"Asta, you're home!" yelled Aruru as she waved to her older foster brother with the rest of the foster children running out of the church with Father Orsi creating a river thanks to his own tears.
"And from the looks of it, you have changed." said Recca as there was a change to Asta.
When we first saw him, he was a small child with barely enough muscles as he screamed every sentence, but now he has changed. He was 6 feet tall, taller than Yuno, with muscles bursting out of his clothes, with a chiseled chin, abs so hard that you could grind meat on them, shoulders so massive it can carry a mountain, hands so tight it could crush a boulder by lightly squeezing them, thighs so big that it looked like two pillows next to each other and a little bit of facial hair.
He was no longer the kid that wanted to become the Wizard King, for that was no longer a dream of his, it was rather… his reality.
"That's right, Recca, Aruru, I have changed for the better. For I have achieved my dream of becoming the Wizard King," said Asta as he was now the 29th Wizard King as Julius was proud to finally meet the person that surpassed him in being the WIzard King.
"WOW!" yelled most of the foster children.
"Awesome!" said Nash with stars in his eyes.
"I AM SO PROUD OF YOU MY BOY!" yelled Father Orsi as he created an entire lake behind the church with his tears alone.
Sister Lily was coming out of the church to see what was the noise, only to see the boy- no, a man, that Asta has learned to become with a blush on her face, "Oh my. Asta, is that you?"
Asta smiled as he walked towards Sister Lily, "Why yes, it is me, Sister, and I wanted to tell you something. I have done the very thing I promised that I would do," Sister Lily's eyes widened.
"You have actually become one, haven't you?" asked Sister Lily as Asta nodded.
"That's right Sister, so I want to ask you this question," Asta said as he went to his pockets to take out a box and revealed a ring inside of it with a diamond the size of a human skull, "Sister Lily, will you marry me?"
Tears went down to Sister Lily's face, "I do!" she yelled as Asta put the ring at her ring finger as everyone around them clapped for the two.
As then Yuno came at the scene, watching this all unfold, "I see now, Asta, the very thing you told me about, something that you have done that I couldn't. You did it, you accomplished being the Wizard King. It looks to me that you have became the Wizard King while I didn't. I congratulate you, my better rival. You were the better one in every category. I never stood a chance, I have to admit this: Asta… you are the most radical of the Magic Knights, and it isn't even close." he said as he dropped his head.
"Now, now, Yuno, don't beat yourself up. You may not be better than me, but you are still a great mage that can't be beaten, except by me of course." said Asta as Yuno looked at him with a smile.
"That may be true, but I have to tell you something."
"Yeah, what is it?"
"Wake up." Asta has woken up from his dream as he and Yuno were currently in the air as the black haired boy was holding him bridal style as he was the one that was flying to their destination.
"Aww man, why did you have to wake up, Yuno! I was having the best dream of my life! I became the Wizard King, married Sister Lily and you called me the most radical Magic Knight that has ever lived!" grumbled Asta as he crossed his arms as his rival rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, right. Like that will ever happen." said Yuno as Asta looked at him.
"Which part?"
"All of them." A tick mark appeared on the top of Asta's head as he looked at his rival with pure rage filled eyes.
"OH SO IS LIKE THAT IS IT?!" roared Asta as cracked his knuckles to fight his rival.
Yuno didn't look phased at all as he kept flying with Asta in his arms, "You do realize I can drop you any moment I want to, right?" he asked as Asta looked down to see they were hundreds of feet in the air, so he looked down, arms crossed with his eyes down.
"Jerk." he said as Yuno smirked at his rival as he could see the town of Kikka, aka the Capital of the Clover Kingdom, just a few meters away.
"We are here, Asta," the boy's eyes widened as he looked over to the town of Kikka as he was shocked to see this place as Yuno went down to the ground. Asta was finally now on his feet so he could appreciate the town of Kikka more clearly.
He had stars in his eyes as he saw how impressive it all looked. It was a place with hundreds of houses there with several merchants selling stuff left and right, as he saw a massive Colloseum that even he knew that is where he could become a Magic Knight, as then there was the second level where more of the nobles were there, separated by a stone wall.
Several noble houses were to have the best Magic Knights there such as the house of Lunettes, Swallow, Sandlers and more, but they were mostly there to just live above the commoners.
And then, there was the town's most prominent feature, and that was the small forest and a massive castle where the royals like the Vermillion, Silva, Vaude and Kira lived there, the current Wizard King and the current king of the Clover Kingdom. Not to mention there was the House of Parliament.
There are a group of nobles and royals that act as the Clover Kingdom's court system, punishing any and all criminal offenders which were based on the opinions of both nobles and royals with even the executions being carried out there. The current leader there was Damnatio Kira, who had Scale Magic.
But right now, that didn't matter as the two walked to the Colosseum where the exam was about to start for an hour or so, so they had plenty of time to walk there while at the same time admiring the town of Kikka.
Asta began admiring how everything looked, as he saw a person his magic to cut through a kebab that he thought it was the most delicious thing in the world, a woman carrying her fish thanks to her Water Magic as she walked, as he also saw a man using his Fire Magic to lit something on fire so he could cook something and it smelled delicious.
"This place is amazing! It is so beautiful to look at." said Asta with stars in his eyes as he looked around the place with an impressed look.
Yuno nodded, "I have to agree with you for once as this place is actually a really interesting place to live in, even though they are," he looked at a store selling some weapons with a slightly shocked look on his face at the price, "A bit pricey."
"Oh come on, Yuno! They aren't that pricey, I mean how much can they be-" his eyes widened as he saw some were in the millions of yul. He then looked at his brother, "Yeah, you are right, let's get going Yuno." he said as both of them walked away from that store.
Asta and Yuno walked over to see the castle coming closer and closer to where some of the royals live there with awe in their eyes. From the fairy tales that they have read when they were kids, this looked straight from one!
The structure was simple, but effective. The walls were nothing new, but it still looked magical. The way it was rimming with personality for something so old is a feat in itself. They thought that this place was something out of an old book, but not from real life.
This was most likely where the First Wizard King lived, which they were excited to see there once they became the Wizard King.
"Wow, that palace, say, do you think that the Wizard King lives there?" Asta asked his foster brother as they kept looking around the town of Kikka as Yuno nodded confidently.
"Of course it is, Asta. I have read several places that was the castle he lives in, not to mention some of the royal families like Vaude, Vermillion, Silva and Kira," said Yuno as they kept walking, "I even heard that our nation's King lived there."
"Wait, even the King?! Man, I can't wait to meet that guy, I bet he is a great guy and a powerful one at that, probably stronger than the Wizard King too," said Asta as Yuno sweatdropped as he knew the reputation of the man and… it was quite the opposite.
"Yeah, probably." he said not to hurt Asta's feelings for the 19th time that day.
"But still, the fact that the Wizard King lives there gets me even more excited than I was ever before! Oh man, I can't wait to be the Wizard King!" Asta got all excited as he began to shake as he turned to his rival, "Hey, if I become the Wizard King, I would let you live there, just so you know."
