After class, Harry found Draco. "Draco, your dad is on the board of governors, can he get rid of Filch?" Draco shook his head, "No, Harry, he can't. He's tried." Harry smiled, "What if I reveal Filch is a muggle?"
"Harry, muggles can't see Hogwarts." "But squibs can?" Draco nodded, "I guess so." "Help me write then."
Draco and Harry wrote a well crafted letter revealing Filch is a squib.
The next day there was an outcry at Hogwarts. "He shouldn't be at a magical school!" "How dare a squib punish us!" "No wonder he wants to hang us!" Dumbledore made a face as many quills were on parchment at breakfast.
Filch had to be let go, too many parents demanded it and Lucius made a case that muggles already abused The Wizarding Savior, why put another target on his back.
After a lot of discussion at the Wizengamot it was decided that having a squib in a magical school was dangerous, and Filch needed to be let go immediately.
All the students cheered when the news broke out.
