On another sunny day in Savannah City, Tora, Trunks and surprisingly Adrien were stuck inside, working at Mrs. Mack's. "Is it me, or has Adrien been showing up a lot more frequently since we found out he was an alien?", Trunks asked.

"You're overthinking it.", Tora assured him. "Besides, he assured Marina that he no longer needed to make frequent reports, given that we're on his side."

"So his absences were reports?", Trunks questioned. "That took a whole day? And tended to come on days when monsters attacks were in progress, rather than afterwards?"

"I can hear what you're saying.", Adrien called out. "And to answer your confusion, Galactic demands reports be made live, it's nothing too sinister, like you were probably expecting."

It was then that Marina walked in. "Oh hey, I'm here to do lunch."

"Good, there's a lot to talk about.", Trunks spoke up.

"Not with you.", Marina spoke up. "Adrien asked me on a date. We're booked in at the cafe near the plaza."

Adrien stepped forward and took her by the arm. "Shall we go then, mademoiselle?" He then started walking off with Marina, before turning back to Trunks. "Don't worry, I won't bring her back too injured.", he commented as the couple laughed.

"Aw, they're so sweet together.", Tora said.

"Yes.", Trunks coughed, before walking off. "Excuse me, I have something to look up."

Above the Earth on the Arrowhead, Metal Alice was pushed to the floor by Archris. "What do you mean Keldor is busy?", he snarled. "I have summoned him and he dares not to show up?"

"My master… is busy with his plan.", Metal Alice pleaded. "He sent me to take over the responsibility you were about to give him."

"It would be more expedient to give the robot the task at hand.", Ignoblia pointed out. "Better that than risk delays to damage the plan."

Archris sighed. "Fine then. Robot, tell your master that I ask assigning the two of you to assist the first of my elite warriors to arrive, by supervising her assault."

As if on cue, said elite warrior entered the room. She was a fat alien with a white chest, red arms and black legs, wearing thick white cuffs around her hands and a belt with 5 stars on it. Her face consisted of a pair of blue eyes with what resembled a cross between a jellyfish and a chef's hat for a head. "Gourmonster, at your service, Senor. Bongiourno!"

Cuborg was perplexed. "How is this guy gonna help us?"

"Gourmonster is one of the greatest chefs in the universe.", Ignoblia answered. "No being can refuse what she serves up."

"Not even the Rangers or their Cubezords.", Metal Alice realised. "Come, Gourmonster. We have work to begin."

"Si, Senora.", Gourmonster nodded as she and Metal Alice teleported down.

At the restaurant near the plaza, Marina and Adrien were laughing over an anecdote shared by the former. "So Lenny ended up having to share Tora's underpants for the WHOLE week?", Adrien asked.

"Yeah, and none of us thought to tell him, because the picture was too good.", Marina said as she stopped herself from laughing. "Unfortunately, Trunks stopped seeing it as funny and told Sir Caesar, meaning Tora and I had to take a punishment for the next few days."

"You know, I feel we've really been bonding the last few days.", Adrien stated, before taking out a box, with a set of 6 identical badges. "In fact, I'm willing to make you and your friends honorary members of Galactic Investigation."

Marina was shocked, but composed herself and took a badge out of the box. "I'll make sure the others get there's at the first opportunity."

Suddenly a scream rang out, as a man was blasted with what seemed to be pasta, causing him to inflate to the size of a large marrow. "I'll get to safety.", Adrien insisted. "You deal with whatever's causing this." He turned and started running away.

"Right.", Marina nodded as she took out her Morpher. "Jeremy, something's come up. Have the others meet me near the plaza."

Nearby, Gourmonster was blasting everyone in sight with her pasta, fired from a salt shaker like weapon. "Yes, you humans. Eat my food and become bait to lure out the Cubezords."

"You want the Cubezords?" Gourmonster turned to observe the 6 main Rangers (Jeremy had stayed behind) arriving. "Well we're about to serve them up with a side of butt-whooping.", Johnny announced. "It's Morphin' Time!"

"Predator/Primal Spirits, Awaken!" In a flash, everyone was morphed.

"Ah, the main course.", Gourmonster chuckled. "Prepare to be served." The 6 then ran in and began fighting her in hand to hand. The fight proceeded, with Gourmonster knocking everyone else back, before Marina flipped in to fight her. "Ah, a Squalo Senorita. How delicious looking."

