Welcome to the redo of my old story. This story takes place during HTTYD1, except a few things have been changed, eg: Hiccup is friends with Snotlout, and he doesn't shoot Toothless down.

"Two worlds shall forever collide until one wrong can be set aside." That's what it said. But what does it mean? Hiccup stumbles into a world much like his own, but completely different. Only question, how to get back?

Pre-HTTYD. Long before Hiccup and Toothless met, they both led separate but equally tragic and uneasy lives. This story will follow some important events that these two future friends went through before their first meeting.

Hiccup had always thought the gods laughed at him. After a bored Loki teleports Berk and a few more people to a random room in order to 'watch the future' he is certain of it. Plucked from just before trying to tame a Monstrous Nightmare he is not happy. Especially because of the whole technically being a traitor thing. Which they would likely find out, which is great.

Like many other stories, Hiccup runs away from Berk to protect his deepest secret. However, he finds himself on an island where dragons are treated as friends instead of foes. Astrid places two test for suitors to win her hand in marriage. When Hiccup passed the tests, she gives him the cold shoulder and refuses to marry him. Hiccup leaves to go end the dragon raids. After they return with unconscious Hiccup, the villagers have to figure out a way to apologize for bad treatment towards him.

An ancient secret is about to be revealed, and after 1,300 years, new Dragon Riders are about to rise. However, they will face challenges just like their predecessors, and just like them, they will do whatever it takes to protect their dragons.

(REWRITE) Even with Drago gone, the aftermath of his reign opens old wounds. Leaving Zyrah, the unwanted child of two of Drago's former hunters, to uncover her history. And her beloved female Night Fury brings Toothless to his roots.

With Berk's 401st year anniversary coming, the vikings celebrate with friends old and new. Despite Hiccup's best intentions, this causes Dagur and Alvin to meet again for the first time since the Berserker's escape from his prison. Though Dagur's friends are willing to move on, Alvin is determined to let him know that his change of character is not unanimously accepted.

A human hatchling is adopted by a family of Night Furies. As the hatchling, Bright, grows up as a wild boy, he must take a chance at earning the Alpha's respect when evil lurks in every corner of the Archipelago. Can Bright earn his Alpha's respect and continue his life as the child of dragons? [AU]
