doing here?"

"He's on commentary tonight, invited by JBL."

"Yeah, of course he was." Dean huffed. Much to Angel's surprise that was it. He didn't even make move to attack Seth. Which was something she thought she would never see. He did however shoot the darkest glare at the man as he tapped his fingers against his collarbone, but hey at least he didn't start a brawl in the gorilla.

"Alright, we're sending Seth out first, then Kane and then you two." The crew member explained as Seth's music started up.

Angel took a deep breath as she looked up at Dean. She wondered what was going through his head. He had already started he was ready for whatever ambush was going to happen but now that he knew Seth was going to be out there the entire match, she wondered if he was going to be able to contain himself. Well she was about to find out.

Kane's music hit and suddenly the wall of people standing in front of them dissipated. Angel had to stop herself from laughing out loud. Did they really think that now that Kane and Seth were not in the gorilla Dean would just let them go?

Dean did push himself away from the wall, but he didn't race off down the ramp. Which surprised her, he was showing more restraint then she would have guessed he would have. However, that restraint looked as if it was ruining out as he lined up to head out to the ring. As soon as his music played, he started out through the curtain.

Sighing, Angel followed right behind him, only to pause as soon as she stepped out onto the stage. She still wasn't used to heading to the ring this way. She gave a glance towards the top entrance before following behind the men who was stalking towards the ring.

When she reached the bottom of the ramp, Dean had stopped by the steel steps. She watched as his eyes ran from Kane to Seth and stay there. It was like Seth was his opponent tonight.

"Dean, keep you head." She called up to the man ducking into the ring. "Your target is Kane, tonight. You'll get your chance at Seth, I promise." She said hoping it would help him through this match.

The bell rang and Dean's attention snapped the man in the ring with him. Without hesitation, Dean threw himself at Kane, throwing fists every which way, he even threw in a few headbutts for good measure.

So far, so good. She nodded as Dean took for the ropes. However, as Dean came barreling back, Kane was able to get his foot up, kicked Dean in the head. She gasped along with the crowd as Dean landed on the mat.

"Come on, Dean!" She cheered as she clapped her hands together, only to realize she was still holding the lollipop that Adam Rose had given her. Tucking into her jean's pocket, she looked up to see Dean tumbling into the corner.

Kane grabbed Dean and pulled him to see feet before sending him with an Irish Whip across the ring so hard that he came bouncing right back into a sidewalk slam. Kane covered but Dean kicked out at one.

The fight turned into a slow methodical beat down that had Dean tripping over himself as he tried to get back in the right. Which was easier said than done, since Kane pinned him into the corner. After yet another kick to the head, Kane grabbed Dean and sent him across the ring once more. After Dean hit the corner, Kane rushed into and splashed him against the turnbuckles. Pulling away, Kane tried to do it again, but Dean got his legs up just in time to stop him in his tracks. Dean's body flipped up onto the top rope, which he used to his advantage as he got himself up to deliver a missile drop kick.

"There we go!" She cheered as Dean took back the match. He unloaded punch after punch. Kane pushed Dean away, knocking him back against the ropes. Dean caught himself on the ropes before launching back at Kane with a wicked clothesline. He didn't waste a second as he jump on to the man and started going to town once more with punches.

Kane pushed him away once again, but he just came running back in with another dropkick, this one knocking him into the corner. Shaking her head, Angel knew that Dean was showing off to the crowd as he started a slow series of punches to the top of Kane's head and the fans ate it up as they started counting along with each hit. Though before they could get to ten, Kane knocked Dean off the ropes. Rolling with it, Dean got back on his feet only to run into who grabbed him for a chokeslam.

"No, no. Dean get out of there."

Relief washed over her as she watched him do just that; he maneuvered himself around just in time so that when Kane tried to pick him up for the move, he was able to push himself out of the move. Although it also put him back in the corner. Dean looked around as if he was trying to figure out a way out. As Kane came near, he kicked the man in the gut which gave him time to up back up to the second rope. Reaching out, Dean grabbed onto the 'hair' of Kane's mask and pulled him into the corner. Wrapping his arm around the man's head, he pushed himself off the ropes and landed a beautiful Tornado DDT.

Yes! She smacked her hands against the apron. "Cover him!" She cried even though Dean was already doing it. Kane kicked out at two. Frustration appeared on Dean's face as he rose to his feet. "It's ok, you'll get him next time." Her cheered landed on deaf ears as Dean 'pumped' himself up by hitting himself in the side of the head.

When he stopped his attention turned to outside of the ring. Following his gaze, Angel noticed Seth had stood up from his seat at the commentary table and was glaring at Dean. "What are you standing for?" She heard Dean question the man.

"Dean, focus!" She clapped her hands. "Kane now, Seth later."

A low battle cry came from the far side of the ring, making her look over to Kane racing towards Dean. Thinking that he was took focused on Seth, she was surprised when Dean grabbed the top rope and dropped down making Kane trip over him and go tumbling to the floor.

Dean quickly joined the man on the outside of the ring as he Suicide Dived on top of the man. Both bodies crashed to the floor. Angel only made it as far as the steel steps before Dean to got to his feet and threw himself over the table at Seth.

