Ms. Simian's Classroom
The Class was a bit more odd than usual. All the students except for Carmen, Carrie, Penny, Jamie, Sussie, William, and Gumball had their desks far in the corner near the door out of the classroom.
This was due to a specific person who had arrived in their classroom. Unlike the others, Ocho glared at Carmen, remembering the beating he received from her.
Gumball turns to see William and asks, "What's wrong with everyone?"
Well, I dunno, maybe because the Doncella del Fuego is in OUR CLASSROOM!" William opened his eyes with irises that changed from green to red.
Will she's not the same girl from before and is trying to improve? So, can you please try to give her a chance?" Gumball
The eyeball squinted, and then his irises turned green again.
"Okay, if you say she is, I'll try to be less hostile toward her," William said.
Carmen sighed, "This is going to be a bit more difficult to fit in than I thought." Some of the students knew about her past.
Carrie points to Gumball, who waves at Carmen. The Cactus then smiles slightly and waves back at him.
"You know that girl is way out of your league, Frosty," Penny said from beside him in Class.
She knocked me out of the school parking lot when we first met." Gumball said as he focused on the paper.
Penny looks at him, confused about what she sees on his face.
"Excuse me?"
The primate teacher screams at them to pay attention to the subject. As a result, all the students except Gumball and Carmen focus on the papers before them.
"This isn't over, Gumball," said Penny.
"Penny, will you please stop talking about him already? You hate him, and it's becoming quite annoying." Carrie said.
"That doesn't make any sense," Penny said.
"Yeah, but the Cabbit can drive you nuts."
"Can it, Ghost Rider," Penny whispers at the ghost as her eyes glow a yellow aura before disappearing.
The bell then rings, ending the class period. This causes the students to leave the classroom immediately, but they all try to get to the door simultaneously, causing them all to get stuck in the doorway.
~After Class
Gumball was walking in the hall with Ocho and William, who was sitting on his shoulder.
"Honestly, I think she's trying to trick us into believing she has changed and then strike when our guard is down."
"I highly doubt that would happen, Harry, because she-"
"Only Darrel, Joe, and Tobias can call me that. It's Ocho to the rest of you! Ocho is angry, shouting at Gumball."
"As I was saying, Ocho, Carmen is a nice girl, and she needs positive influences to help her out."
Alan says, "I'll be fine; thanks for your concern." He then turns around and sees William looking at him.
He flies off of the Hybrid's shoulder and notices frost on it. He wonders why Nicolas had given him the cold shoulder.
"What the?! Why is there ice on your shoulder?" William, Carrie, and Ocho realize that Gumball has woken up.
"Wait, since when did you awaken your Stand?" Ocho asked.
"Since last Sunday during my encounter with Carmen, I have been feeling like this," Gumball said.
"So you kicked her butt?" Ocho asked.
No, just for the record, she did kick me in the back a lot, but I did win without fighting her.
"..You lost me at 'not fighting.' Ocho."
William types, "He means that he somehow tamed the Doncella del Fuego's Rage." to show Ocho.
"Huh?... I still don't understand." Ocho said.
"I just want Carmen to enjoy her new life at our school," Gumball said.
"Still, what do you see in that girl?" William asked.
"She has many positive traits. She is very passionate about her work; her eyes glow like flames when she gets excited; watching her panic while running to our Class was priceless, and her pins are adorable."
"You like this girl, don't you." Ocho immediately already figured out about the Cabbit's feelings for the Cactus.
"Yes, of course I do," Gumball replied, not understanding what Ocho meant.
"Do you understand what you just told me?"
Gumball asked, "What do you mean?"
William is speaking to Gumball because of Gumball's feeble telepathic abilities.
"No, when he said you like Carmen, he meant you're in love with her," William says, using both wings as hands.
This causes Gumball to freeze up with his colors gone from shock. Then he realizes what he just said to the two.
"What? What? WHAT!" Gumball shouts, causing all the lockers to open simultaneously, with Gumball still frozen in place.
William types this to Ocho, who looks a bit bored. Then Gumball falls to the frozen ground but doesn't shatter this time.
"Come on, let's drag this popsicle pussy to the next class before the bell rings," Ocho says as he grabs Gumball by the head and drags him across the floor, along with William, who is also grabbing Gumball by his sweater.
~Elsewhere In The Halls
Carmen and Penny are walking across the hall. Despite hearing rumors about her, the six-armed, five-eyed peanut girl is willing to talk to the cactus girl.
Do you like our school so far, Carmen?" Penny asks the cactus girl.
Although Carmen is a little nervous because she is new to the school, the students there seem to be a bit nicer than those from her old school.
"So far, it's okay, but everyone here needs to get used to me."
