Epilogue: A Celebration

Earth 6: Feudal Japan

In the midst of the celebration, their prince mysteriously vanished without a trace, worrying everyone, especially the Emperor and his wife. Some feared that he had been snatched away from their time once again, but then the samurai prince, known as Jack, returned home, bringing with him a wonderful surprise: Ashi. Everyone recalled how their prince had returned from the future with a mysterious new woman, whom na had accepted as his one and only love. At the celebration of their union and the victory over Aku, which had been attended by the great chiefs of every tribe in the world, a terrible catastrophe had taken place. Aku was the reason for her birth, hence his death in the past would reverse everything, she revealed as she slumped as she made her way down the aisle.

Many were startled to see Ashi, who had faded away in Jack's arms, alive and well, after a portal had opened up and they had passed through it. She had been distraught. The two told the emperor and the empress about their most recent adventure, and they were astounded by what their son and soon-to-be daughter-in-law accomplished with champions from other worlds and how they defeated an army of genocidal creatures. Jack told them that it was amazing and almost impossible, and that it was nothing short of a miracle, and that they were ready to deal with unfinished business. The couple's situation was improving after they were vanquished, Ashi was now alive, and the time had come for them to get married.

They only had to wait for the honored visitors when, in the grassy fields, a number of portals opened and the heroes Jack and Ashi had battled alongside emerged from them. Zak Saturday looked over to the flourishing kingdom and said, "Well, this looks like the place." "This place definitely has a feudal Japan vibe to it."

Danny commented on the complete lack of contemporary technology in the area, "Let's see, no planes, no cars, and no phones. Yeah, this is totally somewhere in the past."

Ilana exhaled a "Wow" and looked with amazement. It's really lovely; in some respects, it reminds me of Galalunia.

Lance crossed his arms, "I still don't see why we should be here."

His arm was nudged by Penn. Come on Lance, what better way to celebrate our fantastic victory than to attend Jack and Ashi's wedding, for which I am truly thrilled.

In concealment, Marinette embarrassedly stroked her arm. The sound of rushing horses made her think, "I only hope we are not too underdressed for this, I mean I don't know anything about formal wear for a Japanese wedding."

They could see a small group of armored soldiers approaching them on horses from a distance, but as they got close to the newly formed team, they stopped. Aang said, "Oh sweet, the welcoming committee." He was met with numerous spears pointing at him, making him jump, and said, "Hey? We're friends of both the bride and the groom, so why don't you go ahead and take us to them?" "Or not."

A recognizable voice yelled, "Hold yourselves, soldiers! They are friends, not enemies," which caused the warriors to draw their swords and stand at attention as their prince approached. Jack, who was not in his white gi but rather dark robes, grinned at everyone. Sorry about the soldiers, they're not used to visitors like you, but my friends, I'm so delighted you're all here. I'm glad you all accepted our invitation.

Ben approached and extended his hand. "It's the least we could do after everything we went through to defeat the Novatrons, so where is Ashi?"

Jack said, "With my mother, getting ready for the ceremony." He paused, thinking. In order for everyone to be dressed more appropriately, "You know, until it can begin, why don't the girls attend to her while the rest of you come with me."

Star grinned as she, Kim, June, Sashi, Jenny, Ilana, and Ladybug followed the soldiers to Ashi, saying, "That's a great idea!" "See you later, guys!"

Jack swiveled to face the boys. They started heading to the palace with him, saying, "If you would all follow me."

Jake said, "Gotta say Jack, you look pretty fantastic for your wedding day."

Steel gave the samurai a gentle prod and smirked, "Yeah man, I bet Ashi agrees."

Max yanked him away and reprimanded him. "Steel, don't bother him; it's his wedding; let's just celebrate," Max said.

Octus, who was pretending to be Newton, grinned as he surveyed the surroundings and noticed youngsters playing with their parents nearby. "Jack, your house is lovely, and it seems like the ideal location for a wedding."

Jack said, "Thank you, Octus."

Rex supported his head with his arms. So you're anxious, right?

In disbelief, Randy turned to face him. He asked, "Dude, seriously?"

A masked Adrien said, "Classy, Rex."

Actually, Boone said, "I was about to ask that."

Jack responded with a contemplative, "It's quite alright." He looked down a little, remembering their last wedding, "Honestly, I do have some concerns. It's just, I had lost Ashi once and I'm afraid at the thought of losing her again." "In these times that are supposed to be peaceful, I'm not sure if I can handle any more tragedy."

Ben patted the samurai Jack and said, "Come on, don't be like that." Try to be happy; we are here, Ashi is here, and all of your friends and family are here for your wedding.

Jack grinned in appreciation as he acknowledged their accuracy.

"Ben, I appreciate your kind sentiments. Is there someone special in your life?" Jack asked.

