In the part of Bellwood where apartments are located, a fire was happening in the apartment. The fire department were there, trying to put out the fire. But as they continue trying to putting it out, a little girl was being held back from entering the building. "Stay back, it's dangerous!"
"But my mom—!" The firefighter realized what she said and turned to the fire. He saw it was getting bigger, making it very dangerous for anyone to enter.
"Damn! I can't leave her inside!" Suddenly, a mysterious figure just run passed him and enters the burning building. "Stop, it's too dangerous!" The girl started to worry as the fire getting bigger.
…
Inside the fiery building, a woman was trying to get out by using the fire escape, but the window was shut. "Come on! I need to move!" She heard something from above and the roof started to collapsed onto herself. She covered her eyes, but then something stopped it from crashing down.
She opens her eyes and saw Heatblast was there, carrying the piece of the roof with his hands. "Who are you?"
"Grgh! I'm here to help!" He throws it away to the corner of the room. Heatblast then opens his hands to the fire, absorbing it into his body. "Quick, follow me!" The woman hesitate at first, but decides to follow him outside of the room. They were now in the middle room, where there are stairs nearby.
"The exit's over there!" Before they could reach it, it was blocked off by one of the pieces of the roof. "On a second thought…" He looks around the room and saw a window that leads outside. "That way!" He charged up a fireball and shoots at the window.
…
Back outside, people saw the window shattered by a fireball. A spiral of fire comes out of the window and lands in front of where the fire department are, revealing to be Heatblast and the woman. The crowd gasps as they saw Heatblast was there.
He turns to the woman and saw she was coughing out of smoke, 'Looks like she's fine.'
"Mom!" He saw her daughter hugged her, to which she hugs back in comfort. He was happy to see it and begins walking away. As he was walking away, he was called by one of the firefighters.
"Um…" He turns around and saw he was nervous, "I like to thank you for saving her mom as well mine."
"It's fine. It's what heroes would do." But then he realizes something, "Wait, your mom?"
The fireman nods, "You don't recognized me, but I was the kid that you save me from the fire six years ago. I can't help but thank you enough for that."
He smiles at that memory, where he was also fighting a scientist that mutates animal in Washington DC. "I was just doing my job, later." Heatblast then leaves the scene, as the firefighter gets back to do his job by helping the woman to recover.

Inside of Gwen's house, Verdona was training Gwen on how to use her mana properly and how to not exhaust herself like last time. She cast mana onto the cup that's on the table and lift it in the air, then gently putting it back. "There, now you try."
She nods and Gwen does the same thing. She cast mana onto the cup and try lift in the air, but instead hits the ceiling and crushes itself from impact. Gwen stopped using her mana, letting crushed cup dropped to the ground.
"That was great, Gwen! Though you might went a little overboard, you'd still managed to do it."
"Right. Thanks, grandma."
As they continue on with the practice, Kevin was in the kitchen, helping Gwen's mom with the dishes. "Why am I doing this again?"
"Hey, you were the one who wants to accompany her. Besides, I hope you have a good relationship with my daughter in the future." Natalie told him, to which he chuckled.
"As if that were easy, we barely had a time to talk with each other." Kevin said. "And I don't think she will accept because some… history between us."
"She will move on from whatever you had with her, take your time." She said as she finishes washing one of the dishes. As she grabbing another plate, she couldn't help but think of something. "Where are your friends? You five doesn't seem to split up out of nowhere."
"Ben and Julie are at the Mr. Smoothy, doing some dating stuff. Lucy had some business with her Plumber work, so don't know where she is." Kevin explained as he done washing one of the glasses in the sink.
"I see." She said, as she begin cleaning the dish in her hand.

Meanwhile at the Mr. Smoothy, there were people hanging out there, having some conversations or getting some drinks. The damage on sign was still there, as the picture of the mascot for Mr. Smoothy hasn't been put back yet.
Julie was sitting on the table, waiting for Ben getting her smoothie. Ship was hiding from the crowd, disguising itself as a backpack.
Ben grabs two smoothies from the window and could smell the aroma from it. Cash and J.T. were nearby, and quickly smile as Ben was walking near them. "Nothing beats than a day drinking smoothies with Julie." Before he could reach Julie, Cash purposely spills the smoothies onto Ben. "Hey!"