"Yeah, I know that feeling, but I think they'll like you soon enough," Penny said, smiling a bit as she looked at Carmen.
"Though the new kid who showed up a few weeks ago, on the other hand, you still can't stand that Cabbit jerk; I mean, just seeing him makes me want to."
Speaking of the devil, they see Gumball being dragged by William and Ocho. Will looks at the two awkwardly while they are just confused about this.
Penny rolls her eyes in annoyance while Carmen laughs at this with amusement. The peanut notices the Cactus's behavior, assuming that she likes him.
"Seriously, what do you see in that guy?" Penny asked.
"Come on, Penny; Gumball's a nice guy under that cold exterior of his. Maybe if you gave him a chance, he might like you too," Carmen said.
"Ugh, maybe in another universe if he was a lazy, unathletic, impulsive, egotistical dimwit. Then MAYBE I would give him a chance," Penny says as her eyes glow again.
Okay? So, are there any after-school activities you're interested in, Penny?" Carmen asked.
Penny then calmed down after Carmen asked her.
"Oh, are you interested in one, Carmen?" asked Penny.
"Well, I'm not sure about that at the moment, but it would help me get to know more and get along with everyone," said Carmen.
"Well, you have to pass the tryouts first, but I think you can handle it," Penny said.
They continued walking.
"What are the requirements to try out for the team?"
"Cheering," Penny said with a smile.
"Que?" Carmen asked, looking confused after hearing that.
"Well, there's an open spot on our squad, and I heard rumors that you might have some athletic skills from your old school."
"Umm...yeah, I did a little better at the gym than my old school, but I wasn't allowed to do much there."
"Were you bullied back at Franklin?"
"Well, yes...and no. It's complicated, and I don't want to discuss it," said Carmen.
"Oh, um, sorry that I said that. But we do need another member for our team."
"No, no, no. I didn't mean to make you upset. But I'll think about it and catch you later tomorrow for my answer, but thanks for the offer, Penny," Carmen said as she walked away.
"You would probably receive much more attention from him if you joined our team." Penny is referring to a specific boy.
Carmen then stops walking, and her face turns a shade of red. She then runs back towards Penny and shakes both her hands.
Carmen shouts, "I'll do it!" and immediately leaves after saying this to Penny.
Penny looks at him with her arms crossed and a smug smirk, seeing that Cactus has a crush on the cabbit.
"So she's into him, wondering how long they'll play this game. Ugh, just thinking about it makes me want to vomit," Penny says, looking disgusted after saying his name.
~Walking on the Sidewalks
After school, Gumball walks with Clare, Carrie, Darrel, Ocho, and William, who is on his shoulder. However, Rachel suddenly appears out of nowhere and takes Clare's hand as she drags the emo girl away.
Rachel, why are you dragging me? Where exactly do you want to go?" Gumball asked.
Rachel says, "If you must know, I only use teens (referring to Clare, Darrell, and herself) to go and not you giant babies."
But we're all twelve except for Carrie, who might be over 300 years old," Gumball points to Carrie.
"Wait, Carrie's how old?" William types this.
"Well, she's old enough to be my great great great great great grandma's grandma," Carrie says, getting irritated and then smacking him in the face with the stop sign that was near her.
This causes Gumball to have a stop sign-shaped head after impact. Carrie then throws the sign away by throwing it at Larry's bike, which he crashes into a fire hydrant, causing it to release the water inside.
"Word of advice, Gumball," Clare said, turning to see the Cabbit, who had now appeared next to her and Rachel. "Never say anything about a girl's age or call them fat."
William pokes at the other three kids while Gumball is talking to the two girls. They turn to see him with his phone texting.
"Are you guys sure that Carmen has changed?"
"Hmm, well, it's only been a few days since she got out of jail, but I still think she was serious about wanting to change," Darrel said.
"For me, I'm pretty sure she's waiting for her time to strike when our guard is down." Ocho.
"Look, guys, let's not jump to conclusions. But just in case we need someone to keep an eye on her," Carrie said, looking at William.
"Wait, why are you looking at me like that?" William typed.
Well, you're the quietest of us, so you can watch Carmen and see if she's planning anything for us."
William types to Carrie, "Why don't you do it?"
Carrie said, "I am busy tomorrow."
"With what"? William
Carrie said, "That's none of your business."
Darrel asked, "Is it something to do with Loki? Because I saw you talking to him at lunch."
"Hey, don't spy on others; it's rude," said Carrie.
"I wasn't spying on you. I was passing by your table, and I overheard you."
Carrie shouts at Darrell quietly, "But you didn't say anything! That's spying."
"Hey, you're the one who told me to spy on Carmen," William pointed out her hypocritical statement.
Before they could continue their argument, Gumball turned to see what was happening, causing the others to stop talking and focus on something else.