Alright, so Kane now and Seth now. She sighed as she watched the chaos that was going on behind the announce table. Dean once again surprised her as he ripped himself away from Seth who was tangled in the cords. He stepped up onto the table and jumped for Kane, however before he landed Kane's right hand shot out and connected with his jaw; knocking him right out of the air.

Gasping, Angel tried to figure out her next move. Kane was between her and Dean, Seth was getting up for the heap of mess he was in, and the ref was starting his count down. Glancing back at Dean, she realized that he wasn't down and out, just needed time to regain his head. If she could give him that time.

Nothing really thinking about what she was doing, she stepped up onto the steel steps, so that she was eye level with Kane as he turned towards her. "Lollipop?" She smiled as she pulled the red lollipop out of her pocket and held it out of the man. She could see the confused look on his face from behind the mask, but as quick as it came it was gone and he turned away ignoring her.

Praying that even that split second of distraction was enough to help in some way, she watched as Kane picked Dean up and rolled him back into the ring, right at the found of five. Though when Kane grabbed Dean around the throat, she realized it wasn't. Dean lifted Kane up in the air before sending him slamming into the mat. That was that, three count. The bell rang and Kane's music echoed loudly over the baffled crowd.

As she went to get into the ring to check on Dean, she heard as something whipped passed her. Looking back, she noticed a black jacket piled up against the barricade behind her. "Enough of this." Seth's voice was too close for comfort. Snapping her attention toward where his voice came from, she saw Seth getting into the ring right in front of her.

Not good. She quickly got into the ring and rushed around Seth, standing between him and Dean. Seth didn't even look at her as he swiped out his arm and pushed her out of his way before taking off for the ropes. Not able to watch, Angel closed her eyes. She didn't know what was worse, the anticipation of the hit, or the sound of Dean's head hitting the canvas.

When Seth's music and the 'you sold out' chants started up, she opened her eyes and quickly made her way other to Dean was laying on his back staring up at the lights. She made note of how heavy his breathing was as she leaned over him to look at his face. "Hey sweetie, you ok?" Dean's mouth opened and a gargled grunt came from him.

Seth's laugh came from above her. "Yeah sweetie, are you ok?"

She took a deep breath but tried to ignore the man. "Can you hear me?" Dean gave her a small nod. "Can you get up?" Another nod. "By yourself?" Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Seth finally walk away. Not caring if she looked childish, she scrunched up her nose and stuck her tongue out at Seth before turning back to Dean as he started to move around.

"Easy there, big guy." She turned grabbed at his arm, trying to help him sit up.

Dean rubbed his neck. "I need a drink." His voice was horse.

"Well, let's get you backstage and I'll get you a water." She said as they slowly made their way to the edge of the ring.

"Oh, I was thinking of whisky, but water sounds good too." He slid himself out of the ring.

They made their way up the ramp, making sure to fist bump some fans as they walked. When they got to the stage, they turned around and one final wave before ducking behind the curtain.

Sighing, Angel followed Dean as he side-stepped the medic that was waiting there just in case and started down towards where their things were stashed. One the way, they snatched up a few water bottles; Dean ended up downing one with seconds before cracking open another one.

"Wow, you really were thirsty." She laughed as he looked at her while taking a swig of the second bottle.

He swallowed and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. "Something about taking both a chokeslam and a curb stomp really dries out your mouth."

"Speaking of that, how's your neck and head?"

Dean grunted as he tried to crack his neck. "Just peachy."

"Oh, that good?"

When they go to their things, they unwound. Dean took off his tape and pulled out his phone to listen to music on, while she leaned back against the wall and played a game on hers. It was one of those nonogram games and she got sucked into to the point she jumped when her phone vibrated in her hands. Taking a deep breath, she up at the top of her screen to see that Renee had texted her. Pulling down the notification bar, she laughed out loud at the message.

Did you really try to give a lollipop to Kane?

Underneath was a picture of her doing just what Renee asked if she did. She sent a text saying that she couldn't think of any other way to stop the Demon. She thought maybe he liked sweets

"What hell are you giggling at over there?" Dean asked pulling on of his ear buds out. "I can here you over my music."

"Sorry." She blushed as yet another message came through. This time it was a video of what happened, followed by a message that she needed to watch JBL's reaction. She clicked on the video and settled back into her spot.

As soon Michael Cole spoke for the first time, Dean stopped what he was doing and scooted up closer to her on the travel case. She glanced up at him as she moved her phone so he could see. The man had his brow raised as he watched the match that they literally just lived through.

"Ambrose couldn't contain his emotions; he went right at Seth Rollins." Cole yelled as the camera showed Dean laying on the floor after running into that right hook from Kane. "Wait a minute, Angel's hopping up on the steel steps."

The camera cut to show her standing there looking at Kane in the eye with a cheesy grin on her face as she held up the lollipop. "Lollipop?" She heard herself ask very faintly over the crowd.

"Did she just ask Kane if he wanted a lollipop?" JBL asked sounded bewildered.

"I think she did, John."

