In this chapter, our heroes will continue fighting evil. Though sometimes evil will fight evil. Dementor and Drakken are proof of that. They want to see who can conquer the world first. Though there doesn't seem to be any serious feud between the two. I don't see Drakken placing Dementor above a pool of lava.

And of course, Atrosis will fight Shego. Though that has to do with the fact that Atrosis loves fighting. You know that she giggles whenever she fights someone.

At least, she did that in the early chapters, back when I was developing her as a character. It's safe to assume she's still doing it though.

Chapter 60: A Chaotic Clash

"Do you really zink you're cut out to rule ze world? Personally I think your impulsiveness vould doom it!" exclaimed Dementor. Some people just weren't cut out to rule.

On the other hand, if he ruled the world. people would take him seriously despite his short stature. His statue of himself had led to his hideout being discovered…but Atrosis had liked it.

His blonde sidekick did take him seriously to begin with, however. That was what he liked about his sidekick. They didn't agree on everything, but her advice was pretty helpful.

"I'm sorry, but he has a point." remarked Atrosis. There was a reason why she didn't work for Dr. Drakken…other than loving the professor, of course. He had once created something that threatened to oppress humanity. Those were the Bebe robots. He managed to get three of them under control, however.

"Of course I do! I don't know what you're talking about!" shouted the blue-skinned man.

Fortunately for Shego, she was able to get back up after Atrosis knocked her down. She did have superhuman durability, after all. She found that out when she got kicked into the Diablo control tower.

The crazy blonde had outsmarted her. She couldn't believe it.

Of course, Dementor had quickly learned just how smart she was. She was able to rob Fort Knox surprisingly fast, after all. The guards just weren't equipped to handle somebody like her. Not someone who could inflate herself and then flatten you.

That's why he enjoyed talking to her. The two learned from each other, basically.

She decided to snatch the inducer from Dementor. It would probably be best not to attack him though. What if she got knocked out a window this time?

"Ha! Finders keepers!" exclaimed Shego, taking the inducer away from Dementor.

"Losers weepers?" asked Atrosis, using her elasticity to grab the inducer from a distance.

"I wish she couldn't do that." remarked the green supervillainess.

Shego prepared a fireball.

However, Drakken warned her against such reckless behavior.

"Shego! No! You might hit the inducer!" exclaimed Drakken.

"Oh, right." remembered Shego. No point in causing the entire resort to get sucked up.

It was a very nice resort, if she said so herself.

"Wait, she can't use her powers, but I can?" asked Atrosis.

Shego chuckled nervously.

"Oh ho ho ho ho! Oh, I've waited a long time for this!" exclaimed the yellow sidekick.

"Oh no..." spoke Shego.

Unfortunately, all Atrosis needed to do now was keep her distance. And her ability to leap vast distances was a great help for that.

Shego could leap large distances too, but there was Atrosis' elasticity to worry about.

"Ow!" exclaimed the brunette as she was punched in the face.

Atrosis giggled.

"How am I going to get it back from her now?" asked Shego.

The blonde woman really had the upper hand now that only one of them could use their powers.

At that very moment, Kim and Ron showed up.

"It looks like Atrosis has the inducer at the moment." noted Kim.

"It wouldn't surprise me if Dementor allowed her to hold it." remarked Ron. The two were close.

"So how do we get the inducer from her?" asked the cheerleader.

"I have an idea." noted Ron.

He decided to tickle Atrosis on her midriff. Might as well pay her back for tickling him, even if it was some time ago.

"Hahahahahahah!" laughed the woman.

Ron then took the inducer from her.

"That was fun…but I want it back." noted Atrosis.

"I can't let you have it after you tried to make me shrink and disappear." explained Ron.

"Fair enough. It wasn't anything personal though. I just didn't want anyone standing between my boss and world domination." noted the blonde woman.

She immediately realized who was with him.

Atrosis was happy to see Kim Possible again, though Dr. Drakken and Shego probably weren't. They were her archenemies, after all. She had probably fought them over 100 times.

"I haven't been able to fight you a while given the circumstances…can we fight again?" asked the right-hand of an evil professor. She was looking forward to that.

"Of course." nodded Kim. She was always a challenge to overcome, and she admired that. Though she hadn't been expecting to take on an opponent so hyper when she had first met her.

She did admire her dedication to her job though.

Luck always seemed to be on her side whenever she fought evil (though her four against two battle with Camille and Gill had her luck out run out temporarily). Maybe that's why most of her missions was a success.