Yuno chuckled, "More like, you would be living in my castle once I become the Wizard King." he said as Asta smirked at him.
"Oh you wish."
They continued to walk as they saw an old lady yelling, "Come get your grilled squid! Buy one get one free! It is sure to blow your socks off!"
"OHHHHHH! I WOULD LOVE SOME! You want one, Yuno?!" he asked his foster brother as Yuno took one good look and knew that it would give him stomach problems the second he takes a bite out of that.
"No thanks, I am good." he said as Asta nodded.
"Okay! I would like one grilled squid, thank you very much!" he said as he took the yul from his pouch and slammed it on the counter as the old lady took the money and gave him one squid.
Asta began eating the grilled squid as Yuno was disgusted by the smell and was shocked to see how much he was enjoying it as they saw the Colosseum almost right next to them as they narrowed their eyes.
They were here.
The place where they can finally become a Magic Knight and they will make it sure that it doesn't come to waste. They walked in, ready to register themselves.
To become one of them.

INTRO!

We see several different Grimoires with different colours and looks flying around the room, all with their own attributes as it ended with two different Grimoires, one with a 4 leaf and the other with a 5 leaf, as then Yuno and Asta were then shown as they began walking in the same path, with determined looks on their faces as then Yuno's Grimoire opened to reveal a page with the words "Star Magic: Yuno!"
Gray words can't make anything happen
We then see Asta and Yuno facing backwards as they both raised their heads as their backgrounds were that of the 4 Leaf Grimoire of the Wind and Star for Yuno, with the 5 Leaf for Asta.
I know, yeah I know
As we see images of Asta and Yuno, both with different expressions as for Asta was him with Star eyes, while Yuno was calm and collected.
Wishing to fly freely across the sky
Then we Asta doing situps as we see Yuno flying away as Asta began running towards him.
I dreamed it all my life
As the background changed with Yuno and Asta both dodging at the same time Revchi's chain.
Step by step I go, though it's a doubtful world
We then see Yuno and Asta both pulling out their Grimoires, as Asta pulled out a massive blunt sword as Yuno created 3 stars around him.

Both of them attacked the former Purple Orca as Fanzell Krueger looked over with an interested look.

As after they are done with him, they both turn to Sekke Bronzazza and Salim Hapshass as they were both defeated in quick succession.
To faraway future, I burst out running
We then see Asta and Yuno, both in different outfits, as one is a Black Bull and the other a Golden Dawn as then above them appeared their members in rapid succession.
Go beyond even the unseen fears
On Asta's side appeared Yami Sukehiro, Magna Swing, Luck Voltia, Vanessa Enoteca, Finral Roulacase, Charmy Pappitson, Grey, Gauche Adlai, Gordon Agrippa, Henry Legolant, Noelle Silva and Midori Folium while on Yuno's side appeared William Vangeance, Langris Vaude, Alecdora Sandler, Klaus Lunette, Mimosa Vermillion, David Swallow, Letoile Becquerel, Siren Tium and Hamon Caseus.

Then we see Yuno at the air as the wind went around him and then sighed.

As then Klaus and Mimosa were all around him with smiles on their faces as then they faced off with a bounty hunter in Hage with an evil smile on his face.

The three of them all looked at each other as they then readied their Grimoires for the fight.

The bounty hunter readied himself with an orange light energy barrier as he stopped Klaus' Spears, Yuno's Wind and Mimosa's Plant Canon.

As soon as the man turned around Klaus and Yuno used a steel cannon as it shot a powerful beam of light directly towards him as it launched him forward.

It created a powerful explosion as then we see Yuno and Asta fist bumping each other with smiles on their faces as the background ended with Asta looking at the camera with a happy smile as Yuno looked at the camera on his backside with a scowl on his face.
STAR MAGIC: YUNO!

At the register, they were on a line so they could register themselves for the exam, which was exciting to get through even if it was a bit too long for their taste, but they didn't mind.
It did take about 10 minutes for them to finally get to them, which was great to hear.
"Alright, you are Number 147," said the man at the register, who goes by the name of Greg, as the boy nodded as he began walking away.
"Okay, thank you!" he said as he began walking away. Yuno then walked towards the register.
"Name, town and Grimoire, young man." said Greg as Yuno took the Grimoire from his pouch where everyone keeps their Grimoire.
"Yuno from Hage Village." said Yuno as the man looked at him with a confused look.
"Yuno? Just Yuno? No last name?" he asked as Yuno shrugged at the man.
"Not that I am aware of."
"Okay, just show me your Grimoire please." said Greg as Yuno did exactly that as he was shocked to see something he has never seen so far.
It was a Grimoire with a 4 Leaf and from the rumours he heard about this Grimoire, this kid was the one with not 1, but 2 Magic Attributes. Greg's eyes widened, "N-No way, a 4 Leaf?!" he yelled out as the people around them stopped what they were doing as they heard the news.
"Wait a 4 Leaf?!"
"That is awesome man!"
"I want to see! I want to see!"
"Wait, why is the cover blue and green?"
"I heard that this kid has 2 Magic Attributes!"
"Wait, two of them?!" yelled the people behind Yuno and Asta as they both sweatdropped from all of this unwanted attention to them.
"That is a bah-ahsome discovery!"
"Wow, and he looks so cute too!"
"And handsome, I have to say as well."
"Does he have a girlfriend?"
Yuno blushed out of embarrassment as Asta snickered from the last part. Despite what people like to call him as one of the most handsome men in all of the Clover Kingdom, he has no experience with the ladies.
"Can you just please register me? Please?" he asked with a shy tone as Greg nodded.
"Oh sorry, here," he said as he placed his hand on the Grimoire and a light glow appeared, "You are Number 148."
Yuno nodded as Asta walked towards Greg.
"Name, town and Grimoire, young man." he said as Asta looked at him with an excited look.
"Asta from Hage Village!" the boy with no magic yelled with an excited look.
"No last name as well?"
"Nope! I don't even know and not even Father knows it." he said as the man nodded.
"Okay, just show me your Grimoire," he said as Asta grinned as he showed his pride and joy, his very own Grimoire that he got 6 months ago! But it was extremely dirty and it looked like it was drenched in mud, rolled in dirt and was sprayed by a skunk, and that was going at it lightly, "Dear god! Is that even a Grimoire?! It is so dirty!"
"Of course it is!" yelled Asta in defense of his book, "I mean it is dirty, but come on, it is one! It has a Clover on it, believe me please!" he yelled as Greg did see the Clover on the cover and nodded.
"I guess I can see it, so fine I will register it." he said as Asta backed off and Greg registered the Grimoire, "You are Number 149."
Asta nodded as he ran into the Colosseum.
A man snickered behind him. It was a person that was around the same age as Asta, as he had dirty blonde hair as it was combed backwards and was held with a black hairband, as he wore a black shirt with a V line with a purple jacket, a pouch for his Grimoire, with white pants and black boots with green eyes.
"So these guys come from a backwash hometown that no one has ever heard off? This is just an interesting thing to note, bah-ha." he said with a smirk on his face.