Everyone hit her with their weapons and knocked her to where Keldor could get a clear view. From the sidelines, Keldor observed everything. "That monster seems familiar somehow." He then held out his Anima Arm, placing it against his face. "Perhaps I can use this to remind myself. After all, it can read memories." He scanned his own mind, flashing back to the time he was taken out by one of Archris's monsters as the final clash with Floriana took place. He remembered that he had been increased in mass by pasta, just like those people. While he didn't get a good look at his attacker, now it was clear who it really was. "That creature!"

A call then came in from Metal Alice. "Master Keldor, Archris has assigned one of his warriors to work with us."

"I'm aware.", Keldor proactively snarled. "Perhaps we can get some use out of them."

Back on the ground, Luke hit Gourmonster with his fist, while Lenny and Johnny held the monster in place. But the monster then broke free. "I think all of you could use a little pepper." She then sprayed everyone and stepped back…

But Marina had managed to escape. "I'm gonna chop you into sushi.", she announced. After delivering a few slashes, she tried launching a kick to her stomach, only to be launched back but the sheer fat.

She landed on the floor, with Tora helping her up. "Are you okay?"

"This dish is a-ruined.", Gourmonster fumed. "I'm leaving to start over." She then used her weapon to generate a rainbow coloured dough, into which she vanished.

"Damn, she's elusive.", Johnny fumed.

"Yeah, but look.", Lenny pointed out. "Everyone she fed is returning to normal." Sure enough. The victims were shrinking down back to human size, before getting up and hightailing it out of there before anything else could happen.

"Speaking of food...", Marina realised. "Oh shoot, I need to check if Adrien's okay."

"He'll be fine.", Trunks assured her.

"You don't know that!" Marina demorphed and set off running. "We'll rain check later to figure out how to beat that guy."

"Man, she really can't get Adrien off her mind right now, can she?", Luke asked.

"I know.", Trunks answered him. "And it worries me."

Elsewhere, Gourmonster also observed her spell wearing off. "Hey, those people can't just lose the weight I went to the trouble of giving them. It's not supposed to go like that."

"Perhaps there's some element in your food that humans can't fully digest.", Alice suggested. "Maybe you could try to isolate why humans can stomach their own foodstuffs, but not yours."

"But you won't have much time.", Keldor stated as he walked onto the scene. "Once you're finished with that task, I want you to help me kidnap someone." He held up a holographic image of Adrien. "He's an agent of Galactic sent to interfere with our operations on Earth."

"Hmm, he does seem familiar, but is he really an agent?", Gourmonster thought. "But don't worry, I will be done with my taste sampling by tomorrow night. Robot, hand me a disguise kit." Alice complied, giving her a cylindrical device which she pressed, transforming him into a middle-aged blonde woman, dressed in a female business suit and glasses. Gourmonster was confused by this. "Why did I become a dull-looking human?"

"These disguise kits were created for my use.", Alice answered him. "But look on the bright side, the Rangers will be expecting an overweight female in a chef's outfit to be your disguise. You have more freedom to move this way."

Gourmonster smiled at this thought. "Good thinking, robot." She then held out the disguise kit, turning it into a pen, and inserted it into her pocket. "I'm off to do some reviews." Gourmonster then turned and set off.

"Well the plans begins tomorrow night.", Keldor reiterated. "Plenty of time to prepare for our endgame."

"So soon?", Alice asked, but her reprogramming forbade her from fully questioning. "I understand."

Elsewhere, Marina was on the phone, trying to reach Adrien. "Come on, pick up." She had tried calling 19 times already with no response. "Don't ghost me because of some monster attack?"

"Hello.", Adrien's voice came from the other end of the jewel she wore around her neck. Marina sighed in relief hearing this."

She then picked up the jewel and pressed the hidden switch. "Oh, Adrien. I forgot about this. Anyway, sorry I had to bail today, so I was thinking we could do a rain check."

"My thoughts exactly.", Adrien said in response as Tora and Lenny entered the room, listening in. "How does tomorrow night sound for you?"

"That sounds nice.", Marina answered. "I'll see you then." As she 'hung up', she noticed that Tora and Lenny were observing her. "What?"

"We're just happy to see that you're, as the humans say, coming out of your shell to be with someone.", Lenny answered.

