AN: By the end of this chapter, one more person will know Jack's secret.

The night before Buckbeak's trial at the Ministry, Jack, Neville, and Elisa went to see Sirius to see if he was still up for this big plan they were putting together, but it seems he was getting cold feet.

"What's to say that they will listen to me, huh?" he asked as he paced around the Room while the children watched him on the thought up sofa.

"What if, I get there with Jack and Hagrid and the hippogriff as Padfoot – like we planed yes I know – and they do their thing and Amelia get up says her thing making me turn to myself again and then she turns on me, or those idiots jump to conclusions and kill me right there?"

"With all those witness's and important people there, I doubt they will kill you with no good reason," Elisa said as she was sewing up some patches in some trousers they were unknowingly borrowing from Lupin.

"Well, that didn't point in his favour all those years ago, Snowdrop," Jack said calmly before turning to Sirius. "If they point even one stick at you, with no good reason, I suspect Mrs Longbottom, Amelia Bones and I will fight to make them lower them again."

"Besides, we've planned all of this out already," Neville said surprisingly calm. "We can't not do anything now after all that. Even if we don't have Pettigrew."

Letting off a groan of frustration, Sirius grabbed his hair and fell against the wall, sliding down it until he reached the floor.

"If you don't want to come as Padfoot, I can see if we can borrow Harry's invisibility cloak," Jack suggested, strangely enjoying this.

"He's got that then?" Sirius asked a little happier. "No, the Ministry has detectors at their entrances for things like that, plus there would be too many people there, and it would add to the 'He can't be trusted' thing they have for me already."

"They have something for invisibility cloaks, but not Animus-turned wizards?" Elisa asked in a questioning voice as she tied off the thread.

"Yeah, I never really understood that either," Sirius said calming down "I think it's because all Animagus' are meant to be registered, so everyone there trusts them to do so, so there's no need to have wards like that to dispel their forms and change them back into humans."

"Ok. So, let's rundown this plan again," Jack said getting up and thinking up their planning board which had photos, written letters, and words all over it. "Ahem... Because I'm still a student, I will need a parent or guardian to accompany me the trial." he began using the pointing stick at the first picture on the board.

"That is where Bunny comes in," he said pointing to the picture next to it. "Who I still have to explain all of this to... Anyway!" he continued pointing to the next picture. "You, Sirius, will come along with us, as Bunny's companion and sniffer dog, which goes along with these forged licences we asked the room to make for us." he said taking down a mini bag holding said items. Any questions so far?"

"Why does it have to be Bunny?" Elisa asked raising her hand. "Hasn't he been too busy lately?"

"I've chosen Bunny because he's the one who is here with us, meaning I don't need to send any letters to the others, which might be stopped and read by unwanted eyes." Jack said remembering what happened to Harry's letters last year with Dobby. "Plus, he might not show it, but he's really into justice and hopeful things."

Baby Tooth nodded from where she was nibbling on a cookie on a side table.

"So we get in there, Hagrid's trial happens, we let it play out for good or for worse, and then as they are about to pack up, Amelia will get everyone to stay for a bit longer saying it has come to her attention that something along the lines of righteousness was not seen through properly 12 years ago." Jack pointed to the third picture next to all the letters. "The people will go 'What?' and 'Oh no that can't be right, what is she saying?' and then she will look to you, Sirius, and you will change back, the room will go into panic, sticks will probably be pointed at you, and we will go into your trial."

"With any luck, hoping not to tempt fate, those idiots will see they were wrong all those years ago, the trial's story will be sent to the papers, you'll been seen as a free innocent man, and at the end of the year sweep Harry away before his 'family'-" he air-quoted this word "Can take him away."

"I think it will take more than one trial to make everyone see Sirius as an innocent man, seeing what has been going on around here," Elisa said finishing up the sewing and handing the trousers to Sirius to try on.

"Yeah," Sirius said from where he was now behind a changing screen "And I would like a full on apology from those big-headed-deep-pocketed fools as well."

"Well, the first step of apologizing is admitting that you were wrong," Jack said collapsing the pointing stick, ignoring Elisa's comment.

"Gran says it will snow at the Minstery before anyone with a high seat there admits they were ever wrong on something." Neville said, finally having something to say.

"That can be arranged," Jack said grinning and forming a snowflake which danced in the palm of his hand.

"Not if you're being held in the Trial room, Jack," Elisa said rolling her eyes.

"Oh yeah," Jack said pouting and taking a seat again. "Well, it can still be done, there just won't be as much, as there would if I did it."

"If you're talking about those snow fairies," Elisa said as Sirius came to listen to this "Shouldn't they be, I dunno, resting now it's spring?"

"That's the thing about the Seasonal side of the Magical world, there are no days off, because somewhere in the world, it's always either one season or another, the temperatures just affect what happen in them." Jack said smiling proudly before forming an ice pan-pipe and blowing into it a few times.

After a while nothing happened.

"Huh, that's strange," Jack said trying again, but once more nothing happened.

"Maybe they still think you're upset with them," Elisa said speaking her mind.

"No, they should come to me if I call them whither I'm mad at them or not," Jack said asking the room to show them the grounds to see if they're there.

"And why's that?" Sirius asked confused by all this talk about Seasonal's and Fairies.

Just as he was about to say, a small flurry of snow and wind appeared on one of the 'camera's and three little white fairies were looking around confused.

