In this chapter, Roger Doofenshmirtz will get captured!

It's not so bad for him though. He's having a dull time, you see.

Though you're probably wondering whether Dr. Doofenshmirtz will be able to swap minds with his brother.

Atrosis is complicating that somewhat. She can be threatening even without her boss, though perhaps she isn't aware of that yet.

And yeah, I decided to bring back the Kimono Twins. I had more ideas involving them.

You think including them in another arc is a good idea?

Chapter 44: Roger That

"You're giving me something that will shut off the security cameras in Danville Town Hall? That ought to come in handy." noted Atrosis. Perhaps she could ask if she could keep it later if she wished to rob a bank. Professor Dementor liked doing that…she was starting to miss him.

Without the security cameras, the mayor wouldn't be…secure. And then Atrosis would have an opportunity to strike.

"I figured you would like it." answered Senior.

It was useful for bank robberies…and he had enough money to build a spare. After all, it was pretty rare for him to experience a money shortage.

After all, Junior had learned from his mistakes regarding spending money. He certainly wouldn't be trusting Vinnie Wheeler with his money again.

The device resembled a remote, but Junior was reminded not to mistake it for one in case Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable chose to infiltrate his mansion like they always did. Though it did use to be a remote.

Senior called it the Camera Disruptor.

"You were not wrong. This should minimize my chances of getting caught." acknowledged Atrosis.

"You can contact me if you need assistance." said the elderly man.

"Of course." nodded Atrosis.

Dementor should probably consider getting a lair like Senior's. Those spinning tops could be pretty useful.

But he wasn't in a position to do so now.

"I seriously hope that somebody can get that helmet off of him." noted Atrosis.

Things would never be the same until that helmet was off.

Unfortunately, her boss's employees couldn't figure out how to remove the helmet either. They were technically her employees as well, but people associated them more with Professor Dementor.

They could try smashing the helmet, but the man with the black helmet had probably paid a lot of money for it.

And there was no need to give him a headache. Kim Possible already did that.

A short while later…

Roger was in his office, half-asleep.

"All this paperwork is boring." noted Roger.

He wished something exciting would happen.

Was this why his brother became an evil scientist? For the excitement?

He liked to think it was a bit more complicated than that.

Atrosis knocked on Roger Doofenshmirtz's door.

She had turned off the cameras of course.

No point in letting an alarm be sounded.

"Huh? Are you here to get my autograph?" asked Roger.

It wouldn't be the first time somebody had requested that.

After all, people were likely going to vote for him in the next election.

That probably wasn't going to happen for a while though.

"Actually, I've got something different in mind." explained Atrosis.

"Well, have a seat." instructed the mayor.

Suddenly, Atrosis activated her yellow power.

"Whoa! Are you some sort of superhero?" asked Roger. It was surprising to see a super in his very own office.

He was familiar with the Go Team. And her power did look similar. Though to his knowledge, white wasn't the Go Team's color. They all dressed in black…along with whatever matched their color.

"Sorry, but I'm not a superhero. Otherwise I wouldn't be working for a mad scientist." noted Atrosis. Though she wondered what her life would be if she did decide to become a superhero. Would she be part of the Go Team someday? She knew Shego didn't like it.

Though she was usually the employee and not the employer, in an interesting turn of events, she was the one who was in charge for the time being. Would things stay that way? She was second-in-command to begin with but she didn't really imagine herself as a leader.

After activating her power, she stretched out her arms and wrapped them around Roger.

"I have to admit, it's not exactly hard to grapple somebody when you can stretch your arms as far as I can." noted Atrosis. It was part of what she did for a living, restrain a foe while Dementor explained his evil plan.

It wasn't unlike a Bebe robot. However, she was not a robot herself. Otherwise, she wouldn't be able to eat or drink. And how she enjoyed the taste of food.

"Huh? What are you doing?" asked Roger.

"My apologies, mayor, but if my boss and myself are going to take over the world, we need money. And you happen to more or less be swimming in it like Scrooge McDuck." remarked the woman.

"I can't swim in money! That's impossible!" exclaimed the mayor. He couldn't swim in something if it was not made of liquid.

"But you're a cartoon character." pointed out Atrosis.