"Yes!" exclaimed Atrosis. It looked like she would get to fight the cheerleader now. She would settle for Shego, of course, but getting to fight her as well was an added bonus.

She attacked first, swinging her arm at Kim.

"I have to admit, her giggles are awfully cute." noted Ron. Though they were a bit creepy given the context.

His partner (the one who was small and lacking in hair) nodded.

"Still crazy." remarked Rufus. It was important not to forget that. Lest you find yourself tied to a log in a middle of a sawmill. (He would be going in head first, but still.)

As much as Atrosis liked fighting, she was observing her opponent and was looking for an opening to exploit.

After all, she didn't fight like Shego herself did. She had her own style. And her own powers too, of course. She didn't glow green…though yellow was part of green.

Kim Possible ducked underneath (she was well-aware of Atrosis's stretching powers, after all) and kicked Atrosis in the shin.

"Not bad!" exclaimed the woman.

"It didn't seem like you really felt that." noted Kim.

"Well, I do have a rubbery body." admitted Atrosis. So she didn't really feel it when somebody used her fists on her. It was part of the reason she had a love for combat…though she wouldn't fight her boss. That wouldn't be a fair fight.

She did end up bruised sometimes though. But she quickly healed up, so it wasn't a big deal.

Kim wondered if she could use Rufus to deflate Atrosis.

She would probably be expecting that though.

It was entirely possible for her to guard her weaknesses.

She used her super strength to fight Atrosis.

"You have powers too, huh? That ought to make things more interesting. I've had my powers for longer though so keep that in mind." noted Atrosis as she swung a hand mace at her.

"It's true." nodded Kim.

Shego was surprised to see Kim glow like her brother.

It seemed now she had his powers for good…and was going to use them for good.

She wondered who she should target first.

Suddenly, Atrosis noticed Shego, and got an idea.

She grappled Shego and held her still for Kim.

"She's all yours!" exclaimed Atrosis.

"Maybe just a few punches." noted Kim.

To be honest, she preferred fighting Atrosis over Shego.

Mainly due to how friendly she was.

It also helped that she didn't have to hold anything back, however, namely because she didn't have to worry about seriously hurting her opponent.

She had a rubbery body, after all.

"My archenemy and archrival have teamed up against me…oh great." remarked Shego as she was punched.

Suddenly, the vortex inducer activated.

Ron had accidentally dropped it.

"What have I done?" asked the boy.

"Whoops!" exclaimed Rufus.

"No! Not again!" exclaimed Dementor.

Drakken gulped.

At the Middleton Space Center…

Fortunately for Vivian, she noticed that there was a fire alarm nearby.

Maybe she could use that to short-circuit the robots?

It would make their lives a lot easier.

So she decided to try that.

That was actually effective.

They would want a towel to dry off afterwards.

It made her glad she had waterproofed Oliver now that she thought of it. No point in allowing him to short circuit, was there? The damage could be undone, but she didn't feel like taking any risks she didn't feel were unnecessary.

"Are these robots damaged beyond repair by any chance? I know we needed to defend ourselves…but…" asked Vivian.

James shook his head.

"Whew!" exclaimed the blonde.

"Should we cut our trip short? The space center is being attacked." noted Phineas.

Though the attackers probably weren't as threatening now that the robots had been taken care of.

"Well, I was planning on taking Perry into another room. I figure he'll like it there." explained Vivian.

"If that's what he wants." answered the redheaded boy.

"Where could Dr. Fen be?" asked Vivian.

Seeing as he had busted out of jail, he was rather sneaky.

She could only hope she didn't get ambushed by him. He might be hard to notice.

Perry decided to look for Dr. Doofenshmirtz. He seemed like the ideal person for the job, given how much he knew about the mad scientist. Though sometimes he wondered if he should be fighting his parents and not the man himself.

He didn't think fighting the parents of Roger Doofenshmirtz was such a good idea at the end of the day, however. No point in making the mayor upset with him. It would hurt his chances of obtaining the key to the city.

As it turned out, Perry's archnemesis was eating a cake.

A vanilla one.

"This cake tastes delicious!" exclaimed the hunchback.

Perry knew from experience that he liked cake. Doonkleberry was his favorite.

Though it didn't exactly justify trying to bury him alive in cake mix, didn't it? He decided not to let Carl know about that since his birthday party would happen soon after Doofenshmirtz's. He didn't want to ruin it for him.

Doofenshmirtz noticed him.

"Perry the Platypus!" exclaimed Doofenshmirtz.

Elsewhere, Dr. Fen wondered why Doofenshmirtz was so addicted to cake.

Maybe because his parents didn't give him decent birthday parties?

