DARK BRANCHES:

Web-Man stealthily made his way into the foreboding castle of Agent H, his heart racing with anticipation. As he approached the throne room, he could see the flickering red outlines that encircled the entire place, casting an eerie glow on the inky darkness. With a deep breath, Web-Man dropped to his knees before his leader and reverently presented his precious gift. As Peter-H emerged from the shadows, his eyes glinted with appreciation as he reached for the gleaming fragment of cutting-edge technology.

"And you are sure that it works?" Peter-H asks him.

"I have seen it in action," Web-Man says. "He doesn't hold any secret compartments or anything that could backstab us."

Peter-H nodded and looked over the small fragment. "But why is it so small? What happened to our army?"

Web-Man sighed as he explained, "We were interrupted." He shook his head. "The entire military was destroyed... by Spider-Man."

"Spider-Man?" Talia asked incredulously. "The Spider-Man of that world has been missing for years."

"And if he had returned, he would have been defeated," Peter-H said. "The entire world knows this." How could Lex have ever been defeated? "What changed?"

"It wasn't that Spider-Man," Web-Man stated. "There was another one. He traveled through a portal similar to ours."

Peter-H looked over towards Talia and she had the same expression – strange and worried. They both knew that only one person could create portals like their own.

"The Watcher has survived," Peter said, smiling at the window. "He's even recruited others to do his dirty work." He chuckled and looked at his helmet that contained the Mind Stone. "Oh, this just gets better."

"Shouldn't you be worried, my love?" Talia asked him. "If the Watcher chose this Spider-Man, he must be formidable."

"Let's see, shall we?" Peter-H asked as he grabbed his helmet. Then, facing Web-Man, he grabbed his head, and both of their eye sockets began to glow. "Show me everything!"

BRANCH-0802:

"Admit it, you already know my origin well enough as it is." This world's Peter Parker stated as the Watcher guided him into the new world. "Parents dead, uncle dead, great power and great responsibility, yadda, yadda, let's just jump ahead and get to the good stuff."

A comic panel appears Peter Parker is on it and is gazing at himself in a mirror, wearing a new Spider-Man suit. The suit is a combination of the classic suit and the Stark-inspired suit; it features black accents instead of blue, and the spider symbol on its back is white and more closely resembles the chest insignia.

"My name is Peter Parker, and for the past two years, I have been the one and only Spider-Man. However, I am not the only hero around."

Two other people came into form around Peter as he stood there with his mask off.

"Meet my two friends since kindergarten: Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable."

Kim is tall, slender, and very strong. She has big green eyes and long, thick, orange hair that comes down to her shoulders. When seen from behind, it's shaped like a heart. Her original outfit, which she mostly wore when not fighting crime, consisted of a green tank top, cargo jeans, and white shoes. However, she prefers wearing a black T-shirt, dark green ripped pants, a black leather belt, and black boots.

Ron is of medium height and lanky; his round face has a wide mouth, a pointed nose, freckles on his cheeks, and brown eyes. His messy blond hair falls over his forehead.

"Yes, when I started out as a hero, I dragged them into it. It worked quite well considering Kim's background and Ron's...well, helpfulness? He's my pal, so I'm not going to say anything bad about him. But...you know what? I might be moving a little too fast for you. How about we take a step back and start from the beginning?"

CHAPTER 3 : QUITE POSSIBLE

YEARS AGO:

Peter, a bright-eyed and curious young boy, was just starting his preschool journey. Despite being years younger than his parallel counterparts, he was eager to learn and explore. His parents had tragically passed away in a car accident, slightly different than the usual plane crash the rest of his counterparts had to go with. This meant that he was left with no choice but to move from his home in New York to the small town of Middleton. As he walked to the front doors, he couldn't help but feel a little nervous, but he knew that this was a new chapter in his life, and he was unsure how he was going to make the best of it.

"You all set for your first day?" May asks her nephew.

Peter wasn't into it as he ran and hugged his aunt. "Please don't make me go."

"Come on, Pete. It's the first day." Ben chuckled at the boy. "Just try it out today. See if you like it or not."

"This could be a good place to make some friends." May tried to help raise Peter's spirits.

Peter was still hesitant as he looked over to the preschool. He then shook his head and decided to give it a try. Albeit reluctantly. He made his way into the school and wasn't sure how to approach anyone. Making friends wasn't exactly his best trait in life. He only really had one friend back in New York, Eugene Thompson whom he nicknamed "Flash." But the reason behind that nickname is best left for another day. Let's just say it wasn't because he could run fast.

"Hey." Seems someone took the first approach and came to him first. He looked over and saw a young curly-haired boy. With him was a girl with short red hair but two pigtails done up. "My name is Ron."

Peter was a little shy but tried to open up. "Peter."

"What? Expecting some grand origin? Come on, we can't all have those."

"And we have been friends since then. In middle school, Kim put up a website, we went on a field trip, which ended with me getting bit by a spider and things got weirder from there."

Peter was currently riding on the back of his enemy known as the Rhino as it rammed into several walls. Kim was hanging onto her grappling hook and getting dragged along. Meanwhile, you're wondering, Ron was currently running to escape the wrath of the Rhino.

"We've gone through mission after mission together."

Then it showed a panel of Peter dodging a swing of Kingpin's stick while wearing a Hawaiian shirt and a white suit over it. Kim was also trying to dodge getting hit by his diamond-studded staff, whilst Ron was being held up by Fisk's other hand by the neck.

"And through it all…despite the many attempts on Ron's life to try and kill us, we have survived through a whole lot."

Peter was grabbed by the neck and sent flying into the air by a criminal known as Vulture. Meanwhile, Kim was fighting a criminal named Shego, who had become her mortal nemesis. Ron was able to get the hang of his grappling hook this time and even managed to accidentally swing into the scene and knock out a few guards.

"And that would lead us to today…the day right before high school began."

PRESENT DAY:

An alert had been posted on the website for anyone seeking assistance. The heroes had received an alert that Professor Dementor had kidnapped a slime scientist and was holding him hostage in Dementor's underwater lair, where he was working on a weapon for him to use to take over the world.

Kim was the first to go flying in using her jet pack she flew in and ditched her jet pack to allow it to slam into two of the security guards on the roof. When she landed, she ended up on her knee and using her palm to catch herself.

"I need backup!" Another guard called into his comms.

That was when he was grabbed from behind by the webbing, and then yanked backward into the cliffside. The webbing then let go of him, and he was caught by a net made out of webbing.

Peter emerged wearing the suit that he had selected for his mission. The suit was primarily black with blue accents, and it had red webbing on its head, collar, and leg sections. The back of the suit was adorned with a large blue spider symbol, which extended to the edges of the front torso area. The chest insignia was also blue, and like most of the other suits he had worn, it had emotion-sensitive shutter eyes.

"Sorry, the Iron Suit still has some kinks and I needed to jump," Peter explained what had happened.

"You know I had him, right?" Kim asks him.

"Sure, you did," Peter said as he walked over to her. "A simple 'thank you' every now and then won't kill you, you know."

"You never know, I don't risk it." Kim shrugged with a quip. "Where's..."

All of a sudden, a few more armed men exited the facility and charged at them. Peter and Kim looked at one another and realized this was going to be a bit of a situation. But before they could even consider jumping into action, that's when they heard Ron screaming. They looked upward and watched as he seemed to have lost control of his jet pack and was coming in for a crash landing.

Peter and Kim winced when they saw him come crashing down and knock out a few guys before his jet pack flew off. As his jet pack flew away, it circled back and smashed into the remaining henchmen.

Ron then stood up and groaned. "Are we winning?"

"Ron, look at the hench dudes you took out," Kim stated as she gestured to the knocked-out guys.

Ron laughed as he saw that as a win. "Ron did it again!"

Then Ron leaned against a few barrels marked 'flammable,' and accidentally knocked them over. The barrels spilled their contents onto other barrels, causing them to overflow as well.

"This isn't going to end well," Peter predicted.

"Run!" Kim yelled as they ran for cover.

They quickly ran behind the enemy's weapon crates to avoid the explosion. As the explosions went off, they could feel the heat and smoke from the explosives. When they raised their heads to survey the aftermath of the explosion, they saw a small crater in the ground.

"Okay...that was my bad," Ron confessed.

As Ron stood there, feeling embarrassed and defeated, he reached into his pocket to find solace in the comfort of his pet companion, Rufus, a small mole rat. Rufus emerged from Ron's pocket and upon seeing the awkward scene, he shook his head and placed his paw on his forehead in disbelief. It was then that Peter and Kim turned their attention to Rufus, noticing his presence for the first time.

Peter said, "Ron, you brought Rufus? I thought we agreed not to take him on any more missions after the last one."

"Oh, come on, Pete, it was an accident." Ron tried to defend the mole rat.

"Tell that to the Statue of Liberty," Kim muttered.

Peter sighed and looked toward the explosion; at least it provided them an entrance. The door had been blown off, and they now had a way into the building. Kim's small necklace device then went off, indicating that Wade, their resident tech genius, was calling them. He was their go-to guy for obtaining their gadgets, creating new suits, and providing updates on information.

"Guys, we've got a situation," Wade warned them. He then showed them a layout of the evil lair. "Professor Dementor has the scientist chained up on level 6. You better hurry."

Peter groaned. "It's always on the lower levels," he said. "Couldn't it just be on the upper levels?"

"We can't waste any time; we have to go," Kim stated as they ran for the entrance.

Below, Professor Dementor marched his way over to a small globe. He had a vat of some of the slime that he had the scientists make for him in a bucket. When he dropped the slime on top of the globe, he watched as the entire thing began to dissolve and corrode, as if it were eating itself.

"Success!" Professor Dementor cried in victory when he saw it was working. "The world is mine!" He then watched as the slime began to turn pink and a little sparkly after completely destroying the plastic globe. "What...what is with the pink and the sparkly?"

The scientist admitted, "I don't know. It must be a byproduct of the disintegration process."

"I cannot take over the world with the pink and the sparkles!" Doctor Dementor cried out in anger. "Everyone will make the fun!"

"How?" asked Doctor Glopman. "They'd all be disintegrated."

Doctor Dementor growled and turned to face the scientist. "So will you!" Two of his men grabbed the chained scientist and marched him over the vat of slime. "Engage the painfully slow-descending hook...into your slimy doom!"

"Please!" Doctor Glopman pleaded as they attached the hook to his back. "Please be reasonable!"

Doctor Dementor laughed maniacally at the statement, taking it more as a compliment. Peter, Kim, and Ron started to make their way downward to try and find the scientist so they could rescue him.

Then one of his men fell from above and he looked up to see Spider-Man swinging in. He landed on the railing where one of the other men aimed his weapon at Peter. But Kim came in and used her fighting techniques to kick him before smashing him into the wall.

"Slime's up, Professor Dementor!" Kim tried to quip. But she quickly realized that wasn't any good. "Ew, that was bad."

"Leave the terrible jokes to me," Peter said to his friend as

"It's the pauk and the Fraulein!" Doctor Dementor cried in anger. "Possible! Spider-Man!" He then looked to his men in anger. "Get them!"

