Chapter 2

1 YEAR LATER

BOOM!

Mugen's space pod just landed on earth, near the spot where Raditz ship landed. After exiting the space pod, he looked around and Mugen was instantly taken aback. He started to fly around the planet above cities, towns, and villages. Mugen has never seen a planet like earth. The animals and the plant life radiate a sense of tranquility to him. While observing this planet Mugen decided that he would never subjugate another planet. The place away from Frieza, that Mugen always dreamed of, he believes earth is the place.

WITH GOHAN AND PICCOLO

"Mr. Piccolo, do you sense that?" asked the young half Saiyan.

"Yes, I do but I thought only two Saiyan's were coming why is there another one and he arrived before his partners." Piccolo muses aloud.

"This is not good, maybe if we ambush this one might be able to defeat him before the other two land." Making his decision to confront the Saiyan, Piccolo begins to fly off. "Come, Gohan and get ready for a fight this is not going to be pretty."

WITH MUGEN

BEEEP!

Mugen's scouter alerted him to two power levels heading in his direction, He stopped in a wasteland and waited for their arrival. After a few minutes a young child in a purple Gi and a Namekian wearing the same Gi landed in front of Mugen. He clicked his scouter to check their power levels and the boy who looked to be around his son's age has a power level of 2,800. Impressive a for a human especially one so young. Then he looked over at the Namekian and he had a power level of 3,500. Not bad considering what it was a year ago when he fought Raditz. Before Mugen could dive deeper into thought the Namekian spoke.

"What are you doing here on earth?" he asked in a demanding tone. Mugen did not like his tone, but he answered nevertheless, "Nothing at the moment, I am simply observing." Mugen stated in a very condescending tone that pissed Piccolo off.

"I don't care why you are here, leave this planet now if you want to live!" Piccolo snarled at the Saiyan that was looking very uninterested. Before Mugen could retort a short bald man wearing an orange Gi appeared.

"Yo, Piccolo Gohan long time no see" he greeted as he landed near Piccolo and Gohan. Gohan greeted him back while the irritated Piccolo hissed at the two. "You idiots, your enemy is right in front of you and both of you are acting like fools. Why are you even here Krillin you will only get in the way? Does that mean those other idiots are coming as well?" Startled by Piccolo's tone Krillin responded "Yes, everyone is coming, and we have been training we will not be a burden" he responded with a firm tone and resolute look on his face.

While they were speaking Mugen walked over to a boulder and sat down on it. He also checked with his scouter for these other fighters they spoke of to see if Kakarot was around. The short bald one has a level of 1,770. Impressive in Mugen's opinion for a human. There were only two more power levels over one thousand, so Mugen concluded Kakarot was not around. So, he decided to ask, "Where is Kakarot?"

The bald human spoke up in an annoyed tone "His name is not Kakarot it is Son Goku. He will be here, but he is the least of your worries you must deal with us." As if on cue, when he finished speaking three other fighters landed next to them. One was a short pale skinned wearing a green and black Gi with a hat on. Next to him was a tall muscular bald man, with three eyes, wearing green pants with no shirt. The last one to land was another earthling with long black hair that goes down his back, wearing an orange Gi like the short bald man, with a scar on his cheek that made Mugen think of his own scar. They all looked ready for battle.

Mugen started laughing when they got in their battle stances. After a few seconds he calmed down and began to speak "Hohoe! Please, me worry about any of you is hilarious. I didn't know earth had comedians. Even if all of you banded together against me you would not even make me sweat." To prove his statement, Mugen began unleashing some of his power. The effects of this were immediate, the ground began to shake, some of the z fighters began to tremble. "Unreal, how could anyone be this powerful!" Krillin shouted. "Impossible, how can we beat this guy?" Gohan asked, scared out of his mind.

Seeing this Mugen stopped his display of power and said, "Ha, and that was a fraction of my power. So, don't flatter yourselves thinking you can beat me. I did not come to fight weaklings; I will let Nappa handle you." Hearing this Piccolo started thinking "if he is this strong how powerful are the other two. This is bad, Goku needs to get here now." Coming out of his thoughts he heard the Saiyan addressing him. "You, Namekian, are you the one who created the dragon balls on earth?"

Before, Piccolo could respond they felt a huge surge of energy and a huge explosion shook the earth. "Tsk. That dumbass, he just landed and he's already blowing shit to hell." Said Mugen, his voice filled with annoyance. Starting to get pissed off Mugen decides he will just wait for Kakarot to show and have a conversation with him. "Never mind, with those two idiots here the battle will start soon. Have fun." After saying this the Saiyan closed his eyes and waited for his comrades.

Few minutes Earlier

"Hey, Vegeta how about we give these earthlings a nice welcome?" after saying that the large Saiyan raised two fingers and blew up half of east city.

"Nappa, you damn fool! What if you blew up one of the dragon balls?" shouted the Saiyan prince. Realizing that he might have made a mistake Nappa hung his head in embarrassment. Seeing this, Vegeta shook his head and clicked his scouter.

"No point in crying over spoiled milk I suppose. Now let's see here, it seems Mugen got here before us, and he is surrounded by quite a few high-power levels. Let's go Nappa, he may have already collected a few."

With Mugen

Mugen looked up towards the sky to see Vegeta and Nappa landing next to him. "Have you found any of the dragon balls?" Nappa asked when they finally landed. "No, I just got out of the pod a little while ago. You probably destroyed one with that dumbass explosion, you damn meathead!" Mugen said his annoyance showing.

Before Nappa could respond Vegeta spoke up "Never mind that, who are these fools?"

"Apparently these are Kakarot's comrades, they seem ready for a fight, but I refuse to fight them. They do not interest me at the moment so I will let you handle them." Mugen responded while closing his eyes again.

"Very well then, their power levels are pretty low. Nappa bring out the Saibamen." Nappa doing as ordered he started to plant them.

"I would not trust the scouters, Vegeta; their power levels were higher when I first checked them." Mugen told the prince.

"So, they can control their power level eh. Well, it still seems that the Saibamen will be a good test of their power. Hey earthlings, Let's make this interesting and have one on one battles our men versus you." Vegeta says with a smirk plastered on his face. When he finished speaking 6 small green men pop out of the ground.

"Very well then, I go first. You guys get the next one." Tien says as he steps up. One of the Saibamen rushed the three eyed warrior and split its head open and shot acid toward him. Tien dodged the attack easily and appeared behind the Saibamen with an elbow to the chest incapacitating it. Seeing that he had won he began to walk off.

Vegeta scoffed at the display and blew up the saibamen as it was attempting to stand. "How useless, do not disappoint again." Vegeta said to the rest of the Saibamen. Next to step up and battle was Yamcha.

"Alright guys, watch and learn!" Yamcha states in a cocky tone as he steps forward to battle the next foe. He and the saibamen rushed at one another and began to clash. The saibamen caught one of Yamcha's punches and kicked the earthling in the face. After being hit in the face Yamcha decided to end the fight quickly and used his signature move "WOLF FANG FIST!" He hit the Saibamen with a flurry of punches knocking it to the ground.

Thinking that he had won he turned towards the remaining Saibamen and began to gloat. "I might as well take on the rest of you by myself!" As he was saying this, he did not notice the one was fighting to get up. It pounced on him when it got the opportunity and caught him in a bear hug. "HEY, GET OFF ME!" the earthling shouted but it was too late and the saibamen blew them both up.

"NO, Yamcha you have to be okay!" Krillin shouted. After seeing that his friend had died his power level began to rise.

A/N: I kinda started this story without really thinking of how I would write it but I am going to continue just need some time to brainstorm.
