"Hello and welcome to my first ever fanfiction, I always come up with fanfiction ideas but i never actually type them out. Until today, I recently saw Omori and I fell in love with it so this will be my way of giving back to the game a little. So hopefully you all enjoy it. Oh and one last thing, for this story to work I did change some things up just a small bit but hopefully it won't be too bad. Not to mention, I hope the fanfiction has the power to make you cry just like the game did. Also music cues in case you want them for certain segments lol. Enjoy!

Sunny: (In Sunny's head)

Sunny: Speaking out loud.

Sunny: (Looks like a long way down from here)

[Wind blowing through the trees of Faraway Town, the sounds of people coming in and out of the hospital, the winds rustling through Sunny's hair as he stands at the edge of the rooftop.]

*Sunny slowly takes his right hand and gently places it on the eye patch where his right eye should be.*

Sunny: (I guess i'm starting to feel pain now…well let's get this over with)

*Sunny lifts up his right foot, takes a deep breath and slowly leans forward off the edge*

[Song Cue: Bo En - My Time]

[As he body is descending through the air, passing windows of each floor. All he could think about was his life up until that point. His friends, the tragic accident of his loving older sister, the creation of Whitespace and Omori. Hiding the truth that his friend deserved to know. With all of these mixed emotions and past memories, all he could do as he made his way to the hard concrete sidewalk…was shed tears. That finally he will be able rest in peace after holding on to the guilt of ending everyone's happiness.]

Sunny: Kel..Hero..Aubrey..Basil..Mari..i'm sorry..for everything..

[As Sunny was falling, he could hear the screams of the people on the ground watching in horror as a young boy fell to his death. Even though it only felt like a blur, he could have sworn he caught a glimpse of bright pink in one of the windows, he assumed it was Aubrey and the others watching the events unfold. Sunny started to feel a weird sensation on his body, the sensation got stronger the closer he got to the ground. Right as Sunny was about to hit the ground and finally end what felt like endless falling, a small portal opens up and swallows Sunny then disappears as quickly as it appeared. There were murmurs of concerns and complete shock through the crowd of people that stood to see the child that was falling. Meanwhile people in the hospital were bewildered as they just saw a kid that looked about 16 fall several stories down onto the pavement. A few of the people in shocked were Sunny's childhood friends]

[Song Cue over]

Kel: what..what just happened..

Aubrey: There's no way..

Basil: Guys what happened? You know I can't see from the bed.

Kel: Sunny..he..jum-

Aubrey: DON'T SAY THAT! DON'T YOU DARE FINISH THAT SENTENCE! That couldn't be him, he's recovering in his room..right Hero?...

[Hero stood there with his hand covering his mouth as he tried to comprehend what he just saw]

Hero: (What..what do i do?..Was that Sunny? I couldn't see him properly.. We need to check on him..we have to know he's still in his room sleeping soundly.)

Hero: We're going to his room, right now. Aubrey, Kel, you go on ahead. I'll catch up.

[The two nodded, then left to go check on they're friend. Meanwhile, Hero turns to Basil]

Basil: You guys are starting to scare me..what happened? What's wrong with Sunny?

Hero: ..We think..we might have seen him fall past the window. Meaning..

Basil: ..no… Please tell me your joking Hero..Sunny is alright, sleeping in his room.

Hero: We're gonna make sure he is, but for right now. Let us handle it, focus on healing for now. I'll be right back.

[Hero left Basil's room and headed to Sunny's room. Only to see Aubrey crouched down on the ground, hair covering her face and Kel crying to himself in front of the door. Hero saw his brother and friend in this state and immediately looked into the room. All he saw were nurses and doctors scurrying around the room. It was true, another one of their friends..is gone..]
