In this chapter, Wade will be captured! Oh no!

Can he be rescued? Rescuing is what Kim does best. Well, that and saving the world. Cheerleading is something she excels at too though.

Kim and Ron might need to rescue themselves first, however. Motor Ed's setting a trap.

Luckily, chances are someone's new strength will come in handy.

Chapter 48: Catch the Wade

"I wonder how Shego will react if she finds out I have the same power as her brother…again." noted Kim. It would make breaking into evil lairs easier.

Ron shrugged. He was curious about that himself.

"Well, this should make it easier to fight her. I don't think I'll win easy though. I imagine Shego has sparred with her brother more than once. That's likely how she became super strong herself. So she'll be used to fighting someone with superhuman strength." remarked the cheerleader.

As for why Shego didn't develop any more superpowers, perhaps she figured that fighting Mego or the Wego Twins would be too much of a hassle. Mego could shrink to avoid attacks and the Wego Twins would always outnumber her.

So she stuck with her older brother instead.

Though Kim wouldn't have a hard time entering the Go Team Lair with her new power, she still considered it polite to knock.

Mego answered the door.

"Is Hego here?" asked the cheerleader.

"He sure is. Why do you ask? Are you here to admire his tremendous muscles?" questioned Mego.

"Not exactly. I kind of have tremendous muscles myself these days." noted Kim.

Which was good, because her foes were becoming more dangerous. Professor Dementor was a good example of this. He now had his own sidekick.

The Go Team had met her…though they didn't realize she was a bad guy.

Some people weren't obviously evil, it seemed. Like Senor Senior Senior for example. Indeed, he hadn't been evil when the heroes had first met him.

"You do? Really?" asked Mego. Kim seemed to have normal muscles to him.

Kim activated her new power.

"Did Aviarius do this again? I haven't lost my power for shrinking." admitted the shrinker.

Which was good, since it worked wonders for infilitration.

"No. I got hit by a blue comet." explained Kim.

Ron wondered if he should look around for more comet showers.

But then again, he already had the mystical monkey power.

So perhaps he shouldn't get greedy.

Ron had decided to practice his power. He did seem a little stronger and a little faster.

He might as well train since that was what his little buddy had been doing.

Perry the Platypus enjoyed working with him.

"So, you wished to see me?" asked Hego.

Kim nodded.

"Let's just say you aren't the only one with superhuman strength anymore." explained the cheerleader.

Her right hand glowed to demonstrate.

The muscular superhero didn't seem too surprised.

"It seems several people have superhuman strength these days." noted Hego. "Like Atrosis, for example. As a side note, she wanted all of our autographs. Even though she herself was super."

"She did? Really? I find that ironic, and not just because of that." remarked Kim.

"How so?" asked the man. She wasn't the first one.

"She's a supervillainess, like your sister." noted the redhead.

"She is? Really? But she's sweet and friendly." questioned Hego. She wasn't like Electronique or Sir Snowflake.

"True. I wouldn't mind hanging out with her if she didn't work for Professor Dementor." noted Kim. Though at least she didn't mind hanging out with a man just because he was shorter than she was.

"She's working for a mad scientist? Reminds me of my sister." asked the muscular man.

"She doesn't get along with your sister though. Shego's insolence makes her angry." remarked the cheerleader. Though there were indeed a few similarities between the two. Not many though.

"I thought Atrosis was even-tempered." noted Hego. She never lost her cool while fighting those supervillains.

"She is. But you don't want to insult Professor Dementor in front of her. It never ends well for Shego when she does that." explained Kim.

"Those two sure are close." remarked the blue superhero.

"There was a bit of a rocky start between them, but yes." nodded the famous girl. Closer than Drakken and Shego were, that was for sure.

"I guess you really shouldn't judge people by appearances." noted Hego.

"It's true. You should try meeting Ron's baby sister." remarked Kim.

"I didn't know he had a baby sitter." questioned the man.

"Well, he does." nodded the cheerleader.

"So…how can I help you?" asked Hego.

"Got any weights I can lift?" questioned Kim. That seemed as good of a way to train as any.

The blue superhero nodded.

"You might want to consider learning some wrestling techniques." remarked the girl that had done so much.

"Like my sister?" asked Hego.

"They go along with her super strength…I imagine they would for you too." admitted Kim.

The man with black hair nodded.

Meanwhile…

Motor Ed was watching an old episode of Adrena Lynn's former hit TV show.

