Kamijou Touma stared down the large wooden doors.

"Come in." a voice called from behind the door.

He clenched his fist as he entered.

The room was filled with items from the past such as ancient swords, pots, gold statues, jewels, and so on. Some looked to be from Greece, Egypt, China, and other countries. They were all in tempered glass containers for security.

In the center of the room stood a woman in a robe. But her face wasn't covered she wore a bright red dress and red eyes and blonde hair.

"So, are you the one behind all this?"

The girl ignored him and turned her attention to one of the items. She was specifically looking at what looked like a small white pearl. It was the size of a tennis ball.

She punched the glass shattering in an instant. She picked up the pearl and stared at it unamused.

What's she up to!? Touma thought.

"Amazing…" The girl spoke.

The white orb started to glow a purple hue.

"Hollow: Open." What looked to be a small rift in space opened up. She dropped the orb into the rift as it closed back up.

"It's done..." the girl turned to Touma. "Now I'll deal with you, Imagine Breaker."

"What are you guys trying to do here!?"

"You, being here has made this much easier for me." The girl replied ignoring his question.

The atmosphere shifted. It was tense. So, tense that Touma found it suffocating. The aura of malice around the girl was otherworldly.

"Archbishop of Wrath from the church of Salvation." She introduced.

The girl pointed her finger at Touma.

"I'll be taking your right arm now."

"H-how?" Tia winced. All the strength in her body vanished as she collapsed onto the floor. She tried standing but no amount of struggling allowed it.

"Well, it's pretty simple what you attacked was a shadow clone I made while I hid in the shadows," Nora explained nonchalantly.

"Tch die!" Tia pointed her staff at Nora. But what was supposed to be a beam of light was nothing more than feeble sparks.

"What the hell happened to my magic!?"

Nora waved the jagged dagger.

"This weapon, Rune Breaker, has a passive ability of just a simple stab that can disrupt mana flow throughout the body so good luck using any magic," Nora smirked. "Oh, I almost forgot the paralysis effect Haha!"

Tia glared at him with a searing but quickly a relaxed smile spread on her face.

"…Well, it looks like you forgot someone."

"Shit…I forget about her!"

Nora dodged a spin kick from the lilac-haired girl. The girl continued her assault forcing Nora to dodge and block the punches and kicks thrown at him. Despite her small frame, each blow was heavy.

"Tch!"

Shadow chains smashed into the space between them. This was enough for Nora to distance himself from her.

"Tia-sama are you okay?" The girl asked.

"Yeah…thanks, Lilith."

Lilith nodded as she stared down Nora. Nora created a shadow short sword and hurled it at the girl she quickly evaded it but was surprised to see Nora quickly close the distance ready to cut her with his Rune Breaker.

"!?"

Nora swung down his dagger at Lilith.

"Tch!"

Lilith weaved to the side tossing several blue jewels at him. The jewels started shining brightly.

"What!?"

A bright flash of light burst from the jewels blowing Nora several feet into the air. While he was still airborne, he launched several shadow swords toward her. Lilith formed a green barrier to block the attack. As each slash against her barrier slowly chipped away.

"This is getting annoying!"

Lilith threw a gem toward Nora.

"Bang."

With a simple command, an eruption of blinding light burst from the gem blinding Nora.

Nora tensed his body in case of an attack but instead, nothing happened. After a while, he was able to see again only to see he was the only one on the stage.

"Did they run away?"

He started hearing cracks echoing the hall he turned his attention to the crowd of petrified people. With a loud shatter, the salt-encased people returned back to a bustling crowd of confusion.

"Finally…"

Touma weaved to the side avoiding a deep cut in the wall. Revis lifted her golden longsword enveloping it in white flames. Intense heat filled the room. The fire felt even hotter than Stiyl's flames.

"Shit!"

Touma bent his body backwards avoiding the scorching slash.

I just need to destroy that sword as quickly as possible!

He stretched his arm attempting to grab the sword. A thin smile spread on Wrath's face. The sword vanished from her right hand and reappeared in her left.

She swung down on his right shoulder fully intent on slicing it off. Touma twisted his body to the side evading the slash. He jumped back giving him some space to think.

"You're really good at moving around huh." Revis spat.

"That's one of my special qualities…" Touma retorted with a grin.

"But what will all that running do if I simply burned this building down?"

"!?" Touma charged at her without hesitation.

"Expand Laevatein!"

The white flames around her golden blade started growing in ferocity and heat.

"What's the hell is with that sword!?" Touma used his Imagine Breaker to fend off the searing heat. His Imagine Breaker was absorbing most of the heat in the room and stopping it from burning the museum to the ground.

Suddenly the roaring flames vanished.

"?" Touma stared puzzled.

"It seems like our time is up…well I got what I wanted anyway." She glanced at Touma and let out a small sigh. "Hollow: Open."

Followed by her command a rift in space opened up. It seemed like her ability could be used as a portal. Wrath started approaching the portal.

"Hey, you think I'm just going to let you walk out of here!?"

"Don't worry Imagine Breaker your time will come…eventually…" Wrath spoke without turning around and slipped into the rift in space.

Touma ran toward the portal with the intention of jumping in after her but it was too late. The portal had vanished.

"…Damn it…"

As he returned to the surface, he found the crowd of people being escorted out by Anti-Skill members. Touma turned to see Nora, Uihara, and Yomikawa Aiho speaking with each other. Nora noticed him first.

"Touma you're okay!"

"Yeah…for the most part."

"Kamijou? You were also here? Your misfortune always amazes me…seriously."

"Agreed…" Touma sighed.

"So, I already got the gist of what happened from Kudou and Uihara so now I need to know what happened on your end."

Touma thought back to his fight with Revis. After explaining what happened he was finally released.

"Misaka-san is outside waiting for you Kamijou-san."

"Thanks, Uiharu."

Touma walked outside of the museum and found Misaka pretty quickly. And it looked like she also noticed him.

"Misaka you're, okay?"

"Yeah, I simply got teleported out of the museum and was trying to bust my way in but some barrier of sorts kept stopping my attack."

"I see…too bad today got ruined." Touma let out a sigh. "Such misfortune…"

"Yeah…" Misaka looked disappointed.

"But maybe we could hang out some other time?"

"…Eh!? Are you serious?

"Of course."

"W-well if you insist so much…yeah, I don't mind! It's a promise okay!"

After declaring Misaka ran off to her friends leaving Touma behind.

"Well I should get back home…"

Touma threw his body onto his bed.

"This Kamijou-san is so tired so please give me at least one day to rest…"

"Is that so? Unfortunately, I'm not so patient."

The person who said that was the leader of the Dawn-Coloured Sunlight Leivinia Birdway. She leaned against the wall looking irritated for some reason.

"Now start from the beginning what happened?"

To be continued...