Cash and J.T. laugh as Ben got smoothies all over him, "Look at that mess, Cash! Are you gonna cry for your mississippi cup, Ben?" They chuckled as other people were staring at Cash and J.T. with a glare. Julie saw it and was about to step in, but was stopped by Ben.
"Ok, you got me. Didn't expect your hand coming." Ben admits, to which Cash wasn't happy with the response he got.
"Oh trying to act tough, huh? Well I'm much bigger than you!" He pushes Ben with one hand, moving him back a little. He noticed the stain on Ben's jacket has a handprint, quickly realized that he got smoothies on his hand. The people chuckle for Cash's mistake, even J.T.. Cash gives a stare to him, shutting him up. "You think this is funny? You don't even realized how much strong I was."
"Did the beat I give you before didn't teach you any lesson?" He went to the window and asked for a tissue, to the staff. He gets it and wiped off the stain, "You two aren't even worth it for spending my time." Ben said, getting Cash's nerves. "How long are you going to keep doing this? We've all grown up from our elementary days. It's tired, spilling my drink?"
The crowd listens to the speech, as one of them agrees with Ben. "I can't believe I used to be afraid of you two, look around Cash! We've all grown up." Ben said, as his arms were crossed. "You're still some pathetic boy that wants torment others to feel good about himself. You're just sad." He walks pass them, as the crowd smile that Ben standing up for them while also humiliated Cash in the process.
Julie smiles and gets off the chair, follows Ben from behind. Cash wasn't happy with the reaction he got from the crowd and begins to leave, along with J.T..
She grabs Ben's hands, to which he was surprised about it. "I thought you were going alien in front of everyone."
"Well if I were still the same kid from six years ago, I might have done that. But that's not what grandpa Max wants, I have to move on from that." She smiles and puts her head on his shoulder. He smiles as Ship was happy that its owner is having a good time.

As the sun was already set, Cash kicks a can as he was filled with frustration and humiliation back at Mr. Smoothy. "Grgh, I hate that Tennyson! Who does think he is?!"
"Calm down, Cash. At least you managed to embarrassed him during the dodgeball when were 3rd grade." J.T. told him.
"And how does that help me?!" He calls out and he stomped on the can for taking out his frustrations. He noticed they were near a diner and saw Ben's group were talking each other inside. "I can't believe he's friends with those guys."
"Which one, Kevin Levin or Julie Yamamoto from our school?"
"Both, you dimwit!" He whispered as they saw Julie holding Ben's arm like a girlfriend. As Cash continue staring at the window, J.T. notice something by parked cars.
"Hey, Cash!" He gets his attention and turns to where he's pointing at. They saw Kevin's car was there, "Why not trash his car? That will make you feel better." Cash heard the idea and smile.
"That's a good idea."
Inside the restaurant, Kevin makes fun of Ben by putting two straws in his nose and moving his eyes to within each other. Gwen and Julie found this very funny, while Ben find this embarrassing on his joke. Unbeknownst to them that Cash and J.T. were pushing the car from the parking lot.
They pushed the car to the edge of an incomplete road, "On a count of three, we pushed!" J.T. nods. "One, two, three!" They pushed the car off, tumbling downhill. As it continue tumbling, it hits a tree, causing the trunk to be left open and causes car alarm to go off.
They saw the car fail to break and realizes the alarm might attract them, "Shoot! We can't leave the car be." Cash immediately went down, with J.T. following behind him. They went to the car and tries pushing it again, but was stopped as they heard they were being called.
"HEY!" They turned to the voice and saw Kevin was there along with Gwen, "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY CAR?!"
"Shoot, grab anything from trunk and scram!" J.T. nods and quickly grabs anything close to the trunk and runs away. The Alien Force went down and saw the car tumbled way down.
"Crap!" Kevin punches his car, stopping the car alarm.
"How… bad is it?" Julie asked.
"The paint job, the lights, the trunk! Is there anything I need to go on?!" Gwen immediately tries to calm him down, to which Julie was a little scared of it.
Ben looked at the trunk and noticed something was missing, "Guys, we may have a missing hand our hands." He shows them the trunk and saw the hand was gone.