As then, the Colosseum was filled with new mages as they were looking around, for the new competition and the potential squad they were going to join and hopefully, it was one of the better ones that anyone could join.
Asta was trying to find Yuno as he felt a couple of birds go near him, and I mean a lot.
"Hey, what are these things?!"
"Oh those are anti-birds. They go next to people with low mana."
"Ah that makes sense."
"Wow, check that dude out." they all turned to Yuno who was standing alone looking at the sky as not a single anti-bird was near him. Which basically put a target on his head by pretty much everyone that wasn't Asta.
Speaking off, Asta approached Yuno, "Hey, man! So are you ready for this test!" Yuno turned to Asta as he looked at him with a shocked expression.
"Yeah, I am, but Asta, why are there so many birds around you?" he asked as Asta looked around as he could feel all of the birds sitting on him.
"I have no idea, Yuno, but man, this is getting rough! I can barely even stand with this amount of bir- YHAOUCH!" he yelled at the top of his lungs as one of the birds pecked him on his head which he covered in pain.
As then, like a trend, all of the birds did the exact same thing towards the poor boy with no magic as they all began pecking at him at fast speeds which the boy couldn't do anything about it, except struggle and get them away from him.
"AAAAAHHHHHH! GET THEM AWAY FROM ME! THIS HURTS! THIS REALLY HURTS!" Asta began to yell as he began to run around trying to escape from these beasts of nature with fast motion as no matter what he did, they could never leave him alone as he ran away from them which got almost everyone laughing.
Yuno even chuckled at seeing his rival like this.
As then, Asta ran into the one person that almost everyone feared with their life. No, it was not Mereoleona Vermillion, but you were close if you guessed her.
Once he ran into him, he was stopped like he ran into a brick wall as all of the anti-birds fled with their life. Asta looked around and saw that they were gone, which he was happy about, but the person he ran into was the scariest person alive as when he turned to see him, Asta could swore he saw Death himself with a dark aura around him.
The man had a tan skin, as he had short black hair and gray eyes as he had a stuble like Old Man Zell, as he had the best physique he has ever seen in his life, as he had a cigar in his mouth, as he wore a cape with a bull attached to it on his right side, as he wore a white tank top, brown pants and black boots.
The man looked at Asta with glare that could send even the mightiest of mages to their graves, "Do you wanna die, boy?" the man asked with a tuff gruff voice.
"WHO IS THIS GUY?! IS THIS DEATH?!" Asta mentally screamed at the top of his lungs as he then began to look over his body and he was even more impressed, "Those eyes are like a killer! And that NECK?! It is bigger than my entire head! Those muscles are bigger than my entire body! And the way he looks! WE CAN'T BE THE SAME AGE!"
But then, Asta thought to himself what Sister Lily always told him: Never judge a book by its cover, and that was a great saying which is why he never judged people before and he won't start doing it right now.
That would be a horrible thing to do. He doesn't even know him so he doesn't understand what he has been through, so he must have a really troubled life before this and he could be a swell guy.
He smiled as he placed his hand on the man's shoulder, "Hey, sorry buddy! I didn't mean to hit ya'! But man, those muscles, can I get some pointers? You look very old for your age, you must have a tough life, huh?" he asked.
There was silence in the arena.

Yuno smiled as he thought that Asta managed to befriend a ne-
That was a fucking lie as the man grabbed Asta by the head with his massive hands and began squeezing the life out of that poor boy. "So, I guess you really want to die, eh kid?" he asked as Asta screamed for dear life.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! THIS BOOK HAS THE RIGHT COVER!" thought Asta as the man's attention was brought to Yuno.
"HEY! What are you doing to him?" asked Yuno as he approached the massive wall of bricks as the guy looked at him with an unimpressive look.
"I am giving him a one trip to the afterlife. Why, you want to join him?" asked the man as Yuno narrowed his eyes.
"No, and I suggest leaving him alone or else I will bring things to my hands." he said as he pulled out his Grimoire as the man looked at him with deadly eyes.
"Go for it then, brat." said the man as Yuno opened his Grimoire as two sets of stars appeared behind him, one black and the other white.
"Star Magic: Median Ta-" he was cut off as the man grabbed his head and started to squeeze his life out of him as well as his eyes widened from the sheer strength this one person has.
"Looks like I have to bury two kids right now." he said as he gripped both Asta and Yuno's heads at the same time, as they began kicking their feet from that strong grip the man has on his.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! THIS HURTS! THIS HURTS! WE ARE GOING TO DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" mentally roared Asta as his eyes were as pale as the actual colour of white.
"This guy is too powerful! He can't be taking this exam! He'll kill anyone with a punch!" Yuno thought to himself as he then widened his eyes when he realized at he was wearing, "Wait a minute… that robe looks familiar… Don't tell me he is a-"
Yuno's thoughts were broken as he saw two men walking around wearing almost the same robe as the man that was currently building their coffins, "Oh, finally! There you are! Gordon and I have been looking everywhere for you!" yelled the brown haired guy. "What the hell are you doing?"
"Oh me? I am giving them an all paid vacation." he said.
The brown haired guy had his hair in a puffy look than the usual one as he had purple eyes and black earrings, as he wore what looked like a green tunic as he wore a red belt, brown pants and large green boots.
The other guy, now known as Gordon, was a young man whose skin was as pale as the colour white, as he had pitch black lips stick and black hair, as he had eyeliner around his eyes and wore a cap with a black bull symbol on it, not to mention he wore a gray jacket with red lining, gray pants and black boots.
"Hey, is that who I think it is?"
"Yeah, I think I know him. His name is Finral Roulacase."
"I heard rumours that his younger brother is the Vice Captain of the Golden Dawn!"
"Really? The younger brother?"
"Yeah man!"
"Wait, the Finral? One of the few mages that wields the rare Spatial Magic?! That is so cool to know!" said one of the mages, the last specifically being a girl.
Finral went to her with a charming smile, "Heya there beautiful. You are one charming young lady." he said as the girl chuckled as Gordon sighed.
The mages looked at him with a deadpan expression for each of them, "Yep, that checks out everything I heard about this guy: A womanizer that spends most of his time flirting than he does in combat."
"why do you always do this finral? it is getting embarrassing each time." mumbled Gordon as no one could understand him.
"Wait, isn't that Gordon Agrippa?"
"From the house of Agrippa?"
"Wait, aren't they known for doing curse research?!"
"Oh dear! Then he must be like them!" they said as Gordon sighed.
Finral then heard the loud CRUNCH! sound from the man as he turned to him, "Captain Yami, stop. That won't do any good." he said as their eyes widened at what he said, especially Asta and Yuno.
"I knew it!"
He was a captain?! They aren't even allowed to be there! Why is he even here?!
Wait a minute. Judging by the robes these guys are wearing, they are… The Black Bulls?! The people that not one of them don't have a screw loose in their heads?! The people that cause more harm than good?!
If they are the Black Bulls then that means… they all turned to Yami crushing Asta and Yuno's skulls.