"So, Rachel, how long will it take us to get to the destination you were talking about?" Gumball asked.
Rachel said, "It's only a few blocks away, and that's where the old coffee shop used to be."
Clare asked, "Do you mean the one destroyed by some arsonists last Friday?"
Darrel and Ocho remained silent, with Darrel sweating bullets. He knew what had happened that day.
"So you're dragging me into another coffee shop," Clare said, annoyed.
"Just wait until we arrive."
It takes a few more minutes, and the group finally arrives at where Rachel is talking.
Rachel smiles as she shows them the place and says, "We're here."
To their surprise, the coffee shop's appearance resembled a French café's, and its awning had the same colors as the French flag.
The rest had a mix of shades of blue and purple with a sun and moon together on the doorway and multiple tables outside with umbrellas. With a giant telescope on top of the place and a sign with the words "Elmore Cafe" on top.
"What do you all think?" Rachel asked.
They were a bit confused, but before they could answer, Rachel dragged Clare inside with the others, following the girls into the café.
~Elmore Cafe
Inside the café was astrology-themed, with the twelve Western zodiac signs on the ceiling and numerous stars in the sky.
The place's theme changes with each astrological sign. This month's theme was Libra, so some of Libra's chairs, tables, and symbols were pink.
"Wow, this is... something," Clare says in a deadpan voice as she looks at it.
"Yeah, there's a lot of pinks here," Carrie says, looking disgusted as she recalls her nightmare from last night.
Rachel, does this place change colors every month? Is that the theme? Gumball
"Boy, you catch on quickly; it's also the grand opening, and today the prices are half off, but only for today," Rachel said.
They were astonished by the astrological theme. Rachel then brought Clare and Darrell to a table near a window while Gumball, Carrie, Ocho, and William sat at one of the other tables.
Carrie is next to Gumball, and William is next to Ocho. In contrast, Gumball focused on what to order from his menu, while William then thought of something.
"So, Gumball, what happened to that cyclops in our class?" William asked about the missing kid.
Gumball said to the eyeball, "Who, Bobert? He's still in our Class."
"No, the other one. You know, the Cyclops with light blue skin and pink eyes, who has worn the same clothes since last year and whose name we can't recall?"
Gumball says, "I don't know who we are referring to."
"What are two talking about"? Ocho.
William then began typing on his phone.
"That's the guy who was in our class before Carmen."
"Hmm, maybe he transferred to another school or something," said Ocho.
Gumball then turned to Carrie. "Hey, Carrie, did you know anyone in our class before Carmen?"
Carrie was wearing earphones and wasn't listening to their conversation because the music was too loud for her to hear him.
"Okay, she's not listening," Gumball thought to himself.
"I'm still mad at you for what happened last Sunday," Carrie said aloud, but Gumball could hear her thoughts.
"What you mean that summoned you in your-"
Carrie then covers the rabbit's mouth with her hand, looking confused and wondering what Gumball meant by summoning Carrie.
Carrie looks at the two with an embarrassed expression, seemingly embarrassed by something Gumball had done. She looks at the boys with a worried expression while glaring at Gumball.
"Haha. That's a good one, Nicky, so how's about we go back to talking about the missing kid and NOT talk about what I told a certain someone to never speak of it." Carrie glares at Gumball, who sips some of the iced coffee he ordered.
At the other table with three chairs, Rachel sat beside the window while Clare and Darrel occupied the other two.
And that happened to Tobias when I caught him trying to steal my deodorant from my room. Rachel laughed at the memory of beating up her brother, even though she felt he deserved it.
"Yeahhhhh, interesting story, Rachel. After that Cabbit left my room, my parents thought he was a creep and kept hitting him with a broom."
"Until a few minutes later, they realized it was Gumball. They informed him not to come to my home without permission again, or they would call the cops on him."
Especially if his mom's on the force, Darrel said, uneasy.
Rachel turns to see Darrel pointing at the cabbit, trying to get Ocho to calm down as William takes his piece of the strawberry cake. The two are about to fight with each other while Carrie steals a portion of the cake while the boys are distracted.
"How did you guys meet that kid?"
Well, it's been four years since we first met. We met when he was behind prison bars, and I was with my dad at his workplace. Darrel is a bit uneasy about talking about it.
Rachel was surprised to learn that he had been in jail.
"He had to remain inside for the entire day because he made an insensitive remark about his deceased grandmother."
"You could ask him yourself, but he typically doesn't like to discuss it," Darrel said.
"And what about you, Clare?"
"He landed on top of me while waiting for the bus. "
"At first, when I saw Gumball or back then, he was called Nicolas, his real name. He wasn't the most expressive kid so Bobert would show more emotions than him," Darrel said.