"Granted, I am slightly disappointed that Adrien chose you instead of me.", Tora said, pouting. "But I am happy for you two, really."

"Oh, that reminds me." Marina took out the box she had been given by Adrien, and gave each of her friends one of the badges. "Adrien told me to give these to everyone. Apparently, they mark us as members of Galactic."

"Galactic went out of business 20 years ago.", Trunks stated. "I checked with some non-Earth natives on the Ranger network."

"So I haven't been getting paycheques for a while.", Adrien commented blithely. It was now the morning after his abortive date with Marina, and Trunks had decided to come in early and confront him. "What's your point?"

"My point is that you're lying about who you are, and I can't trust you.", Trunks answered. "And I'm concerned that the others are."

"People will trust anyone who seems friendly to them. It's as simple as that, my friend.", Adrien answered him. "And besides, what would happen if people saw your real face? They'd treat you like a freak and lock you up, just for looking different. On this planet, appearance is everything." He then turned away. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have work to get back to."

Trunks sighed. "You're hiding something, Adrien. If that is your real name. And I'm going to keep working until I find out what it is."

Meanwhile, Luke had taken Stevie out to a restaurant, only to be told they were closed. "What?", Stevie asked. "That's outrageous. I had this place booked in for today. What happened?"

"I'm sorry, Madam. But we have a special guest tonight. A food critic named Gael Munster showed up and asked that we serve up all of our best dishes. We've had to put everyone onto preparing them, which means we can't conduct regular business. Perhaps you could come back tomorrow."

Luke could see Stevie was about to lash out, so he spoke up. "Yeah. We'll take a seat tomorrow." He the g rubbed onto Stevie and walked away. "Come on, baby. We'll try somewhere else."

Inside the restaurant, Gourmonster, in her disguise as a human, was being served by a waiter. "Madame Munster, our restaurant's speciality dishes, all in the form of a buffet."

"Why thank you.", 'Gael Munster" nodded, as she began to tuck into the food in question. Much to the maitre'd's surprise, she got through the whole course in a matter of 5 minutes, something her non-human physiology allowed her to do easily. "Nice selection of spices.", she said as she continued to down a bottle of wine without pouring it out. "Exquisite, my good man. Truly exquisite. I must know the recipe, so I can serve it to my kids."

"I'll have the chefs include it with the bill, Madam.", the maitre'd nervously nodded as he turned and edged his way into the kitchen.

As he was gone, Gourmonster took out the money that Keldor had provided her with to pay for her meal, when her communicator went off, which she answered. "Ah, Keldor. Don't worry, I'm wrapping things up now. I assume you've got the location I need to go to so I can kidnap the guy."

And near the docks, Marina was making her way there, when she stopped. "You can come out of hiding, Trunks. I heard you about three blocks back." Trunks sighed, walking out in front of her. "You seem to forget that as a shark, you can't sneak up on me."

"I guess I'm too focused on other matters.", Trunks commented. "And yes, I'm not giving up on being suspicious of Adrien."

Marina growled. "What is with you? Adrien's done nothing but help us both before and after we knew the truth about him, and yet you act like he killed your mom or something." Trunks gave her a furious glare for that statement. "Oh Trunks, I'm sorry. I didn't think…"

"Yes, you didn't.", Trunks said in response. "I think Adrien is more than he appears. After all, why else has he started wearing that glove everywhere?"

"I did ask him about that.", Marina informed her friend. "Adrien said it was to hide an injury he'd recently suffered from exposing him as non-human." She then kept walking. "How about you come with me, and I'll prove that Adrien isn't with the…" She suddenly stopped as she saw something. "Hunters!"

"Now, I never said that he was a Hunter.", Trunks insisted. "I just said he might be suspicious." But the he got a good look at what she was seeing.

It was Keldor and Gourmonster, holding Adrien hostage. "Ah Rangers, so good of you to witness me dealing with a spy."

"Marina, Trunks, get out of here!", Adrien yelled.

"No, stay for a few minutes to receive an ultimatum.", Keldor insisted. "If you and four fellow Animen don't meet me at the plaza tomorrow, then I'll personally execute this one. You have 12 hours, so I suggest you and your friends reach a consensus by then." He and his party then teleported out with their catch.

Trunks could see that Marina was about to break down and moved to stop it. "Look, I'm sorry. But right now, Adrien's only hope is if we inform the others and prepare a rescue."

