First of all this bardock is from the Manga and the father of goku movie so no xenoverse Bardock or heroes Bardock.
After taking a planet with his team bardock gained the power to see into the future.
Bardock is insanely fast by comparing bardock's base speed to freeza saga goku then bardock can move five hundred times the speed of light.
And bye comparing bardock's strength to weaker Saiyan's he can theoretically can destroy planet's with a single ki blast.

As a super Saiyan bardock can move 25 billion times the speed of light
and he theoretically could destroy a solar system.
And most impressively he also has access to unique instinct.

if Bardock didn't have super saiyan this would have played differently but thanks to that super Saiyan Bardock is more than a thousand times stronger is more than two times faster.
