A/N hey everyone I have an interesting crossover story idea this is another Lion King crossover except this time it's a crossover with the television series The Young Riders now in this story Scar and his young son Mois are captured by poachers and are taken to Sweetwater Missouri from there Scar will meet Teaspoon Hunter and all of the other Young Rider's characters and they try and help Scar get back home to the Pride Lands so I hope you guys will enjoy this crossover story and Lion King has no specific time period so the story will be set in the Young Riders time period which is 1861 and I might also add Amanda who is one of the Young Riders's characters in this as well and I have seen the Young Riders series as well so I hope you guys will love this crossover story and I don't own either of them except Scar's son and his mate and no it's not going to be Zira and I don't wanna hear any complaints about her not being Scar's mate either in fact Scar's mate actually died before this story begins and also Scar isn't going to be the villain as well I never liked him as a villain so that's why alright well that's all I have to say so enjoy chapter 1. Captured

Chapter 1. Captured

Scar slowly woke up and looked around he was in a dark place it looked like a cage he looked down and saw his son sleeping in his paws he sighed softly in relief he could still remember how it happened he was a little ways away from Pride Rock with his son relaxing in the sun when suddenly everything changed there were poachers and they decided to capture Scar and Mois Scar did his best to keep the poachers at bay but it was no use one of the poachers shot a tranquilizer into Scar causing him to pass out once Scar was out cold the poachers loaded him and his son into a crate and onto a wagon Scar woke up a little while later as he woke up he heard his son Mois wake up and started meowing and Scar knew what his son was wanting and he unfortunately couldn't give it to him Mois was only 2 weeks old so he couldn't eat meat yet and he hadn't been weaned so he had to have milk

I know Mois I know you're hungry and everything but I can't feed you right now only a lioness can give you milk Scar sighed softly while holding his son in his paws

Mois continued meowing wanting milk Scar gently shushed his son trying to calm him down he sighed softly and looked up thinking he couldn't understand why these poachers wanted him and his son he didn't know what theses poachers were capable of and he definitely didn't want to find out Scar was always smart for a lion so he knew he had to act fast if he and his son wanted to get the hell out of there

I'm so glad that Nuru isn't here to whiteness this Scar muttered to himself

Nuru was Scar's mate and Mois's mother she was a wonderful lioness she was warm and kind and caring and always cared about everyone around her that was what made Scar fall in love with her in first place she and Scar met when Scar saved her from a pack of jackals and they soon formed a bond/relationship before falling in love and becoming each other's mates and having little Mois but tragedy happened a few days after Mois was born Nuru went out hunting while Scar watched Mois and was attacked by the same pack of jackals as before but this time Scar wasn't able to save her and she died due to her injuries Scar was devastated by her death but he knew he had to move on and raise their son alone and that's what he had been doing Sarabi and Sarafena often helped Scar with raising Mois by feeding him and watching over him while Scar accompanied his elder brother Mufasa on patrol of the Pride Lands to which Mufasa was King of Scar was in so much thought that after awhile the wagon that was carrying the cage that Scar was in stopped before he realized it there was a cover covering the cage and after a minute the cover came off and Scar saw that he was long ways away from the Pride Lands of Africa Scar couldn't believe what he was seeing there were humans everywhere Mois whimpered and Scar reassured him that everything was going to be alright Scar looked for a way out but he couldn't find one as he was looking two of poachers came up to the cage that Scar was in and Scar growled and held Mois close to him staring at the two poachers

Look at this one he don't look too good for long one of them said

Yeah "what should we do with him? The other asked

I don't know Jim I doubt he'll let us anywhere near that cub he's got the first poacher replied

Well maybe the boss will know what to do and maybe that cub could make us some money or something the one called Jim said

Oh no you don't you stupid poachers Scar muttered to himself quietly

The poacher named Jim walked off a little ways and came back with a bottle of milk and Scar must've sensed that Jim was going to try and feed Mois Scar sighed softly and gently picked Mois up and set him down near the bottle while keeping a close watch on the poacher making sure he wasn't up to something regarding his son afterwards and once Mois had full of milk Scar gently picked Mois up and placed him down in his paws and decided to get his son cleaned up as he did this a couple of boys came towards the cage Scar was cautious mostly with strangers so he watched them closely there were 6 young boys who must've been at least in their teens at least that's what Scar thought there were also two men and three women one of the men was old and chubby while the other was young with chocolate brown hair two of the women had blonde hair pulled back in a bun and the other had dark hair almost the color of Scar's mane

