Omni-Magic Summer EP 16: The Big Tick
I would like to announce that whenever new aliens get introduced to the story, I will make a brief author's note to tell you what design and voice actor they will have. For example: in this chapter, Cannonbolt will have his original design and voice actor with green eyes.
I don't own anything except my OCs.
At Yellowstone National Park, the Tennysons have just finished setting up camp at the Rustbucket as Twilight was with them. The girls walked away a bit and took in the sights. "You know, I'm glad Max suggested this stop on the way back home. Seeing one of America's greatest sights and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city to take in beautiful nature? What a wonderful idea." Twilight smiles as Gwen nods out. "I agree. After that whole 'Null-Void projector' thing and Vilgax, it's nice to make a quick stop for some relaxation and convenience that Yellowstone Park was on the way to Canterlot City. Hopefully, on this camping trip, we won't have to deal with any new problems and just relax!" Gwen spoke out with a smile.
"DARN IT! DARN IT! I hate this stupid watch!" Twilight sighs as she and a frowning Gwen glance at Ben, who is approaching while fiddling with the watch. "Aliens, on the other hand, we just can't seem to escape them." The teen girl comments dryly.
Ben took off some headphones to his iPhone, unaware of a report of a small meteor heading towards the northwest part of the state. "Something wrong, Ben?" Max asks his grandson as he approaches as Applejack and Ken are taking a nap back at the Rust Bucket. "I was hoping I could go XLR8 and hit that burger place we passed an hour ago. To pick up a double cheeseburger with pickles! But it looks like I'm stuck here." The boy explains with a frown.
"Ben, Yellowstone Park is amazing! It's home to such great sights, like Old Faithful! Try and hang out to appreciate it. We'll be back on the road to Canterlot in the morning." Gwen points out as she gestures to the landmark. "Besides, I don't think you should mess with the Omnitrix. We don't know if it fully recovered after that battle with Vilgax." The teen girl points out.
Max went to a log and spoke out. "Gwen's right, Ben. And we can live right off the land!" The elder pushed the log off with his foot and found a bunch of squiggling worms. "Mmm... Grubworms! Full of protein!" Max smiles as he picks one up and eats it whole, disgusting the kids as they cringe in response. "Eeewwww!" "That is not right." Twilight mumbles out. "Grill them up with a sun-dried tomato paste. They are..."
"I'll help! I'll take my burger with chili." Gwen cries as she helps to dial the Omnitrix. "And while you're there, can you pick me up a chicken sandwich with lettuce, mayo, fries, and a soda?" Twilight gave her order as well, deciding to forget her previous concerns. Ben smiles out. "Sure, Twilight! I can appreciate the help, Gwen." Just then, the Omnitrix suddenly flashed, blinding the others as the light died down, only for the group to gasp at Ben's new form! "Whoa! Woooh... Aaahh... ACK!" Ben cries out as he suddenly stumbles back, due to his new weight.
Ben slowly opens his eyes and glances at his changed hands, noting that they are now oversized and white and his fingers have been replaced with large, black claws with a yellow shell on the back of his hands. "Guys! What am I?!" He cried in a booming voice as the others glanced down at him. Gwen smirks at him. "Now that's a real heroic pose." Twilight covers her mouth as she snickers as well. Ben mumbles out in a sarcastic tone. "Ohh... Very funny."
The boy is now a hulking, broad-shouldered alien covered in natural, yellow armor plating on his back, thighs, shoulders, and the backs of his arms. He is mostly white with black on his upper half and has four claws on both of his hands and 3 claws on his stump, like feet. He has green eyes that are part of his shoulders that have black markings. He has sharp, white teeth and black lips. He lastly has a black strip down the middle with the Omnitrix on his forehead.
The alien managed to stand up, supported by his friends and family. Ben exclaims as he looks at himself "I can't believe I'm a new hero!" "I always thought the watch only turns Ben into 10 aliens?" Gwen asked out as Max spoke while Twilight got to thinking. "Me too. But it looks like there's more to the Omnitrix than we thought. And if there's one more, who knows? There could be a hundred more?"