Darrel admitted that he was initially afraid to speak to his brother because he was incarcerated. Additionally, when he attempted to smile, he resembled a serial killer. However, he mentioned that his brother has improved since then, although he remained quiet unless someone spoke to him, and their mother was quite strict with him.
"After that, I talked to him for a while, and he only said a few sentences, including one asking me what my name was instead of my nickname. However, we remained more like acquaintances than friends until middle school."
"Oh really, you also have a history together?" Rachel said.
Darrel said, "You could say we kind of have one."
While the two were talking, Clare saw a small rolling boulder with googly eyes, a mouth, a string, a spindle, and a pair of scissors, all colored red, that had been drawn on the boulder.
The object stops and sits on the bus, then arrives at the stop, and the boulder rolls and bounces off each step onto the bus.
Clare thinks it is just a regular boulder because she has gotten used to the town's weirdness. So she sips some of the French vanilla-flavored coffee she ordered.
~OH NO
The cafe door opens as Penny, Leslie, Molly, Teri, and Carmen arrive.
This alerts Gumball, who turns his head to see them approaching a table near him. He sees Penny, who glares in his direction before returning to her friendly demeanor around her friends.
Then he sees Carmen, who is talking to Teri, as they walk away from him. Time seems to move slowly with a song playing, and Carmen is talking to Teri about something.
The voice of the singer of Kiss of Death (but it's in Spanish).

This would have been seen as a romantic gesture, but everyone in the café could hear the song for some reason. This stopped Ocho and William from fighting, while Rachel stopped her conversation with Clare and Darrell.
The song continues to play, and some lyrics appear at the bottom of the screen.

"Okay, where in the world is that music coming from?" Clare asked.
Rachel said she didn't know if the place had a jukebox.
Darrel thinks he might know where the song is coming from.

"Why is the music so loud at our table?" William asked, covering his eyes with his wings.
"Hey Carrie, turn off your damn music; it's too loud," Ocho shouts at Carrie, who is also annoyed.
"It's not me. The type of music I listen to is punk rock, heavy metal, or goth rock. This is a cheesy pop song," Carrie said, covering her head with her headphones as the song played loudly beside her.
Gumball realizes that the song is not in his head and looks left to right, trying to avoid suspicion from him by drinking more of the iced coffee.

Ocho and William are also covering their ears. She looks at Gumball, who avoids eye contact and moves his chair away. He starts to purr uncontrollably as Carmen is now next to him. The music gets even louder.

Carmen asked the feline, "Gumball, are you okay? You're shivering or something." She looked at him.

" (Shuddering) Car...Carmen...I...I. I've gotta go...use the toilet!" Gumball then runs from the table but trips with the music, going with him to the bathroom, leaving a confused Carmen wondering what happened.
Carmen asks Carrie, "Is he going to be okay?"
Carrie is calm until she hears her phone ring with a screaming woman as the ringtone.
Carrie picks up the phone and hears her dad's voice on the other end.
"Hang on; my dad's calling," Carrie answered.
"Hello"?
"Yes, Carrie, am I using this "phone" correctly? Vlad was calling me on the phone."
"Of course, Dad. So what did you call for? Has Lapin been chasing the ice cream truck again?"
"No, Caroline, but he somehow turned the backyard into a garden." Vlad looked out the window to see more of it.
"...Excuse me," said Carrie.
"Carrie, if this is a bad time for you, please let me know, and we can reschedule."
"No, Dad, I'm on my way. Bye," Carrie says as she hangs up the phone.
"Was that your dad on the phone just now?"
"Yeah...he came back from a long trip that didn't allow technology, so he's trying to get used to the modern world but having trouble adapting to his new environment," Carrie explains to Carmen.
Carmen sounded uneasy, saying, "I can relate to that."
Carrie tells Ocho and William, "Tell Nicolas when he gets out of the bathroom that I went home." She then takes her drink and vanishes, leaving the two guys behind.
Larry then comes to their table just as Carrie disappears.
Larry hands Ocho the check and is surprised by the cake's cost.
"What the hell? Carrie leaves just in time, not paying the bill," Ocho frowned. At this, about to light a fuse, William typed on his phone while chewing on his food.
"Rachel told us she would pay for our food anyway, Harry," William said.
"Yeah, but that's not the point, and only Darrell and Tobias can call me that, Billy," Ocho said.
William's eyes were about to turn red until Carmen talked to him.
Carmen says, "So you must be Alan's brother?" causing William to look at her.
And what if I am a former delinquent? William types this to her.
"Well, I just wanted to say hello to you, William... and I've already met your other friend," she says as she sees Ocho glaring at her.