"Y-you're right.", Marina nodded. "Let's get back to the others."

Elsewhere, Keldor and Gourmonster had rendered Adrien unconscious. "You've done well.", Keldor stated to his associate. "Now you can go ahead and prepare your Zord feeding plan."

"Oh, thank you.", Gourmonster bowed. "With the food I've tasted on this planet, I can improve my cuisine to make the effects extra tasty." She then turned and departed. "But first, I need to get to work cooking."

"Yes, you do that.", Keldor stated as he turned to Adrien. "Because tomorrow, we're going to change everything."

Back aboard the Arrowhead, Metal Alice walked onto the bridge. "What's your progress report?", Ignoblia asked.

"After several hours of preparation, Gourmonster is about to debut her new recipe.", was Alice's answer. "And in the meantime, Keldor is about ready to unveil his secret project's endgame, giving you all two things to look forward to."

"How intriguing.", Archris stated. "Ignoblia, set up two separate feeds, so we can view both at once."

"Yes, sir.", Ignoblia nodded, before going over to the control system.

And at the zoo house, Marina and Trunks had explained the situation to the others, and they had formulated a plan. "So it's simple.", Johnny explained. "We walk up to Keldor with no weapons out to lower his guard. And then we pull out all our weapons to launch an attack at him. And thus, Adrien is saved."

"Sounds good.", Tora spears the first to speak. "Just so long as nothing else happens."

It was then that Jeremy ran in. "Bad news. That cooking creature's shown up again. And this time, the people fattened by her food aren't reverting."

"We can't deal with both problems at the same time.", Marina pointed out. "Adrien's counting on m- on us!"

"We can deal with both problems at once.", Luke pointed out. "Keldor specifically requested the Animen. That leaves me and Johnny free to fight off the alien while you go and rescue Adrien."

"That could work.", Lenny spoke up.

"Well then, what're we waiting around for?", Trunks asked. "Let's go."

Soon enough, Johnny and Luke teleported to Gourmonster's location, already morphed. "Oh, only two course being served today?", she commented, with slight disappointment. "That just means there'll be room for dessert once Keldor is done with your friends."

"Wishful thinking.", Johnny stated, as he summoned the Whale Morpher. "Primal Evolution!"

Luke likewise initiated his super mode morph. "Super Primal Mode, Unleash!"

After assuming their alternate forms, the two brothers ran in to face Gourmonster directly, with Luke using his Alligator Arm as a whip and Johnny firing some shots with his Whale Morpher, which she took with no issue. "You two have a variety of flavours to you. How delightful." She then took out her weapon, and sprayed pepper in her foes' eyes to send them reeling.

Elsewhere, the other Rangers approached Keldor's location, with Adrien still keeled over in the chair. "So, all of you were brave enough to show up to your doom?", Keldor commented. "Tell you what, how about you surrender and I might spare your life."

"How about no.", Marina retorted, as she and the others instantly morphed. "We're gonna take you down and bring Adrien home." The 4 pulled out their Primal Sabers and engaged Keldor in a swordfight. Marina then delivered a slash that knocked Keldor back, before transforming into Primal Mode. "Tidal Impact!" She hit Keldor with a massive amount of force, causing him to explode.

"Well, that was easy.", Tora commented.

"Yeah.", Trunks concurred. "Too easy."

Marina wasn't listening, instead running over to the captive. "Adrien. Please wake up. You have to be alright."

Adrien regained consciousness at that moment. "Marina.", he murmured with some tiredness. "You saved me."

"Of course I did.", Marina assured him. "I-I lo-."

But then Adrien tore off his glove and grabbed her by the helmet. "I knew you weak-minded fools would try to save me." He was now cackling, as he punched Marina back. "Battle Armour, Activate!" As he said these words, a set of gold and silver armour appeared to envelop him, transforming him into…

"Keldor!", Tora stated with anger.

"What have you done with the real Adrien?", Lenny demanded to know.

"You fools.", Keldor laughed, with everyone noticing that his voice was now a lot higher pitched than it had always been. "I've always been the real Adrien, ever since Tora walked into Mrs. Mack's shop to find a job." Sure enough, everyone realised that beneath the electronic distortion and mania, the voice was recognisable as Adrien's.