"Wow, he missed you, Ron," Peter said with a chuckle. "So, Kim, you want the goons or Dementor? Because I have thought of a few new quips I wanna try out on him." He even pulled out a few flash cards. "How do you feel about this one? He's-"

Before he could finish his quip, he felt his senses go off and he was confused as to why. He turned around and was shocked when he saw someone standing near them. Then before he could get a good look at him, Peter was shot by a giant blast of vibrational energy and thrown into the wall.

Kim and Ron ran as they came up with a plan. "Okay, Ron, I'll take the goons, you rescue the scientist, and Peter can take on whoever that is."

Peter groaned and clung to the wall as he took in what had just happened. When he looked over and saw the man who had just shot him emerge from the shadows, he was shocked by what he saw. The man wore a full-body battle suit that was equipped with vibro-shock units of his own design, which could generate high-pressure air blasts.

As soon as Peter caught sight of the man in the suit, his shoulders began shaking with mirth. He couldn't hold back and erupted into a fit of laughter so intense that he had to place a hand on his chest to try and calm himself down. Meanwhile, the man in the suit was left bewildered, unsure of what was so amusing about his attire.

"What?" Herman Schultz asks. "Why are you laughing?"

"What...what are you wearing?" Peter asked through the laughter.

"What?" Herman asks. "It's my Shocker suit!"

"Your...Shocker suit?" Peter questioned. "That's what we're calling that? I call it a poor man's pajamas." He couldn't help but keep laughing. "Did you come up with that yourself? Because I'd be offended if a professional came up with something like that."

"Yeah, very funny," Herman stated as he charged his gauntlets again.

"Eep!" Peter quickly jumped out of the way to avoid getting blasted.

Professor Dementor was currently trying to speed up the slow descent of the professor into the slime. "Go faster, hook!"

Kim ran, and when one of the men tried to attack her with a baton, she leaped and grabbed a nearby pipe, using it to grip as she kicked the henchman. Then another one of them came up behind her, so Kim quickly released the pipe to dodge the attack, quickly kicking the henchman's leg and causing him to lose balance. While he was down, Kim grabbed him by the head and slammed him into the railing.

"What will you do without your Spider-Friend, fraulein?" Professor Dementor asks her.

While Ron ran over to the scientist and tried to reach out and grab him, Kim had to fend off three guys at once who were all trying to prevent her from reaching him. When two of them came charging at one another, Kim leaped into the air and did a split, enabling her to kick both of them in the face. Then, as the third guy ran up to her from behind, she moved out of the way and watched as he rammed into the railing, followed by her landing on the same railing and kicking him in the face.

"Oh, that's what you will do." Professor Dementor didn't seem to have expected that.

Back with the powerful hero of the group, Spider-Man was still doing backflips and leaping off the walls to avoid the blasts from Shocker. And he was still trying out as many quips as possible on this guy.

"You know, hate to tell you this, Shocker, but those overalls you're wearing aren't doing you any favors." Peter quipped.

As he stopped to take a momentary rest, one of the Dementor's henchmen attempted to attack him from behind. Quickly spinning around, Peter shot out a web and managed to stop him from shooting, followed by another attack coming from Shocker. Peter managed to roll and dodge the swing, before then throwing the gun towards one of the men attacking Kim, knocking him unconscious.

"I'd put some ice on that if I were you!" Peter quipped.

"Thanks!" Kim said as she kicked one of the other men. "Now take care of that Shocker guy!"

"Please, this guy has got to be done at this point." Peter scoffed.

His point was disproved when Shocker only amplified the power in his gauntlets. When Peter sensed what he was doing, he turned around to try and web him, only to discover he was out of web fluid.

"Oh, come on!" Peter muttered.

Peter's combat with Shocker was intense. Shocker unleashed a colossal blast with his gauntlets that sent Peter hurtling into a cluster of pipes, leaving him reeling and in agony. Despite the pain, Peter quickly regained his composure and rose to his feet, ready to face Shocker again.

As Shocker advanced towards him, Peter realized that he had exhausted his web fluid and needed to replenish his supply. He pulled out an empty web canister and discarded it, then reached into his utility belt to retrieve fresh ones. With his web shooters reloaded, Peter prepared for the next round of the fight.

"Come on out, Spider-Man, Spider-Man," Herman taunted Peter as he marched towards him.

"You know, I wanna say no," Peter said as he replaced his canister. "How about instead of this, we just go out for some food? I know this great place that does amazing shawarma. Have you ever tried shawarma, Shocker? I doubt it, especially if you wore that suit to the restaurant."

"Oh, that's funny. That's very, very funny." Herman stated as he kept going towards where the hero was last seen. "Do you ever stop talking?"

"Alright, no shawarma," Peter replied as he replaced the other web shooter canister. "How about karaoke?"

"Enough with the karaoke!" Herman cried, charging his gauntlets. "When I'm through with you, I'm gonna make sure nobody has to ever hear your annoying voice again!"

"Oh, I didn't know you did stand-up," Peter mocked as he did a quick check and found his web shooters were working. "You seemed more like the physical comedy kind of guy to me."

Herman then came and aimed his gauntlets in the direction Peter was in. But before he could get a shot off, Peter came rolling out into the open and shot two webs at some nearby pipes, ripping them off and causing steam to fill the area around Shocker. Shocker then opened fire as Peter quickly leaped to dodge the attack and shot several webs toward him, entangling his hands and his webs together.

Peter saw the enemy was trapped; as if he had used his gauntlets, he would have shattered his own hands. Peter then strolled over towards Herman and watched as he struggled to escape his entangled web.

"Better luck next time, Shocker," said Peter as he then punched him in the face, knocking him out.

"Henchman Toss, stop that clumsy boy!" Professor Dementor cried out.

Peter looked over and saw Ron being pushed over and now dangling over the vat of slime. Kim was currently punching another one of the henchmen when she realized they were in danger. Peter and Kim both looked between the Dementor and Ron, not to mention Rufus, who was climbing up the chain, and knew what to do. Kim got to work as she used the henchman; she had been fighting to push him over the railing.

The henchman then fell on top of the Dementor and knocked him down, causing him to release the controls to the crane. Peter ran towards Ron and Grophey, trying to save them. He leaped into the air and grabbed onto the chain that was keeping them suspended. While they were pleading for their lives, Peter swung and threw the three of them safely onto the ground. Ron landed on the ground first, followed by him quickly catching Rufus.

Kim came running down the stairs and was relieved to see them all okay. "Great work, now let's get out of here."

"Wait, we can't leave yet." Doctor Glopman warned them. "There's a world-ending supply of slime in this lair."

"Why were you making something like that?" Ron was a little curious to know.

"Top-secret government-funded experiments," Doctor Glopman confessed.

Peter said, "I always think you guys just use that excuse when you don't have a real answer."

Kim sighed as she tapped her communicator on her chest. "Wade, we need to find out if this place has a self-destruct system."

Before they could get a response, they heard what sounded like something charging. They looked behind them, noticing that Shocker was back up and was aiming his gauntlets at them. Everyone was quick to scatter, except for Ron. When Ron was hit by the blast, he was flung into the wall where there was a blinking red button. When he slammed into the wall, Rufus slammed and broke the button, setting off whatever it did.

"The self-destruct sequence has been activated. One minute remaining."

Oh, it does that.

Peter joked, "I think Rufus found it."

"Thanks for saving me the trouble of burying you!" Herman cried as he then shot the ceiling, causing a small cave-in. Then Herman aimed his gauntlets at the ground, causing him to blast into the sky. "Farewell, freaks!"

"Freaks?" Kim asked as she ran back to her friends. "You gotta be kidding."

"Complain later, run for it now!" Peter shouted as they all ran out of the facility.

"Wait, what about Professor Dementor?" Kim asks.

"Uh..." Ron said, pointing towards the wall.

When they all looked over towards the wall, they noticed Professor Dementor entering a small pod on the wall. He laughed maniacally as he closed the pod and set coordinates likely headed for one of his other dozen or so secret lairs.

"Looks like I have the only escape pod!" Professor Dementor mocked them.

Kim smiled as she looked at Wade. "Wade, re-route that puppy to the nearest police station."

"With pleasure," Wade complied. With a few simple keystrokes, Wade was able to send the escape pod flying towards the police station. When it took off, they all felt the entire facility shake, and they began to worry. "Guys, that place is about to blow in thirty seconds!"

"We gotta move!" Kim cried and the three of them ran for the stairs.

Making it outside, Kim managed to find her jetpack and attach it to the Doctor so they could get him to safety. They would have to find their own way out somehow; it wasn't something they hadn't done a dozen times before.

"You take this one," Kim said as she fastened the pack on. "We'll find our own way."

"Thanks," Doctor Glopman said. "And from now on, only use my slime for the good of humanity."

"Not a sentence I expected to hear in my lifetime," Peter admitted. "Yet, at the same time, I'm not surprised."

"Maybe you could use it occasionally for kids' award shows," Ron suggested.

"Wade, let's get the doctor out of here," Kim said.

Then Glopman was sent flying as Wade used the drone settings to get him out of there. But then Kim realized her mistake when she remembered that the only other jetpack that they had was Ron's. And it blew up from the fire he caused earlier. They looked and watched as the explosions started to go off and all of the slime behind the dam was starting to explode and fill the area. If they didn't find a way to escape soon, they would melt away.

"So, do we have a plan to get out of here?" Ron asked them.

Peter looked down across the dam and at his two friends. Then he tapped his earpiece that had a connection to Wade. "Hey, Wade, access the Iron Spider systems and boot them up."

"What are you planning?" Kim asks.

"Trust me," Peter said to his friends as he backed them up against the dam wall. "Just run, and when I tell you to, jump."

"Uh, Pete, I know I said I'd jump off a cliff for you, but I never expected that to actually happen!" Ron exclaimed as Peter pushed him.

"Run!" Peter cried as the explosions and slime were catching up with them. The room was filled with sparks and pink light as the explosion began. Peter cried out again as they reached the edge. "Jump!"

The two of them obeyed him and jumped off the ledge, with Peter holding onto them. When they fell to what they assumed was their doom, they were rescued at the last second by the Iron Spider, one of Peter's suits he uses to travel instead of using a jetpack.

The Iron Spider Armor is an armored Spider-Man suit featuring a red and gold color scheme. It primarily consists of a metallic red, with the spider emblem, eye lenses, bracers, and boots colored gold. To complement the armor, it also features a blue arc reactor in its chest, along with repulsors on its gauntlets and boots.

Peter quickly let go of his friends' hands and made his way inside the suit. The suit slowly opened up, allowing him to slip inside, and then closed tightly around him. He grabbed his friends' hands again, and with a sense of urgency, he activated the thrusters. The powerful force of the thrusters finally kicked in, propelling them away from the imminent danger of being engulfed by the slimy substance.

"Next stop, Middleton!" Peter cried as he flew off, intent on bringing everyone home.