"Great, and they stole our loot too." Kevin grumbled.
"What hand exactly?" She asked.
"A hand from the Forever Knights' robot. I destroyed from the inside with Goop, but it only leave the hand after that."
"Relax, I'm pretty that hand is very harmless." Kevin told them as he tried to get the car back up.
"How can you be sure?" Gwen asked.
"I'm sure, trust me."
Unsure on what to trust, Ben decides to let them go. "Fine, I'll trust you." He said, "Do you need help with that?"
"No need, I already got this." Kevin said as he pushing the car, trying to get it back on the road. Seeing he had some trouble; they decides to help him out.

After running away from the scene, Cash and J.T. hides in Manny & Ken's, an old mannequin factory. The state of the factory was in ruin, as there hadn't been any renovations in years. "There were some other stuffs in that trunk, and you decide to grab this!?" Cash shouts as he pulls out the robot hand, which looks like a piece of a costume.
"Hey, it's either this or bunch of other stuff that aren't worth getting." J.T. explained, "But I can make this look even cooler when I put it on."
"Really?" Cash asked as he sits on the chair, "Then show it to me then."
J.T. smiles as he puts on the glove and does a dramatic voice. "Behold! The awesome robot blast! Pew, pew!" He raised his hand in the air, accidentally shooting a laser that creates a hole on the roof. They were lost for words by how powerful that laser cause. "That. Was. Awesome! It really was worth it grabbing it from the trunk!" J.T. exclaimed as he saw how powerful that was.
Cash look at the robot glove, to which he got an idea of his own. "Give me that!" He grabs the hand, forcefully taking it from J.T..
"Hey, this is mine!"
"But it's mine too, you nerd!" He managed to pull it off from J.T.'s hand and puts it on himself. He noticed more mannequins were around and he used them as targets. He shoots two of them with laser coming from out of his hand and then finishes the other two with the laser coming from his fingers. J.T. couldn't help but find it a little scary that Cash wields it.
After having fun from it, he smile on the plan. "With this hand, Tennyson will be brought down to my knees and everyone else that would support him!"
"Woah, dude! What about the cops? We would get into trouble for doing that stunt."
Cash sneered at J.T.'s warning, "Who cares about the cops? Not many people listen to their law anyway." He said to him, not caring for the warning that were given to him. He then started to notice the hand begin move itself. "W-Woah!" He couldn't help himself but follow where the hand is leading him.
"Cash!" J.T. chased him from behind, keeping up with him. They were led to another part of the ruin room, where the roof of it has a hole. "Cash, why are we here?"
"I don't know, but I feel something interesting might be happening." Cash noticed pile of rocks stacking on one and another, giving him suspicious of this. He went to the pile and move it out of the way, revealing a cylinder containing a glowing green crystal. "Woah, wicked!"
He pulls it out, but it left J.T. even more nervous. "A-Are sure you it's safe? What if it's radiation inside of it?"
He sneered at his question, "Relax, it might be some energy that isn't radiation." He gripped the cylinder, breaking it along with the crystal inside. Suddenly, the muted color hand change into yellow and black color scheme. The fingers were a lot sharper than before. He smiles as he lift his hand in the air and bringing it down. Then out of nowhere, a part of the roof just collapsed, nearly hitting J.T..
"Dude, I was here!"
"Don't care, you were just in the way!" Cash angrily tells him. He walks pass him as he's getting tired, "I'm going to take a nap, don't wake me up!"
As he watches him leaving, he couldn't help but something felt off about him. This wasn't the same Cash he's friends with in elementary, he was more anger and more… psychotic. He decides to forget about it for now and focused on the glove.

Later that night, J.T. sneaks into where Cash was taking a nap, attempting to take the glove off of him without waking him up. He saw him sleeping on the chair, which gives him a chance. He grabs the glove and begin to pull, but whatever the reason it's still sticked to his hand.
"Come on, move!" He tries pulling harder, before he was suddenly being thrown away. As he got himself back up, he saw Cash was wide-awake but his eyes were glowing red in the dark. He gotten scared; he could felt that the stare wasn't normal.