"Can't they find us?" Neville asked seeing their confused faces.

"Might be the room," Sirius suggested. "If it's undetectable, then no one can just pop out of thin air into it."

"Got it," Jack said heading for the exit. "You guys stay here and keep warm and each other company while I go and talk to them and see if they will be up to this 'make it snow' idea."

"Jack –" Elisa said trying to stop him but he had already left.

They watched on the camera where Jack was talking to the snow fairies.

At first they seemed confused as to why Jack was asking this of them, but slowly agreed to it.

The fairies seemed excited about it, but the friends didn't know why.

After a bit more talking the fairies nodded, saluted, and busting into snowflakes took off and Jack came back.

Coming back Jack took a deep breath and said:

"Ok, so they will do it, but..." he said coughing and making a, forever-frost rose before getting on one knee before Elisa "Elisa Dale: Will you one day – possibly in the future – be my Titania (Queen)?"

Everyone just blinked in surprised at this, but Baby Tooth seemed to be a mix of excited and mad at the same time, buzzing her wings at 5 times the speed she normally would, and speaking in a higher pitch which had Sirius rubbing his ears.

"That depends," Elisa said not taking the rose just yet. "Are you asking this of me because you want it, or to get the snow fairies to make it snow for us?"

"Um... a little of both," Jack said shrugging. "I was hoping for a bit more time before I asked since this is basically a forever-contact-like-thing, and there may be a couple side effects." he started rubbing the back of his neck nervously, looking away.

"But the girls wanted a reason as to why I was asking this of them, and I said it was for my friend, but seeing you and Luna Lovegood are the only Wizard friends they know they may have jumped to conclusions and place this..." he held up the rose "On the deal table before they agreed."

"What kind of side effect would she be getting?" Neville asked not sure if he were Elisa if he would take this 'offer'.

"You guys know all the things I can do right?" Jack asked looking more to Neville than Elisa, but they both nodded either way. "She will be getting a... mini dose of all that but will still be human so that's something I guess."

"Still be human?" Elisa asked pulling her hand away looking scared.

"Ooooh I don't think you should have said that mate," Sirius said from where he was in some of Professor Sprout's earmuffs since Baby was still chatting away.

Sighing, Jack got out of the one-knee-pose and sat on the floor, the rose an equal distance between him and Elisa. He didn't really want to explain everything about who/what he was all over again.

After a bit of thinking he said: "You know the world as it is split up into magic, and non-magic. But there is a third, or rather an extra half, side and that's pure mythical, magical, beings who are either, from alien origin, created from scratch or made from... a recently fallen human being."

He looked up to Elisa, head still down, hope in his now ice-blue eyes.

"I am one of this in the... final category." he explained, once again showing off what he could do by making the room hold a few snow clouds, and frost patterns climb up the walls. "My 'family' on the other hand... two are aliens, one was a 15th century Russian Cossack, and one was basically an Indian Princess."

There was silence in the room now Baby had calmed down a bit.

"You don't have to take the offer if you don't want it," Jack finally said to Elisa getting up again "The deal was I only had to ask you, not that you had to become. But if you did although the magic part would happen now, you wouldn't officially become until you're of age."

"Well, that's something I suppose," Elisa said more to herself, eyes still on the rose.

"Yeah I don't think Mr and Mrs Dale would invite you back if they knew you are planning to marry their daughter in what? A few months." Neville said smiling.

"Well actually the wedding would have to be on the Winter Solstice so that's basically ¾'s of a year away." Jack said dusting off his trousers and making the frozen water go away. "Like I said, Elisa, you don't have to take the offer, but if you did the effects will happen almost right away, and they are connected to your emotions, but don't be scared of them. If need be we can come here and I can help teach you. But only if you want it."

"Can... Can I think it over?" Elisa said leaving the rose thinking that taking it might be what activated this 'deal'.

"Sure." Jack said putting the rose in a vase that had just materialized to the right of him "Come on then Baby; let's go talk to Bunny about our plan."

Baby came over to Jack still seeming a bit upset / excited.

Ignoring her, the students left and set out to find Bunny finding him in his room passing the time by drawing up some new ideas for next year's Easter Eggs.

Looking up as they knocked, Bunny sighed, put the sketch pad and pencils away and invited them in.

After a moment to make sure he wouldn't be mad or go after anyone or say anything to anyone, Jack took a deep breath to explain the back-story to all of this and the plan.

"You don't need to tell me, mate," he said to Jack who gave him a surprised look. "Big 'Ocean's 11' style plans are leaking with hope in that they work properly, I've known about it for weeks."

"Then why didn't you say anything?" Jack said recovering from the mini shock he had.

"I thought you would come to me when you needed me," Bunny said leaning back in his chair looking at all three of them. "That seems to be what everyone else is doing with their problems.

Rolling his eyes, just in case, Jack decided to recite the plan and what needed to happen one last time.

Author's Note: Please, please, PLEASE! don't get made at me for where I'm taking this (mainly because I'm not quite sure myself) but I am sure that I'm a Jelsa fan (and proud of it thank you very much) which is why I have this ship going in the first place.

So anyway; Next chapter will hopefully be the Trials at the Ministry.

But I also need help deciding 'Will Elisa take this 'offer' to be Jack Frost's Queen?' Please vote with a review.