DARK BRANCHES:

Peter-H released his grip on Web-Man and almost winced at the power he had put into trying to read Web-Man's mind. He then looked down at his scorched hand and almost laughed at what he saw. He couldn't laugh and scoff at the same time, but he was just about close to doing so.

"Ha! Hahahaha!" Peter-H exclaimed as he looked at a worried Talia. "The Watcher...the Watcher has summoned another variant of me!" He just laughed and even removed his helmet to stop from choking. "He thinks he can summon a sorcerer to fight a warrior?" He then walked over to his throne and sat down. "Well, if that's how he wants to play... he should know that I play to win!"

"Who should we send after them, my love?" Talia asked.

Peter-H considered the idea as he recalled all of the members to his Spider Society. He remembered all of his men and wondered who to send after them. Web-Man was a good deliverer of messages, both in terms of meaning and ability, but not a good killer.

Peter-H had finally made his decision on who to send after them. "Summon Earth-71639's Peter Parker," he said, smiling as he used the Infinity Stones to open a portal. "We need to squash this infestation before it grows."

BRANCH-0802:

"In other news, Team Spider-Possible captured their 14th villain this year."

May Parker was in the kitchen working on fixing a quick breakfast, knowing Peter was going to be in a rush to leave. He always tends to be since he would always sleep in as much as he could. She turned to the television screen and saw Professor Dementor being taken away by a police escort.

"I am an innocent escape pod enthusiast!" Professor Dementor cried as he was being dragged into prison. "This is police harassment!"

Then all of a sudden, she heard shuffling, and she knew that Peter had woken up and was running around, likely trying to get his things together to run out the door in a flash. He had gotten into the habit of it ever since he became the Spectacular Spider-Man. Then she turned towards the stairway and waited as Peter came running down the stairs. When he did so, he slid across the floor and managed to stop right next to her.

"Hey, Aunt May." Peter greeted his loving aunt and gave her a morning kiss on the cheek. "Thanks for letting me sleep in a little today."

"I know you'd be too tired to sit down with me," May said. She watched as he picked up his plate and started to eat. "I saw your villain's defeat on the news. Was he really planning to take over the world with pink and sparkly slime?"

"Uh...yeah." Peter couldn't believe he had to say that. "It was weird. Especially that other guy who was with him."

"There was someone else?" May was curious to hear.

"Yeah, this weird guy with gloves that shoot out sonic vibrations," said Peter as he took a bite of his toast. "He calls himself the Shocker."

"Shocker?" May asks as she washes some dishes. "What happened to him?"

"Oh, he got away," said Peter. "We'll likely have to face him again sooner or later."

"Wouldn't he be in Europe?" May questioned. "How do you suppose he'll be able to get here?"

"If there's one thing I've learned from Doc Ock, Chameleon, Rhino, Vulture, and that Russian Hunter whose name escapes me, they always come back for more," Peter replied.

"Okay, yeah, that's fair," May said while finishing the dishes. "You know, maybe next break we should go somewhere. Get out of the city for a while."

"Yeah? Where would you like to go?" Peter wonders as he shoots a web at his shoes, dragging them over to him.

May considered that and shrugged. "How about Hawaii?"

Peter froze when he heard that and had a quick flashback to the last time that he visited Hawaii. It was when he and the others were on a mission to stop Drakken. "Uh...I'd pick somewhere else. The last time I went there things were...weird."

"What? That thing you talked about that weird blue dog?" May asks. "Just avoid that place."

"It wasn't just that, it was the entire island. It was like living in a world filled with Pokémon." Peter recalled the strange assignment. "Not to mention the fact they thought that Rufus was an experiment."

"Well, to be fair, he kinda is." May reminded him.

"Okay, fair, but it's not like Dr. Doom was using him, especially after blowing up his facility," Peter replied and glanced at the clock. "Ooh, I gotta go. I gotta stop by Kim's before making the bus. The twins said they had a few gadgets to show off and I wanted to get them before school just in case."

"In case someone comes at you in school?" May asks.

"Well, Shego tried that," Peter remembered that strange time when Shego tried to disguise herself as a teacher to get to them.

Shego was the assistant, intern, assassin, or hired helper; it was sort of hard to explain or even understand what she was to Dr. Drakken. Drakken is of average height and build, with long black hair tied into a ponytail, a scar under his left eye, and a thick unibrow.

Shego is a woman of a slender and curvaceous build with waist-length black hair, piercing green eyes, pale skin, and black lips. Shego almost always wears a green and black catsuit with an asymmetrical harlequin-dazzle pattern, with one glove and one boot of each color, and a green utility pouch strapped to her lower left leg that seals along the green "flap".

May noticed the time and said, "Well, you better get going."

Peter recognized the time for himself and knew he needed to go. "Yeah, right, love you, May!" He then ran to the door, quickly using his web-shooters to drag his bag over to him. "See you later!"

Peter made his way outside and took a few steps down the street before he opened his shirt and showed he was wearing a different Spider-Man suit underneath it now.

The suit follows a blue and red color scheme. The body, head, outer arms, upper hips, and knee-high boots are red, while the inner arms, upper legs, and outer torso are matt blue. The colors are in a bright tone, especially among the red coloring. The eye lenses are black on the outside and white in the middle. They are also wide. The spider insignia is small, fist-sized, and centered just above the chest. At the back, there is another spider insignia; however, this one is red and much bigger than the first one. The web shooters are located in the wrists. The boots are also slightly below the knees, with black outlining covering them and the feet. The black outlining, particularly around the mask area and the torso, resembles a spider's web.

This was something he would wear on more basic missions and not some gigantic extravagant battle which he needed better attention from. Shaking himself loose a little, he did a few stretches to loosen his aching joints from that rescue, then he quickly shot out two webs to slingshot himself into the air. Seeing as Kim only lived a few minutes away by web swinging, he didn't need to use his web fluid often and just used his web wings to glide the rest of the way to her place.

Flying over Kim's house, he managed to direct himself towards a lamppost right outside of her house. Disabling his wings, he grabbed onto the post and did a quick spin around it before landing on the top. He then quickly leaped and landed on the window to the twin's bedroom.

"Peter!" Jim and Tim cried with glee as they opened the window for him.

"Hey, guys, have you got anything new for me? I can't stay for long," Peter says as he steps into their bedroom.

Jim said, "We have been working on this new gadget." Jim showed off a small device that looked like a small robotic spider. Placing it on Peter's palm, he watched as it was almost the size of an actual spider. "It's a spider tracer."

"Uh, hate to tell you guys, but I do have similar gadgets." Peter reminded them as he looked over the device.

"Your spiders are bigger, clunky, and easier to spot," Tim explains to Peter how their spiders are better than his own.

"Whilst this spider can stay hidden not just because of its size, but it is also capable of moving around whilst staying attached to the subject or object." Jim continued explaining to him.

Tim finished explaining, "And we even expanded on the services that it could track."

"You can find it across the continent with this signal," Jim stated.

Peter looked down at the tracker and saw that it would be very helpful, considering he would always have to enhance the signal to his own tracers. "Okay, yeah, I could see how that would be useful." He then reached down to his belt and took out a web canister. "Same payment as before." He then tossed it at the twins, who then both jumped to try and catch it. "One fully stocked web canister. And if Kim asks where you got it?"

"We figured out the formula." Jim and Tim said simultaneously.

Peter gave them both a thumbs up and then placed the small spider tracer in his empty belt pocket. "Good job. You remember." He then saw the time and grinned. "Now, I gotta go if I wanna beat your sister to the bus."

Peter sneaked back out the window and swung over to a lamp post where he noticed Kim was just exiting her house. The two locked eyes and it seemed they both had the exact same idea in mind. Looking down the street, they noticed that the bus was just approaching to pick them up.

Kim quickly raced down the street as she made her way towards the bus. Peter didn't even flinch and decided to give her a moment. He looked over his web-shooters to make sure that he was full of web fluid. When he saw that Kim had made it halfway down the street, he took that as the initiative to get going. Leaping into the air, he activated the web wings and began to glide his way down the street.

Kim saw him using his web wings and knew that he was going to escape if she didn't think of something. Seeing all that she had was a grappling hook, she decided to give herself a quick jump and shoot it at the lamppost. When the grapple dragged her and gave her a boost toward the bus, it ended with Peter dropping and rolling, just reaching the bus as Kim came from above. The two practically ended with a photo finish, with neither of them using a camera.

"Boo-ya!" Ron cheered when they made the bus.

"Thanks, Ron," Peter muttered, feeling a little embarrassed when seeing everyone didn't even flinch when they entered.

Kim strolled over to take a seat and Peter was close behind.

Meanwhile, far off at a remote isolated prison, located in an unknown section of the Arctic, Drakken was in his cell. He held up a small toothpaste container to which he had added some small red strands of arts and crafts from his days in the prison. His prison cell basically looked like one giant glass cylinder and was cut off from the other prisoners after his constant attempts to join alliances with them to plan escapes.

"Well, Kim Possible. You defeated my giant robot, blew up my private island, and now I am stuck here thanks to you. But it seems that I have you in my clutches once again and there is no escape." Drakken snarled at the makeshift Kim Possible. He had already ripped and torn apart a makeshift Spider-Man he made out of stuffing. "Into the alligator pit!" He then squeaked his voice to make it sound like he was mocking Kim. "No, please, Dr. Drakken, have mercy." Then Drakken got serious. "No mercy!"

Drakken then shoved the makeshift Kim into the toilet of his cell. However, all of a sudden, the entire room went dark as it seemed someone managed to cut the power. Then portions of the walls were blown up, causing Drakken to cradle the toothpaste version of Kim. When the smoke finally cleared, it was revealed to be Shego who had come to his rescue. She scoffed when she saw the predicament that Drakken found himself in after Spider-Man, Kim, and Ron threw him in prison.

"Wow. Catch you at a sad time, Drakken?" Shego asks him.

"Don't sneak up on me like that, Shego!" Drakken said, however, he was all but thrilled to see her again. "And for your information, this is a scale model revenge simulator.

"It's a dolly and a toilet." Shego broke to him.

"Why did you come back?" Drakken asks. "To gloat?"

"Well, truth be told, I wouldn't have under any circumstances," Shego admitted as she approached, using her fist and burning a hole in the glass. " But he made me an offer I couldn't refuse."

"He?" Drakken was lost at what she meant.

Then there were screams of terror and what sounded like gunshots going off outside of the doorway. One of the guards ran into their room and tried to lock down the facility, but he was impaled by a metallic arm coming out of the door. Then it was followed by three other arms coming and ripping the doors off the hinges and leaving them with a clear sight of Wolf Spider. His armor tinkled in the light of the room as he marched his way inside.

"What is this? A want to be Spider-Fan?" Drakken asks.

"I am not a fan, nor I am not the Spider-Man you know." Wolf Spider proclaimed as he marched forward, retracting his mechanical limbs into his pack. "I am from the Spider Society."

Drakken watched as he approached and was still confused. "And you are sure that is not a Spider-Man cult?"

"Yeah, you make it sound like a Spider-Man cult." Shego had to agree with him. "Okay, this breakout was time-sensitive, bits, so can we move this along?"