"Hmm... Maybe the power surge did this?" "Power surge?" Max asks as the glasses-wearing girl explains. "Back on Vilgax's ship when Ben was switching aliens from that power surge? I think it did more than just randomly switch Ben from alien to alien. I think it also removed something in the watch that only allows 10 aliens. It's just a theory, but it may mean Ben will start unlocking new aliens, from now on."
"Well, hopefully, they're not as useless as this guy! So, what can he do?" Ben turns and blows out some air. "So much for breathing fire. Maybe I fire freeze rays from my eyes!?" He squints hard trying for anything as the others just stare. "Radioactive blasts?" Ben tries multiple poses with his hands, only to get nothing as the alien groans out in annoyance. "How's that working out for you?" Twilight deadpans with crossed arms. Just then, Gwen heard something and glanced up, just to see a meteor heading towards them as she screamed out. "DUCK!" The humans scatter as Ben looks back and gets an 'uh-oh' face. "Oh, crude."
Intro:
A Galaxy is shown with some planets as outer space music is heard.
Just for a flash of green light to occur, and shows the Omnitrix symbol with Ben's silhouette in the middle as the song picks up.
"It started when an alien device did what it did."
The 1st clip is Ben discovering the Omnitrix as it latches onto his arm and he panics.
He then presses down on the dial, transforming him into Heatblast as he cries out.
"And stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid."
"Now he's got superpowers; he's no ordinary kid. He's Ben 10! (Ben 10!)"
The logo flashes a bit before showing off aliens:
Grey Matter, Overflow, Shock Rock, Heatblast, Tear-Wolf, Lodestar and Astrodactyl.
"So if you see him, you might be in for a big surprise."
"He'll turn into an alien before your very eyes!"
The boy is then shown transforming into Tear-Wolf as six more aliens appear and zoom in:
Upgrade, Shock Rock, XLR8, Four Arms, Heatblast and Tear-Wolf.
" He's slimy, freaky, fast, and strong; he's every shape and size."
"He's Ben 10! (Ben 10!)"
Just then, a flash-animated Ben runs towards the screen, flips, and morphs into Tear-Wolf.
He bites at the screen as a black and green '1'. Appear next to him.
2: Four Arms is next as he grins, raises his arms, and flexes.
3: Grey Matter leaps at the screen, only to splat comically.
4: XLR8 appears and zooms away.
"Armed with powers, he's on the case!"
"Fighting off evil from Earth or space!"
5: Upgrade wiggles his legs around as he raises his arms.
6: Shock Rock generates lots of power and blasts a large beam of blue energy across the screen.
7: Overflow flies upward on his water blasts.
8: Astrodactyl displays his whips and then rockets away on his jetpack.
"He'll never stop 'till he makes them pay!"
"Cause he's the baddest kid ever to save the day!"
9: Lodestar raises his claws as they generate a green aura as several pieces of metal float around him.
10: Heatblast chucks a fireball at the screen as Ben lands on the ground with his fist, cracking it as he grins.
"Ben 10! (Ben 10! B-B-B-Ben! Ben 10! B-B-B-Ben!)"
Tear-Wolf is then shown leaping from some trees as he looks fierce.
Shock Rock poses as he finishes transforming.
Sunset and the Rainbooms are shown powering up into their magic forms.
Heatblast chucks a fireball.
Ben is then shown slapping down on the Omnitrix.
The Mane 6, Spike, the royal sisters, the royal crystal family, Discord, Starlight Glimmer, Trixie and reformed Changelings, and Ben in griffon form stood together as they glared at someone as the Omnitrix boy smirked with crossed arms.
Twilight is shown fighting a giant bird monster as she uses her magic to slam it down on the ground.
Four Arms cries out as he finishes transforming.
XLR8 is shown running on top of the water.
The opening finishes up as the aliens all get sucked into the Omnitrix. Ben shows it while green rays come from it as the title appears next to him.
Ben 10: Omni-Magic Summer.