Onboard the Arrowhead, everyone was shocked by this revelation. "So that's how he had so much insider knowledge of those Rangers.", Cuborg realised. "He was hanging around them undercover."

Archris turned to Ignoblia. "Were you aware of his deception?", he demanded to know.

"I - I knew he was undercover on Earth.", was her answer. "But I had no idea he was doing this."

Trunks then managed to get a good look at the hand that had always been gloved for the last few days. "Mantack's Anima Arm. You stole it and attached it to yourself."

"But of course.", Keldor responded. "The Keldor you just defeated and the one who confronted you before were my clones. But I wouldn't have expected you to realise that, given how easily you fools have been to manipulate. Tora, taking a pair of tickets I gave her, not thinking that they'd be marked with homing chips for Archris to follow. Lenny, who took my bad dating advice I prepared to wreck his friendship with the rest of you. Even your bird-brained friend Johnny, who followed me right to where I could have the Destructoid take shots at him." And then he turned to Marina, who was reeling from the shock of the reveal. "And you, Marina. You were the easiest fool to manipulate. So willing to believe that I was an officer for an agency she'd never heard of. And letting me entrust her to distribute phone membership badges."

"Wait, what?", Trunks gasped with shock. "Marina, what badges is he talking about?"

"He-he told me to give them to everyone.", Marina answered, nervous. "But I only gave them to Lenny and Tora."

"Well, I suppose their powers will have to do.", Keldor commented as he took out a button and pressed it. At that moment, the three Rangers with badges all collapsed, their suits vanishing as they clutched their heads in pain and coloured auras appeared over them. "Once I've drained all of them of their energy, I'm going to use the power to overthrow Archris and conquer the universe myself."

Archris heard every word of this on his throne. "What does he mean 'overthrow Archris'?"

"Exactly what it sounds like." Cuborg fell to the floor as Metal Alice wielded her sword. "Master Keldor and I told you we were working on a plan to secure victory. But we neglected to mention it was victory over you, not victory for you."

"A mutiny, is it?", Archris said, his voice still calm. "Better beings than you two have tried to dethrone me! You think you can succeed where they perished?"

"Actually?", Metal Alice said in response. "Yes." She brought her sword down on Archris…

Only to be blocked by Ignoblia's laser nunchaku. "You dare to assault Lord Archris in his own house?", she growled, before attempting to fire at the would be assassin. "Then you and your Master will both fall today."

"Good luck with that.", Alice announced as she picked up Cuborg, having him take the shots intended for her. "Your indestructible comrade makes a perfect shield."

"Whoah, what's happening?", Cuborg asked as he regained consciousness to find himself being blasted.

"You make a good point, robot.", Ignoblia replied as she grabbed onto Cuborg, pulling him in front of herself. "Now you can't get to Archris."

"Guess again." Sure enough, Ignoblia had now realised that since the two had rotated their positions around the room, Alice was now right next to Archris, a position she used to deliver a slash to him, before making a dash for the teleporter.

"Seriously, what just happened?", Cuborg asked.

"Keldor happened.", Ignoblia fumed.

Back on Earth, Keldor was still revelling in his triumph. "In a few minutes, I'll be powerful enough to pose a challenge to Archris. And three of the Rangers will be little more than a memory."

"One problem with that.", Trunks's tasted as he leapt towards each of his friends, pulling the badges off each of them. "You forgot I was here. Primal Mode Unleash!" After transforming, he placed the three badges underfoot, before bringing his foot down as part of his attack. "Rock Quaker!"

"No!", Keldor called out as Trunks shattered the badges on impact, stopping the power drain. Then he got angry. "That's it, you pachyderm pest. You're the one person I can't play like a fiddle, and now you've just gone and made me mad one too many times. I'm going to end you."

"Don't you touch him." Keldor was stopped from moving by Marina, who used his own weight to flip him to the floor, while pulling herself up. "I trusted you, I took your advice, and all this time, you were just treating me like a doll. Well let me tell you this." She ripped off the necklace he had given her and threw it to the floor, breaking it with her foot. "And that's what'll happen to you once we're done." She and the other two then took out their Morphers, becoming the Rangers once more. "Primal Mdoe, Unleash!"

Lenny was the first among them to launch his attack. "Lion-tning Slash!"

However, instead of being weakened by this attack, Keldor caught the lightning in the palm of his hand. "My turn to show you what I took from you." The lightning then turned purple, as Keldor sent it back at Lenny. "Thunder Reflector!"

