"My name is Zoe. This story takes place back when I was in college."

"I was at this party where everyone was celebrating getting through the first year in college. It was just one of those regular college parties. I was just hanging out and trying to enjoy myself. Wanting to find some fun, I looked around until I spotted a guy that was checking me out. It seemed like fun found me as I went on over to him."

Zoe was just enjoying the college party when she soon spotted a guy that was checking her out. Feeling flattered and thinking this could be something fun, she went right over to the guy.

"Hi, I'm Zoe." She introduced herself thinking they were meeting for the first time.

"Zoe Orimoto?!" The guy said as it seemed like he knew her, but she didn't know him. "It's me: Jerry Kinston!" Zoe was surprised by that name.

"You could knock me over with a feather. I knew him, but he seemed so different. We went to middle school together, but he looked so different than he did now. He was scrawny and dressed a little nerdy. He tried acting like a playboy with the girls, but he had horrible luck with girls. Most of them just laughed at him and bullied him. Of course, I wasn't one of those girls. I felt bad for him, but I stayed out of it because I didn't want to get involved."

Upon hearing that name, Zoe couldn't believe it was him. She remembered him back in middle school, but she also remembered all the times he was bullied and laughed at by the girls at their school. As for Zoe, she just stayed out of it and didn't want to get involved. That's how some people are when it comes to bullies.

"After middle school, I never saw him again. I couldn't believe it was the same guy. He looked so different. He was muscular, his brown hair looked perfect, he was... I'm just going to say it. He was hot. Knowing it was someone from my past, it was easier to talk to him. I barely knew him that well in middle school, but I'm starting to think he is quite the guy. I do feel bad I didn't take the chance to get to know him back then, but better late than never. Right?"

The two of them got to talking and Zoe was enjoying their time together. She was starting to see Jerry in a different light.

"We had a nice time and then he asked me something."

"You want to come over to my place?" Jerry asked.

"I wasn't sure if that was a good idea, but I was a hormonal college student that wanted some fun. I thought this could lead to something great. Keep in mind, I didn't have any alcohol at the party either."

Zoe was having a great time with Jerry. When he asked her to come back to his place, she thought this would be something fun. The two of them left the party and went back to Jerry's place.

"Jerry brought me to a small house. I wasn't sure what to expect when we got there, but I readied myself for anything because I thought it was going to be something fun."

"This way, Zoe. I want to show you something." Jerry said.

"He wanted to take me down to the basement and I was rather curious as to what was down there. However, I smelled something foul coming from down there."

Zoe arrived at Jerry's place and was expecting to have some fun. It took a turn when Jerry wanted to show her something down in the basement and she could smell something bad coming from down there.

"I followed Jerry down into his basement and I couldn't believe what I saw. It wasn't anything fun at all. It was something horrible. I saw a bunch of girls down in his basement and they were all bruised, beaten, and bloodied. They appeared to still be alive, but they were all terrified when they saw Jerry."

Zoe couldn't believe what she saw. Jerry had women locked in his basement and they all looked like they were in bad shape, like they were barely alive. What has Jerry done to all of them?"

"Zoe, help..." One of the girls tried to say.

"When one of the girls knew my name, I was able to recognize them as girls Jerry and I went to middle school with. Did Jerry track them all down or something? This was clearly personal based on what I heard him say."

"Who's laughing now?" Jerry said with amusement as he had a psychotic face as the women were all terrified as to what he was going to do next. He even gave off this eerie laugh. "Hehehe..."

"Jerry clearly still had issues. I had to do something or else I was next. When Jerry had his back turn to me, I was able to find a wrench for a weapon. I went up to Jerry and hit him right on the back of his head with him getting knocked out. I worked fast to try and free all the girls and also called the police."

Seeing Jerry's true colors and fearing for her own life, Zoe found a tool that could be used as a weapon. She hit him right on the head and knocked him out. Once she did that, she worked as fast as she could to save all those girls.

"The police arrived and arrested Jerry. When they were pulling him out, he looked towards me."

The police were coming out with Jerry in cuffs, but he looked back at Zoe with her feeling a little uneasy about this.

"I was never going to hurt you, Zoe. You never laughed. I wanted you to see they couldn't hurt me anymore." Jerry claimed.

"After that, Jerry was arrested for kidnapping, torture, and even rape. He wanted revenge on all the girls that bullied and laughed at him. Apparently, it did more mental damage to him than I thought. He worked his body so he would be the type of person that attracted woman and then lure him into his trap. He claimed he was never going to do that to me since I never did anything to him, but he must have thought I would have enjoyed what I saw. What a nutcase, but this happened because he was a victim of mere bullying. I can't help but wonder a couple things. If I had helped him all those years ago, maybe none of this would have happened. If I did take part in that bullying, I could have ended up like those girls in his basement."

Zoe had a mixture of feelings about what she saw. Jerry was simply a victim when they were kids, but now he's turned his aggressors into his victims. If she hadn't remained neutral back in middle school, things could have gone differently for her or Jerry. When she thinks about how easily she could have been one of those poor victims, she could hear his laugh.

"Hehehe..."
