Anne was working on making her new room within The Planter's estate as roomy as possible. Thankfully, her casual clothes were not damaged during her time surviving out in the wild on the world of Amphibia. Sprig, Hopps, and Polly were quite helpful for her to understand this new world she found herself in. To add onto the bright side of her situation, SHIELD's Training did help her adapt in this swamp world as well as it was one of the mandatory sessions that she and her friends took before becoming full-on superheroes. Her mother was a well-known SHIELD Agent and encouraged her to use her newfound superpowers to help others in need. Like she would always say, With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility.

"Though… If I was a little less reckless, I wouldn't be trapped in this weird world…" Anne announced aloud as she hung up her Spider-Costume on a makeshift armor stand with her web-shooters being on the shelf on the stand as well. Marcy had helped her design her costume and even gave it some upgrades, though her web-shooters and web formula were her own creation. WIth her room all set up for, Anne sat on the bed while pondering what she should do now. There were a lot of questions and concerns running around her thoughts. Such as "Did anyone else get sent here to this world aside from her and Noob Saibot?", "Are her friends safe?", "Should she search for them on her own or ask one of the Planters to help her?", and "What the hell happened to the random box and the energy it held go?" That Last Question was the most concerning of them all since if the possibility that the rest of AIM was here, this world would be in far more danger due to their presence.

However, her mess of thoughts was shattered by the sound of Sprig leaping into her room with a cool pose that immediately caused him to crash into a wall in a comedic fashion. "I meant to do that…" The Young Frog announced while rubbing his head with a nervous chuckle. Anne couldn't help but laugh at this as Sprig walked over. "So, how are things going with you, Beasty Anne?" He questioned with a wink and finger guns like a total dork as it made Anne laugh harder due to his antics.

Anne did calm her laughter enough to finally reply, "Going good Sprig. I have to thank you and your fam for letting me stay here while I'm trapped in this crazy world…" She stated before realizing she may be a little offensive, "No offense by the way…" Anne added on as she grew a cold sweat from her words.

"Some taken…" Sprig told her with slightly narrowed eyes before changing topics, "So, what should I expect from you exactly?" He asked before Polly threw a rolling pin that Anne immediately caught thanks to her spider-sense. Polly was indeed miffed by how fast Anne was able to react as she left with a hand motion that told them she was watching them. Anne returned the motion as it left Polly utterly confused and dumbfounded by this before heading out of the basement. "Wow… Why does my little sis have to be so damn suspicious of you anyways?" Sprig questioned with a dull expression on his face.

Anne shrugged this detail as she concluded what she should do next. It wasn't an idea she was fond of, but Anne understood that if she searched blindly for the others in this world. She would only get herself in more trouble that she was already in. "Say Sprig… Is there a place like a beach or something? I think that I should spend some time in town to learn more about this world before searching for anyone else who may have been transported here. Usually, a trip to the beach helps calm my nerves and thoughts which will help with adjusting here." She asked with a sincere expression on her face.

"Oh! Totally! I mean it isn't a beach, but it is a lake with clear and healthy water for a good swim." Sprig excitedly announced as he got pumped up for his first adventure with The Spider Heroine. "Hopefully, Hopps won't be too much of a grump when we ask him." Sprig added on optimistically as Anne was pumped up as well.

"Absolutely not you two." Hopps declared firmly to the dismay of the two already dressed for a fun time swimming as they were flabbergasted by the immediate rejection from the elder frog. They even had some swim gear blown up for the trip.

"Why The Hell Not, Hopps!?" The two questioned with some anger towards Hopps. They did feel like their entire "prep time" that they took was utterly wasted by this.

Hopps sighed a bit as he shook his head at the two for not understanding his reasoning. "Look, people in town are small-minded and are quick to get aggressive to things that aren't 'normal' to them." He explained with finger motions to quotation marks to express how ridiculous he found the town's folks' take on the term of Normal. They could definitely agree that Normal is sometimes nonexistent as Change is a constant anywhere go. Like the weather, at one point you could be living a 'normal' life and the next you are a bunch of superheroes trapped in another world solving their problems for a bigger threat ahead. "I just don't want you to get hurt out there or possibly impaled by someone due to being spooked out for no reason." The Elderly Frog went on as he gestured to a farmer frog immediately skewering an innocent animal due to his own shadow.

Anne blinked a few times in disbelief as she grew a bit concerned now. "Jeez… I think people here may be a bit too paranoid here…" She announced absent-minded. Hopps crossed his arms while raising something like an eyebrow for frogs. "You THINK, Anne?" He questioned before locking the door with a key he hid in his jacket pocket. Once this was completed, Hopps headed to his room to do some reading as it left both Anne and Sprig irritated by the old frog.

"... You know, I think you can definitely handle yourself and I didn't just pump all of these up for nothing. Wanna steal the key and sneak out?" Sprig announced with a completely dull as well as annoyed expression. Anne was quick to agree and before Polly could say anything. Both Sprig and Anne had candy ready to bribe her.

The two placed the bags of candy on the table that the Pink Tadpole sat upon. Polly was miffed by this as she crossed her arms in frustration. "You think I can be bargained that easily? Because you are absolutely right!" She announced as she began to chow down on the several sets of candy before her.

Anne already had an idea to steal the key from Hopps as she grabbed one of her web-shooters. "Wait for me, Sprig. I won't be long." Anne announced as she focused on her spider powers as she went completely invisible before the two youngling's eyes as they looked on with awe. Anne snuck her way inside of Hopps room to reach him to see that he was asleep as he posed like he was reading a book. This indeed made things a whole easier as she aimed her webs at the key which was peaking out of the pocket. With a quick and silent shot, Anne obtained the key for their escape as she.

Sprig was making the final preparations on their beachside rest area as Anne was working on her tan with sunglasses over eyes. "So, what is it like back home Anne?" Sprig asked with curiosity as he took a seat in a long chair they brought. "I bet it is exciting with being a Superhero as you call it." He added on with a smile. "Have any friends back home too?"

Anne readjusted her sunglasses as she thought over the best way to answer this question. "Well… It is so not a walk in the park to be a superhero, Sprig. The job is stressful even without the traumatic backstory you get. My friends are decent people for sure, yet… We are kind of mildly toxic despite our best efforts. My closest friends would be Sasha, Gabe, his older brother Robbie, and Marcy." She explained with a small blush when saying Marcy's name. "Though Sasha is what is called an Inhuman. Inhumans are the results of experiments from beings called the Celestials. Basically, a form of Cosmic Level Gods based on what I gather from learning about them. Gabe is quite a nerd about comics, though an accident left him paralyzed from the waist down." She went on with some dread on telling the story regarding the Reyes Brothers. "Robbie had enough to deal with already since his parents ditched him and he was forced to drop out of high school to take care of his little brother before the demon was smashed into his body." Anne went on before beginning with Marcy.

Anne gave out a warm smile for her closest friend as she began to talk about her, "Now Marcy is definitely the smartest person I ever met. She built her power armor from scratch and I had almost lost her to a bitch who ran that evil company AIM…" She finished off as the bitter taste of Monica's name almost entered her mouth. Sprig was amazed and concerned with the Crazy world that Earth was. It was far more chaotic than he thought beforehand.