That was Yami Sukehiro, a foreigner from a distant land that they haven't heard of and he has never talked about before, a user of Dark Magic and the possible God Of Destruction.
They all gulped as they backed off from this beast of a man.
"captain, why are you even here? you know that you should be ready for the exam to start any second now, right?" mumbled Gordon as Yami looked at him.
"I took a dump and got lost, now speak up will ya'?! I can barely hear ya'!" Yami yelled to one of his squadmates as he heard the fireworks above him as he dropped both Yuno and Asta, who then held their heads in pain. "Aww shit, it is starting." he then turned to Finral, "Oi, Finral, be useful for once and get us with the other Captains, ya dig?"
Finral looked at him and sighed, as he opened up his Grimoire, as the cover was moss green with a key hole beneath the Clover, "Alright, alright. Don't yell at me, I got this." he said as he then used his Spatial Magic: Fallen Angel Gate, which was a portal with a gray colouring inside as he, Yami and Gordon went in as it disappeared.
Asta and Yuno were still holding their heads, "That… was the most painful thing I ever had to sit through." said Yuno as he held his head as he stood up.
"You said it. That was horrible!" he yelled out as he then heard a new voice and a new face he hadn't met.
"Bah-ha! Are your heads feeling alright?" asked the man that we met before as Yuno took one good look at him and immediately walked off.
"Nope, I have better things to worry about." he said as he walked away as Asta looked at him with disbelief.
"Is your friend always like that?" asked the man as Asta sighed as he looked at him.
"Yeah, unfortunately, but he isn't a bad guy once you get to know him, I assure you. Also, I am Asta." he said as the man nodded in a way that Yuno could tell something was up.
"And I am Sekke Bronzazza, bah-ha!" he said as they all heard the people coming, the most important people in the Clover Kingdom that wasn't the Wizard King.
The Magic Knight Captains.
They all watched them walk towards their own respective seats that had symbols of the Squads that they lead.
The first one was a tall lean man with a permanent grin on his face with a red scar across the left side of his face, as he had long flowing black hair, orange eyes, as he didn't wear a shirt on, but he did wear white and black pants with white shoes, with a green robe around him with a praying mantis on it, as he sat on his seat.
"That man is Jack The Ripper, the Captain of the Green Praying Mantis." explained Sekke as he continued, "He is a man that was said to wield Severing Magic and is known to be the most sadistic Captain, and even takes sick pleasure of using his squadmates as playthings. Personally, I would hate to be on that guy's team." he said.
"Wait, what is a praying mantis?" asked Asta as Sekke looked at him.
"An insect with poison in its mouth and is known to cut down several animals bigger than it." Sekke explained as Asta 'ahh'ed.
The next person was Yami Sukehiro as he then walked to his seat and sat on it with Finral and Gordon behind him.
"That's Yami Sukehiro, the Captain of The Black Bulls," said Sekke as Asta gulped at seeing that man that nearly killed him, "He is known as the man that leads the worst ranking Magic Knight as he is the most reckless man in the Clover Kingdom. He constantly has a cigar in his mouth and breaking shit. You are a lucky man if you are in any other Magic Knight Squad." he said as Asta nodded.
The next person was a rotund man with short stylized yellow hair, wearing a metal purple mask and a metal nose, as he wore a long purple cape and robe that had an orca on it, as he wore some kind silver rubber armor, as he wore brown pants and black boots with his toes being white.
"That is the Captain of the Purple Orca, Gueldre Poizot," said simply Sekke as Asta looked at him with a weird expression.
"What? No detail about him at all?" asked Asta as Sekke shook his head.
"No, not really. Admittedly he is the most boring Captain, but I did hear rumours that there were two mages he kicked out of his ranks, but that is all that I know." he said as Asta slightly widened his eyes. That was the squad that Revchi was in?
Oh dear, he wasn't looking forward to being with them.
The next person was a man that looked like the true words of nobility. The man had long flowing orange hair as he had purple as he had red eye liner around his eyes, as he had a red star scar on his forehead, as he wore a long red cape, as he wore a suit that consisted of golden Clovers, as he wore a long sleeved shirt that was blue, with beige pants and black boots.
"That man is Fuegoleon Vermillion, the Captain of the Crimson Lion Kings," Sekke said with a wide smirk, "He is said to be the smartest of the Magic Knights, and with the mastery of his Fire Magic, and being well versed with the mana itself, he is a force to be reckoned with, bah-ha!"
"WOAH! That guy looks strong! And that squad name sounds dope!" Asta yelled with stars in his eyes.
"Of course he is, he is a captain of one of the highest ranking Magic Knight Squads. Although, I heard that the two Vermillions didn't join his squad." said Sekke as he kept his gaze at the Magic Knights, "One joined the Coral Peacocks while the other recently joined the Golden Dawn."
The next person was a man that has long flowing white hair as it was braided to the point he had braids in front of him, as he had purple eyes, as his robe was that of a swan's feathers going downwards and the top part being that of a fur coat as the symbol had that of an eagle, as he had a long blue cape as his entire attire is white.
"That man is Nozel Silva, the captain of the Silver Eagles," explained Sekke as he looked at the man with slight fear, "He is known for being the most versatile Magic Knight with his Mercury Magic, being offensive, defensive and suprotive all at the same time! But, you won't get into his squad. Only royalty and nobles could join him." he said as Asta nodded, but he also saw something weird about him.
"What is up with his hair braid?" asked Asta.
The next 3 Captains were ringing some noise in Yuno's head for some reason as he felt like something…
It felt like he knew them, but at the same time.
He didn't?
It was really strange for the guy.
One was a woman that looked pretty young, but at the same time looked like she was taking a nap, as her hat was that of a witch as it was pink, as she had a slight purple bob cut, as her robe was also a cape with a peacock on her robe as she wore a pink shirt with puffy sleeves as her pants were also puffy, as she wore short brown shoes.
"That is Dorothy Unsworth, the Captain of the Coral Peacocks," explained Sekke, "Don't let her sleeping at her job deceive you, she a force to be reckon with." he said.
"But how is she seeing anything while sleeping?" asked Asta as Sekke shrugged his shoulders.
The second one was the most beautiful woman in all of the Clover Kingdom, with her silky smooth skin, but don't think that she is some shy woman, no she is one of the scariest and serious women you will ever meet that isn't Mereoleona. She had a helmet on with a horn on it, with having blue eyes, yellow hair as part of it was braided, as she wore what looked like a knight's armour, with metal around her legs, arms and chest and a blue robe with a rose on her robe.
"She is Charlotte Roselei, the Captain of the Blue Rose Knights," said Sekke as almost boys, and girls, blushed when seeing her. Asta and Yuno are the exception because one thinks she doesn't stack up to Sister Lily and the other of the rigging in his head that it felt like he knew her, but he doesn't know anything about it.
The last one was the youngest of the Magic Knight Captains, and that was a boy with large puff light blue hair as he had purple eyes as he wore a baby blue robe with a deer on it as he wore a puffy shirt and pants that were blue and brown shoes.
"That is Rill Boismortier, the Captain of the Aqua Deer." said Sekke as Asta and Yuno realized how young this Captain looked.