Now that everyone knew she was a fake (and had tried to ruin Kim Possible's life), the tapes simply did not sell well.

But he decided to watch the TV show anyway. Adrena was a legitimately good actress. Perhaps if she starred in movies instead of faking stunts her reputation wouldn't be ruined.

"So…is Drakken your older cousin or your younger cousin?" asked the blonde villainess.

Either seemed possible. Though it seemed a bit weird that Motor Ed was Drakken's cousin given his blonde hair.

"He's my older cousin. He's 35, I'm 25." explained Motor Ed. Shego was 5 years older than he was, but it didn't matter to him.

"I see." nodded Adrena.

She decided to watch the episode of her cancelled TV show.

"For her next death-defying stunt Adrena Lynn will dive into a shark tank!" exclaimed the camera man.

"It's going to be freaky!" shouted Adrena Lynn.

She was in a one-piece bathing suit similar to what Shego wore. The difference was that it was red.

Of course, she wasn't really going to do that.

She couldn't continue her show if she became shark food.

But she was an excellent con artist.

So she would use her usual dummy.

"Do you know anyone who would dive into a shark tank by any chance?" asked Motor Ed.

"No, I don't. I can't think of anyone who would, either." answered Adrena Lynn.

Meanwhile…

"I think today I'm going to raid Area 51. Who knows vhat secrets I'll find zere?!" exclaimed Professor Dementor.

"Careful. Not all aliens are friendly. There are Lorwardians that want to conquer planets. Dr. Drakken met one once. But lucky for us, she assumed that he had been lying to her. I suppose Dr. Drakken could have been the person she was looking for though." admitted Atrosis.

Though it would be cool to get to fly around in a flying saucer.

"Yeah…I can't compete vith an oxygen draining machine. Ve can thank Shego for tricking her. Vait, vhere are you?" asked the professor.

He could hear her voice, so she had to be nearby.

"Over here, professor!" exclaimed the woman.

As it turned out, she was swimming in the shark tank. She was wearing a strapless yellow bikini.

Seemed Shego wasn't the only one who liked wearing swimsuits.

"You're swimming in ze shark tank? Zat's dangerous!" exclaimed Professor Dementor. After all, he designed it to be used against Kim Possible.

Those sharks had lots and lots of teeth.

"Don't worry. They won't bite the hand that feeds them, like I thought." answered Atrosis.

The sharks seemed to be ignoring her entirely.

Though just in case, she had been trying to see if if she could build up a resistance to sharp objects (which were similar to shark teeth). Silverware wasn't an issue anymore, so it seemed to be working.

"I suppose zat does make sense…" noted the professor.

"I can get you out if you join in…they do everything I tell them to do, so they won't bite you." explained the sidekick.

Suddenly, she noticed that Dementor was looking a bit woozy.

"Are you not used to seeing me in a bikini? I could put my catsuit back on if that's what you prefer." suggested Atrosis. She had grown used to wearing that anyway. Jack Hench said she looked good in it, and Dementor's minions were inclined to agree.

He nodded. He did admit that he found Atrosis lovely from the get go…it just took a bit of time getting used to having a sidekick that didn't look evil.

"Alright then. I'll let you know if I'll go swimming in the tank again. I figure it will help you get used to me in a swimsuit." noted the woman.

It seemed that unlike Shego, she didn't wear a one-piece bathing suit.

Though like Shego, she too happened to like it at the beach. It just wasn't exactly common for her to take a day off, however.

"Well, time to end this cutaway. I think Motor Ed and Adrena Lynn are the main villains for Kim's latest arc, anyway." noted the woman in a bikini.

She was trying to give the other villains screentime. Though she just might be the most popular character in this fanfic.

Meanwhile…

"Weird, doesn't Atrosis usually create the cutaways instead of starring in them?" asked Adrena.

"That's true. Perhaps the author wanted to make an exception." noted Motor Ed. Giving an original character character development was good.

"I had an idea for revenge. I heard that Kim has a sidekick named Wade. Maybe if we get rid of him, we can then impersonate him and set a trap for Kim." suggested the woman.

"Won't we need technology for that? It's not a bad idea though. Seriously." remarked the mechanic.

"You say that you have a mad scientist for a cousin, right?" asked Adrena Lynn. She imagined he would be pretty helpful for that.