"Yeah, the 8-bit piece of crap you repeatedly punched and sent flying." Ocho
Uhh yeah. I'm sorry about that one, uhh. Carmen is trying to get his name.
"My name is Ocho."
"Ocho, William, I hope we can all be friends someday. Also, is Gumball feeling alright because he fled when I showed up, and the weird song disappeared with him?" Carmen said.
William types, "Why do you have a crush on him?" and shows it to the Cactus, whose face turns red.
"WHAT! No... I was just worried about my friend, we're...we're just friends right now. I mean I...I...I have to go back to the girls and Leslie...See Ya!". Carmen runs, but she falls, but then gets up and runs again.
William types to Ocho, "She has it bad for him."
Ocho then takes a sip from his drink. "She does."
Penny sees Carmen returning to their table while her friends and cousin figure out that Gumball has a thing for the new girl. They all return to what they were doing after seeing the Cabbit making a fool of himself.
After taking Gumball's iced coffee, Carmen returns to the table and takes a sip before throwing it away once it is empty.
Carmen asks her friends, "Guys, what were we talking about again? I'm laughing nervously."
"(In thought) You can't be serious"! Penny discovers that her new friend has an oblivious crush on her, who she thinks is her mortal enemy.
~Police Station
Inside the police station. Some of the cops were food products and drinking coffee, and they enjoyed the quiet until the deputy sheriff shouted at a hamburger cop for his incompetence.
"So you're telling me that out without my knowing, that someone bribes one of you to let go of that delinquent, properties were destroyed, including one caused by some arsonist saying some magical masked man did this, and during one the reports a serial killer is running around town at night killing rabbit people?" Nicole shouted at Greg, The Hamburger who she grabbed by the chest and is angry didn't inform her about this report
"Hey, I didn't free her, and it wasn't a bribe. They paid for her fine. Also, Carl's the one who does the reports; he's the one who should've told you about this". He points to a coffee cup whose name is Carl.
"Hey, leave me outta this," Carl shouts in the other room while typing on the computer.
"(Sigh) Carla, who paid for that brat's penalty?" Nicole asks for another coffee cup with lipstick and some eyelashes.
"It was some kinda mermaid girl dressed in a green hoodie, but Sheriff Rosenberg couldn't see her face and told him this is for Verde's bail money."
Angered by this, the feline storms off looking for the sheriff until a soda enters the room just as Nicole is about to leave.
"Oh hey, what's up, Doc?" The soda can gets pushed down to the floor.
"Can it, Steve." She then slams the door, breaking the glass.
Then, a French fry walks out of a room alongside Nicole.
"So Doc, I did file those reports you told me to do, and also, I did put the blueprints file that you wanted to show the chief in the flash drive that you told me on a sticky note that you stapled onto my arm." Frank showed a small scar on his left arm.
"Tell me where Rosenberg is at first, Francis," Nicole demanded the French fry after taking his flash drive.
"He's either out on the portal looking for criminals or grabbing some doughnuts to shove down his throat."
Isn't' that cannibalism"? Steve
"Does that even matter in this town? It's filled with bizarre creatures, including those nutcases that screw with their cousins." Doc shows disgust about one particular family.
"If it's about sending the Fitzgeralds to another country again, the chief explained that you can't do that."
"There are emotionally unstable ticking time bombs that will rampage and destroy the city." Doc
"Ugh, this again." Earl is taking a sip of water from the cooler.
"What do you want, Hot Dog." Doc.
"Hey, the preferred term is artificially-flavored reconstituted meat snack." Earl sounded offended by that statement and didn't like his son's nickname at school.
"Suit yourself frankfurter". Nicole then walks away from Earl, who gives her a disapproved look. Doc orders Frank to stay behind as she walks into the Chief's office.
"So what does Doc want with the Chief"? Earl
"Well, she said it was classified, but it has something to do with Android." Frank.
"Seriously, Doc's been gone for a few days because of eye surgery, and when she comes, we, as a bunch of incompetent buffoons, can't function without her." Earl
"Well, the chief is talking to her right now, but I highly doubt it's gonna end well." Frank
"The chief hates robots because he thinks they are going to will. But that only happens about twenty times in the movies, books, and that time two years ago". Earl remembers that time objects almost took over, but then they lost their "souls."
"You don't seem to have a high opinion of them either, Earl." Frank.
"It's because if she goes through with this, we gonna have an army of mini Nicole Watterson robots." Earl
"Geez, that's a terrifying thought; at least she does control her temper...a bit to the Chief and Sheriff Rosenberg." Frank knows losing your cool around your bosses would lead you into further trouble.
Then, an hour later, Doc walks out of the Chief's office with a Chiefangry look on her face. She slams the door, causing the glass to shatter and the door to be a bit broken.
"So, how it went, Doc." Frank with a cheerful voice.