Ben continued, "Actually yeah. She has a wonderful cute face and gorgeous blond hair. I hope to ask her to go on a date with the "I wish that I could meet her again and how's she doing." Then, he was thinking about Stella, the princess of Solaria from a different universe.

Ben grinned when Jack remarked, "Well, if you want to meet her again, then someday you two will be together like me and Ashi."

Jack then had good reason to be optimistic, especially now that he can spend time with the love of his life. He pointed to an older guy who was Jack's father and said, "My friends, allow me to introduce you to my father, the Emperor." He was dressed in gray robes and wore a medal with their family's emblem on it. I told you and your mother about these young champions, father, now they are here."

The emperor nodded while grinning. The pothers bowed in return as a sign of respect, saying, "You honor my family by attending my son's wedding." Come on, we have a lot to do before we can start, and we'll get you all dressed."

Ashi was being pampered by her soon-to-be mother-in-law and the female aides, who were putting the finishing touches on her wedding gown while the bride patiently awaited the start of the ceremony because it was customary for the groom and the bride to not see each other before the ceremony. A guard bowed his head in greeting to the bride and the empress of the new guests as the door opened and interrupted them. "Please excuse my interruption, but the notable guests have arrived."

He widened the door even more to let the girls inside. Star smiled and waved, "Hi Ashi!"

When Ashi spotted her friends and teammates, she grinned broadly. She gave them all embraces and remarked, "I'm so glad you could all make it." She speculated, "I take it the boys are with Jack?"

Ladybug nodded and looked at the bride's dress, "Pretty much." You look stunning in that, wow.

Kim said, "It truly brings out the best in you."

"Yeah, I agree the dress looks good on you," June said.

Jenny grinned and continued, "I'm so happy for you."

Eyes rolling, Sashi said. "I don't understand the fuss; it's just a dress,"

Ilana remarked, "It commemorates the holy matrimony between her and Jack, Sashi." When you and Penn get engaged, wouldn't you want to look this good?

Sashi took a small step back while blushing angrily. Wow, we're just dating! I mean, it sounds lovely, but we're just 14!" She was modest enough to acknowledge that it did sound nice.

She smiled a sweet and friendly grin and said, "Girls, allow me to introduce someone." The Empress, who has been assisting me in getting ready for the big day, is Jack's mother.

Ilana bowed respectfully and said, "It is an honor, your highness, I am princess Ilana of Galalunia." She then nudged Star.

The princess who was younger lifted an eyebrow in perplexity. "What?"

Ilana murmured, "Bow and state your title."

Still, Star didn't understand. She questioned, "Why?"

The Empress put her hand up. But first things first, I believe a change of clothing is necessary. clapping with her hands, multiple geishas appeared and now it was time for makeovers. "No need for formalities, since my son and Ashi had told me about you people, allow myself to share my gratitude to all of you for sparing your time for attending this happy of weddings.

The most important time had arrived.

At the altar, everyone from all across the country and Jack's childhood mentors were present. As Jack waited patiently with the priest, he experienced nostalgia but was sure that this time there wouldn't be a disaster. The rest of the Ultra Legion stood together in period-appropriate clothing. The boys wore robes that resembled Jack's gi but in colors that were distinctively their own and reminiscent of their regular attire. The same could be said for the girls, who wore stunning kimonos. Steel floated close to Max and excitedly clasped his servos. Everyone turned to face Ashi as she was being assisted as she walked down the aisle.

With a loving smile shared by the two, Ron took hold of Kim's arm while Sashi rested her head on Penn's shoulder.

Star turned to look at Marco. He was simply stunning in that gi, so perhaps things could go well with the two of them in Mewni.

Ashi approached the priest exactly where she and Jack were standing when the priest started speaking. In order to celebrate the union of our prince and his love, friends and family are gathered. "Do you both promise to love each other until the end, to give your support in the most trying of times, and to share this love with those you are close to?"

Asked Jack, "I do."

Again, Ashi said, "I do."

The priest stretched out his arms. "Then I welcome you as husband and wife, and you may kiss to confirm this union in the names of our forefathers and the gods themselves."

After all they had gone through, Jack and Ashi could finally name each other husband and wife as they both turned to face each other, Jack carefully holding the sides of Ashi's face, and the two shared a passionate kiss. Everyone applauded, with the team showing the greatest joy for their new friends. Ashi received a bouquet of flowers and threw it into the air; however, Star unexpectedly caught it by mistake, causing her to stumble a little, but Marco caught her. They both smiled as they turned to face the newlyweds.

As they hurried down and onto the carriage, Jack and Ashi clutched on to each other and waved goodbye before setting off on their new journey.

Ben smiled at this and pondered what else might be in store for him and his new team.