"Huh. Maybe we should ask him." noted Motor Ed.

"Freaky!" exclaimed Adrena Lynn.

Luckily, he happened to know where his evil lair was.

Currently, Dr. Drakken was at Go City.

Motor Ed happened to like the sound of the place.

Though it was on the fence as to whether they had a race track.

"So, is it almost charged up?" asked Shego.

"It sure is." nodded Doofenshmirtz.

Suddenly, she heard knocking on the door.

Curious, Shego decided to answer the door.

It didn't take her long to realize who it was.

The green sidekick rolled her eyes.

"If you wish to flirt me again, talk to the hand…the glowing green one." spoke Shego.

Indeed, her right hand was glowing.

"I'm not here to flirt with you. I'm just here to get some help from my cousin." explained Motor Ed.

After all, it wouldn't be the first time the two of them had worked together.

"Seriously?" asked the brunette woman. She was under the impression she would be referred to as "green babe" again. Though it was annoying when Eddie said that.

"You're starting to sound like me!" exclaimed the man.

"Considering I think that we have nothing in common, I find that to be ironic." remarked Shego.

She then noticed that Motor Ed had brought a lady with him. It was curious.

"You're not trying to make me jealous, are you? Just because I'm green doesn't mean I get jealous easily. I'm highly respected in the villain community." noted the brunette. After all, she was friends with Senior Senior Junior. Though her deciding to kidnap one of her father's friends had briefly put a snag in their relationship.

"Of course not! I don't use women like that!" exclaimed the blonde man.

"Freaky!" shouted Adrena Lynn. She appreciated that.

"Your sidekick has her own annoying catchphrase? Oh boy…" said Shego.

Perhaps it was fortunate that she hadn't discovered Adrena Lynn's show when it first aired. Though of course, she would be willing to do the stunts she pulled. She liked a challenge.

"Hey, cousin Drew! Can you help impersonate the boy genius that helps Red? I know you've done it in the past." noted Motor Ed.

It probably wouldn't be a good idea to steal from Professor Dementor again though. If Atrosis found out that Dr. Drakken was trying to steal from her boss again, she would use Dementor's brain extraction machine to reveal embarrassing secrets about him.

And yes, Professor Dementor had reverse engineered his own.

"I have, but the real deal showed up and thwarted my plans…I didn't have a further use for Kim Possible after that." explained Drakken. Unfortunately for him, she somehow survived the ridiculous death trap.

"I will admit it was a nice idea, but did you research Wade before you impersonated him?" asked Shego. Camille Leon wouldn't be able to put her gift to good use if she couldn't impersonate people well. By that logic, neither would Dr. D…the Dr. D with blue skin.

The blue scientist sighed. He did not, unfortunately. Though it had taken a while for Kim to figure out the truth. It was lucky that he happened to know a lot about nerds…because he had been called one in college himself.

"What if we came up with a way to make sure that doesn't happen to us?" asked Adrena Lynn.

"We could grab the little dude, but I haven't seen my mechanic minions lately. Where have they gone? Seriously?" questioned Motor Ed.

"You look like the Bebes Dr. Drakken built!" exclaimed Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

"Who? Me?" asked Adrena Lynn.

He pulled out a picture of a Bebe robot.

"That's freaky!" exclaimed the woman.

She did indeed resemble a Bebe robot. Namely because of the blonde hair.

"You can borrow a few of them…they're more obedient these days but I prefer having Shego handle Kim. Their vanity is annoying." noted Dr. Drakken.

Adrena Lynn decided maybe she could persuade the Bebe robots that she was their queen.

Motor Ed was good with machines, so it seemed possible.

They got to work reprogramming the Bebes so they would follow Adrena's commands.

It worked surprisingly well.

"Adrena Lynn is our queen. We shall do as she says." said one of the Bebes.

"Freaky! Now, there's a boy we want you to capture." noted Adrena Lynn.

She pulled out a picture of her.

The Bebes nodded and left immediately.

"So far everything seems to be going fine." remarked Adrena.

"I agree with you. Seriously!" exclaimed Motor Ed.

The former TV star wondered if she could borrow the catchphrase.

Isabella had objections to that, but perhaps Eddie wouldn't.

Meanwhile…

"I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised that Atrosis turned out to be a bad guy. She did seem to have a few screws loose, to be honest." remarked Hego.

"Yeah…she loves world domination just as much as her boss does." noted Kim.