Nicole turns her face towards the French fry, glaring at him, but still keeps her calm voice.
"What do you think, dumbass." Doc storms off and punches the wall, causing it to collapse with more French fry cops looking in fear.
"I knew this would happen; she was like this back idle school." Earl with an everyday calm look on his face.
~ In The Street Near The Watterson House
Meanwhile, the five kids started walking home a few hours after leaving the cafe. William and Ocho informed the group that Carrie had gone home for something. William was on Gumball's shoulder again while Clare, Darrel, and Ocho were behind them.
They were in a foul mood except for Gumball because Rachel, unfortunately, forgot to bring her wallet, so they all had to chip in and pay for the food. Gumball somehow had an extra five dollars with him.
"So Carrie decided to ditch us while we were eating." Ocho
"Couldn't be as worse 'cause Rachel ran away when she remembered that she forgot her wallet." Clare is grumpy about what Rachel did.
"At least this day wasn't like the ones from last week. Although my parent's car still needs repairs due to a corpse damaging the window and the roof of the car." William says this to Gumball, who can hear him.
"Those times did manage to get us all closer, Will. However, Carrie wanted to get her father back. But I understand why you would disagree with her actions." Gumball
"She's lucky my folks weren't hurt from that incident, or she would've wished she was in the underworld." William clenched his fist in his hand.
"But you do have something that she doesn't have." Gumball
"What's that"? William looks a bit confused.
"A sibling." Gumball
"Ugh, Why did you have to bring Alan, of all people, into this." William
"What are you guys talking about over there"? Clare
"It was about last week when you took down The Snatcher." Gumball
"Don't remind me of that night." Clare is still shaken from that night.
"Oh yeah, that was when Darrel took down Vutuo." Ocho
"Huh"!? Gumball, Clare, and William turned to see what Ocho was discussing.
"Uhh, Well, you kinda say that I did." Darrel
"So wait, that flash of light from outside came from your stand"? Clare
"You have a stand"? Gumball
"You gotta be kidding this weenie took down that self-proclaimed Executive Producer"? William
"Probably due to that jerk stabbing me with the arrow." Darrel is still bitter.
"Look on the bright side, Darrel; if that didn't happen, I'm pretty sure these guys, including me, would've been history." Ocho is patting the hot dog on the back.
"Heh heh yeah, but I didn't think I would take that guy down." Darrel
"So that makes Ocho, William, Darrel, and I now have these powers." Clare
"I also have one, Sis." Gumball
"Huh"? Clare
"When did you get your stand"? William
"It woke up last Sunday at the park." Gumball
Man? So why don't you show us what it looks like"? Ocho
"But you weren't even hit with the arrow"? Darrel.
"Hmm, maybe someone with my DNA was hit by the arrow. Which then their offspring or kin also got theirs activated." Gumball
"Hold on a sec; Carrie would be unconscious if the arrow hit Vlad after that. Does that mean she also has one."? Clare
'If that is true, then Alan must've got his." William types this.
"Then that would mean that our friends at school might be standing users"? Darrel
"Are you guys being serious right now!? That means Reaper's killer in our school"? Ocho
The Cabbits' ears start to raise as he hears a sound coming from afar towards them.
"GET DOWN"! Gumball pushes the four kids to the lawn of a house and out of the street before they can react.
"What the hell, man!-" Ocho
Then, a bunch of multiple yellow blob-like bricks charge as they merge back together to form a yellow-skinned humanoid dressed like a construction worker with a green cross helmet on it.
He only had one massive eye that covered his whole face. When its enormous eye opens, it has a red iris and black scale around it.
He was known as El Diablo Amarillo. Behind it was a yellow blob stand with a similar eye appearance as its user. It then pulls out a pickaxe, intending to use it on them.
"What the what is that"? Clare
"Car...car.. car...Carmen." Amarillo shouts out the name of the Cactus.
"Carmen? What do you want with Carmen"? Darrel questions the construction worker.
"Carm..carm car CARMEN". It slams the group with its pickax.
"Seriously, is Carmen the only thing you can say"? Ocho
"CARMEN"! Amarillo then charges at the group.
"I don't know what you want with Carmen, but I won't let you touch her." Gumball then charges at the construction worker.
Amarillo fires a laser from its eye, which Gumball dodges, but the laser destroys as Gumball's fist is about to hit Amarillo. It closes its vision and starts to disassemble, starting with its head. Then, the yellow bricks fly away from the Cabbit while some of them hit him, forming a giant arm to capture him momentarily.
Then, the yellow bricks try to hit Clare, Darrel, Will, and Ocho. Ocho and William dodged most of them due to their short stature. Clare does a bit of dodging the yellow brick, but Darrel gets hit a lot of the yellow bricks and makes some painful sounds.