They gave Roger decent birthday parties...which likely contributed to his successful career as mayor.

It seemed like he had a lot of friends.

He was surprisingly charismatic. Though his brother didn't like him. Something about parental favoritism and all that.

Suddenly, Vivian approached him.

"I don't get it...how did you escape?" asked Dr. Fen.

Admittedly, she probably had help from that platypus.

"It looked like you underestimated me." remarked Vivian.

Of course, it helped that she was really angry at the man. Even if he did have a funny voice.

"Well, I have seen what you're capable of." noted the con artist.

"To think that I once worked for you!" exclaimed the blonde.

She wasn't going to make that mistake again, that was for sure. Not for someone who liked stealing the credit, and especially not someone who threatened her robot with a hammer. She might be the younger of the two, but she was decidedly smarter than he was.

Besides, she had somebody else to work with now. One who would treat her as an equal. His name was Wade Load.

"Stand back! I've got a hammer!" bellowed Dr. Fen.

"I'm familiar with that hammer. It's actually rather scary." noted Vivian.

It made her feel worried about Oliver's safety.

Luckily, she was smart enough to have him grab Dr. Fen from behind.

She whistled.

"Huh?" asked Dr. Fen.

Oliver grappled him.

"Let me go!" demanded the man.

"Yeah…I'd rather not take my chances after you decided to smash him. I was worried that Oliver would end up getting damaged beyond repair." remarked Vivian.

Suddenly, Norm showed up.

He grabbed Oliver and attempted to force him to let go of Dr. Fen.

"Uh-oh." remarked Vivian.

Things were about to get more complicated.

Fortunately, she remembered she was in the room with the giant magnet.

She could use it to incapacitate Norm.

So she decided to do just that.

Norm found himself pinned.

"How do I get down from here?" asked the robot man.

Oliver gasped at the sight of the magnet.

"Is it going to grab me too?" asked the robot boy. It had happened to him once before, so he couldn't help but feel a bit worried that it was going to happen to him again.

"Don't worry, I added non-magnetic metals to your body so this wouldn't happen again." explained Vivian. She knew that being stuck to a magnet scared him.

Though ironically enough, that was how Kim and Ron had figured out he was actually a robot. A human being wouldn't stick to that magnet, of course. Even if it was pretty strong.

"You always look out for me." noted Oliver.

It was truly admirable.

"Well, I was the one that built you. Even if we didn't work out as a couple. Partly because you're a robot and I'm human." remarked Vivian.

"I would still say we're kindred spirits though." remarked Oliver. Why else would he remain at her side?

Vivian nodded. They were indeed kindred spirits.

A lot closer than she was to Dr. Fen, that was for sure.

On that subject, he attempted to get away, but Vivian pounced on him.

"This is for trying to smash my ex!" exclaimed the blonde.

"Ow!" shouted Dr. Fen as he was punched in the face.

Doofenshmirtz fought Perry the Platypus, but suddenly James Possible stepped in.

He threw a coffee mug at Doofenshmirtz.

"Ouch! That's hot!" exclaimed the pharmacist.

Perry was curious.

"Kim inherited a thing or two from me, I suppose." answered James.

He didn't really practice kung fu, he supposed.

Perry attacked Dr. Doofenshmirtz and hit him in his big nose.

"Ow!" exclaimed Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

He continued fighting.

"To be honest, I kind of already got what I was looking for here. The cake tasted surprisingly good." noted the pharmacist.

"So are you not going to steal from the space center? My wife baked that cake, to be honest with you." said Dr. Possible.

"I already have Norm." noted Dr. Doofenshmirtz.

So it looked as if things could be settled peacefully…

…once Doofenshmirtz got Norm down from the giant magnet.

Back at the resort…

"Is this how it all ends for us?" asked Dementor.

He knew that he had survived this once before, but he didn't like double jeopardy. At all.

Ron seemed to recall shutting it off once...

...but it had been a while since then, so he wasn't sure how.

Though he had learned a valuable lesson about simply being himself.

He would remember that, at least.

"Science isn't a toy...I think you two have realized that too late." noted Kim.

"Well, I do like watching Dementor build things...but I guess it can be dangerous." admitted Atrosis. She heard what had happened at Camp Wannaweep.

"I mostly sit back and read magazines." explained Shego.

Ironically, Dementor's sidekick had learned much from observing.

Suddenly, the inducer rolled out of Ron's hands.

It was kind of slippery, though it was no bar of soap.

"No!" exclaimed the boy.

It almost fell down the stairs, but Atrosis used her elasticity to grab it.