"Hold on, this guy looks way younger than the rest." said Asta as Sekke turned to him.
"Well that is because he is the youngest Captain at the age 19," their eyes widened as they realized that he was one of the closest people to become the Wizard King at that age?! "But he doesn't stack up to him."
They all turned to the last Magic Knight Captain, the one they were all excited to see as Yuno felt sharp pain in his head as he quickly grabbed his head as he clenched his teeth seeing this man, as this one felt the most familiar to him.
Yuno lifted his head to see the Magic Knight Captain that was the most respected and because he was the most powerful one, the man wore a beige robe that had the symbol of a Sun, as the cape was red, as he wore a suit that was white, but at the middle it was red with buttons all over them as it had golden linings to it, as he wore long brown boots as he wore a helmet that covered the top part of his face with white and red fur all over it.
"Welcome, everyone and thank you for joining this exam to see if you had what it takes to become a Magic Knight. My name is William Vangeance, the Captain of the Golden Dawn, and I will be instructing these exams this year," he said as most of them clapped and cheered for the man's arrival.
Yuno and Asta then took a good look, "This man is the closest person to become the Wizard King," they thought in unison.
"Now, in these exams, you will all be having different types of exams ranging from Creation Magic, to control, to every other type of test to see if you are qualified to become one of us." he said with a wide smile on his face, "After the exams are done, we will judge you if you are qualified to become a Magic Knight. If a Captain raises their hand, you are free to decline and agree to it, if multiple Captains raise their hands you are free to pick the one you think suits you best, but if not one Captain picks you, then I am sorry to tell you, but you have failed the exam, but you do have the permission to try the next year." he said as all of them nodded along, it was simple enough to learn.
"Are you ready for the exams?" he asked as all of them shouted a very loud "YES!" with Asta of course being the loudest one.
"Fantastic to hear," he said as he pulled out his golden Grimoire as he flipped through many pages, "World Tree Magic: Magic Tree Descent!" he yelled as everyone turned to the sky as they saw how quickly it turned to black clouds as they could see a small bud above them as then they saw how quickly it turned into a massive tree.
As from the roots of the magical tree, they saw it turn into wooden objects: a broom. For every single one of the examines.
"What? A broom?"
"Why do we have to have this?"
"I am confused."
"Same man."
"Now, now, I was about to tell you what was the purpose of having brooms, for every mage it is their main form of transport if you don't have a Spatial or Wind Magic user, so you have to learn how to do it," said William as one of the Golden Dawn members took their broom and started flying on theirs, "It is basic Mage so if you can't handle it, I am afraid you are not worth our time." Their eyes widened from what they have heard, "Now let the exams… Commence!"
All of the people that were currently taking the exam took their brooms as they tried to float, as some did manage to float as some were managing how to control it.
Some were doing pretty decently as they were up and high, as the Magic Knights did think that they had more talent than the previous year ones.
But one stood up the most, literally. The boy who was almost killed by Yami, Yuno, walked up to the broom, stood up as then he began to fly upwards in an instant as he was standing on it.
Rill whistled, "Woah! This guy is so cool! I want him in my squad!"
Jack laughed, "Ke ke ke! I agree with this shrimp, as I can't wait to cut him to pieces!" he said with a maniacal laughter.
"Both of you are quick to assume," both of them turned to Charlotte, "This kid already started and is just standing on his broom. There is no reason to automatically pick him."
Yuno then looked at his broom and the competition and he started to get cocky, as he began to walk towards the end of the broom with them looking like he was mad and jumped off.
Before any of them could catch him, they saw him flying in the air like it was the easiest thing in the world to him as he began to fly around the arena with the people taking the exam looking at him with death glares. Looks like his embarrassing moment with Yami was now fully erased if they are taking him seriously now.
"I retract my statement, I want him in my squad," said Charlotte as everyone, including Dorothy, nodded.
"Wow, the Prickly Princess wants a guy on her team? Did you get a change of heart or something?" asked Yami with a grin as Charlotte looked at him.
"Be quiet, Yami." said Charlotte.
While the others were getting off the ground and sending death glares towards Yuno as he was casually outdoing all of them, Asta looked like he was having an aneurysm as for some reason he couldn't get off the ground.
"What is happening with him?" asked Fuegoleon as he placed his hand under his chin, "Even if he has a low amount of magic and isn't experienced with it, he should still be at the very least float a centimeter."
The other Captains were looking at the poor boy as well, but they couldn't place on why they couldn't really track him with his magic, with the only exception being Yami as he has a different way of tracking him.
"Bah-ha! Come on, now, it is quite simple," said Sekke as Asta turned to him, "Just relax of your muscles and then you would get something like this," he said as he began to float.
"Okay! Thanks for the assist, Sekke! You really are a good guy." he said as he did as what he was told, but he couldn't do anything. "Dang it! Nothing!"
Then after a couple of minutes that part of the exam was finally gone, as then a lone mage appeared, but then placed his hands on the ground, "Earth Magic: Practice Brick Technique!" after he said that, several bricks of walls appeared in front of them.
The test was simple. They wanted to know the power output of their magic power, so they had to make sure this was a simple way to do so.
Asta placed two of his hands together as a way to create something like an energy wave or something, but unfortunately, he didn't do squat except scream a lot as it didn't even scratch the wall.
Sekke managed to create a new attack by the name of Bronze Magic: Sekke Cannonball as he then threw it at the wall and slammed it, making it explode.
Yuno took out his Grimoire as he went through all of the options, as he decided to do one of his favourite ones, as he yelled "Star Magic: Median Taurus!" as then two stars appeared, one green and the other beige, as it created what looked like an axe as it slammed it diagonally, absolutely wrecking the wall.
Everyone, sans Asta, looked at him with pure shock as they realized that the rumours of a boy with a 4 Leaf Grimoire and two Magic Attributes was here, but they didn't think it was possible until now.
"...dibs." said Yami as all of the Captains looked at him.
"You can't call dibs on a boy that I wanted first!" yelled Jack.
"Actually… it was m-"
"Shut it, paintbrush!" Jack yelled at Rill as he then turned to Yami, "Listen here you numbskull, if you even dare to even look at him, I will rip out your spinal cord with my slashes! Ke ke ke!" he yelled as the Captain of the Black Bulls laughed.
"Oh wow, you might have actually shook me congrats." he said as Jack nearly jumped at him.
"Will you two behave? You act like children wanting a toy at a store." said Nozel as Dorothy nodded her head in a way that she was communicating, "Dorothy, that was a bit harsh, don't you think?"
"How does he know what she said?" thought to himself Finral.
Back to the younglings, the test ended with almost everyone that wasn't Asta backing away from Yuno as they knew that they didn't stand a chance against him, except for one noble.
The next test was trying to get some control over their magic, as Yuno handled it with ease as he created a pink star as it homed in on it like his Pinpoint Blast, as well as he used his Wind Magic: Crescent Moon Sickle which he slashed in a way that resemble that of Jack, slicing the papers away with ease.
Sekke managed to get some of the papers as he threw his newly queried Sekke Cannonball as he threw that ball like his life depended on it.