Cash crouched down and stare into J.T.'s eyes, "You ever doing that again, I will end you." J.T. started to get scared as he was now screw.

The next day, Kevin managed to get his car out of the incomplete road and fixes it in his garage. Lucy was there talking with Gwen and Julie about Kevin's car damages. "So Ben's bullies just took his car and dumped off a road?"
"Yeah, that actually happened." Ship nods, agreeing with her.
"Geez, what a bunch of jerks. They seriously need to grow up from this." Lucy said, "So what happens next?"
"After we heard his car alarm, they grab that robot's hand and made a run for it."
"Wait, they took the Techadon's hand from the trunk?"
"Yes, they did." Kevin said as he get out of the bottom of the car with stains on his face. "You don't have to worry about it though, it's harmless junk with the hand alone."
"Are you really sure? I read in the Plumbers' archive and it said that a Techadon Robot can be still alive if there were some lives left in any unbroken parts. It would be dangerous if it were to be put on by those two." Kevin shrugged as he wipes off the stain with a cloth nearby.
They heard something slurping loudly and saw Ben coming in while slurping two smoothies. He stopped slurping as he felt the refresh from both smoothies, "Man, that was a great taste for drinking both of them."
"What kind of flavors from those?" Julie asked.
"Well some kiwis, blueberries, raspberries, mango, pineapple, as well some fruits that go along with the flavors." Ben explained. "It honestly amazing by how many combinations that they could create from the fruits alone."
"I heard there were some weird flavors from that place, seriously who would put a jalapeno pepper into a smoothie?" Kevin questions the flavor that they served. Julie and Gwen couldn't help but felt grossed out by the flavors alone.
After finishes the two smoothies, Ben throws it into the trash can. "I'm about to get some more smoothies, does anyone want one?"
"I'll pass."
"Same." Lucy nods, agreeing with Kevin and Gwen since she can't drink it.
"Do they have any matcha flavors?" Julie asked curiously, to which Ship attaches himself onto Julie's back by becoming a backpack.
"I don't know, but I'll tell you if I found it." He said to her as both immediately went back to Mr. Smoothy.
As couple minutes has pass, someone call out to them. "Hey!" They turned to a familiar voice and J.T. was there, exhausted from all of the running. "Has anyone seen Ben?"
"You've just missed him; he and Julie are heading to Mr. Smoothy. Is there something wrong?"
"It's Cash." J.T. explained, "Ever since he put on the glove, he started to act very strange. It wasn't himself at all."
Gwen crossed her arms, not buying his story. "How strange is his behavior?"
J.T. thinks back when he and Cash were talking, "He was very cold, distant, and it's almost like that he wants to kill Ben."
"And where is your partner in crime?" Kevin asked as he crossed his arms.
"He's in the old mannequin factory on Wiatt Street." Once J.T. told everyone where he is, Kevin immediately heads to the factory.
"Kevin, wait!" Lucy immediately chases after him, leaving Ben, Gwen, and Julie with J.T..
"So what does he want other than getting Ben to meet him?" Gwen asked as she doesn't understand why would J.T. would be afraid of him now. J.T. then begin explaining her with a little more detail.

As Kevin and Lucy arrived at the factory, he bust the door down in rage. "Where are you, you little bug?!" Lucy arrives from behind, noticing how dark the room is. The only thing that brighten it was a hole from the roof.
Lucy felt uneasy about this, "I don't like the silent treatment."
Then they heard footsteps nearby. A person walk into the light, revealing Cash. "Well, hello there. I guess Benny sent you two here?" Lucy then notices something was off on Cash's right hand.
"No, I'm only here for a payback for what you did to my car." Kevin said, "She's only following me."
"Kevin, I hate interrupting you but could you please focused on his right hand?" Lucy point to Cash's right hand, and saw the gloves was building itself on top of Cash's. It was almost like its cell mutate from the inside, wrapping around it.
He smile at that look, "And does that supposed to scare me?"
"Oh, it is!" Cash fires a laser from the hand, to which both dodges it by sidestepped. Cash stops firing the laser and both of them saw a hole from the laser before. "With this power in my hand, I will crush Tennyson into smithereens and everyone will respect me as the strongest!"