"Not to worry, Shego." Wolf Spider said as he clicked a few buttons on his wrist communicator. "Everything is right on schedule." Then there was a hole blown in the ceiling and a HYDRA Quinjet came flying in and a hatch opened to pick them up. A green beam then exited to work as an anti-gravity well to raise them into the ship. "Dr. Drakken, if you please. We have a proposition for the two of you..."

"Well, this shall be interesting," Drakken said as he grabbed his sheet, using it as a duffle bag to grab all of his things around the cell.

"Why do you need all of that junk?" Shego wonders.

"For my plan!" Drakken stated as he stepped out of his cell. "To become the world's greatest evil doer."

"And what about Kim Possible and her friends?" Shego asks him. "The world's greatest evil un-doer."

Drakken then approached the beam and placed the makeshift Kim toothpaste into the beam. "Kim Possible...your end is..." Seemed he couldn't think of a witty comeback to his own statement as he released the doll. Shego was done with it and shoved him into the beam. "Probable!"

"That was not worth the wait," Wolf Spider sighed as he made his way into the beam.

The beam then forced them their way upward and boarded the HYDRA Quinjet. The Wolf Spider had arrived on a mission, and Drakken was a crucial part of it.

Their bus pulled up right outside Middleton High for their first day of school. As they jumped off, they saw the sign written on the board: "Summer is over, and it's all your fall!" They just ignited the sign and made their way off the bus when Ron pulled out his phone and apparently started live-streaming everything.

"This is Stoppable here at Middleton High," Ron said as he jumped off the bus, Rufus peaking his head out of the shirt pocket.

"Ron, you are not live streaming our first day of school." Kim chuckled as she rolled her eyes at her friend.

"And we are live!" Ron cheered as he dragged his friends into the frame.

"Come on, does everyone need to know all about our personal lives?" Peter wasn't a fan of Ron's live streaming.

"This is Spider-Man. We're just a little cranky after saving the world last night," Ron stated.

"I'm not cranky." Kim defended herself before beginning to question it. "Am I?"

"Nah, we're fine," Peter said and lowered Ron's phone. "It's the camera. Come on, Ron, let's just get settled into school. I want to find my locker before the first period."

"Alright fine." Ron gave in and put the phone away. "So, what are you going to do first, Kim?"

"I'm gonna check out about when cheerleading tryouts start," Kim said to them. But then her communicator went off, altering her of trouble. "Uh-oh, this can't be good."

"Not even in the door." Peter couldn't believe their luck. Okay, he could easily believe it.

Kim sighed and activated the communicator to show them Wade. "What's the sitch, Wade?"

"Sorry to bug you guys with your first day of high school," Wade tells them. "But I thought that you would like to know that there was a breakout at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Facility."

"A breakout?" Peter asks. "That can't be good."

"Who was it that got out?" Kim asks.

"Shego and an unknown accomplice had freed Dr. Drakken," Wade explained to them and pulled up the footage. They watched as Drakken exited his cell and Wolf Spider approached in position with Shego. "I've scanned through the database and couldn't find a match for whoever this is."

"It looks almost like an armored, evil Spider-Man," Ron had to admit. "I mean, even that mask looks like a creepy version of it."

"He's not wrong." Peter had to admit, he sees similarities.

"Keep us informed if you come across something anything that could lead us to them. And let us know if you find out whoever he is." Kim said. "We gotta get ready for class."

They heard the bell ring, causing them all to worry about being late for class on their first day. Since they didn't have time to make it to their lockers, they decided to skip that part and hope to get to it later. Running down the halls, they tried to find their way to homeroom, but it seemed like all the rooms went on forever in this place.

Running down the hallways was a chore and was a little difficult since they didn't really notice that their classroom was on the other end of the building. By the time they arrived at the classroom, they found their classroom and noticed their teacher. Who also happened to be the principal of the school. Mr. Barkin.

He is tall with a large muscular build. He has dark eyes and dark hair cut into a neat flattop. Barkin's beard is lighter in color than his hair and grows at an abnormal rate.

"In conclusion, it is best to abandon any hope of joy and find meager satisfaction in monotony," Barkin told the class just when the three friends burst through the door in exhaustion. "Oh, Parker, Possible, and Stoppable I assume."

"Oh, you must know us from the news." Ron guessed.

"No, I recognize you from this." Barkin showed them the attendance list. "You are late."

"Sorry, Mr. Barkin." Kim stepped up for her friends. "We weren't aware of the rooms and were dropped off on the other side of the school."

"That should be no excuse," Barkin stated as he picked up a small cat photo on the desk. "It takes me 90 minutes to prepare Lady Whiskerboots her low-carb, high-protein breakfast, but that doesn't stop me from being on time. Isn't that right, Lady Whiskerpuss?" Then he started to caress the photo like it was the real thing. "Yes, it is. Oh, yes, it is." He then put the photo up to his face and was purring. "Purr, purr."

Peter, Ron, and Kim were noticeably confused and disturbed by the site, and seemed half of the class felt the same. "Make it stop," Peter begged.

Kim coughed, seemingly snapping him out of it.

"Ugh, anyway, seeing as it's your first day at school, I'm willing to show a little uncharacteristic mercy," Barkin told them. "But I've got my eyes on you troublemakers."

"Troublemakers?" Peter asks and even looks behind them. "Us?"

"Yeah, we're not troublemakers," Kim assured him.

"We're trouble-stoppers!" Ron proclaimed. "Haven't you ever seen us do good stuff on the TV?" But the look on his face seemed to indicate he hadn't. "Oh."

The bell rang, making them wonder how long it took them to get there. Everyone left the classroom as the teacher got ready for his next class.

"We should just get to our next class," Peter said with a sigh. "Anyone know where it is?"

Kim was sorry to admit she knew. "The other side of school."

"Oh, great." Peter groaned. "Looks like we're gonna have to cheat our way through this."

"You might be right," Kim admitted as she and Peter ran off, leaving Ron confused about their plans.

Peter ran toward an open window and leaped out, extending his arms. He had a pair of spare web shooters ready to go. Shooting a strand of webbing, he started running down the wall. Meanwhile, Kim took a different approach; she shot a grappling hook at the ceiling and used it to run across the roof. When she reached an air vent, she leaped in and descended to her classroom. Seconds later, Peter and Kim entered their classroom together in two different ways: one came in through the window and the other landed in the doorway. But they were both still late as the bell rang just before they entered.

"Ow." Peter groaned as he felt the burns he got from skidding on the ground. Then he looked over and noticed the teacher. "Huh?"

"What?" Kim was just as shocked to see that Barkin was also the teacher of their first-period class. "But you were..."

Peter then looked into the hallway and thought of something. "Hang on." He left the classroom and went to the one across the hall to check on something. When he opened the door, the students looked up at him and the teacher was indeed yet again Mr. Barkin. "But...okay." He didn't say anything else as he walked over to Kim. "First day. I'm done."

"How could you beat us here?" Kim asks Mr. Barkly.

Ron then came running up and was exhausted from running through the halls. "Me. Barkin?"

"Yeah, that's me," Barkin stated. "I'm subbing for Mrs. Bailey. She's off on eternity leave."

That confused the three of them. "Don't you mean Maternity?" Kim corrected.

"No, I mean she's gone and she ain't coming back," Barkin told the three of them. "Now...sit!"

The three of them decided to just listen to him as they'd already made a bad enough impression as it was.

Back with the criminals after their recent breakout, they found a hideout where they could scheme their next move. Drakken opened the doors to a secret laboratory and saw just how worn down the place was with overgrown plants and rusty equipment everywhere.

"Thanks for setting up this awesome lair in my absence, Shego." Shego mocked as she saw Drakken look over the place. "That's you."

"It's wonderful how we used to have our own entire island and now, we're squatting in a pile of garbage," Drakken stated as he looked around. "Vaguely shaped like a building." Then a bulb somewhere fell and shattered when it hit the ground. He then pulled out his phone. "Look at Duff Killigan's Villainstgram. He has an underwater base. Señor Señor Sr. has an active volcano. I used to have an island."

"Yeah, but that island, if you remember correctly, slightly exploded."

"Not gonna like, making me homesick for my garage." Wolf Spider stated as he looked around. "But I can make this garbage work."

"Yeah, we never discussed payment," Shego informed him. "I thought you wanted something."

"Well, yes, of course." Wolf Spider said as he looked at them both. "I sprung Drakken from his cell because we have seen potential in this universe."

Drakken seemed to be intrigued by this. "Anyone in particular?"

Wolf Spider knew what he was thinking and sighed. "Yes, you, Drakken." He then sat down on one of the chairs, followed by it breaking. "I hate this." He then stood up and dusted off his uniform. "We have a proposal for you, Drakken. And it will not only finally rid you of Kim Possible but could also end with you ruling the world." He then approached Drakken even closer. "And you could even be given a spot in the Society." He then looked to Shego. "Both of you."

"I like the sound of that," Shego admitted.

Drakken seemed to be interested in this idea and became giddy. "And what do you need from me?"

Back at school, at the end of the school day, Kim was currently in the middle of getting ready for her tryouts for cheerleading. Even though the day was hard to get used to with all the changes, this was something that she wanted to do and knew she could actually do. Peter and Kim were sitting on the sidelines and watching as she was getting ready to go. The only thing that Kim has to worry about is that one of the judges is her lifelong rival, Bonnie.

"Tryouts. Hate them." Bonnie sighed as she looked at one of the other judges. "Who's next?"

"Kim Possible," Marcella tells her.

"Ugh." Bonnie scoffed as she looked over towards Kim. "I gave her a routine that no one can do."

Kim sighed and took a deep breath. After such a hard day, this was certainly something that she could do, striking a few cheer poses, she did a front flip and landed in a splits before getting up. Following the routine that Bonnie tried to trip her up on, she spun around before doing three front flips and did it well.

At the end of the routine, Bonnie and the judges had to say they were impressed. Although Bonnie wasn't going to even dare say or imply it. "Fine, you make the squad. Barely."

Peter and Ron were on the benches, clapping, and cheering for their friend. Kim sighed and was glad to see one good thing from such a bad first day. But as they were cheering, they didn't notice the camera that was watching them.

Back in Drakken's lair, Wolf Spider was setting him up with the best equipment from the DARK BRANCHES and everything that could help accomplish the task. Drakken was watching the camera footage of Kim Possible as he was plotting his revenge.

"So, how is this convoluted plan coming?" Shego asked as she was filing her nails on the chair. "Besides poorly."

"Shego, please." Drakken scoffed as he walked around. "With my intelligence, and this Wolf Spider's resources, Kim Possible will soon see her last day."

"You really think that guy will hold up his end of the bargain?" Shego wonders, unsure how to feel about the Wolf Spider. "I mean, it seems too good to be true."

"A chance to not only rule this world but to have a seat at a hierarchy of villainy," Drakken recalled what Wolf Spider promised as he differed with some knobs. "And considering he needs my intelligence to complete this task, I say it's fair to say he will hold up his end."