Asta, tried as he might, failed horribly as he couldn't do squat.
The next one was actually a pretty simple one, Creation Magic, to at the very least know what they are capable of, as Sekke created the perfect image of himself with his Bronze Magic as Asta was on the ground to do something even if he couldn't do anything.
Yuno decided to use both of his magic for this one, as he created one hand his Wind Blade and the other a pretty decent size shield for Scutum.
As then, it was now the final part of the exam, "Now, I have to congratulate all of you for coming this far, even if you do persist a lot," William looked at Asta who looked offended, "We are finally at the final stage of the exam, and the most important part of the exam and that is-"
"THE BATTLE TRIAL!" roared Fuegoleon as William looked at his friend with a slightly shocked expression, "Sorry," Fuegoleon coughed into his hand, "What I was meaning to say after I cut him off, was that the Magic Knights, even if you are Recovery Mage, is that battle is the most important part of being a Magic Knight, it is the most important part of protecting our very kingdom."
"Correct, Fuegoleon, as you have to choose your sparring partner, as the combat trials will begin, and don't worry about going all out, we have Recovery Mages all over the place." said William.
As then, all of them began to panic, trying to find the perfect sparring partner so they don't look bad in comparison, as they tried look around, especially Asta as he wants to fight the strongest there is to show everyone that he can hang with them.
"CRAP! CRAP! CRAP!" said Asta as he looked around, trying to find a good opponent, especially one guy, "WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU YUNO?! I need to fight someone very strong!"
Said Yuno was talking to a new face that he didn't know, it was a male with long yellow hair with green eyes as he kept touching his hair, as he wore a white robe, a long sleeved blue shirt, white pants and beige boots.
"Why, hello good sir," said the male as Yuno looked at him.
"Do I know you?" he asked as the man laughed.
"No, but that isn't a bad thing. My name is Salim Hapshass, the future heir to the House Of Hapshass, and I just wanted to ask if you wanted to fight for the trial? I would love to fight someone of your calibre." he said as he held down a smirk, "This poor fool doesn't know what he is messing with!"
Yuno sighed as he looked around to see Asta, but then he saw him talking to Sekke and realized that this was better than nothing, "Sure why not." he said as he saw both Asta and Sekke walk towards the arena.
He saw Asta walking towards Sekke for a hand shake, but he saw Sekke walk towards him and place his hand on Asta's as even from there he heard Sekke say something that made his blood boil.
It was along the lines of: "Stop pretending that you are something what you aren't, it is getting embarrassing. I only challenged you so I could look good in comparison. And after this is all set and done, I will be a Magic Knight, living the high life. Got it?" that is what he said as he walked towards his side as Asta was quiet.
Oh.
He knew he messed up.
Once the announcer said it was time for the battle to commence, Sekke pulled out his blue Grimoire, and yelled, "Time for me to win this! Bronze Magic: Sekke Magnum Cannonball!" he yelled as then around him, blue like bronze appeared around him in order to create something new, as it all around him, so it could be safe from all sides, as this is what he called the perfect offensive defense.
It had cannons all over the ball of light as a way to counter attack, and thanks to his new Sekke Cannonball he could shoot at him at a perfect way with no damage to him.
His main strategy was for him to Asta attacking his Magnum Cannonball with all of his might, but thanks to him having basically no magic at all, it was safe to assume that he won't lose or take any damage at all, and once he was tired, he could use his new powers, to attack him with everything he has in his arsenal.
He bah-haed! He has nothing!
Nothing in his arsenal that will help him in the current mome- wait, what is he pulling out of his dusty old Grimoire?
Wait a minute, what kind of dusty old sword is that?!
Asta pulled out his Demon-Slayer Sword from his Grimoire and then pulled it behind him, as he directed himself in the exact same position that he was pointing at, as he took a half step and swung it hard against Sekke.
They might think that would destroy Sekke's shield, but nope! It was like Sekke's shield was completely nullified, negated if you will as the broadsword slammed Sekke to the ground, thankfully because of the fact that it was blunt whenever attacking something that wasn't magic so he didn't accidently kill him.
Sekke was on the ground, breathing for air, trying not to faint from that blunt attack as Yami had to admit to himself, that was an interesting attack from him as Asta took his broadsword and placed it on his shoulder, "Unlike you Sekke, I am not trying to become a Magic Knight because I want to be famous, I am doing this so I could protect the people I care about! Because I am about to become the Wizard King!" he yelled to the heavens as everyone looked at him mad, but Yuno smiled at his rival.
Yami eyed him suspiciously as the rest were impressed, but they didn't know what kind of stuff the kid was holding with that sword so they looked at him with impressed nods.
The rest of the battles went as long with a couple of nobles and commoners battling against each other with their own magic as Asta looked at all of them with stars in his eyes with Yuno looking unimpressed.
Now, it was Salim and Yuno's turn, as then Salim decided to talk about what he was planning on, "Youknow-"
"The name is Yuno."
"Yuno, you know, I want to tell you something," Yuno looked at Salim, "I hope you are ready for this beating I will give you." Yuno nearly snorted when he heard that, but he let him continue, "Sure you have a 4 Leaf Grimoire and 2 Magic Attributes, but that is about it. You are a commoner and I am a noble, which means that I am stronger, faster and have more mana than you. Not to mention I am richer than you." he said as Yuno didn't react to anything that was happening.
"Can't wait to defeat you." said Yuno as Salim laughed at his statement.
"Yeah, right! You are a commoner-"
"A commoner that probably has more Captains looking at me than almost everyone here." said Yuno as Salim gritted his teeth.
"Yeah, but at least I am known around this place."
"Yeah, for losing to me." said Yuno nonchalantly.
"Oh, I am going to enjoy frying you up."
"Good luck with that buddy."
Salim's face was a mix up pure anger and rage at Yuno, but tried to calm himself down. They were at opposite sides as they were ready to fight.
Once the announcer said to go, Salim pulled out his Grimoire, "Fighting the great Salim Hapshass should be an honour, so I will give you a way home with this!" he opened his Grimoire, "Lightning Magic: God Of Lightning Rising Salim!"
As then a massive orb of electricity appeared in the arena as the sheer size of it was bigger than both Yuno and Salim, as everyone could tell it would go up to 1 000 000 volts, which was enough to pretty much defeat anyone, but there was one problem.
"GO! I HOPE TO SEND YOU TO KINGDOM COME WITH THIS!" Salim pushed his God Of Lightning Rising Salim straight forward to his opponent with all of his might as Yuno pulled out his Grimoire.
It was massively slow.
Painfully slow.
So slow that Jack the Ripper finished his bowl of popcorn, walked to get some more, filled the bowl, walked back and it was still not close to Yuno.
Fuegoleon looked at his watch, Charlotte eyed the rest of the combatants that haven't fought yet, William actually looked bored, Yami was close to sleeping, Gueldre stared at the sky, Rill took out a piece of paper and started drawing on it.
Nozel looked at Dorothy, "She has the right idea right here," they all looked at Dorothy, who was still sleeping, and nodded with him.