"Not if I have anything to said about it." Kevin touches a wall and absorbed its matter. Cash was surprised that Kevin was able to do that. He punches the ground, creating a shockwave that heading towards Cash.
Cash was flying away, but he was able to land on the floor with two of his foot. Kevin charges at him with a punch, but he dodges it and hits back at Kevin. He then grabs his arm and throw him against the wall, "Urgh!" Kevin grunted as he actually felt pain from the throw, "Since when did he get to work out?"
Then he realizes that someone isn't there, "Where is that little— Urgh!" A mud tentacle suddenly come out and wrap around his robotic arm. He turns to where it comes from and he saw it was a humanoid mud alien (who it's actually Lucy).
She pulls his arm, trying to take it off. "Get that glove off of you, it's not safe!" She warned him.
"I don't think so, you monster! I need this for my payback!" He pulls his arm back, forcing Lucy to pull back and being grabbed by the neck. As he was about to throw her, she morphed herself into sludge to get out and attack his back.
Cash gets pushed back, to which he gets tackled by Kevin. He was then grabbed by his right arm, as he was trying to get it off. Lucy then wraps her body around Cash, holding him in place. Cash gritted his teeth as his body was glowing red, "Get… OFF OF ME!" He burst red out energy, forcing both Lucy and Kevin to let go of him.
He was breathing heavily as the hand begin morphed to entire Cash's body and his eyes becoming red. He looks down on Kevin, who was still injured from the burst. "I would destroy you, but I'm in the mood to crush Tennyson. So you will be spared."
He then walks away, leaving Kevin and Lucy in the factory while being heavily injured.

At Mr. Smoothy, there were some customers show up for the drinks. Ben ordered his favorite flavor grape, while Julie orders a matcha flavor that just so happened to have on the menu. As they drink together, Ben noticed that Julie wasn't happy with the flavor.
"You don't like the taste?"
"No, I do like it. But I think it's a little bit more bitter than from what I got at home." Julie said her reasoning, as she could tell that it wasn't the same taste at home.
"Different countries, different taste. It's easy to understand it."
"Ben!" They turned to the person that calls him, to which they saw Gwen and J.T. coming. "Thank god, we've found you in time."
Ben was confused by their panics, "You both seem in a hurry to find me, did something happened?"
"Cash happened. Remember the glove he from the car's trunk." Ben nods, "He puts it on and started became more cold than usual. He then started to find a green crystal in an old factory, changing it to deadly."
"Wait, green crystal? Was it in a cylinder by any chance?" Julie asked, to which he nods as an answer. They turned to each other, now knowing the real problem.
"Got it, I believe it right now." Ben throws the cup into the thrash can as he accepted it, "But where is he?"
"Looking for me, Tennyson?" They turned to the voice and saw Cash was there, to which the arm that attaches to him becomes the body of the Techadon Robot that they fought at the factory. The only difference being is that it has yellow color scheme and the fingers are a lot sharper.
"Cash, what happened to you?" Ben asked, as he started to get worry for him.
"'What happened?' Heh, the best day of my life that's why!" He shoots a laser at the establishment, causing the customer to run away in fear. "I feel the great power from this hand, it's a great gift!"
"But you can't turn yourself back. Did you have any idea what will you be losing?" Ben pointed out.
"I already lost my reputation, Tennyson. And that's enough for me!" He lifted cars into the air with his hand and throws it at Ben. Gwen immediately steps in and shoots her magic, destroying the cars.
Cash gritted his teeth as he saw that Gwen has secretly powers, "Out of my way!" He shoots a bigger laser, to which Gwen blocks it with her barrier. Julie was about to put on the armor, but was stopped by Gwen.
As he's continue shooting, he was being shocked from behind. He turns around and saw Buzzshock was the one who did it. "Settle down! You can't continue hurting innocents people for your gain!"
"I don't care!" He shoots another laser, to which Buzzshock levitates himself to dodge it. He shoots another lightning, shocking his head. Cash can't stand it and run towards Buzzshock.
He immediately flies away, as Cash continue firing lasers from behind. Buzzshock went into a nearby car and energized himself. Cash started to notice that Buzzshock was gone, "Where did it go?"