"Well, I suppose that's true..." noted Roger. He was rather down-to-earth for one though.

"Don't worry too much. I'm sure your town will pay us enough for your safe return. If not, I can negotiate with them for a reasonable price. I can't simply give you back for free though. That simply isn't how it works." explained Atrosis.

"I understand." nodded the mayor.

"We turned off the cameras…sorry to disappoint you, but I don't think your security guards will be coming." answered the lady.

"I felt like they were spying on me anyway." answered the mayor. Could he have privacy within his own office?

"I'm glad you're taking this well. I'm having a rough day." noted Atrosis. Professor Dementor had been turned into a marionette.

"Is that my brother outside my office window?" asked Roger Doofenshmirtz.

"He's here? Really?" questioned Atrosis. She was under the impression that he would be at Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated.

She was under the impression that Heinz Doofenshmirtz moved away from Danville to escape his brother. And yer, he was apparently on his way to town hall.

She decided to take a look.

He was with Drakken, Shego, Norm, and a bunch of Drakken's minions.

It seemed he really wanted a word with his brother.

"Uh-oh. I guess I'm not the only one who wants to get their hands on you." noted Atrosis. It seemed some other villains wanted Roger for their own nefarious purposes.

"This day just keeps on getting more and more interesting." remarked Roger.

"Yeah...it's been getting more interesting for me too." agreed the woman. Who would have thought she would end up the boss?

Would things be back to normal by the end of the day? It seemed to be common for things to go back to the way they were. Phineas and Ferb could attest to that.

It looked like she might need to get ready for a fight. Though it was on the fence as to when Kim Possible would show up.

But that was alright. She happened to enjoy fighting. In her opinion, that was one of the best parts of her job.

And besides, she had brought Dementor's henchmen with her.

They insisted that they help her with this task.

They got along pretty well with her, much like their boss himself.

Fortunately for Ron, Rufus was able to sniff a banana peel left at the crime scene.

It seemed that Monkey Fist and his minions were at an abandoned warehouse.

And yes, it wasn't their main lair. They figured they would go somewhere closer to Danville for the time being.

"So, tell me, how do I open up the temple?" asked Monkey Fist.

Phineas and Ferb had been tied to chairs.

It was an interesting experience being surrounded by monkeys. Especially ninja monkeys. Little did they know, their own pet platypus was a ninja…more or less.

He handed them a picture of it.

Bates had taken it.

"Well, there's a statue right outside that seems to want an offering of some kind." noted Phineas.

"I've noticed that, but what does it want?" asked Monkey Fist.

"A…banana?" asked the boy.

Monty Fiske sighed.

"Why didn't I think of that? Well then, I suppose I can let you go…after you help me redecorate my castle. It could use some changes after being abandoned for so long." noted Monkey Fist.

Bates had left the castle to search for his master…with no success. It was sad.

"I hope we're reunited with our parents soon." remarked Phineas.

Ferb nodded.

Suddenly, an alarm went off.

"We have intruders! I think we should give them a warm welcome." ordered Monkey Fist.

Lily and Lilac nodded.

He searched for the intruders with the Kimono Twins.

Luckily, Ron and Rufus were able to locate Phineas and Ferb.

"I'm glad we decided to save them. It's what Kim would want." noted the sidekick.

"Uh-huh!" exclaimed Rufus.

The naked mole rat tracked them by scent.

He bit through the ropes.

"Thanks! We owe you one!" exclaimed Phineas. They were starting to get worried.

"We'll remember this." noted Ferb.

And as luck would have it, there was an exit nearby.

The two ran through the exit.

"I guess we should get going ourselves." noted Ron.

Rufus nodded.

Linda and Lawrence were expecting them to be at their house anyway.

But when the two went to the exit, they were intercepted by the Kimono Twins.

"Uh-oh!" exclaimed the naked mole rat. It looked like they were in a bad situation.

"Monkey Fist has twins working for him now?" asked Ron. That was a new one. Not only that, but these two were human. Not so much as a monkey tail.

Rufus nodded. These two were strong. He knew from experience.

They had mostly interacted with both Perry and Rufus, so Ron's memory was fuzzy regarding them.