Yuno narrowed his eyes as he thought about using his Towering Tornado, but this time, he thinks he will go for a different move. He pulled his fist behind him as he croched downwards as he said, "Wind Magic: Vacuum Wave!" he yelled as he then threw the punch as the pressurized wind around him was so powerful, it flew straight towards God Of Lightning Rising Salim and it actually exploded.
Everyone stood in shock at what happened, especially Salim, but Yuno wasn't done. A brown star appeared around him as he pointed at Salim with his index and middle finger, "Star Magic: Pinpoint Blast!"
The star homed straight towards at Salim as when it made contact towards the man, his eyes widened when it exploded and he was sent flying straight towards the walls of the Colosseum.
The announcer was shocked at how quickly he did this, as he shook his head and turned towards Yuno, "The Winner is Yuno from Hage Village!" he yelled as most from the audience cheered for the young male, including his rival.
"No way."
"A commoner just defeated a noble."
"With ease!"
"It wasn't even a challenge!"
A couple of Recovery Mages went towards him and checked on his injuries and pulse, which was not bad, but it wasn't good as well, so it was really at the middle of things.
After an hour or so, all of the combat trials were finally finished as the ones that weren't healing from those matches were standing there, waiting to be chosen by one of the Magic Knight Captains.
"The exams have finished, and the results of your efforts will be shown at which Magic Knight Captain will choose you," said William as Charlotte stood up.
"If I may," William nodded as he sat on his seat, "We will call out your number and you step forward as then a Captain will choose if they want you on their squad. If a Captain raises their hand, you can decline the offer or you can accept the offer, the choice is yours." she said.
"But if several Magic Knights Captains raise their hands, you get to pick which one you want to join," explained Gueldre as he placed his hand on his chin with a smirk on his face.
"However, if not one Magic Knight Captain raises their hand, I am sorry to tell you, but you have failed the exams." said Fuegoleon as he crossed his arms.
"If you don't get picked, you must automatically leave." said Nozel as Dorothy nodded.
"Or I will slash you to pieces, Ke ke!" yelled Jack as he licked his lips.
William then stood up, "Now, the selection has begun!"
It started off slowly as Number 1 walked up to the Captains, but sadly he wasn't able to join a Magic Knight squad so he had to leave. As they were getting anxious the more their numbers came closer and closer.
There were some that were accepted into different squads like the Purple Orca, Green Praying Mantises and the Crimson Lion Kings, as even Yami didn't want some of them.
But then, it was Yuno's turn. He walked straight towrads the arena as Asta looked at his rival, they were ready for a couple of them to pick him, but what they saw shocked them to no end.
It wasn't that a couple wanted him, no, no, it wasn't quite that simple, it was that everyone wanted him.
"No way!"
"Everyone wants him to join their squad?!"
"Has that ever happened?!"
"Man, don't ask me, I have no idea as well!"
"Even the Golden Dawn?! I guess that they also pick commoners, and not just royals and nobles."
"The Silver Eagles as well?! Man… just who is this guy?!"
Yuno looked at everyone wanting to choose him, which was everyone, and thought about it, "The best one to choose for a captain was the one that will help most in my progress in order to become the Wizard King." he then looked up towards William as he felt an eerie feeling towards him, but he ignored it, "I will pick the Golden Dawn."
Yami cursed up a storm as the rest weren't pleased by it, but respected his wishes so they didn't try to annoy him about it.
And then, it was Asta's turn, as he walked up, as he heard his number come up, he looked at everyone and clenched his hands together, "I don't care who picks me, anyone can pick me and I would be happy! Just please! PICK ME!"
He looked around to see the Magic Knight Captains all look at him as he tried his hardest to find anyone, anyone to pick him in their squad as he realized the horror as his eyes widened to no end.
No one wanted him.
No… no… no. No. No. No!
No!
NO!
This can't be where it could end!
Yuno was picked by the best of the best, but he wasn't!? This isn't fair! At all! He tried his hardest to get here, but nothing happened!
His eyes began to shake, his body began to shake as he could hear mostly everyone yell at him to get on with it, but, then he heard a voice, "You know, no one wants to temper things that they have no knowledge about." he turned his head towards Yami as Finral and Gordon looked at him with confused looks on their faces.
"I mean, the way you were doing it, it showed me that you couldn't use your magic, but rather, you didn't have any magic, is that right?" he asked as he didn't even wait for an answer as he stood up, "So why would they pick you over them? Huh? The only impressive thing about you is that sword of yours, but I bet that is all that it is, right?!" he yelled as dark energy appeared all over him.
Everyone that weren't Captains felt this Magic Power as if he was exerting every piece of killer intent, as it came like it was a Tsunami of Dark Energy all coming towards one person as he began to shake.
Some even passed out from the energy around him.
Yami jumped from the seats as when he did, the people were shocked he didn't make a crater from that jump alone.
He walked towards Asta as he was shaking his boots. "You are telling me that you want to be the Wizard King, eh? With no real magic to speak off, and you want to be the strongest there is in this kingdom?! Stronger than all 9 Magic Knight Captains?! Tell me, brat, are you really going to make that dream into a reality?" Yami asked as he looked at the boy with no magic.
Asta looked at him and he gripped his hands into a ball. He gritted his teeth as he looked at him, "Of course I am going to make that dream, no matter what! I don't care what I have to do, I don't care what you throw at me, I don't care how long it takes me, I will become the Wizard King! Because, even though I have no magic to speak of, my real magic is NEVER GIVING UP!" Nozel, Fuegoleon and Yami's eyebrows went up slightly when they heard that phrase, but didn't dwell on that for too long.
Everyone that wasn't Yuno, looked at him mad as Yami's dark energy and murderous intent went down as Yami looked at the boy quietly. As then…
…as then…
… he laughed.
"BWAHAHAHAAHAHA!" He laughed to no ends, but it wasn't a mocking laughter, it was more of something that he finds funny to himself, "You are funny, kid, you know that? A real comedian. You know, I like you, come join my squad."
Asta's mouth dropped as he looked at him shocked as Yuno smiled for his rival.
"Oh come on kid, stop gaping towards me like a fish, I am saying that you should join my crew, you will fit right in, and before you ask, nah, they won't judge you." he said as before Asta could say anything, Yami took the cigarette from his mouth, "By the way, declining is not an option."
Asta gulped at the words from this beast as he nodded, "SURE! I WOULD LOVE TO JOIN YOU! THANK YOU SO MUCH!" he roared to the heavens as Yami grinned.
"Ey, don't worry about it. Also, about that dream, I have to admit you have the balls to say that in front of everyone," Yami said, "And for that alone, become the Wizard King for me, k?"
Asta was quiet as he looked at him with wide eyes.
… he wants him to become the Wizard King, he accepted his dream, just like that?
He smiled with near tears in his eyes, "RIGHT, SIR! I WILL MAKE YOU PROUD!" he said as ran up to Yuno and began to say how happy he is that he is finally at a squad and Yuno was happy for his brother as well.
Yami jumped back towards the Captains as he could tell they were looking at them, "What?"