Lenny took this attack and was knocked backwards. "Lenny!", Tora called out, before turning back towards Keldor. "That's it. I don't care if you really are Adrien, you're still going down. Freezing Slicer!"

But Keldor was able to catch and return this in the same way. "Ice Reflector!"

As Tora was also knocked down, Trunks realised what had happened. "He's absorbed part of your Primal Power. He can reflect your Primal Mode attacks."

"In that case, I just won't hit him with one of those." Marina then pulled out her Primal Blaster and started firing wildly.

Keldor was buffeted by these shots, but he wasn't weakened at all. "Think again." He then summoned up a torrent of water, which he spun around, before sending it flying at Marina. "Aqua Reflector!" As Marina was knocked back, Keldor ceased attacking and said this. "While I've had my fun playing with you, I still need you alive for the moment. And your friends will probably need your help if they're to defeat Gourmonster. And I really hope you do defeat her." He then vanished into thin air.

Trunks realised something about the way he had departed. "That wasn't their normal teleportation."

"Never mind that now.", Lenny spoke up. "Like he said, Johnny and Luke are in trouble. We need to save them."

Sure enough, both Johnny and Luke were knocked down by a tackle from Gourmonster, the force knocking the Whale Morpher from the former's hand. "Alright, I'm done kneading.", the monster stated. "Now it's time to stuff you." She then fired food from her weapon at the two Rangers, causing them to inflate dramatically.

"Urgh, this is probably not healthy.", Johnny commented.

"No, but it will be delicious." As the other Rangers showed up, Gourmonster moved forward and swallowed both brothers whole in a single bite. "Hmm, perhaps I went a little too crazy with the salt."

"Oh no, he got Luke and Johnny.", Tora commented.

"That's right, little kitten.", Gourmonster laughed. "And you four are next." She shot her food at the 4, with only Marina moving out of the way.

"Don't worry, guys.", Marina told them. "I'll save you."

"There's only one way you can do that.", Trunks informed her. "Defeat Gourmonster."

As he said this, Gourmonster approached the four, opening her literally big fat mouth. "Chow time." She then devoured all 3 Rangers. "Now, all I have left to serve up is you, Senorita."

"Good luck with that.", Marina declared. "Because I just found out a potential boyfriend candidate was one of you creeps in disguise. So right now, I'm very desperate to punch something out. You're not just dealing with the closed off Animan Marina Clearwater. You're facing the Terror of the Deep Seas!" She performed her usual pose. "The Wild Fury Shark Ranger."

A fight then broke out. Marina leapt up to deliver a slash with her Primal Saber, which Gourmonster blocked with her weapon, before the Shark Ranger continued slashing and assaulting the monster repeatedly. "Hey, I had nothing to do with Keldor's plan. I didn't even know about it."

"Then how did you know it was Keldor?", Marina asked as she unleashed her Tidal Impact, ramming into Gourmonster multiple times. "I saw you with him during your faked kidnapping."

"Okay, so I was onboard with some of it." Gourmonster admitted as she caught Marina and tossed her aside. "Keldor was supposed to drain you dry of energy before I consumed your body." She then approached her prey. "Well, I guess I'll just have some extra fat."

Marina took out a cube she had borrowed from Jeremy. "If you think I'm just a defenceless guppy, then you're sorely mistaken." She opened the cube, which transformed into the Penguin Blaster. "Time I put you on ice." She aimed at Gourmonster and fired…

Only to find the Hunter had consumed the blast. "Thanks for the meal.", Gourmonster cuphuckled, as she began to increase in size, of that was even possible. "Now I can enjoy a bigger meal."

"Oh, now that's just cheating!", Marina yelled, before noticing the Whale Morpher lying nearby. "Perhaps I can even the playing field." She reverted it to the Golden Cube, pumped the handle 3 times and fired. "Genesis Ultrazord, Ultimate Formation! Zords combine!" Miraculously, all 14 Zords appeared and combined into one. "Genesis Ultrazord, ready!"

"Aw, it's made of metal.", Gourmonster bemoaned. "I can't devour that."

"Come on old man, let's take this freak out together.", Marina said to the Whale Zord, who took over her body to respond. "Understood." The fight commenced, with the Ultrazord having a constant edge, using both arms to punch Gourmonster down. It then kicked her back a few feet, before initiating a slash attack with the Mole arm, which broke Gourmonster's weapon in two.