"He figured he needed someone to drive after his disasters with the monkeys." noted Lily. His car insurance company was getting angry at him.

"So, which one of you is the bad twin?" asked the blonde.

"We both are." answered Lilac.

"Weird." spoke Ron.

The two of them seized the blonde boy by the arms.

"Hey, let go of me!" exclaimed the blonde, who was now starting to feel nervous.

Unfortunately, these twins were rather strong. It seemed he couldn't break free from their grip.

Maybe not as strong as Atrosis or Shego, but strong nevertheless. The jaguar power was pretty handy.

"Sorry, we can't do that. Our boss doesn't consider you to be his friend." noted Lily.

"Is it wrong for us to both have the same power?" asked Ron. He knew Ferb now had the power that he had…and he didn't mind that. He probably wouldn't chat with him too much though. He preferred listening over talking.

"Well, my sister and myself both share the same power." admitted Lilac.

Lily nodded.

But even so, it seemed that Ron kept getting in their master's way.

Rufus tried to save him, but Lily kicked him out the door.

He ended up in the arms of Phineas and Ferb.

"Don't worry, we gotcha!" exclaimed Phineas.

Rufus was happy to hear that.

But he couldn't help but feel worried about Ron.

It would be best if he got Phineas and Ferb home though. He needed to keep them safe from Monkey Fist.

Kim Possible would need to know about this, however.

"I sure hope my little buddy will be alright." said Ron. It seemed that he had been kicked fairly hard.

"He'll be fine. I'm not sure about you though." answered Lilac. Their boss considered him to be his mortal enemy.

He gulped.

"Can something go right for me for a change?" asked Monkey Fist.

He realized that Phineas and Ferb had escaped.

It wasn't so bad, though redecorating his castle would have been nice.

But even so, it was irritating that somebody had saved them.

Luckily, something would indeed go right for Monty Fiske.

"Hey, boss!" exclaimed Lily.

"We brought you something!" shouted Lilac.

"Do you always finish each other's sentences?" asked Monkey Fist. It wasn't too surprising given the two were twins. It was getting a bit repetitive though.

"I guess it is kind of a habit of ours." noted the sister in a green kimono.

"Do you mind that?" asked the other sister in an orange kimono.

"I suppose I can live with it." answered Monkey Fist.

He then took a look at what they brought…and smiled.

Monty might have lost Phineas and Ferb…but to be honest, he thought this was even better.

Now he had the opportunity to dispose of his hated enemy.

"You captured the buffoon? I'm glad I hired you." remarked the man. Hench Co. knew how to assign a minion (or two as the case may be) to the right person.

Though Professor Dementor had initially disagreed. He didn't think Atrosis was a good match for him at first. But it eventually turned out Atrosis was just as crazy as he was.

"We're pleased to hear that." answered back Lily.

This time, it was Ron's turn to be tied to a chair.

"Now then, feel free to give me advice as to what to do with him. I might as well since you were the ones that captured him." noted Monkey Fist.

He sat on his sofa chair while Lily and Lilac stood on opposite sides of him.

"Tell me, should I deal with him myself, or should you handle things? I could also have my monkey ninjas do it, I suppose." noted Monkey Fist.

"Those monkey ninjas are cute…" remarked Lily.

"I was hoping they would strike terror in the hearts of my enemies." noted the man with black hair. To have someone say they were cute was kind of embarrassing.

"Well, they are trained soldiers. But we actually figured that we should use a death trap." suggested Lilac. Both Dr. Drakken and Senor Senior Senior loved them.

"A death trap? I don't recall using them often." noted Monkey Fist. Though the cage suspended over a pit of lava wasn't such a bad idea. It seems the mystical monkey power didn't make you fireproof.

"It'll be fun! We can make it monkey themed!" exclaimed Lily. They might as well given what their employer was like.

"Alright, but if the plan fails, I'll be dealing with Stoppable myself." answered the man.

Lily and Lilac nodded. It seemed reasonable.

"So, how does your death trap work?" asked Monkey Fist.

The two twins prepared to explain.

At Danville Town Hall…

"Alright, all we have to do is grab my brother so that we can make the switch." noted Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

"I think things might be more complicated than that." warned Shego.