BOOOOOOOOM As everyone recovers, they all see a trail of destruction that leads to the smoking meteor. "What was that?!" "I don't know, but I doubt that's normal, even for our standards!" Max comments to the teenager at the sight. Ben then spoke out. "This alien's got to go." He then suddenly curled up into a ball and rolled in the direction of the crash site. "Don't you mean got to roll?" Max said to Gwen as they all followed. "Well, on the bright side, he's heading towards the meteor." "Now that I think about it, he looks familiar." Twilight mumbles out.
Ben stops and uncurls in front of a huge meteor, easily as big as the Crystal Empire's castle. "Whoa... It's huge." He comments as the others arrive, only for the ground to shake as they see cracks forming on it. "And alive?!" Twilight spoke out as large, purple legs emerged. "Quick, fall back!" Max cries out as they all rush away. Once the rocks stopped falling off, they glanced back and were shocked at seeing a huge, purple and pink alien tick!
The being steps forward and slams its tentacle mouth into the ground as it stabs its legs into the Earth, making the blue pores on its sides expel a noxious gas, making the humans recoil in disgust. "And quite aromatic as well!" Max mumbles as he waves in front of his nose as Twilight speaks out. "Okay, that's just disgusting!" "And I just thought that's Ben, not showering for 3 days." "4! And counting!" The alien smirks out at his cousin.
Just then, Twilight spots an alien ship approaching from the sky. "Look!" They all glanced as a door opened, revealing 3 different aliens in white robes and clothing. "Rejoice! He's arrived, in all of his glory." They all went down in separate, hovering platforms as the 3 humans and one alien hero were wary of them. "I await his proclamation." The small alien spoke as he placed his head against the tick as Max asked out. "Who are you guys?" The leader spoke out. "Relax. We come in peace." "That's why they always say! Right before they blow you to bits!" Gwen frowns out with crossed arms as Twilight comments with hands on hips. "Besides, that's like the oldest line in every single alien movie!"
The big alien with an axe floats by the 2 as he comments. "Earthlings with an attitude. I heard they exist here in large numbers. Or should I say, dead." "And an Arburian Pelarota, to boot." The leader observes as Ben realizes he must be talking about his new alien form as Gwen whispers to him. "At least we know what you are, now." "His prescience here is a sign, provided by the Great One. Isn't he not tremendous?" "Tremendous! All hail the Tremendous one!"
The axe worshipper then hovers over Ben as he asks. "But you're a little far away from home, aren't you?" "Actually... A lot closer than you think." Ben shrugs out. The Axe alien brushes it off. "It doesn't matter. Soon, there won't be a home for you to go back to. The Great One is planning on purifying your world, next week. Too bad. I heard it's a great vacation planet." "Why do I get the feeling we're not going to like this 'purification' thing?" Twilight whispers to the Tennysons, getting a bad feeling from these 4 newcomers to Earth.
"Everyone, quiet down! He's... speaking to me." The little alien leans his head on the tick as Gwen points out in a deadpan tone. "I don't hear anything." "Only I can speak his language." He explains as he listens to the huge bug, getting the message. "The Great One said that your planet will be purified before the next moon. You are quite lucky."
Suddenly, the ground starts turning black as the tree slowly dies and the Tennysons and Twilight are surprised by the events. "Uh... Twilight? What do ticks do?" Ben asks out. "Well, normally, ticks would feed off the blood of larger mammals. But that's impossible in this case because the Earth doesn't have any blood!" The smart Rainboom responds as Gwen ponders and realizes. "That's because it's not feeding on blood, it's feeding off the world's life force!" "Correct. It's quite an experience. Let me show you." The leader worshipper then floats in front of the group as the axe alien grumbles out. "Not the audio-visual thing again." After an annoyed glance at his colleague, he displays a simulation of what is happening.
"We follow the Great One from planet to planet. Galaxy to galaxy. After he visited every one of our planets. Notice his technique. The deep burrowing of the appendages into the planet's core, rotting it from the inside and then, ingesting it." The alien explains as the video finishes with the planet blowing up as Gwen speaks. "And that's what he's going to do to our planet?!" "That's not purifying, that's destroying!" Twilight cries out in horror.