"Over here!" Buzzshock appears from behind and shocking him with his energized energy. Cash scream, as his body was shocking by Buzzshock. He fought back against the shock and grabs Buzzshock in his hands. Cash angrily stares at him, to which he gives out a worrying smile.
"How do you like this?!" He throws Buzzshock like a baseball, hurling him towards a car. As he was about to give him another beating, he suddenly saw a green flash coming from the car.
When he took a look, he saw something morphing into the car, turning and upgrading it into a giant robot. [Stay down, kid!] He used his hands against Cash, holding him in place. Cash tries to push back, but the weight of the robot was proven too much for him. [Take off that glove! You will be no longer human if you support it!]
Cash gritted his teeth as he was getting tired of people telling him to take off the glove, "People always telling me to what you can do and what you can't do." Suddenly, Upgrade was lifted to the air by Cash. "I HAD IT!" He throws him afar, crashing him into the sign.
Upgrade gets out of the car, as he saw that it was badly damaged from the throw. He was suddenly pinned down to the ground, as Cash grabs him by the neck. "I don't know what you are, but I will end anyone that's getting in my way!"
Upgrade's eye frowned and it begin alter itself and wrapping around Cash's body. He begin to overpowers him back as Cash couldn't get up, [Cash, none of us will get anything if we continue fighting like this! Do you want to hurt others like this?!]
"He's right, Cash!" J.T. says to him as the others were coming. "I know the real you is still inside, so stop fighting like this!"
Upon hearing his friend words, Cash managed to snapped out his rage. "I-I can't stop myself! Look at this, the suit is repairing itself!" He told them as the suit is almost complete its repairs.
"Don't give up hope, Cash! I thought you were the strongest one in our school and now you suddenly become powerless by a single glove?! Where's your pride, man?!"
"M-My pride." Cash begin to look down and started to get determination, "You're right, I'm not that weak and I can't let a certain glove making… me… THIS!" He started to overpowered the glove as it reversing its itself from the suit.
Upgrade gets off of him as he saw the glove was now reverted back to its original self by Cash. After reverting it back, J.T. immediately took it off and throws it away. They saw he was breathing heavily since they could tell how much effort he put in order to get the gloves off. Upgrade grabs it and puts himself into the glove.
He then detonates itself, destroying the glove once and for all. [There, that should took care of it.] Then he noticed the Omnitrix Crystal in his hand. He move it closer to the Omnitrix, letting it absorbed into itself.
[Sample acquired. DNA unlocked.] Upgrade then starts to walk away, but J.T. calls him out.
"Hey." He turns to him and saw he nervous to say it, "Thank you for saving him." Upgrade didn't say anything but gives him a nod and started to walk away from the scene (which he secretly tries to find a place to hide in order to keep his identity a secret).
After a few minutes, J.T. helps Cash gets up and walks away, leaving the scene with his friend. As Gwen and Julie saw them leaving the scene far enough, Julie calls out Upgrade. "It's safe now." Upgrade comes out of the car and turning himself back into Ben.
"Looks like everything went smoothly for those two."
"Hopefully, they will change for the better." Gwen said, "Speaking of which, aren't we forgetting something?"
"Do you mean us?" They turned and saw Lucy was carrying Kevin by the shoulder.
"Guys!" Gwen immediately helps Kevin get back on his feet, to which Ben help Lucy's balances herself.
"Did we miss party?" Kevin asked.
"You did, it's pretty much over now." Ben told them, "We better get you two patches up."
"Sounds fine by me." Lucy said as the Alien Force begin heading back to the garage.
...
Unbeknownst to them, a group of familiar people was watching them from afar. And they were Bad Ben, Charmcaster, and Rojo. They watch the fight from where they are, to which they saw how it ended. "Looks like Tennyson got himself two crystals before us."
"That's right, only two more left. We need a way to slowed them down while we continue search for the crystal."
"Do we have anyone that we could use against them?" Bad Ben smiles at Charmcaster's question.
"There is, I just look them up for where they are. And all we need to do is bait them since he hasn't met them yet." He told them as he prepare leaving.
"So who are they?" Rojo asked as she interested to know.
"A couple of trusted allies that he hasn't made contact yet." Bad Ben said, remembering two certain helpers that are currently active on Earth.
