Cody didn't know what went on in the middle of the night when he was in the Spa Hotel. He was really groggy and when he woke up, he just barely could make out a shadowy figure with one eye visible and it was staring right at him.

Cody almost wanted to scream but suddenly the figure placed a hand on his shoulder and he felt himself growing numb. After that, he immediately went unconscious.

When Cody had woken up in the morning, it was when Brick was screaming in shock.

"What's going on?" Cody yawned as Mike and Cameron were looking at Brick in concern.

"Someone broke Brick's night vision goggles in the middle of the night." Cameron explained to the geek and Brick held up the shattered goggles to further elaborate what happened.

"These were meant to prepare me for any nighttime challenges, who would do this to me?" Brick asked sadly.

"Well there is an entire team of villains, so maybe it was one of them." Cameron guessed while Mike just looked nervous, strange…

Cody was wondering if he should mention what he saw last night, but wasn't sure if he should. He was tired and he could've easily dreamt that whole sequence.

After the morning passed, it was time to head to the next challenge in the forest. As Alejandro was walking, he found himself walking near Cody at the back of the group. A bit of annoyance had morphed into his face, he had recently come to the conclusion that Cody was hanging around Zoey to make him jealous. It made the most sense after all, he did delusionally call himself a ladies man and out of all the women in that team, it was clear she was the most approachable.

Nonetheless, it was now time to confront the issue.

"I just want to let you know, your attempts to make me jealous yesterday were absolutely foolish." Alejandro whispered sharply to which Cody looked incredulous at.

"What attempt?" Cody raised an eyebrow.

"Oh please. You obviously want vindication for our little fling we had, so of course you chose to partner alone with Zoey of all people. Unfortunately, I know that not even you are stupid enough to cause a love triangle." Alejandro smirked at the geek, feeling proud that he had probably exposed Cody's plan.

However, Cody gained a look of fury and stared hatefully into Alejandro's eyes, "I didn't partner up with Zoey the last challenge. She partnered with ME, because unlike you, I can befriend a female without taking their virginity."

"I told you, you are the only one in this show I have done that with." Alejandro found himself feeling embarrassed, perhaps he misread Cody's ability to manipulate.

"What about outside the show?" Cody narrows his eyes, catching Alejandro off guard. His lack of answer told Cody all he needed to hear.

"I thought so." Cody felt tears welling up in his eyes before walking off, causing Alejandro to sigh sadly.

After that exchange, they made it to where Chris was so the heroes could reunite with Owen and so Chris could explain the challenge. The challenge was to run to the heart of the forest to find two crates, one of them being a huge crate with state of the art paintball weaponry and the other being a bunch of slingshots. Since the heroes won the last challenge, they got a one minute head start, albeit with Owen slowing them down and having to be lifted by Leshawna and Brick, Alejandro doubted that would be very effective.

Back with the heroes, Cody was surprisingly leading the group of heroes across the forest, "Hurry up guys! So help me, we are getting those weapons! I do NOT plan on heading to the elimination ceremony again!"

The sternness in Cody's voice shocked the heroes, as he's never been one to take charge before.

Both Zoey and Mike would later comment on this behavior in their confessionals. Zoey being the first.

"It isn't like Cody to take control of a challenge like that. It's not like he went through a personality change or anything, he's still the same guy so… this is strange." Zoey admits to the outhouse camera.

Mike had similar thoughts in his confessional, "Yeah… Cody can surprisingly be scary sometimes."

He then gasped and his hair went down, he gained a smirk and spoke in a deep voice, "And I love when things get scary. Who knew such a pint sized being would have that much fire in him. I'll definitely have to look more into this."

With those confessionals in Zoey and Mike's minds, the heroes continued running before Leshawna spoke up, "Does anyone know where the heart of the forest is?"

"I'll go get a better look." Zoey said happily before hopping from tree to tree and landing on the right side of one branch much to the awe of her teammates, especially Mike and Cody.

"Whoa. Zoey has some impressive skills." Cody complimented.

"Hehe, I know right?" Mike said with a blush.

"Over there!" Zoey then pointed to the left, which caused Cody and the heroes to run off in that direction.

What they didn't know was that Alejandro and the villains had seen them run off that way and so Gwen spoke up, "Okay. They're heading down the left, if we take another trail, maybe we can cut them off."

"Great idea." Heather said, clearly trying to suck up to the goth. It was clear that Jo and Heather were trying to get Gwen on their side to get her and Duncan as votes.

As the villains went to the right, Alejandro could not help but think back to his argument with Cody. Now that he thought about it, it was stupid to consider that Cody would try to make Alejandro jealous. Cody may be a bit spiteful but he wasn't like Heather, he didn't manipulate to get what he wanted like she did. Perhaps he could try and clear the air with him later.

He only hoped that Cody wouldn't blow a gasket.