"Of course... Your cities will be laid to waste, your mountains will crumble, and your oceans will dry up." The Axe alien spoke out. "It will be the end of the world as you know it. Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice!" "I don't think so. It's butt-kicking time!" Ben cries out as he rolls at them, only for the axe alien to smack him away, making the others chase after him! Ben kept bouncing off the trees as the others made into the area, only for Ben to slam into the others and crashing down a hill as the alien times out.
Ben groans as he gets up and glares at the watch. "Aw, man! This watch gives out a new alien, out of the blue, and all he does is roll around! No fair!" "Oh, yeah! And don't worry about the fact that some giant, planet sucker is going to wipe out Earth from the face of the universe! Cause that's fair!" Gwen snarks out, only for them to notice the trees are changing. "The trees are mutating! And at a rapid pace." Twilight breathes out. Grandpa Max then gestures up the hill. "We need to get back up there and destroy that thing before it destroys everything." They all rushed up, only to meet with large, thrashing grey tentacles that were alive as Ben exclaimed. "Whoa! Those weren't there when we rolled downhill, were they?!" "No! I think we would have remembered them!" Gwen cries out.
"That big tick's poison is mutating the landscape!" Max states out. "And at the rate it's going, there's no telling what that thing's poison can do to the environment and the land itself!" Twilight cries out. "Eww! Get your slimy whatever they are away from me!" Gwen screeches as she slaps a tendril, only to get ensnared as well as the others as they are slowly getting dragged into quicksand! "Ben! Turn alien before it's too late!" "I'm trying Grandpa! But it's still charging! Besides, what if I turn into something else that's useless as well?!" Twilight cries out. "If I can just activate my magic..." She struggles as her arms are pinned to the side.
"Come on! Give me someone good! GO HERO!" As the boy was dragged underneath, a green light was shown as Astrodactyl burst out and hovered above. "All right! Now we are talking! 'SQUAWK'!" He then uses his energy whip on the tentacles, scaring them off and swooping down to grab the girls in his arms and his grandpa with his feet as he flew off. He then activated his rings that blew up the tendrils and flew away, but noticeably slower as Twilight noticed. "Isn't Astrodactyl usually faster?" "Give me a break! 'SQUAWK' I'm not used to carrying 3 people at once! Especially large ones..." "Hey!" Max cried out in response.
"Time to tick off the tick!" The alien spoke as he zoomed as fast as he could. But as he flew through the mutated forest, more tendrils attacked! But he manages to dodge them and uses his mouth's star beam to blast them into dust. He then deploys his rings and blows up more tendrils as he flies up high. "How's that for star power? 'SQUAWK'!" The alien smirked as he kept flying.
As the worshipers were with the Great One, they heard a faint rumble as they looked in the direction it came from. The leader saw the mutated 'Old Faithful' Geyser, is ready to explode, any minute as he smiled. "It appears, that part of this planet is about to be liberated." The small alien listened to the Great One as he spoke out. "He wishes us to see the effect of his greatness. And go witness his supreme and ultimate power." The 3 took off to see Old Faithful erupted.
Max observes as the 4 kept flying. "Yellowstone is becoming more and more poisoned." Just then, they heard a rumbling that sounded like a heartbeat. "Anybody heard a heartbeat?" Twilight questioned as Max realized something. "Sounds like Old Faithfull is ready to blow! And there's no telling what that tick's poison could have done to it!" "One detour, coming up!" Astrodactyl cries out as he then turns towards the geyser, which looks like a pimple that is ready to burst.
As the worshippers arrived, the leader looked up and noticed something. "I have visual recognizance of the elderly man and the prepubescent female and adolescent female as well. But what are they riding on?" "One super-fast, star-powered, awesome flying dinosaur! "SQUAWK' Move it or lose it!" Astrodactyl screeches out as he barrels past the worshippers. "Not until we witness the eruption of the Great One's power." "Sorry! Not going to happen! Twilight, see if you can plug it up! And quick!" The smart girl nods at the alien, glances around, and notices some sticky slime on the ground, due to the mutation of the land, and uses her telekinesis to lift it and plugs up the geyser, like cement. "There! That should hold." The glasses-wearing girl smiles.