"Yeah, but we don't really have much insurance that he will," Shego explained her concern.

"What more could we need?" Drakken asks as he places his hand on a lever. "Once we give him what he wants, he will finally give us what we want. Kim Possible's defeat!"

Drakken then pulled the lever and laughed maniacally at his statement. But then as he was laughing, the machine he activated began to flash and alert him something was wrong. Drakken wondered what was going on opened the casing and looked to see the power source wasn't inside.

"Did you get the Zakadium Q-26?" Drakken asks Shego.

"What?" Shego wasn't much paying attention.

"It's the power source for the whole revenge plot." Drakken informed her.

"Oh, yeah, it's in there." Shego pointed over to the filing cabinet.

Drakken walked over towards the dozens of filing cabinets. "In there?" He asked and pointed to a specific own. "In there?"

"There," Shego stated and reached out. "I can't reach it."

Drakken opened the cabinet and found a package. He sighed as he dragged it out and eyed her. "You bought it online?"

"Yeah. Get with the times, Doc, nobody leaves the lair anymore." Shego joked.

Drakken opened the package and groaned again. "This is a cheap knockoff!"

Wolf Spider then reappeared as he stepped through a breach and approached them. "Dr. Drakken, how goes the plan?"

"It's...ongoing." Drakken said and looked to Shego. "Get the Zakadium!"

"Alright, I'm going." Shego scoffed as he stood up and walked off.

"Just a detour on the road to victory," Drakken assured Wolf Spider.

Wolf Spider nodded and looked at Shego. "I'm gonna ensure that she gets it." He then looked at the scanners. "If anything goes off, alert us immediately."

"What exactly should we be concerned about?" Drakken asks. "Are we looking for anyone specific?"

"A sorcerer and his companion." Wolf Spider alerted him. "If they reach this dimension, it could royally screw everything up."

Drakken nodded as he walked over to the computers. "And that's something we certainly don't want. If they come here...these robots of yours should help, shouldn't they?"

"Possibly." Wolf Spider stated as he eyed the robots that Erick Killmonger created out of STARK tech on his world. "But they've never been tested against us before. So, remember. Alert me."

"Can do." Drakken mockingly salutes him.

Wolf Spider sighed as he walked away. He couldn't tell if being sent to this dimension was some sort of punishment for him, or if they really needed to destroy their threat before it got too far.

Back on the school grounds, Kim was overjoyed to have a win after getting on the cheer squad as she got changed from her cheer uniform. She rejoined her friends as they were strolling along the path to leave the school grounds and head for Bueno Nacho to celebrate.

"You've been to school one day, and you are owning it." Ron congratulated his friend.

Rufus then peered from Ron's pocket and squealed, even clapping to show his support.

Kim smiled as she had to admit it was cute. "Thanks, guys. It felt nice for one thing to go right."

"Yeah, high school is worse than I could have imagined," Peter stated as he stuck his hands in his pocket.

"So, what did you find about the decathlon?" Kim wondered.

"They're meeting up tomorrow," Peter informed her. "All I have to do is answer a few questions and see if I could qualify."

"Not to worry, Pete, you're one of the smartest people I know." Ron complimented his friend.

"Ron, you only know two other people who can qualify as geniuses." Peter reminded him and pointed to Kim. "And they're her brothers."

"Well, we all can recollect and say it can't get worse than it did today," Kim told her friends. "I think it's safe to assume that we've had the worst first day of school."

"You know, there's a quiet that my uncle used to say," Peter told his friends. "Even if you know you had a disgorging day, remember...There is another one coming tomorrow!"

Kim and Ron laughed at their friend and had to agree with his point. But they held hope that there was no way the next day would get worse. But their friendly chat got interrupted when they began to hear what sounded like someone crying. Wondering what was going on, they followed the sound of someone crying and wondered what was wrong.

Reaching the edge of the sports building where Kim was trying out, they found a girl with messy hair and dirty clothes talking on the phone. They weren't sure what to do and decided to hang back until they had enough information to make a decision.

"It was awful, Dad." The girl cried into the phone. "I didn't make any friends. This truck drove by, messed up my hair, dirtied my clothes, and everyone laughed..." and they were just feeling sorry for her now. "Then my backpack ripped after getting caught in the door, and it spilled everywhere." She heard what her father had to say and sighed. "I know. I love you, too."

Hearing quite enough, Kim immediately jumped to step in to help her. She ran in and did a flip to pick up a few of her papers. Doing several more flips, she picked up her supplies before grabbing her bag and handing it to the girl.

"I believe this is yours," Kim said with a warm smile.

Peter however looked to Ron in fake concern. "We need to talk to Kim about that whole flipping thing. I think she's gonna start flipping more than walking."

"I'm Kim." Kim introduced herself to the girl.

"I know." The girl admitted in shock.

"Are you okay?" Kim asks her.

"Okay?" She asks and sniffs a little. "I just met Kim Possible!"

"Come on," Kim said and invited her to join them. "What's your name?"

"Athena." She introduced herself as they approached Peter and Ron.

"Ah, Athena," Ron said. "As in the goddess of...I wanna say dentistry."

"That's Ron," Peter said and pointed to himself. "I'm Peter." Then Rufus squeaked, seemingly feeling left out. "The lump of dough in his pocket is Rufus."

Rufus blew Peter a raspberry before he dived back into Ron's pocket.

"Ignoring the naked mole rat, let's go," Kim said as they continued for Bueno Nacho.

They made their way to Bueno Nacho and found their usual booth. Luckily it was available, as it was their spot, and they always end up using it so much it's become their favorite place.

"Bueno Nacho. Love it." Athena admitted as she and Kim took the booth while Peter and Ron got the food.

"Yep. It's Ron's casa away from casa." Kim tells her. "You didn't go to Middleton Middle School, did you?"

"No, my dad and I just moved here this summer," Athena explains as they come back with food.

"Alright, we've got food," Peter said as he put the tray of drinks down.

"Nature's perfect food," Ron said as he put the food down. "The Naco. Taco meets nachos, in a fusion of cheesy glory."

Peter sat down alongside Athena as Ron and Kim took the opposite end. "Dude, I've got a fast metabolism and have to eat a lot more than the average person, and even I wouldn't eat all that. I'd die of a heart attack instantly."

"And I've seen you eat at those eating contests, so that says a few things," Kim replied.

"Yeah, and even then, I had heartburn from all of those burgers," Peter said as he took a bite from his taco.

Athena however was still just giddy in her spot. "I'm sorry, it's just so surreal. I have followed your adventures for, like, ever." She confessed. "I even cosplayed as you at Comic-Con last year." She then showed a photo of her dressed as Kim and having what looked to be a dog dressed as Ron. "I know, it's weak, I'm working on a better one."

"Give the dog a toy plushie, it has the same effect as our mole rat." Peter quipped, followed by getting a fry in the face. He looked down and noticed the mole rat in question was standing on the food tray with a huff. "Or maybe we should just give you to the dog."

"Yeah, what's up with the handsome pooch?" Ron was a little curious about the dog.

"Yeah, that's Ron Stop-pit bull, of course. I didn't have any real friends to go with me." Athena explains with a sound of sorrow.

"Well, this got a little depressing," Peter muttered. "So, what about your dad? Why didn't he go with?"

"Oh, he is pretty busy," Athena explains. "He is a... scientist of sorts. He does a lot of traveling."

"What does he do?" Kim wonders.

Athena was taking a moment to think of her answer. "He's a scientist."

"What about your mom?" Ron wonders.

"My dad doesn't talk about her often," Athena admits. "But he said she was a skilled athlete. Seems she got that way because she has a photo-reflective memory. My dad says it means anything I see someone else do, I can also do. It's genetic."

"Wow, that's a useful skill," Peter commented.

"You ever tried it?" Kim wonders.

"Once," Athena admitted with a blush. "When I was trying out one of your moves that I saw on TV. Broke a lamp."

"Wow." Peter chuckled. "I actually did the same thing once when trying my web shooters."

"Oh, god, the first mission with those things, it was a mess," Kim admitted as she went into how much of a mess.

DARK BRANCHES:

In a secret lair hidden deep within the shadows, Peter Parker, also known as Agent H, was working on planning something big for the BRANCHES. As he was working, his cunning wife, Talia al Ghul, the strategic leader of the League of Shadows and HYDRA strolled through the secret compartment and downward towards him.

Talia broke the silence, her voice filled with a mix of ambition and determination. "My love, we've achieved what most could only dream of dominion over this world. But our ambitions extend far beyond its borders. Must we set our sights on the vast expanse of the multiverse?"

Peter, his mask removed, met Talia's gaze. "I never imagined we would come this far, Talia. But conquering the BRANCHES... it's a monumental task. Countless worlds, countless heroes and villains that could either threaten or help our cause."

Talia leaned forward as her eyes ablaze with a hunger for power. "Indeed, my love. Each universe holds unique treasures, knowledge, and resources. With our combined strength, and help from the Society, and the Infinity Stones, we can reshape the very fabric of reality. Imagine the possibilities."

Peter sighed; his mind filled with conflicting emotions. "But at what cost, Talia? The responsibility we carry is immense. We've seen the consequences of unchecked power. Are we prepared to face the consequences of our actions if the Watcher finds a way to stop us?"

Talia's expression softened, a rare glimpse of vulnerability in her eyes. "My love, I understand your reluctance. But we are not tyrants. We seek to bring order and prosperity to every world. With our guidance, we can establish a new era of stability, where chaos and suffering are things of the past."

Peter pondered her words, contemplating the weight of their choices. "We must tread carefully, Talia." He pulled up the footage from the previous world with their newest threats of sorcerer and hero. " We must ensure that our actions lead to genuine progress, not just for us, but for every living being across the multiverse."

Talia nodded, her resolve unyielding. "I agree, my love. Our path may be treacherous, but together, we can navigate it. Our alliance is built on trust and a shared vision. Let us forge ahead, hand in hand, and shape the destiny of not just one world, but countless others." She then kissed Peter, hoping to soothe his worries. "And we can finally have an heir, who will continue to guide the world and many more."

"Let's just wait and hope the Watcher chose incompetent people." Peter sighed and wondered how Wolf Spider was doing on his mission. He then pulled up their newest plans and looked to Talia who had a smile. "We will bring peace and prosperity to the BRANCHES."

BRANCH-0802:

"And for those of you who don't know how to tell time, I strongly urge you to learn." Mr. Barkly tells the class as the next day of school continues. As class began and the bell rang, the three heroes just happened to reach the room and ran into the doorway. "Well. The tardy party continues."

"We're so sorry, Mr. Barkin." Kim tried to explain.

"Sorry doesn't cut it, young lady," Barkin tells them. "I'm giving you all detentions."

That was when Athena ran into the room, seemingly just as late as they were. She actually managed to clean herself up this day after how messed up her hair was just yesterday. Her hair was now all straightened out and looked a little similar to Kim's hairstyle.

"I can explain, Mr. B," Athena tells the teacher. "We've actually been volunteering. At the cat shelter."