Hey guys get a load of this one of the boys said upon seeing Scar

Woe is that a lion? Another asked

The first boy had long blonde hair and was wearing a buckskin jacket and had a cowboy hat on the other one who was standing beside him had strawberry blonde shoulder length hair and he to was wearing a cowboy hat not that Scar knew what the hat was

Well hell yeah that's a lion Jimmy the blonde boy replied what the hell do you think he is

I don't know Jimmy replied

Jimmy Cody be careful lions can be dangerous one of the blonde ladies said

Especially if they have cubs the old man added

Scar wasn't sure on wether or not he should say something and reveal that he could talk like them he sighed softly and held Mois close to him and waited for a way to reveal himself talking one of boys started moving his hands Scar wasn't sure what he was doing but a young darker skinned boy who was standing right beside him must've known what the other boy was doing and spoke

Ike says that lions with darker manes tend to do better with the lionesses the darker skinned boy translated

And how do you and Ike know that Buck? Cody asked

Ike says research Buck replied

He's right Scar replied causing all of them to stop and stare at him

Y...you...could talk? Cody stammered

Yes I can talk Scar sighed and don't ask me how I just can

But most animals can't talk a young man who they call the kid said

Well I'am not one of those animals then Scar said

Who's the cub? Lou asked who was standing next to the kid

He is my son Mois Scar answered

"So you have a cub then? "What dose Mois mean? The dark haired woman replied her name was Amanda

Yes and it means first child in Swahili Scar said

Hey uh what's your name then? Jimmy asked

Scar Scar replied simply

Why is your name Scar? Kid asked

Because of this Scar replied pointing to the pink scar over his left eye

How did you get it? One of blonde ladies asked her name was Emma

A water Buffalo named Boma had attacked me once Scar said

Well since you have a cub "where's its mother? The old man named Teaspoon asked

She's dead she was was killed by a pack of jackals I wasn't able to save her in time Scar said with a heavy sigh

Well where are you from? The young man who's name was Sam Cain asked

I'm from the Pride Lands in Africa my brother Mufasa and his mate Sarabi are the King and Queen there I happen to be a Royal Prince Scar said as so is my son and nephew

You're from a Royal family? Other blonde lady who's name was Rachel asked

Yes I'am and I would like to get out of here Scar replied

Ike wants to know how you got here? Buck asked after seeing his friend sign

My son and I were kidnapped by some poachers I really do need to get out of here though Scar answered

We'll help you Teaspoon replied

The group hatched a plan to help Scar get out of that cage they waited until nightfall while the poachers were asleep Emma and Jimmy brought the buckboard while Lou and Amanda helped Scar and his son into it Scar had handed his two week old son to Amanda before jumping into the buckboard once Scar was in Amanda and Lou covered Scar up with a cover and they rode away as they did the ring leader who orchestrated Scar's abduction saw them and alerted the rest of the poachers Jimmy managed to get the horses to speed up while the poachers loaded their guns and started firing as all of this was happening Scar was doing everything he could to keep Mois calm the poachers were no match for buckboard and Jimmy Emma Lou Amanda and Scar and his son managed to make it back to the Pony Express station without getting injured Scar was grateful for all of that he jumped down with Mois in his mouth before set his son down and looking back up at his savers

Where should we put them? Cody asked

Well we can't put them in the barn the horses will get spooked Jimmy said

Well they could sleep in the bunkhouse with us Kid suggested

I don't know Kid Lou said feeling a little uneasy about that

Don't worry I'm not going to hurt any of you after all you did help me and my son get out of there Scar said

After some pondering everyone decided that Scar and his son could sleep in the bunkhouse with the boys and Scar was perfectly fine with that Scar followed them into the bunkhouse and laid down with his son in paws he said goodnight to all of them as they had told him that they'll figure out how to help him get back to the Pride Lands in the morning and that was only the beginning

Alright here's chapter 1.