Astrodactyle then flew fast into a safe spot on the land and set the 3 down. "What are you doing?" Max asked his grandson." "Sorry, Grandpa! Need my hands free for this sky rumble! 'SQUAWK'" He took off as he confronted the worshippers. The alien hero quickly dodges a few axe energy waves as he whips at them, sending them packing as he flies circles around them. He then fires his mouth beam at the large alien, knocking him away and into the others. As the worshippers recovered and flew up, they noticed he was gone. "Where did he disappear to?" The axe alien asks as Astrodactyl dives down at them from the clouds. "Oh, yeah! Who's bad?! Oh, yeah! Who's- BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP "Oh, no!" FLASH
"HELP! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Ben yells as he freefalls as the others notice! "BEN!" Max cried out as Twilight gasped in horror. Ben lands on the hoverboard of the smaller alien, sending him crashing into one of the mutated trees, dazed. "Oh, man! Where's an instruction manual when you need it?!" Ben said, struggling to climb up and to control the hoverboard. He then, albeit with difficulty, flew the hoverboard around with the other two worshippers following suit. "Come on!" Ben said as he slowly started to stand up and gain his balance as he started to get the hang of the hoverboard. Only to notice the aliens on either side, making him quickly pull up as their energy attacks hit each other.
Ben kept flying as the aliens pursued while firing. Ben looks back at them and he notices the geyser and gets an idea, smirking as he dives downward and cries out. "Coming in for a landing!" "What's he doing?" Twilight asked as Gwen responded. "Knowing him, something crazy." Ben kept smirking as he was getting close to the clogged geyser, only to stop at the last second and shoot upward. "BEEP, BEEP!" He cries as he flies past the 2 aliens and they crash into the geyser, covered in thick slime. "Get us out!" The axe alien cries out.
"Never seen an intergalactic fender bender like that before." Max comments as they all smile as Ben shows up with a smirk. "Anyone needs a lift?"
As they arrived at the Tick, they noticed it was bigger than before. "Is it me, or did this giant-size pest get even bigger, when we last saw it?" Gwen notices. "Looks like it grows as it feeds on the planet." Twilight spoke out as Ben smirks. "Then it's time for this thing to go on the Four Arms diet!" He pushes the button as the dial shows the multi-limbed alien icon and slaps down on the Omnitrix. FLASH
Muscles and veins bulge out of the watch as it sinks into Ben's skin and crawls up his arm to his closed eye, just as it flashes open all green. He then grew big as 2 extra arms bust out from below his main pair, still fresh muscle as his skin grew toucher as he spins around and faces the fourth wall, crying out as he pumps all his arms and gave a battle cry as he poses.
Four Arms leaps up and lands several hard punches towards the Tick, only to just chip at the hard shell as a leg slams him away into a crater, causing him to time out. After recovering, Ben got back up and walked up to the bug. "Okay! 1 down, 9 to go!" FLASH Heatblast tires to burn it to a crisp, but it doesn't work as he stops and sees the tick is fireproof.
Tear-Wolf tries his iron claws, only for them to not make a scratch as his teeth are no good either!
XLR8's rabid strikes and claws were no match as well. Even making a tornado to lift it didn't work as well!
Shock Rock's electricity didn't even touch it as his weapons were no good either.
Lodestar can't even magnetize it and is too heavy to lift it. He tried a full-power magnet pulse, but that didn't work as well!
Upgrade tried to merge but got rejected harshly. Even merging with the alien hoverboard didn't provide him with the weapons to destroy the tick!
Astrodactyl tries his star power, but his rings and whips don't even pierce the shell.
Overflow's water couldn't even wash it off as his blades couldn't even scratch the shell.
Grey Matter didn't even bother trying to do anything as his brain had already calculated 10-20 ways he could try to stop the Tick and how they would all fail.