"That's no excuse..." Barkin said when what Athena said was finally processed. "Wait. I'm sorry, the what?"

"Yeah, the cat shelter for all of those homeless cats out there. The ones in the streets. They're very protein-deficient and have a low-carb diet." Athena explains to him.

"So sad." Kim tried to help with the lie.

Mr. Barkin seemed to be taking a moment to process what they said and even seemed to be tearing up. "Alright, I suppose I could let it pass for meow. I mean, now! For now...sit!"

After class, they were roaming the halls on their way out. "I have to say I am impressed," Peter said.

"Yeah, how did you know that would work?" Kim asks Athena.

"Well, I just came up with something on the spot." Athena shrugged. "I am actually surprised that it worked."

"Yeah, as long as you have a half-baked excuse, I suppose it could work anywhere." Peter shrugged.

Then Kim's communicator went off, getting everyone's attention as she activated it. "What's the sitch, Wade?"

"Shego and our new masked Spider-Rip off broke into a top-secret government lab," Wade warns them. "I am sending you a ride to pick you up."

"Looks like it's mission time!" Kim tells them. She then looked to Athena. "Hey, how about you come join us?"

"Are you sure?" Athena asks.

"Yeah, if you have that photo memory, it could be cool to see," Kim says. "And if things get too rough, we can get you out of there."

"Easy," Peter promises.

Athena smiled and was extremely excited to join them on their mission. "I promise I won't get in the way."

Getting a ride from a helicopter, they were let off in a small swampy area as they looked around for wherever the secret base was. Peter tried to scan the area with his sensors, but it seemed his scanners could not pick up wherever it was. Athena came down the rope and was now wearing her version of a better cosplay of Kim with a completely purple shirt and striped sleeves.

"Nice suit." Peter complimented.

"Thanks. I made it to try and make my own spin on my Kim cosplay." Athena explains.

Kim was however focused on finding the entrance. "Wade, anything to help us find the entrance?"

"I am working on it, but this one is more secret than usual," Wade tells them.

Athena was looking around and noticed the apple tree and was a little confused when she saw how skinny the tree was. Not to mention the fact that there was only one apple that looked like it wasn't even attached to the tree. When she pulled on the apple, there was a secret hatch that opened up and revealed a stairway going downward.

"Athena, how did you figure that out?" Ron asks.

"I don't know." Athena shrugged as she approached the entrance with Kim and Peter. "That just didn't look like an apple tree. I have been to more than a few farms when my dad travels."

"Nice sleuthing there, Athena." Kim complimented with a smile.

They then made their way down the stairwell as they wondered what exactly was going on down there. When they reached the end of the stairway, they found what looked to be a giant hologram hexagon in the middle of the room with what looked like a logo circling around it.

"What is this place?" Ron wonders.

"The Institute for Advanced Idea Mechanics." Kim reads the logo and looks around the room.

"Oh, I've heard of them," Athena admits. "It's an anachronism for A.I.M."

"A.I.M.?" Peter asks. "God, I thought we defeated them after what happened with MODOK and Rhino."

"They have been making breakthroughs with uploading exabytes of data directly into the human brain," Athena explains what they have been up to since then.

Ron came across a brain scan of MODOK that they were using as a prototype on the computers. "Wow, I never realized how big his brain was."

"Really?" Peter was surprised to hear that. "I would have thought that was obvious."

As they kept looking around the facility, they were wondering what drew everyone away since there were no bodies or anyone even in the facility. All of the computer screens were on, and there were a few scorches that could have been from Shego. A few animals were being experimented on, giving a reminder of what Doom was doing in the facility where they found Rufus.

"Wade, it is spooky quiet in here," Kim reported in. "Did we miss them?"

"Maybe this new guy is using some sort of cloaking device to keep them hidden." Wade took an educated guess.

As Peter was looking around, his senses alerted him of something coming. But before he even turned around to warn his friends, the wall blew up and sent them flying. Kim rolled across the ground until she got back up on her feet. Athena managed to find cover behind a pedestal. Ron was sent flying and landed face-first into the ground. Peter was able to at least steady himself but had to shield his face from the smoke.

When the dust settled, four mechanical arms made their way through the hole in the wall and Wolf Spider made himself seen as he laughed maniacally at the team. He grabbed Peter with his mechanical arms by the shoulder before he even knew what was happening.

"So, this is this universe's Spider-Man?" Wolf Spider asks as he drags Peter closer to his face. "I expected more."

"Did you now? How about this?!" Peter then did a quick kick in his chest, allowing Peter to get free and sending Wolf Spider skidding back. "Kim, you guys search for Shego. I'll handle this guy."

"Are you sure?" Kim asks.

Peter rolled to dodge a swing of one of Wolf Spider's arms, going underneath the man before immediately shooting two webs at his back. Yanking on the webs, Wolf Spider stumbled before he turned around and then shot Widow Bites toward Peter as he backflipped to avoid the shots.

"I've got him!" Peter cried as he ran up the side of the wall and leaped over Wolf Spider. He then landed on the ground and spun around to then dodge a blaster from Wolf Spider's palm. "Stop Shego!"

"Well, if he's here, then Shego must still be here for whatever reason they broke in," Kim said as they ran to avoid the battle against the two super-powered people. "But why here? Why A.I.M.?"

"Well, MODOK was capable of transferring large data transfers and imprint it into his head." Athena offered some ideas.

"That's right." Kim was following as they ran. "Drakken must be planning to use their tech for some large data transfer into his own mind."

"So, Drakken wants to make himself a super-super genius?" Ron asks. "That can't be good for anyone."

As they were running around, the wall blew upon and Peter came flying through and smashed into some of the computers and lab equipment. He got up just in time to avoid the sharp edges of Wolf Spider's arms as he lunged towards the hero.

"This is all part of the plan!" Peter cried as he leaped to dodge another strike. He then grabbed two of Wolf Spider's arms and spun around to fling the monster into another portion of the wall. "But if you're looking for brain-related transfer stuff, have Wade scan for anything to do with Zakadium-based brain modulators." He then sensed danger and leaped out of the way as Wolf Spider unleashed several missiles to shoot him. "That was what that crystal MODOK had in his head was made of!"

Kim shrugged and tapped her communicator. "Wade, you got all of that?"

"Already on it," Wade said as he searched for it. "Looks like we've got Zakadium Q-46."

"How strong is that?" Athena wonders.

"The one in MODOK's head was P-23. So, let's just say it's a lot stronger." Wade tells them. "It's in Sector 12, use the crater Peter left and go left."

"That's probably where we'll find Shego, come on!" Athena cried as she ran towards it.

"It isn't like I left that hole on purpose!" Peter cried as he shot a web towards Wolf Spider.

Wolf Spider however caught the web this time and sent a bio-electric blast right back at Peter. Peter shrieked as he felt the bioelectricity attack his nerves and sent him flying to the ground.

"That's new." Peter groaned in pain.

Kim, Ron, and Athena made their way to the location and found Shego on top of a platform and already found the Zakadium crystal. They made their way over towards her where Shego finally noticed them.

"Shego," Kim called her out.

"Possible." Shego greeted her. "Guess Wolf Spider really was only interested in spilling Spider-Man. Gotta say, figured you'd want to help your little buddy."

"Spiderman can handle himself." Kim kept faith in her friend. "And he knows that we can take you on ourselves."

"Maybe alone," Shego said as she raised a remote. "But Wolf Spider had quite the investment in this cube."

A hulking Ultron sentry then came out of the shadow's underneath Shego, cornering the three of them. Ron whimpered as he backed off, whilst Athena and Kim backed away, keeping a tough appearance, Kim better than Athena. When one does the robots opened their palms, they opened fire on them, causing the three to scatter to try and avoid the blasts.

"Love to stay and watch, but I've got to run," Shego said as she dropped down to try and leave.

Kim however wasn't going to let her get away that easily and skidded down and slid on the floor to avoid another Ultron blast. Kim went to roundhouse Shego, which she quickly blocked with ease. Kim then tried to take a swing at her, but Shego blocked that one-two.

When Shego took an opening to try and hit Kim, she blocked the punch and used the opening to try and go for the Zakadium crystal. Shego knew what she was planning and kicked her in the stomach, sending Kim skidding backward where she was then shot by the Ultron sentry.

"Okay, now I'm just getting annoyed by you," Kim stated. "Where's Peter when we need him?"

Peter was currently busy being thrown around by one of the mechanical arms. He then tried to use a slingshot maneuver to take him down, but Wolf Spider leaped out of the way and Peter smashed into several desks.

"Okay..." Peter cried out as he got up. "How did you do that?"

"I know all of your maneuvers." Wolf Spider said as he watched Peter try to climb to his feet. "Anything you can do, I will know."

"How?" Peter asks, leaping to try and punch him with his speed. "Who are you?"

Wolf Spider then webbed Peter and spun him around before slamming him into the ground. "I'm someone who understands how with great power like ours, it's foolish to even consider responsibility."

Peter froze when he heard those words. That was the words of his uncle Ben. One of the last lessons he tried to teach Peter before his death. Growing mad at how this man was now mocking his uncle, Peter used his full force he managed to rip through the webbing before punching Wolf Spider in the face at full force. That force was enough to shatter the mask he was wearing and even sent him off balance.

When Wolf Spider got his balance back, he turned to face Peter, and the boy was left shocked by who he was facing. He was looking at the eyes of none other than himself. Albeit a slightly older version of himself, with black eyes with red iris's it was himself, nonetheless.

"Who...who are you?" Peter asks Wolf Spider.

Wolf Spider chuckled as he saw that the cat was out of the bag. "Haven't you figured it out? In every universe, Peter Parker always stands for heroism and responsibility. Except for mine." He then got back up to his feet and embedded his mechanical limbs into the ground. "In my world, the name Peter Parker strikes fear in the hearts of anyone who hears it." He then showed off his armory as he went back into the fight. Peter went back to trying to process what he was learning while trying to stay alive. "I destroyed every fool who held the pathetic ideals of heroism and responsibility. They're worth nothing when you hold the power of the multiverse in the palm of your hand!"

"Man, you clearly must be me." Peter tried to get over the shock to fight back. He shot out several strands of webbing to entangle around themselves before wrapping around Wolf Spider. "Because you never stop talking!"

While Wolf Spider was entangled in the webbing, Peter went in and punched him in the face again. One of the mechanical limbs attacked back, sending Peter flying into the wall. Wolf Spider broke out of the webbing and targeted Peter and tried to strike him down with the limbs. When he was wrapped up, Wolf Spider went to strike until Peter kicked him in the chest again. He then shot out a web to try and escape to find his friends.

Back with Kim and company, Kim was busy trying to take down the Ultron sentry as it went in to try and punch her. Kim grabbed ahold of its arm, used her grapple hook, and shot it toward Shego. Shego wasn't even looking and was preparing to leave when the hook wrapped around her arm. That was something Kim used to her advantage, especially when the Ultron moved to try and go for another swing at Kim. When it did so, Shego was yanked, and she ended up dropping the Zakadium crystal.