"You couldn't have just raised your hand instead of making this one whole big drama scene?" asked Fuegoleon.
"I could, but come on, this was way more fun." Yami said as Rill looked at him.
"Can I try that out when I want to pick someone? It looked so fun!" he yelled out as Yami shrugged his shoulders.
"Sure kid, whatever suits your boat." he said.
After an hour or so of them picking new members for their team, which a couple did join like Sekke in the Green Praying Mantises, Yuno and Asta were outside, waiting for their Captains as they were outside of the arena waiting for them.
"It looks like this is where we go our separate ways, huh Asta?" asked Yuno as he smiled at his brother as the boy returned it.
"Yeah, me from the Black Bulls while you are in the Golden Dawn." he said with a grin, "Me in the worst squad and you from the best squad, I can't wait to change that."
"Yeah, right, like that would ever happen. Our journey has now truly started, right here and now." he said as he grinned, "I do hope that you at least catch up to me the next time we see each other, though." he said as Asta laughed.
"More like the opposite for you!"

"More like yours, Yuno!" Asta said as both of them looked at each other with wide smiles as they both reached out their hands. "We will fight…"
Yuno did the same as he continued, "Until one of us…"
"... becomes the Wizard King!" they both stated as Asta could hear his new Captain yelling out for him.
"OI, KID! I am right here!" yelled Yami as Asta turned to his new Captain as he walked up to him, "So, you finally stopped talking to your old buddy over there, huh?"
"Right! And oh man, I can't wait! I wonder what my squad mates are like!" he turned to Finral and Gordon, "How are they, guys?!"
"well, there are people i like to call my best friends in the entire world as i love every single one of them, and would kill anyone that wants to harm them." Gordon mumbled as Asta looked shocked at what he heard, "not to mention, i love making dolls of them! soon, i will make one of you as well my new best buddy."
Asta nodded as he turned to Finral, "That is nice, but can you tell me more about them?"
Finral sweatdropped, "Well, there are a bit… unique and loud, but trust me, they are good people."
"So are we going to stand here or are we going to go to our base, Finral?" asked Yami threateningly as Finral began sweating hard at him.
"R-right, sorry about that, Captain Yami!" Finral opened his Grimoire and then created one more Fallen Angel Gate.
"WOW! THAT IS THE COOLEST MAGIC EVER!" he turned to Finral, "You are pretty awesome, Finral!" he yelled out as Finral smiled.
However, before Finral could say anything, Yami grabbed Asta by the head and threw him in there. Gordon and Finral didn't say anything as they didn't want to die by their captain's hands so they walked with him quietly.
Yuno sweatdropped as he saw what Yami did to his brother and how casually he did so.
"Now, I know that may seem a harsh thing to do," Yuno turned to William as there was a different Golden Dawn member behind him, "But that is his way of showing respect. Even if it is a bit unorthodox."
"Right." said Yuno as he could feel the small glare that one of the Golden Dawn members showed him. He was a man with purple eyes, small glasses with golden earrings, wearing the robe of the Golden Dawn as the uniform was the same as his Captain as his hair was blue as the sides were more cut than the top part. "And you are?"
The man scoffed as he pushed his glasses up, "Hpmh, if you want to know, I am Klaus Lunettes from the Golden Dawn from the House of Lunettes and you will address me with respect, commoner."
"My name is Yuno." he said.
"Fine, Yuno, I have no idea why Captain Vangeance would choose you, but I will respect that decision even if I don't like it." said Klaus as William looked at him.
"Klaus, please, be nice to our newest member, we don't want a bad first impression." said William as Klaus nodded to his Captain.
"Of course, Captain Vangeance, I apologize for my bad behaviour." said Klaus as he bowed his head towards his Captain.
"Don't worry about that Klaus, and Yuno," the boy turned to William, "I thank you for choosing my squad. I hope that you will be welcomed with open arms with our squad members." he said as Yuno smiled at him.
"That is great to hear, and I hope as well." he said as William smiled as he turned to Klaus.
"Now, Klaus, if you would." he said as Klaus nodded as he pulled out his Grimoire that was light blue.
"Right. Steel Creation Magic: Royal Chariot!" he yelled as then around him appeared a metal chariot that had a horse's head on the front as the chariot part at first large as it was half a circle as there are seats for at least 3 people that could sit behind him as there was a part of it where Klaus could stand on.
Yuno looked at it, confused, "Wait, why can't we just use our brooms?" he asked as he could as well fly rather than be on it.
"Well, if you must know, my Royal Chariot is known for being one of the most safe and fastest way of transportation if you aren't a Spatial or Wind User, we know you can fly, but if Captain Vangeance wants to sit, then he can use my Royal Chariot." he said as Yuno nodded.
William then walked over to the chariot and sat on one of the seats, "Come here, Yuno, I am sure that it would be better if you get some rest before you meet the rest of your squad members." he said as Yuno walked over and sat next to William.
Klaus then went to the front part of his Royal Chariot and then, the Golden Dawn members were off and they went to their headquarters.
Salim was there the entire time as he growled as he saw Yuno there and not him, and how he humiliated him at the Magic Knight Selection exam as he wasn't accepted in not a single squad.
He gritted his teeth, he wanted to get his revenge, as then a lightbulb appeared over his head as he smirked.
He got his Magic Item known as Bounty Knights Talk, as with this, he could hire a bounty hunter to get a single Magic Knight as most of them have a successful rate of victories, but he wanted more than just a single mob of them, no, he wants the best of the best.
He looked over and saw the one with a 101% capture rate, the one that was the most wanted. Luth Salgarir.

Boom! I am finished with this chapter and it was a fast one, 12k words in a week is no joke. Not to mention, I did do a lot of planning for this chapter alone, and it was really telling at how much I did work on this.
The hardest thing to do was describing the captains as I had to describe 8 of them all at once and it was really hard to do with some of them (What the hell Gueldre?) and I am so glad that I will never have to write so many designs in that much ti- *remembers that next chapter is with the Black Bulls and Golden Dawn* OH MOTHERFU-
I, again, decided to change some things in canon like some of the dialogue and what happens to Yuno since I was quite shocked that we haven't even saw some of them before arcs later. In the Golden Dawn, I am just adding those that have a name and want to give them some buffs (Like David having a Spell that is like Summon Dice from Yugioh.). Not to mention, early Klaus! I am so glad that I will be finally adding on my boys known as Finral and Nozel.
Before you guys ask, who is Luth Salgarir, it is an OC I made up for the first ever fully action chapter, which will be Chapter 8 if I am writing this correctly. Next chapter we will meet up with (Most of) The Black Bulls and the Golden Dawn!
I am actually split on this. I want to give Noelle Leviathan from Judgement Day arc, but at the same time, I want to write her Saint Stage with Undine. If you guys have any suggestions go right ahead.
About that 101% success rate from Luth? It is a reference to Yugioh Vrains' The Shepherd in the dub.
Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY YUNO AND ASTA! I wasn't planning on publishing this today on their bdays, but HEY! This could be my birthday present for them.