Ben breathed heavily while his hands were on his knees as he glanced back at the worried people. "Okay... I give! This thing's indestructible!" "Could this get any worse?" Twilight groans out. Just then, the worshippers returned. The tall alien looked towards the middle one. "Reverse beam flow." He ordered. The middle alien released a beam from his axe, which formed a forcefield around the Tennysons. Max banged his fist against it, which only ended up shocking him. "It's time for the final purification of your planet! And you 4 along with it." The middle alien announced. "Please tell me we have a Plan B?" Gwen whimpered. "I calculated all the odds and rechecked my math and they all add up to one thing: We're doomed." Twilight groans out.
As the mutant tree husks were shriveling up, the group of 4 were tossed at the Great One's feet and the tall alien placed a sponge into each of their hands. "What are we supposed to do with these?" Gwen asked. "Before the Great One can cleanse your planet forever, he must be cleansed." The tall alien explained. They looked to see the Great One secreting disgusting pus and goo from its pores as the girls recoiled in disgust.
"No way! I am not scrubbing that thing's feet!" Ben said and threw his sponge down. The middle alien responded by swiping another energy blast at their feet, which knocked them backward and they stood up, dazed. "Do as they say. For now." Max encouraged. And so, they picked up their sponges and started to reluctantly clean the Great One.
The small alien held his ear against the Great One as it oozed slime and smiled. "He says he missed us. It was not our fault, Great One. Please forgive us." "Forgiveness. Forgiveness. Forgiveness" The worshippers chorused. The humans scrubbed down the blue goop secreting from the Great One as Twilight looked on with absolute disgust as the teen groaned out. "Oh, man! Could this get any nastier?" As she said this, Gwen tried to scrub the Great One down some more, only for some white tick-like creatures to crawl out, causing her to scream and throw the bugs off her. "Gross! Space lice!"
They then noticed the trees in the background shrivel up and die into black husks as the ground turned into a more greyish landscape that was incapable of supporting any life. "We're running out of time!" Max said. "If we don't do something, all of humanity and Earth will be no more!" Twilight spoke out. "We need to stop this giant bug, and pronto!" The teen frowns.
"How? My aliens can't even make a dent in this thing! I went everybody!" Ben explains as Gwen reminds her cousin about a certain new alien he just got. "Not exactly everybody." "No way!" Ben protested with a frown as he kept scrubbing. "I am not turning into that ball thing again! Plus, I don't even know I could!" "Don't try and Earth turns into a giant cesspool!" Gwen reminded him as they watched the dead branches fall off the trees. "And if Earth explodes, it could take Equestria along with it, due to the link our 2 worlds share!" "You sure about that?" Twilight asks Ben in response to his question. "You want to take that huge risk and find out?" "I hate it when you 2 are right!" Ben shouted at the smart girls.
Just then, cracks form on the Tick as pieces of its shell fall off as the humans back away. "It's... shedding?" Gwen questions out. "More like transforming into something!" Max exclaims. The worshippers were glad of this turn of events as they were in awe. "His beauty." "His power." "His pus." "The end is upon us!" They spoke at the same time as the space tick got ready to end the world.
"Ben! Do it!" Twilight exclaims as the boy realizes he's got no choice as he pushes the button and raises his hand. "Here goes nothing." FLASH
Ben's arms became bloated while his body became fat and round and his neck shrunk while armor plates grew on his back and arms. He then spins into a ball and poses, finishing transforming.
"It worked!" Ben exclaims, now the new alien, only to fall back as he asks out. "Now what do I do?" "Destroy them all." The lead worshipper states as the aliens start firing beams at the humans as they run away, only to notice some beams bounce off the shell. "The scales will reflect the beams!" Max states. They grabbed discarded scales and used them for protection. Max grabbed another shield and deflected in some sweet moves. The magic smart girl then used her telekinesis on some other scales and threw them at the alien, making them dodge and weave as they got hit, knocking them senseless for a bit. "Yes!" Twilight grins out as they keep running and shielding the beams, as they also avoid some pus the tick is pouring out as well as it melts some rocks as well.
Ben managed to get back up, only to notice that they were cornered as he narrowed his eyes. "Time to rock and roll! Wait a sec..." His eyes widened as a memory flashed back in his head as Kevin turned into Wreckingbolt and said the same thing, showcasing his abilities as Ben smirked out. "Never thought I'd say this, but thank you, Kevin!" He curls up into a ball and spins dashes off! He smashes into the leader alien, sending him flying as he aims and bounces off some rocks to hit the smaller one, and then launches up high and slams down on the Axe alien. "3 Strikes and you're all out!" He quips as he manages to catch his family and lands safely away.