"I've got your back, KP!" Ron cried as he leaped on top of the robot and grabbed it by the neck. But then he realized that it was a robot and that he couldn't fight steel. "I didn't think this part through!"

Shego saw the Zakadium crystal fall and went after it as Athena managed to get to it first. As she approached Athena, she had to dodge a flying Spider-Man as he was thrown across the room. Wolf Spider came crawling out of the hole and leaped towards Peter, passing Shego.

"You haven't got the crystal yet?" Wolf Spider asks Shego.

"I'm working on it. Take care of that Spider-Brat." Shego said as she moved Wolf Spider out of the way. "And stop monologuing!"

Athena took this distraction as an opportunity to run as she tried to keep the crustal safe and away from Shego. As they were doing that, Kim noticed Athena in trouble and tried to leap in to try and help. But when she tried to go around the robot, it punched the ground, causing a tremor that sent serval pieces of equipment falling.

"I'm afraid none of your besties are gonna be able to save you." Shego mocked as she searched for Athena. "It's just me, and what's going to be left of you!"

Peter dodged a swing of Wolf Spider's arms, seemingly beginning to irritate him with how well he was dodging. "Will you just take this like a Spider-Man and die already!?"

"No thanks, I prefer to live!" Peter said as he grabbed ahold of one of the arms, using a technique he had never done before. He then used Wolf Spider's repetitive movement to try and kick him in the face. "Besides," he then shot webbing in Wolf Spider's face so he could punch him, "it's Taco Tuesday tonight at home."

"Isn't it Monday?" Ron asks as the Ultron robot grabs him.

Kim acted quickly and used her laser lipstick to cut off the robot arm. "You wanna tell that to May?"

"I'm good," Ron confessed.

Before Kim could register it, she was then backhanded by the robot and sent flying across the room. Ron winced and was then grabbed by Wolf Spider who yanked him into the air.

"Hey, Pete, why does this guy look an awful lot like you?" Ron asks.

"Let him go," Peter demanded his monstrous doppelgänger.

"You want him?" Wolf Spider asks, raising Ron higher. "Catch!"

Ron was tossed into the air, and Peter leaped into the air to catch his friend. But when he did, Ron and Peter were wrapped up in webbing and Peter knocked his head into the wall, finally knocking him out in the process.

Back with Athena, she was left alone and noticed that Wolf Spider had taken down Spider-Man and that Kim was unconscious after getting backhanded by the robot. Ron whimpered when the robot approached him and Peter, and he had no means of escaping. But then the robot began to glitch and Ron was confused when he watched the sentry fall to the ground.

"Huh?" Ron was seriously confused when he watched Rufus climb out of the neck opening. Ron put together that Rufus found his way into the robot and tore it apart from the inside. "Nice job there, Rufus."

Back with Athena, she shrieked when Shego finally found her and blasted her, sending the crystal flying. Shego chuckled as she made her way over and picked up the crystal. But when she did so, Athena seemed to pick up some bravery as she went in and prepared for a fight.

Shego went in for a strike, but Athena ducked to dodge, exactly as Shego did for Kim's maneuver earlier. When Shego then went to punch again, Athena found a weakness and did a quick spin to then kick Shego in the face. Shego was taken aback as she stumbled back but kept the crystal in her grasp.

"Okay, gotta admit, you're good, kid." Shego complimented. "Who taught you those moves?"

"You did," Athena stated, watching as Shego tried to blast her. But Athena leaped and mimicked Peter's dodging technique as she flipped to the side. "And that was from Spider-Man."

"What are you, some copycat ninja?" Shego asks, getting a little sick of her.

"Close." Athena shrugged as she then kicked the crystal out of her hands. "That doesn't belong to you."

However, that was when Wolf Spider came in and shot Athena in the back with a Widow Bite. Athena tumbled and fell unconscious as Kim and Peter finally got back up. Peter ripped himself and Ron free of the webbing and stumbled over to Athena.

By the time they reached her, Wolf Spider got the crystal and Shego. They were up higher and without Kim's grapple hook Shego already broke, there was no hope Peter could take both on. And whatever tactic they made; they'd already see coming anyway.

"You'd better up your game next time we meet, Kimmy," Shego tells them. "Because this is only the beginning."

Before anyone could even reply, Wolf Spider hit a button on his wrist and they heard a ship engine, followed by a blast in the ceiling. A tractor beam then took them away and left the heroes in the wake of their defeat.

"Okay, I know we lost and everything, but that was some sick moves out there," Ron told Athena.

"Thanks," Athena said as she rubbed her sore arm. "But I'm just a Kim-itation." She gestured to Kim. "I've studied all your moves, and seeing them in person, my photo-reflective memory kicked in."

"I have to say, I kinda wish I had that," Kim admitted as she rubbed her own arm in pain. Then she looked around and groaned. "How are we getting home?"

Peter froze as he didn't consider that. "Right, yeah, didn't even think about that. Most of my concentration went to the whole 'I have an evil doppelgänger' thing."

"Wade, we could use a lift," Kim told their friend.

Drakken was able to hack into the cameras and watched the whole encounter. He then heard the doors open as Wolf Spider and Shego returned.

"Hate watching your favorite show again?" Shego asks.

"Ah, you finally got the Zakadium!" Drakken cried with glee. Shego then tossed it towards him. "Whoa! Careful!"

"Don't worry, that things have already been dropped like a dozen times." Shego informed him. "Anyway, now that we have the Zakadium, what's our next move?"

"Our next move..." Wolf Spider zoomed the camera in on the new girl of the group. "...We set the trap."

The next day of school, Kim, Peter, and Ron were sitting in the cafeteria. After everything that went down the other day was painful and made them have to consider what to do. Ron was taking a break to feed Rufus in his backpack to keep him from prying eyes.

"Well, we just need to figure out exactly what Drakken wants with that device, and we might be able to stop him," Kim said as she looked and noticed Peter seemed to be distracted by something. "Hey, Peter, you okay?"

Peter looked over to Kim and nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just...that evil doppelgänger of mine, he put some gaslighting thoughts in my head."

"Really?" Ron asks. "What'd he say?"

"Just...basically that my uncle's last words that with great power there must also come great responsibility is a joke," Peter explains and leans back. "Those words are what helped me keep going. I've made them a part of me. To have someone make me question them..."

"Pete. That dude was an evil psychopath." Kim tried to help Peter. "You're still you, and you're an amazing friend, even before those words made you a great hero. And even without those words, I doubt you'd be any different of a person."

Peter nodded and looked through his phone and came across a few photos of his uncle. "That day left a scar, Kim. I've been wearing that scar like a badge. Those words were like a bandage on the wound."

"Well, maybe you should try and remove the bandage, see what you have left underneath," Kim said with a friendly smile.

Peter chuckled and closed his phone. "Okay, yeah, wow, those were some great words. You should try for the debate team."

"Nah, cheerleading is all I need," Kim said with a laugh.

Peter nodded and placed a hand on Kim's. "You know, ever since that day, you guys have been like a family to me." He looked between Kim and Ron. "Kim, like the sister I never had. " He then looked to Ron. "Ron...like the crazy younger brother I never wanted."

"Aw, thanks," Ron said with a smile.

Rufus however felt left out as he poked his head out of the bag. "Hey!" He squeaked.

"And you, Rufus, are that pet I never knew I never wanted." Peter quipped, earring a fry to the face. "I might have slightly deserved that."

"Deserved what?" Athena asked as she approached and noted the fry slide off his face. "How'd that happen?"

"Long story, don't worry about it," Peter said as she joined them. "I have to say, you were pretty helpful out there yesterday."

"Yeah, it's a good thing you did tag along, otherwise things could have gone a lot differently," Kim confessed.

"I mean, giant robots, Shego, and evil doppelgängers, it's nothing we haven't dealt with before." Ron defended.

"Ron, we've only dealt with half of those." Peter corrected him. "This is our first evil doppelgänger."

"Yeah, and an evil Spider-Man at that," Kim replied. "With a lot of other gadgets from other heroes."

"But nothing from the two of you." Peter realizes. "Even if he did, all he'd get are similar weapons and a naked mole rat scarf." That earned him another fry to the face. "Okay, you gotta stop that." But as they were laughing, Peter's senses alerted him of something happening. "Uh-oh."

"What?" Athena asks.

Kim however recognized that look and grew concerned. "Somethings coming."

Ron happened to be looking up for some reason and noticed something. "Uh, why is there an ominous green circle being cut in the ceiling?"

Everyone looked upward and even some of the students happened to notice it and everyone grew concerned. Then when the circle was completed, the portions of the ceiling came crashing down. Students ran to avoid the falling debris as it came crashing downwards. In the middle of the debris came down the one responsible for cutting the hole. Wolf Spider, equipped with a repaired mask.

Peter, Athena, and Ron all jumped to their feet and prepared for a fight as Shego came falling from the opening, using her blasts to cushion her fall. Then the beam came down and floated Drakken downward into the room.

"Good afternoon, students," Drakken says as he floats downward into the room. "Don't be alarmed. We're only here to kidnap Athena."

"What?" Athena asks in confusion.

"Oh, sure, why shouldn't we be alarmed about that?" Peter asks sarcastically.

"What do you want with Athena?" Kim asks, stepping in front of her friend.

"That's for us to know, and for you to die figuring out." Wolf Spider stated.

Peter then used his webs to slingshot himself towards Wolf Spider and tackle him. "Bad news for you...I came prepared for this fight!"

Then Peter's clothes were transforming as his newest suit was merging over him using nanotechnology that the twins mastered. It was slightly different from the Iron Spider he used to fly in and save his friends, its color scheme just consisted of red with some gold highlights, but it also included some black highlights.

Peter then revealed that the suit had four mechanical arms that came out of his back. Peter went to punch Wolf Spider, only to be punched and sent rolling onto the ground. When he reached the ground, the two Spiders began to duke it out using only their mechanical arms. Peter went into the defensive position as Wolf Spider went swing after swing using the arms.

Peter waited for Wolf Spider to start making a pattern with the constant attacks, then went to strike as Peter leaped through the arms and tackled Wolf Spider against the tables. Wolf Spider leaped upward and found himself on the railing as Peter followed after him. Once they both made it high up, Peter went underneath and kicked Wolf Spider, sending him toppling backward.

"Henchmen, attack!" Drakken demanded.

"It's more hench-bots if anything," Shego stated, watching as dozens of robots fell from their ship. "Trained them myself."

Kim and Ron looked at one another, neither of them sure what they were going to be able to do. Ron backed off as he wasn't going to be able to survive the robots and just stayed back with Athena. Kim saw this was her time and needed to protect her friends.

When the first robot went in to try and strike, Kim dodged the swing and punched it in the side where she saw an opening. Then she retreats into the chairs to try and use them as weapons. Kicking a book up to her hands, she throws it at the neck of one of the bots, causing it to lose balance and spill oil onto the other ones, blinding them. Before they could regain their eyesight, Wolf Spider smashed into them, tackling Peter to the ground and punching him.

"You know, these tricks are starting to get a little old," Peter stated as he kicked Wolf Spider back. "Don't you have any other tricks besides anyone else's?"