As it turned out, Professor Dementor's henchmen were there.

"Professor Dementor? I guess I'm not the only one who has an evil scheme involving my brother." noted Heinz. Roger might want to consider getting some better security.

"Well, if he manages to take your brother to his secret lair, our mission will become a lot more complicated." remarked Shego. She imagined that there were multiple traps inside of it.

And though she could probably get past them, she would still have Atrosis to deal with. She was strong enough to withstand her plasma shots.

"You're right. We need to be fast!" exclaimed Doofenshmirtz.

No point in giving Atrosis the chance to outwit them as they ended up doing before.

Was Perry the Platypus here as well? He had a hard time rescuing him. Though he imagined that there would be an accompanying theme song if he was among them.

"If Dementor is here, does that mean Atrosis is too?" asked Drakken.

"What makes you say that?" questioned Shego.

"Those two are always together…kind of like you and me…for better or worse." noted the blue-skinned scientist. Atrosis was nothing but loyal to the man, and Dementor appreciated her company.

"Huh. That's actually a good point, Doctor D." remarked the brunette lady. Atrosis would indeed be useful for kidnapping the mayor. She could probably topple whatever security he had.

Sure enough, she could see Atrosis. She was at a launch pad.

Shego could see that she had tied up the mayor using her arms, and was carrying him towards a red helicopter with a black D on it. It seemed Professor Dementor wanted everyone to know who it belonged to. Especially Dr. Drakken who might try to steal it.

Luckily, more than a few villains knew how to fly one of these.

"You think I should get a helicopter like that?" asked Roger. It had a rather interesting paint job.

"OK, but don't embezzle money. People look up to you. I know I would never embezzle money from my boss." remarked Atrosis. Not after everything he had done for her.

"I think she deserves a fireball to the face." remarked Shego, activating her power in her right hand.

However, the green-skinned sidekick was stopped by Doofenshmirtz before she could attack her rival.

"Shego, no! She's holding my brother!" exclaimed Doofenshmirtz.

If she missed, she might end up hitting him instead.

"I suppose you would want him uninjured since you plan on switching bodies with him." noted Shego.

"Mm-hmm." nodded Heinz.

Though perhaps part of him simply didn't want his brother getting hurt.

He was still his younger brother.

"In that case, maybe we can have Dr. D's goons intercept her." noted Shego.

At the very least, they could sabotage her escape chopper.

And she probably couldn't fight without letting go of Roger.

"Get up there and get us our mayor!" exclaimed Dr. Drakken.

Drakken's minions nodded and pulled out some grappling hooks.

Atrosis was about to have some company.

Though considering that she enjoyed a fight, she wouldn't mind that.

The yellow supervillainess noticed that Kim and Perry were nearby.

"Those two decided to team up against me, huh? It doesn't surprise me." noted Atrosis.

After all, she had been in villain teamups before. She had gotten help from the Senors for this mission, did she not?

"I might want to consider getting one of these for my own missions." suggested Kim to herself.

The two of them had listened to Kim Possible's theme song.

It was ironic that people said that Kim was an average girl when they also said Perry was an average platypus.

"Grugggg…" said Perry.

"What's that? Everyone and their mother wish to take me across the world? Well, I suppose that's true." noted the cheerleader. Though that didn't include Dr. Drakken and his mother. If anything Dr. Drakken should be trying to stop her from traveling.

Anyways, she wasn't blind to what she had (Ron in particular was instrumental to thwarting Drakken's Diablo plan), she just figured it would be good to have an alternate form of transport.

Kim Possible noticed that Drakken's henchmen were approaching Atrosis.

"Evil is fighting itself again, huh? Well, I think it would be in our best interest not to let either Drakken or Dementor capture the mayor." noted Kim.

Perry nodded. Part of the reason OWCA existed was because of Roger after all. Though he wondered what it would be like if Major Monogram was mayor instead.

I guess making a Roger pun was too good of an opportunity to pass up.

I know that an author made a pun involving Shego and golem. I probably won't turn Atrosis into a golem though. She's already pretty obedient.

And besides, I'm not sure how she can stretch when she's been turned into stone.

Though if she was turned into water things would probably be different.