"I really shouldn't have quit gymnastics when I was nine," Clare said.
"Why does this keep happening to me." Darrel
Just as the bricks start to reform back into Amarillo with his eye now on its chest, the group then summons their stands to fight back against Amarillo.
William's body goes inside the pyramid as its eye, Ocho summons PAC Man and the four Ghosts, Clare brings out Sins and Tragedies, and Darrel summons I'm Still Standing.
Amarillo swings its pick Axe, but Clare uses her stand to zip off part of its right arm, making him lose this weapon. But unfortunately, it just attached its arm as it was like jello.
"Okay, why did I think that would work." Clare points out its reassembling powers.
It enlarges its right hand to try to hit Clare. But Ocho hits Amarillo with PAC Man Fever on its back with a munching sound.
"Doesn't matter, just keep hitting it till it's down." Ocho then sends the ghosts to distract the golem, who keeps hitting it as the golem tries to swat them away.
Just as it starts to separate again, William uses his telekinesis to hold Amarillo in place, slams it repeatedly to the ground with all his six arms, and then throws him into the air.
Darrel then uses Still Standing to attack Amarillo with his cane that shoots light blasts repeatedly. Amarillo gets holes in his body that make him look like Swiss cheese. But he didn't hit its eye as the construction worker splits apart as it rains down on the ground.
But unfortunately, the pieces rise as five Amarillo's are now there, with one having an eye.
"OH, COME ON"! Clare
Gumball broke free of Amarillo's arm by freezing it; then it shattered charges to assist them using Cold as Ice to slide down the ice to get there faster. He arrives just in time as the five Amarillo's start to charge, all shouting Carmen in a disturbing voice of legions.
"Wait, the Gumball? Since when is an ice elemental"? William's voice is similar to Jack McBrayer's. This then confuses Ocho and Darrel while all of them are fighting the Amarillos.
"That's your Voice, Will"? Ocho who's dodges Amarillo's pickax. Then, he uses Pac-Man Fever to bite off its head as it dissolves into a puddle.
"What, you have a problem with the way I sound"? William grabs both Amarillo's arms and then starts to crush its head.
"No, it just kinda ruins the intimation factor of your stand." Darrel is struggling with the clone.
"At least I'm not a literal weenie." William as he crushes Amarillo's clone's head.
"HEY,"! Darrel uses Still Standing to stab Amarillo repeatedly to find a weak spot for this brute.
"Can you idiots shut up and focus right now. We're in a fight if you dweebs forget". Clare uses Sins and Tragedies as she lands some blows on the clone. It unravels like a zipper bag that falls apart to the ground like putty.
Gumball uses the ice on his claws to hit Amarillo's eye, but it keeps disappearing and moving around its body. Amarillo retaliates by also trying to punch him repeatedly as they hit some little snow that starts to form on the golem.
As he was dodging most of the golem attacks. It starts to get its parts back together and grow to its average size. He was swatting Gumball away as he hit the ground, followed by it using its now-massive hands to the other four while they were still bickering.
"No matter how often we take it down. It just keeps dissembling and regenerating". Darrel
"Seriously, doesn't this thing have a weakness"!? Clare shouts.
"Well, if it's just like that video game. The weakness should be it's the eye." Ocho
"Of course it is." William died after hearing that.
"Well, the eyes are the groin to the head, Will." Gumball
"...Shut up." William glares at Gumball.
"So what are we gonna do"? Clare then turns to Gumball, who just figured something out.
"This fight is over." Gumball
"What are you talking about? Are you just going to quit now?" Clare
"No, Sister, I meant if you wait for a minute, Then all of you can attack him at once." Gumball
"What are you talking about-"? Clare
The cabbit points to them, and they see something happening to Amarillo's body.
Tiny icicles start to form all around Amarillo's body. The ice spread around its body, starting with its arms and legs. It struggles to get the ice off its form. Since its body was liquid, as it tried to dissolve itself, the ice started to go further inside it. It continues to spread until the entire body is frozen solid except for the eye that was panicking.
"Now you can go." Gumball
Seeing this as an opportunity, Darrel, William, and Ocho attack the frozen Amarillo, with each hit shattering its icy body into little ice pieces until just the eye remains.
"Car...men"?! Amarillo panics as he tries to reform its body. But then William uses his telekinesis to move it away and throws it to Clare. He then kicks it into the eye, sending it into the air, thus causing a zipper to appear around its eyeball. The chunks of ice fly into the air, trying to reach its core.
"Au revoir." Clare in a calm voice as the zipper unravels Amarillo's robotic eye, then it explodes, causing a cloud in the sky. With that, the ice melts as the rest of Amarillo's body turns back into a liquid, making it look like it's raining.