"Whoa... When did you learn how to do that?" Gwen asks as the alien answers. "Thank Kevin! I just realized that this is Wreckingbolt's good twin!" Twilight slaps her forehead as she smiles. "Of course! That's why he's familiar! This is the Omnitrix's version of Wreckingbolt!" Suddenly, Ben was assaulted by lasers but was able to reflect them with his plates, sending an axe energy wave back to them as they got knocked down. "Yep! And I'll call this guy, Cannonbolt!" He smirks out.
Suddenly, he got slimed as the Great One let out several piles of slime and it started shaking the world, making the humans gasp as the ground crumbled beneath them as they ran as the worshippers got back on their boards and flew up. "Let the digestion begin!" The leader alien cries out in joy as they manage to recover, only for Max to cry out. "Digest this!" The elder whacks the alien off as Cannonbolt rolls towards the Tick, avoiding the slime and ground quakes as he glares up as he notices it is sucking air in through its pores. "The bigger they are, the harder they'll fall! Time to take this thing down from the inside out!" He rolls up a rock ramp and flies into one. "SAY AHHHHHHH!" He grins out as the worshippers cry out in terror. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Inside the Tick, Cannonbolt was demolishing everything in the giant alien bug! Heart, Ribcage, Stomach, organs, everything! He was tearing the place up as he bounced around like a pinball. He even ricochets up some organs as they start filling the insides with liquids.
As Cannonbolt was giving the giant tick the worst case of indigestion, the Great One's skin started shifting uncontrollably as its shell broke off, until... BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
Tick gunk was raining everywhere as the worshipers were stunned while the humans shielded themselves as Gwen cried out. "Ultimate yuck! It's raining tick goop!" "There are times like this, I wished I stayed at Crystal Prep..." Twilight groans in disgust as she struggles to hold down her lunch. In the shattered remains of the Great One, Cannonbolt emerges as he groans at himself. "Okay... Now I need a shower." He shook his arms off the gunk in response.
"Nothing. The Great One is silenced, forever." The small alien moans out as he holds a shard. "You destroyed him!" The aliens approached as Cannonbolt got ready to fight. Only... "Hail to the new Great one!" "Hail! Hail!" "Whatever." The Axe worshipper groans out. The other 2 started bowing as the other walked up. "Not too loyal, aren't they?" But Cannonbolt merely smiles at his sister's comment. "I can get used to this! Heck! If the princesses find out, maybe they can make me king? What do you guys think? King Ben 10 of Equestria!" In a flash of red light stood Ben, still bathed in the tick gunk as the aliens stopped. "That's right. I forgot. You're just an undeveloped human specimen." "Well... When you put it that way..." Ben said to the leader's statement, still dripping space tick goop. The 2 aliens left for their ship as the 3rd one stayed behind and waved at them. "Enjoy the rest of your day." He catches up as they enter and leaves Earth.
"Actually, I think there's plenty more days to come." Max smiles out. "It looks like everything is going back to normal." Gwen smiles as the landscape is being restored to its original form. "Without that Tick feeding on the planet's life force, nature can heal itself." Twilight smiles out. Ben shook off the goo as he spoke out. "Hate to break it to you, Kate. But nothing we do is normal!" "Good job, Ben." "Yeah! I'm the kid who saved Earth, again! My work here is done!" Ben smiles at Max and kicks back and gazes up at the clear sky with a smile.
Later, after finding out the RV had been covered in tick goo and Overflow was able to give a quick and thorough washdown, the gang was enjoying some lunch as Ken and Applejack came out and yawned. "Wow! What a nap! Must have dozed off for quite a while. Hey, guys! So, did we miss anything?" The others just smiled and sat near each other and spoke. "Naw! Not much." The red-haired boy and cowgirl join them as they enjoy the day as Old Faithful erupts in the distance.