That was one of the things they had in common.

"Not to mention her name sounds like atrocious…with sis added to make it clear she's a woman." added Hego. It was an interesting turn of events meeting a villain that did not look evil.

"Yeah…it goes along decently with her boss's supervillain name." commented the redhead. Perhaps Atrosis had come up with it herself. Though Jack Hench probably wanted her to come up with an evil-sounding name.

"You think I can try to persuade her to become a good guy?" asked the leader of the Go Team.

"You can try, but I doubt she would ever leave Professor Dementor's side." answered Kim.

"You're not wrong." noted Hego.

Luckily, it seemed that her training was paying off.

When a villain was plotting something evil, she would be ready.

"I should probably tell my family I'm super strong now." spoke the cheerleader.

She could only imagine how the parents of the Go Team reacted when they found out their kids had superpowers.

She used her Kimmunicator to contact them.

Her father was currently at home.

"Hey, Kimmie cub. How's your trip to Go City going?" asked James Possible.

"Pretty good. There's something you might wish to know about me, however." noted Kim.

"Feel free to tell me." answered the rocket scientist.

The cheerleader's hand glowed blue.

"Isn't that kind of like Shego's power? That's interesting…" remarked Kim's dad.

"Yeah. I think I might end up having it for the rest of my life this time." noted Kim. This time the power did not belong to a superhero.

It wouldn't make missions too easy though.

Namely because the villains were getting more threatening. Even the seemingly harmless Dr. Doofenshmirtz was making alliances.

Gill in particular now had a partner whose abilities complimented his own surprisingly well.

He had gotten lucky that Camille had found a bottle of Dr. Drakken's mind control shampoo, but their teamwork was basically flawless.

Who would have thought she would become a mutant chameleon? It wasn't too surprising, however.

She got the feeling that she would be facing the two of them again…eventually.

"Our sister has superhuman strength? That's totally awesome!" exclaimed Jim.

"I wish I had that kind of strength!" remarked Tim.

"I'm glad that you two are taking it well. Just remember if you play embarrassing video tapes of me I can smash them with my bare hands." warned Kim.

"I guess we shouldn't do that then." noted Kim's brother who dressed in red.

"By the way, why are you two so synchronized?" asked Kim. "You don't have psychic powers, do you?"

"No. Though it would be cool if we did." answered Jim.

"Well, I am a brain surgeon." remarked Anne. That would still be a bit unusual though.

People didn't seem born with superpowers these days. Not even Shego and Atrosis had been born with them, as proficient with their powers as they were.

"Maybe we should visit Wade." noted Jim.

He would be fun to hang out with.

At Wade's house…

Wade got the feeling that something bad was going to happen soon.

"It's probably my imagination." noted the boy.

He decided to drink some soda.

Suddenly, Killer Bebes broke into his house.

Wade gasped.

All of a sudden, he was starting to feel like Kim's father…on the night that he ended up being kidnapped.

"Adrena Lynn wants you to come with us." said the Killer Bebes.

"You're working for Adrena Lynn now?" asked the boy. He was under the impression they would be working for Dr. Drakken or Dr. Doofenshmirtz. But it looked as if times had changed.

"Yes. She is our queen." explained one of the robots.

Wade scratched his head.

He didn't recall them working for Adrena Lynn before.

Unfortunately, this made her all the more dangerous. Why did Kim's rogues gallery keep stepping up their game these days?

"It has to be now." spoke another Killer Bebe.

One of the Bebes grabbed him, and then they ran away.

Wade wondered where the robots were taking him. Anywhere but home, it seemed.

It looked like Kim was now short a computer hacker.

Afterwards, Adrena Lynn went to Kim's website to see if she could learn a thing or two about the young boy.

It seemed he liked to play computer games.

He also apparently spent too much time in his room.

And he graduated from high school at an early age.

Well, perhaps they could put this information to good use.

"You think we should lure Kim towards an abandoned warehouse?" asked Adrena Lynn.

"That sounds good. Seriously." nodded Motor Ed.

The two let out an evil laugh.

Oh dear, first Wade's computer gets spiked, and then he gets kidnapped. Well, he has to leave his room sometime. Though he did leave his room once already in my fanfic. He also did so in the show itself.

I figured Hego would have to figure out the truth about Atrosis sooner or later.

I would imagine Motor Ed's favorite episode of Kim Possible is the Golden Years.