"What is with all these lunatics and their lollipops? First Adam Rose and now Angel Miles. Is there some sort of nutso convention that hands out lollipop? And if there is, is she trying to recruit Kane into it."

"I think she was trying to distract Kane, not invite him to join a club."

"You sure?" JBL questioned. "Who in their right mind would offer candy to Kane? The man's known as the Devil's Favorite Demon, did she really think that a lollipop would distract him. What do you want her to do, kiss him like AJ Lee did?"

"No! God no… talk about another crazy woman." The video ended and the man beside her shook his head.

"What?"

"You just made me agree with JBL and I don't like it."

"You agree with JBL?"

"Who in their right mind would offer candy to Kane?" He said looking at her. "Spicy is the way to his heart. You know the hold demon thing…and demons are from hell, which is hot."

She chuckled at him while sent a text to Renee. "Well I didn't have spicy Cheetos in my pocket at the time." She pulled out the lollipop. "Hey at least it's red. Maybe it's cinnamon flavored that slightly spicy right?"

Dean snatched the sweet out of her hand, opened it, and popped it in his mouth before she could react. "Nah, cheery."

"Hey!" She gasped as leaned over the man. "Adam gave that to me. Not you."

"You want it, then take it." He challenged her as he swirled it around in his mouth.

She reached out for the lollipops stick but he leaned back at the last second making it just out of her reach. "Dean." She said readjusting the way she was sitting so she could try for it again. "Give me my lollipop.'

"But it's really good."

"If you want to then go ask Adam for one."

"Why would I do that, I have this one." He smirked.

"Dean."

D.D.D.

"You two sound like children." Dean looked up to see Roman standing there looking a little worse for wear but with a big smile on his face. "So, I was out there busting my ass and you two were back here fighting over a lollipop."

As if to make a point, Dean pulled the lollipop in question out of his mouth with a loud pop. "Hey Ro, good match?"

"You know it was, we beat their asses three ways from Sunday." He said picking up one of the water bottles next to the travel case and he and Angel were snuggled up on.

"Wouldn't expect it any other way." Dean praised his best friend. "Four on three…that's child's play for you."

Roman smirked as he poured some of his water over his head. "I'm shocked that, that's all they threw at us. I mean come on John Cena and me on one team…Damn talk about the fighting power."

"That's almost as good as you and I on a team."

"Damn straight."

Suddenly the lollipop she was holding in his hands was gone and Angel made a snarky laugh before scooting away from him. Looking over at the woman he couldn't stop himself from laughing at the fact that she was curled up in a ball, lollipop in her mouth, with a proud look on her face.

"Are you really twenty-three years old?" He picked.

She nodded. "Yup!"

"I might have to see some id because I wanna make sure this relationship is legal."

"My wallet is in my purse." She announced happily sucking on her sweet. "I was born on November 1, 1991. You can check it if you want."

Laughing, Dean gave her a pat on the leg. "I believe you."

"I'm glad."

Roman shook his head at them. "You know when you two started dating I never thought I would have to sit though this sickly sweet, mushy gushy shit."

Dean shrugged. "This is payback for everything I had to suffer through with you and Galina."

"Galina and I never fought over a lollipop."

"No but you two to kissy face. Trust me, I had to steal JoJo away so that she wouldn't need therapy later."

Roman rolled his eyes. "We're not that bad."

"I don't know."

"At least I don't sneak off with my girl at work to make out."

Dean inhaled and rubbed the back of his neck. He wasn't embarrassed about Roman knowing, but he knew Angel would be. Dean glanced back at Angel and saw the pink hue on her face. He would most certainly hear about this and he knew it would be a while until she would want to have an office fling again.
"Did I hit a nerve there?" Roman chuckled

Not allowing the man to have the last laugh, Dean said. "You're just jealous that I get to see my girl more than you."

Roman whistled. "Oh, low blow my man."

"Don't stand to the Death Match King if you can't handle it." He put his arms out.

Katara melody Cullen: Dean is whipped, he just won't admit it. At least not now. I laughed when I wrote that bit about his fake tour around his home town.

Brookeworm3: Oh my hometown is so small you can see the whole thing from one spot. Lol I'm glad you liked the chapter.

Canadice: I hope you like this chapter. Dean and Angel things are coming in hot soon. I have all this stuff in my brain, I just have to get to it. I'm glad that him getting her coffee made you happy. It was a little moment that made my heart flutter. Just picture waking up to Dean coming back and handing you a coffee.

Silentmayhem: I'm glad you like the chapter! You're right about John Cena and Dean. I wish they would have done more about with them but you know...WWE...

MarshWolffe: I'm glad you like the details, I'm always so scared that I put too much detail in. God damn, watching the matches over and over while listening to both JBL and Michael Cole hurts, lol.

Labinnacslove: I'm glad that you liked the chapter! Dean and Angel are my OTP. LOl

Sonia: I'm glad you liked it! Thanks for the review!

Samcoo 12: I'm so glad you're still into the story. Sometimes I worry about how long I've made this story and how long this story is going to be. Hopefully there isn't a chapter count. When you mean change her personas what do you have in mine. Really I was just going to make her wear Jeans and a T-shirt and when Dean gets merch, she'll wear that.