And yes, she let go of Shego.

"I'm so glad you can do that." remarked Ron.

"To be honest, so am I." noted the blonde woman who had a surprising amount of similarities to Ron himself.

Fortunately for Atrosis, she noticed there was an off button.

Maybe she could use it to turn off the inducer.

She did so and it turned off.

"How did you do that?" asked Drakken.

"I found the off button." noted the blonde woman.

The blue man decided maybe he should allow Dementor to keep that. His sidekick had saved the day, after all.

Though ironically, he remembered the days that Dementor didn't have a sidekick. He had seemed a bit of a lone wolf before then.

He had been worried that he was going to get swallowed whole for a moment.

"Actually, about that…I think this vortex inducer might be more trouble than it's worth." noted Atrosis. Such power was not something to be taken lightly.

After all, things like this had happened before, though it was actually funny the second time. Who would have thought that Drakken would be on Puppet Pals?

"But ve vorked hard to steal zat!" exclaimed Dementor. One could say that was part of the fun though. And things were easier now thet there was someone else with him that knew what she was doing.

"Yes, yes, but I think there's a reason why this is under top security." remarked the woman. It was something that should never end up in the wrong hands.

"Swimming in a vortex of chaos does sound scary." noted Kim. She probably wouldn't be the same again. Would she still be a cheerleader? Other than Bonnie, it was really great.

"Maybe we should give it back so it doesn't hurt anybody? I'm just saying." suggested Atrosis. She was pretty sure that the inducer was not a toy. Though technically speaking, a Diablo mecha was also a toy.

She knew her boss could build something else that wasn't going to threaten the state of Nevada.

"She's got a point!" exclaimed Ron.

"Vell, ve do agree on a lot of things…so I'll agree with you on zis one." noted Professor Dementor. There were safer ways of conquering the world. Dr. Drakken's cranium rinse wouldn't cause the world to end.

It was probably for the best that he returned the inducer, for he couldn't conquer the world if he ended up destroying it. Besides, Nevada was ideal for conquering in itself, given what a pleasant state it was. And he couldn't do that if it got sucked into a vortex.

"How do we conquer the world without that?" asked Drakken. He could build something, but he didn't really have any ideas at the moment. Maybe an upgraded version of his brainwashing shampoo? He had fallen victim to it himself, but…

"Making toys worked surprisingly well. I wouldn't try the same thing twice though." admitted Shego. It was best to come up with original ideas. People did say that Dementor ripped off from Drakken.

And surprisingly, she agreed with Atrosis regarding the inducer.

She didn't want Mr. Sitdown to sit down on her again. Even if his caboose was surprisingly soft. Otherwise Dr. Drakken probabky would have broken every single bone in his body. And no, she did not wish for that to happen to him. She had to draw a line somewhere.

Thank goodness her brothers weren't there to see it, or watching it for that matter.

Luckily, they had gotten out before reality was destroyed. No point in having the world be taken over by Puppet Pals, even if Phineas and Ferb didn't think that would be so bad.

Atrosis handed the inducer back to Kim.

She enjoyed fighting her, anyway.

It looked like the day was saved once again.

Meanwhile…

Conquesta received reports where Professor Dementor was potentially hiding.

Indeed, there was signs that the hideout had been occupied recently.

So this looked like a good spot to have a stakeout.

And she was prepared for that.

She had brought snacks.

There was a snack shop not far from Earth…though she could basically whatever she wanted for free. It came with being a Lorwardian. People typically stormed out when one of them showed up. They knew much about their feared reputation as planet conquerors. Though it was anyone's guess as to why they conquered so many.

Dementor did seem like the type of person to travel around the world, after all. So it might take some time before he returned…though she got the feeling that it wouldn't take long.

Though little did she know, he had been traveling with a superpowered sidekick for a while.

Mad scientists and superpowered sidekicks worked surprisingly well together…for Professor Dementor and Atrosis, at least.

Drakken and Shego just didn't get along...though maybe they weren't so different.

It wasn't a big surprise that Dementor and Atrosis had the upper hand, however. They were more mature than they were.

"I look forward to this." remarked Conquesta. Her race lived for combat, after all.

What did you think of this chapter? There's been a lot of arcs. I've made Gill and Camille both recurring villains, oddly enough. In the series proper they don't appear much. But in my fanfic they were practically a perfect team.

I figure I might wrap up this first story with an arc based on Candace Across the Universe.

I think I might write more KP/and PF fanfics if I do decide to do that though.

I do enjoy writing for Atrosis. You might know that already, however.
