From This Moment On-Ch 8
Reid had a hunch at which of the two locations the unsub would be so him and the rest of the team headed to that location while the police officers went to the other location, time was of the essence right now, they needed to find the latest kidnapped girl before it was to late and the sooner the better.
A few minutes after arriving on the scene they were able to locate and save the victim and get her to the hospital, they had managed to get to her before he could do anything to her. Reid sighed in relief as he watched the victim being put onto a gurney and put into the back of an ambulance and as it pulled away he knew that they owed this victory to their unseen oracle, they owed this win to Penelope.
When the others headed toward their SUVs Reid leaned in and whispered into JJ's ear, "I'm going to go contact Garcia, wish me luck", JJ smiled and kissed her husband on the cheek and said, "good luck Spence, good luck", she then climbed into the back seat beside Emily and smiled as she watched Reid hop in a vehicle alone and pull away from the scene.
Hotch watched his youngest agent pull away from the scene and looked at Dave and said, "something is up with him, he's been different all day", Dave nodded his head in agreement and said, "I've noticed that but right before we caught the unsub he changed for the better at the police station, it was almost like" and before he could finish his sentence Hotch said, "like he got help from an oracle".
Dave grinned and said, "that's exactly what I was thinking Aaron", Hotch smiled and said, "if their is anybody that can convince Garcia to come back it's him", Dave sighed and said, "I wish him good luck, I miss kitten", Hotch said, "me too Dave, me too" and seconds later Derek climbed into the SUV and said, "where was pretty boy going?", JJ shrugged and said, "no idea but he'll contact us later" as Derek nodded his head yes and shut the door.
Meanwhile, Reid smiled as he pulled out his cell and pulled up Garcia's number and after a couple of rings he heard, "how did it go boy wonder, were you able to find her in time?", Reid said, "we were thanks to you Garcia" causing Penelope to smile widely.
Reid grinned and said, "I'd like to come and see you, is that okay?", she didn't need to think at all before saying, "yes, that's more than fine", she then gave him the address and told him to be careful and that she would see him soon before the call ended.
Penelope then looked down at her son and said ,"your uncle Reid is coming to see you, I can't wait for him to meet you, he's gonna love you", she touched his cheek and said, "yes he is, he's gonna love you to pieces", she then said, "how about mommy puts you in the swing until uncle Spencer gets here".
A few minutes later she walked through her apartment as she heard a knock at the door, she opened the door and grinned as Reid practically threw himself into her arms. She wrapped her arms around him and allowed the tears to flow as she was finally seeing her friend/brother for the first time in over a year.
When they pulled apart she said, "come in Reid, come in", as he walked through the door Hank started crying, she said, "sorry boy wonder" adn walked around him and over to the swing where he was and picked him up and stated walking toward Reid.
When she was standing in front of him she said, "Reid, I want you to meet my son Hank Spencer Morgan", Reid grinned as she put the baby into his arms, he said, "hello there Hank, it's a pleasure to meet you", Penelope then stood watching as the uncle and nephew bonded, ohhhh how she had missed him, she didn't realize how much until now.