"Hey, you broke it.", Gourmonster bemoaned, as she began to choke.

"I don't care.", Marina responded as she plugged her Wild Morpher into the control weapon, which she turned it its sword form, for a slash attack. "Genesis Creation Burst!"

Gourmonster was hit with the Genesis Ultrazord's attack, causing her to expel everything she had devoured and return to normal size in an explosion. "I think I have indigestion." On the ground, Gourmonster found herself confronted by the other 5 Rangers, who had returned to their normal weights. "Um, hi guys?"

"It's time we took you down.", Luke decided as he changed forms. "Primal Change: Wolf!" He fired off a couple of shots with his Reel Blaster, before reverting to his Rhino form. "That should give Marina some time to get here."

Sure enough, Marina leapt down and fired some shots with the Whale Morpher, before handing it Johnny. "If you'd be so kind."

"Thank you.", Johnny nodded as he pumped the handle 6 times, with everyone's energies being pulled into the cannon.

"Ultimate Primal Burst!" The force of this shot flew forward and collided with Gourmonster.

"I'd give this battle 1 star.", Gourmonster cried out as she was disintegrated by the force of the blast.

"Top of the food chain!", everyone declared.

Later that night, Trunks walked into the shared bedroom, where Marina was moping on her bed. "Go ahead.", she said bitterly. "Say 'I told you so' and go away."

"I'm not here to rub it in.", Trunks assured her. "If anything, I'm here to say sorry. I knew Adrien longer than anyone other than Johnny and Tora. And yet, I didn't suspect anything was off until he told us the detective story. The constant absences, Keldor's attempts to be personable… those should've tipped me off."

"Well, I suppose we can agree on one thing.", Marina said, her smile returning. "Neither of us would make great detectives." She started laughing at the thought.

Trunks also laughed. "Well even if I was considering a career change, there's no way 'Adrien' is coming back to Mrs. Mack's. Looks like I'll have to ask for a raise."

"Not if I ask for one first.", Tora called out as she came in. "After all, I am the senior employee now."

"Only by about a day.", Trunks laughed. "After all, it's Mrs. Mack's choice after all.

And as the Rangers tried to hide their distress over their betrayal by joking, the rest of Archris's elite hunters arrived in the hold of the Arrowhead, where they were greeted by one of the crew. "You're Keldor, right?", one of them asked. "The ship's tactician and engineer."

"I was.", Keldor answered as he moved through the crowd. "The truth is, I'm a traitor. I worked for Archris for 30 miserable years, and I disliked every minute of it. I made a count of every time he annoyed me and once he'd done so 100 times, I decided that I'd overthrow him. And since we've come to Earth, I've acquired everything I need to launch my rebellion." He then stopped at the wall on the other side.

"Why are you telling us this?", another hunter asked. "Do you really expect us to betray Archris after centuries of service?"

"No.", Keldor admitted. "But I needed to keep talking so all of you would be too distracted to see me move towards the airlock controls." He then flicked a switch, opening the airlock and exposing everyone to the vacuum. "My magnetic boots and respirator should keep me safe. But I've read all of your files and can't say the same to you."

Sure enough, Ognoblia entered the room a few minutes later. "What's going on here?", she began to ask. "Why was the airlock op-?" She then saw only Keldor, the airlock closing behind him. "What did you do to our elite warriors?"

"They're currently floating around in space.", Keldor answered earnestly. "It'll take you a long time to retrieve and bury them all."

"You've been getting too brazen.", Ignoblia told him as she held out a red button. "You've forgotten about the termination system we built into your life support in case of trouble." She then pressed the button.

But Keldor barely reacted. "I didn't forget. I removed the system not long after I secured permission to overhaul the suit. I replaced it with a dummy so you wouldn't success anything."

"Very clever.", Ignoblia growled, as she pulled out her laser nunchaku. "But you can't escape from this ship. I've revoked your access to the transport system. You can't teleport away."

"Not with the system perhaps." Keldor then warped away irregardless of the threat.

"Did he-? No, he couldn't-!" Ignoblia murmured, before speaking into the nearest computer terminal. "Computer, bring up the feed from my lab." The computer complied, showing security footage of Keldor taking something. "So he did take it. That should make him easier to track."