"Is this what you would call cool." Gumball
"It would've been much cooler if the rain didn't have the same color as pee." Ocho
Clare heard what the 8-bit spider said. She panics and tries to get the yellow goo off her jacket.
She removes her jacket and throws it at William's face, hitting his eye and causing it to burn red.
(Screams) AHHH! MY EYE, WHY DOES EVERYONE GO FOR THE EYES AHH"! William flies around blind and hits Ocho, who yells and shoves him away from him.
Clare runs frantically, trying to get the yellow goo off her. Gumball, on the other hand, was just mildly annoyed. At the same time, Ocho and William were fighting. The cabbit gives Clare his sweater to wash the rest of Amarillo's remains off her.
He wore an orange button shirt with a snake chopped to pieces with the words Join Or Die on it.
On the other hand, Darrel was cleaning his sunglasses to get the goo off them. He sees his friends being their usual wacky selves.
"Just when I thought things were finally gonna return to normal." Darrel sighs but then hears something from his phone.
His ringtone was that of the RoboCop theme song. This also happened to William, Ocho, Clare, and Gumball's phones, who were also ringing.
Clare's was Dragostea Din Tei in Finnish, Ocho's was Green Hill Zone, William's was Alan's voice shouting Pick Up The Phone, Gumball's was just a standard ringtone.
When they saw the image of this calling them, it only had the Ophiuchus symbol with the words ANSWER IT.
They reluctantly answer the number. But they do it anyway.
"Hello"? All of them are in a union.
~ The Call
"Bonjour Rejette, How was dealing with that walking pile of Play-Doh."
The voice calling them was high-pitched and unrecognizable.
"Who is this"? Clare demands the voice.
"So you send that thing after us"! Ocho
"Firstly, Franklin sends that walking blob after you, and another thing, my identity is none of your concerns. But you can address me as Ophiuchus for now." Ophiuchus
"Franklin Jr. High send that thing?" Darrel
"Correct." Ophiuchus
"Why did it keep saying Carmen repeatedly"? William
"Guess they still have a grudge against her."Darrel
" I'm not surprised they would do this after what she did back at their school." Ocho
"The student council president of that school you mentioned. Plans on getting back at the cactus girl along with you, all of you." Ophiuchus
"So there are the ones who send him to kill us." Gumball
"What!? Why we didn't do anything to them."Clare
"It doesn't matter, and They just want to make you all suffer just because you are at the same school as her." Ophiuchus
"That's unreasonably petty." William
"A lot of people with grudges have petty motives." Darrel
"The eight members of his student council have acquired what you all called stands." Ophiuchus
This causes all five kids to look in shock at this revelation.
"I do not know their powers. But judging by your expression, you all realize how dangerous they are". Ophiuchus
"Were you the one that sent Vutuo after us last week"? Gumball questions Ophiuchus, with the others looking at Gumball.
"No, Vutuo has a mind of his own. He can be a very careless buffoon, making matters worse on my end." Ophiuchus sounded irritated.
"But seeing that the six of you manage to survive also including that of you killed him(he's referring to Darrel, who looks uneasy). I'll let you all live...for now." Ophiuchus
"Why are you telling us all this"? Clare
"Because you're more useful alive than dead. To remind you, the last person who tried to examine my identity." Had his remains shipped to his crew's house"?" Ophiuchus sounded gleefully about that one.
After hearing that, they all knew what he was talking about.
"Ciao Rejette," Ophiuchus ends the call, but the phones explode, so they can't trace his number back.
~Aftermath
After that call, they all decided to go home and think about what they would do tomorrow. William decides to spy on the former Delinquent to see if she still works for Franklin, Ocho, and Darrel to leave on the bus, as their houses are very far away. William flies back to his house, leaving just Clare and Gumball, now walking on the street near his home.
Aphrodite was waiting for him on the porch of Gumball's house. The plant with arms goes to where Gumball is and meets Clare. Who is significantly crept out by the plant?
Gumball informs her that Aphrodite is just saying hello through a hiss and a growl. Clare then gives the Cabbit his sweater back and walks away, waving bye, seeing that as an excuse for not wanting to be bitten by the plant. He also waves goodbye to Aphrodite with her long arms.
"Come on, Aphrodite, let's get back inside before you get a cold." Gumball then walks to his house and closes the door.
Meanwhile, back to where the remains of Amarillo were. Coming from the sewer drain was a black shadow mist that rose into the air, and it was flying toward the remains of Amarillo Diablo's remains.
The shadow lands on the remains, then they merge, turning the goo color from yellow to dark purple.
The parts of it began to merge until the blob started taking form. When it was done transforming, it took the appearance of a being with one eye wearing a spiral mask in the center with its realistic look glowing silver.
