From This Moment On-Ch 7
Penelope said, "ne, you need me, how can I help?", Reid said, "I need you to" and then he saw one of the officers walking over toward him with the information he needed. He said, "hang on one second" as he held out his hand for the paper, he thanked the officer and then said, "okay, this is what I need" as he continued telling her what he needed.
She sat down at her computer and let her fingers fly across the keyboard while Reid stood listening to her, it was like old times as he listened to her do her thing helping the team/family that she loved best, the BAU.
When she was finished she said, "there are only two boy wonder, the one on Wells Road and the one a little further out on Miller Road, according to the reports I'm looking at they both have the same amount of nutrients that you gave me earlier".
Reid said, "thank you Garcia and don't worry I'll keep my promise, I won't tell anybody, not yet butttt all I'm asking for is after this case is over, will you at least let me see you?", she bit down on her bottom lip and said, "yes but only you, well for now, okay?", he grinned and said, "for now", he looked over his shoulder and saw JJ walking toward him and said, "gotta go, call you later" as he ended the call.
JJ pulled her husband to the side and said "tell me what's going o and tell me now Spencer Reid", hearing her call him by his entire name always meant trouble, so he blew out a deep breath and said, "I'll tell you but you have to promise me not to ask any questions and you can't tell anybody", she nodded her head and said, "deal".
Reid leaned in and whispered, "Garcia is here", JJ said, "here as in the police station or here as in this town?", Reid here as in in this town, I just got off the phone with her". JJ said, "waittttt but how does that mean she's here in town, well that is unless?", Reid nodded his head and said, "I saw her Jayje, I talked to her, she was working at the diner we went too this morning".
JJ said, "how is she?", Reid said, "different but the same", JJ looked at him and said, "different how?", he said, "she dyed her hair black, she's lost about 30 pounds and she's no longer wearing glasses, she's wearing contacts", JJ's mouth flew open and she said, "did you try to get her to come back?", Reid said, "I did but she's not ready but don't worry I have a plan".
JJ said, "wanna tell the rest of the class what the plan is?", Reid said, "she's agreed to let me see her after this case is over", JJ said, "only you?", he said, "for now but don't worry by the time I get through talking to her hopefully the rest of you will get to see her too", hearing that made JJ smile as Reid leaned in and said, "Garcia just helped me. she looked up the information I needed and we now have narrowed it down to two areas".
Reid said, "come on let's finish this and then bring our oracle home", JJ sighed happily and said, "let's do it" and turned around and followed her husband back into the other room so that they could fill the rest of the team in on the information he was able to get from Penelope only moments earlier.