While they were fighting at it, Ron and Athena backed away only to be cornered by two robots who aimed taser palms at them. Shego smiled as she walked over and saw the plan was working.

"Boys, please escort the princess to her pumpkin," Shego tells them.

Ron however gets an idea as he reaches into his bag and pulls out several packets of taco sauce. "Taco sauce to the rescue!" When he squeezed them, then it exploded and sauce went everywhere, including into the cracks of the Ultron bots. That is then what caused them to become malfunctioning and break down. "Saves us every time!"

Wolf Spider then smashed Peter into the wall and clings to his throat, choking out the Spider hero. "You fought valiantly. But this is where you finally die!"

The Wolf Spider then released his Black Panther claws and went to strike the hero, but was caught mid-swing. Wondering what had happened, the Wolf Spider looked back and noticed that he was stopped by a sort of web that had come through a portal. Peter was just as confused as Wolf Spider was when he saw the portal, and it was almost like the rest of the room froze at the sudden portal.

Then out of nowhere, Peter Supreme came flying from the portal, quickly followed by Gwen, and the two of them didn't waste any time fighting back. Figuring the one in the spooky mask was the enemy, they worked fast with Peter Supreme bonding both of his arms, Gwen shot out two strands of webbing and slingshot onto his chest.

Peter gasped as he was finally able to breathe with Wolf Spider taken down. He then looked at his rescuers and was shocked to see they were both Spider-heroes like himself. Shego however took this opportunity to grab Athena while everyone was distracted and dragged her into the tractor beam.

"Kill everyone!" Shego tells Wolf Spider, followed by him using his mechanical arms to crawl into the tractor beam. "He said you two might show."

The Ultron bots then seemed to switch targets from Kim and Ron toward Peter Supreme and Gwen. When they aimed missiles toward them, Peter Supreme worked and used the shielding spells to give them a blockade, allowing Gwen to sneak around and use her web-shooters to yank herself toward one of them, crushing its head in her arms.

"What do you want with her?" Kim asks Drakken as she stabs one of the Ultron bots in the neck.

"Oh, trust me, this is my most diabolical scheme yet," Drakken promised as the three of them rose towards the ship. "For I-"

"Shut it!" Shego cried, struggling to hold onto Athena as she continued to struggle. "What have I told you about oversharing?"

"Oh, yeah," Drakken said as he then started to stutter. "BYE!"

Peter however got an opening as he was holding onto the Ultron by the head and aimed his web shooter. But instead of shooting a strand of webbing, he managed to shoot one of the spider tracers that the twins made for him. Getting an opening through the squirming, he managed to shoot off a tracer and it attached to Athena's foot. Thanks to the twins, even if she were to step on it, she wouldn't break or even notice it. Peter Supreme tried to prevent them from escaping, but it seems that the Society has done something and made gear to form a force field over the three of them.

Before they even had a chance to try and make a second attempt, a small detonation device fell into the middle of the school and started to count down quickly. Peter Supreme ran and the Cloak of Levitation quickly flew off and wrapped itself around the bomb to try and shield the blast. Peter Supreme helped the Cloak as he used the shielding spell and wrapped it around the bomb. When it went off, the ground took a lot of impact, and the Cloak of Levitation took a bit of damage, but it was mostly dirtied.

"Thanks," Kim said in shock. "Who are you?"

"My name is the Spider Supreme." Peter Supreme introduced himself as he looked at Gwen, who was examining one of the Ultron bots. "Me and my partner are on a mission to save the multiverse from-"

"Multiverse?" Ron asks in surprise. "Are you guys from another universe?"

Gwen gave a dumbfounded look as she eyed Peter. "He's the Ned of this world, isn't he?"

"That'd be insulting Ned." Peter Supreme stated.

"So, that Wolf Spider guy, he from you?" Peter asks his doppelgänger.

"Not exactly." Peter Supreme stated.

"But also not, not exactly," Gwen muttered.

"We're not responsible for any of this." Peter Supreme reminded her. "But we are here to fix it."

"And yet managed to make things worse," Gwen said as she eyed the hole. "We need to talk with our Traveler Agent about where and when he brings and drops us off."

"Take it up with management." Peter Supreme replied and looked to the heroes of this dimension. "Any idea where they could be heading?"

"I managed to slip a tracker onto Athena," Peter admitted. "We should be able to see where they are going."

"That could work." Peter Supreme said as he looked at Gwen. "I have a feeling we're up for a team-up."

"Well, we do need them to tell us all they learned." Gwen reminded him. "They undoubtedly heard or were told something by that guy."

"Yeah, he does seem like the talking type." Peter Supreme muttered. He sighed and looked to the Cloak. "You got a say in this?"

Cloak then shrugged its collar to give its suggestion.

"Fine." Peter Supreme said and turned to the team. "Tell us everything."

Drakken was currently chugging down container after container of cold milk that he was chugging in victory. Wolf Spider was working on something from Drakken's machine as it seems all of the Ultron bots were used to capture Athena and destroyed. Shego was filing her nails and rolled her eyes at Drakken.

"Shego, Wolf, come and celebrate with me!" Drakken cried out. "With a nice cold ice-milk!"

"Never let them say that you don't know how to party, Dr. D." Shego sighed.

"I have to admit, today went better than I could have hoped," Drakken said.

"I have to admit, I also felt fierce," Shego said with a smile.

"Oh, come on. You were your usual competent self." Drakken agreed. "But I was the most-"

"The most average, maybe," Shego stated as she stood up. "You were-"

"Could you two stop arguing?" Athena asks the two of them, sitting in a chair near Wolf Spider. "God, nobody argues this much back home like the two of you."

"You have never seen your Uncle Poison and Uncle Carnage try to work together." Wolf Spider told his daughter.

Yep. Athena wasn't from this dimension at all. She was from the Dark BRANCHES and arrived when Wolf Spider brought her along to help with their arrangement. Drakken needed to find out more about Kim and needed to infiltrate her life to do so. So, Wolf Spider called in his known assailant who had helped him topple empires. Athena has fought powerful heroes and villains in the multiverse, copied all of their moves, and used them to conquer more and more worlds in the process. She was orphaned in her world and taken into HYDRA at a young age once they learned who she was.

In her world, DARK EARTH-TRN454, Athena was already destant to become someone strong. After all, she was one of the most powerful people in the universe, if you knew her true name. Athena Masters. In one universe, it was Anthony Masters, but in the multiverse, slight changes can alter everything. Athena was a descendant of the long lines of Taskmasters in the multiverse. Though she was set for a different path in her timeline, HYDRA's interference lead her to become their most powerful asset.

"But we upheld our end of the bargain." Wolf Spider said as he looked at Athena. "She has found what makes Possible her, and there's just one more phase and our business together will be complete."

"And what about our place on the council?" Shego reminds him.

"All I need to do is return home and suggest your names." Wolf Spider stated. "Once HYDRA H realizes the assets you can offer, you will be members of the Spider Society."

"Right," Drakken said with a smile. "Now, let's make sure that I have everything that I can offer."

"So, what's our next move?" Athena asks Wolf Spider.

"I take this data back to our base." Wolf Spider said as he showed the data of Drakken's brain technology. "And you prepare to enact the final protocol with Drakken. Whatever he wants, you do, no questions asked."

"Understood." Athena nodded.

Wolf Spider walked over to a portion of the wall and activated a secret compartment where Wolf Spider had set up Drakken's machine for him. Drakken was shocked when he walked into the room and saw the portal that was open leading to the Dark BRANCHES.

"Has this been here this whole time?" Darkken asks.

"Oh, yeah." Shego forgot about it. "With everything going on, I guess I forgot to mention it."

Wolf Spider then opened a portal back home. When he walked through, the portal shut down again and left the three of them alone. "So, what's next?" Athena asks.

Drakken then laughs as he pulls the Zakadium crystal from... somewhere. Neither of them wanted to know for sure where. Drakken approached the machine and placed it inside the middle of two pods. He laughed as he saw that his plan was finally coming together.

"Okay, let's get you ready for what comes next." Shego said and leads Athena out of the room.

Kim was currently outside of the window that leads into Drakken's lair, but she wasn't entirely sure if this looked like the right place. She tried to look into the window, but it was too dirty from the inside to get a clear view.

"Pete, you sure this is it?" Kim wonders.

Peter was on the other side of the base working on the alarm. "Of course, I am. The tracker stops here, and it is still giving a clear signal."

"Yeah, but that tracker is from the twins, so..." Kim muttered. "How's the alarm coming?"

Peter Supreme walked over to it, casting a spell to freeze the junction box. "It's taken care of."

"That's awesome." Peter complimented.

"Gwen, you and the other guy in position?" Peter Supreme asks, ignoring Peter's comment.

Gwen was kicking in the air vent that didn't have security attached to it and groaned. She knew it was easy for her to crawl in vents, but it didn't make it any less comfortable for her.

"Yeah, we're on our way in." Gwen reported with a sigh. "You wanna go first, Ron?"

Ron nodded and saluted. "Can do." He then reached into his bag quickly and pulled Rufus out. "Do a little scouting for us, will ya, Buddy?"

Rufus gave him a salute before leaping and running into the air vent himself. Gwen watched the entire interaction and wasn't sure what exactly to make of it.

"Okay, that happened."

"I'm gonna go after Athena after I sneak in through the skyline." Kim reported her part of the plan. "Sorcerer Peter, you deal with Wolf Spider, and-"

"The rest of us got Drakken and Shego," Peter Supreme said as he and Peter entered through the front door. "Wow, looks like a cave where Wolf Spiders would live."

Kim then used her laser lipstick to cut through the skyline and dropped inside of the lair. When she did so, she watched as Shego was walking away from a room, where she noticed Athena was in a seat and what looked to be putting on makeup or something.

Kim took the chance to run over as Shego leaves and reached her. "Athena, we're here! Come on, we gotta go."

Athena froze when she turned towards Kim in shock. "Kim? How did you find me?"

"Peter got a tracker on you while they abducted you." Kim explains how it happened. "Look, we gotta get out of here."

Athena sighed as she stood up and turned to face Kim. "Do you really think I'm still a prisoner?" She gestured to herself and her surroundings. "Look around. I told you that I travel a lot. You just never bothered to ask why." She then strolled and stopped front to Kim. "I destroy empires. Kim. I came here with my father, Wolf Spider."

Kim had to take a step back in shock when she heard that. "Wolf Spider is your father?"

"He trained me to deceive my targets." Athena said as she showed off a bunch of information Athena gathered on Kim: her favorite food, her hobbies, her friends, family, and everything else. "And you were so easy! All I needed to do was feed you and your friends' egos. 'I met Kim Possible.' 'I can't believe Kim Possible is talking to me'. You even trained me, and didn't even notice."

"So... all of this, everything since the first day of school has it all been a con?" Kim asks in shock.

"Basically." Athena shrugged. "I mean, it's been fun playing the part of your friend. But that's over." She then walked over and leaned closer to Kim. "It was all a mission, but I'll be fair since you were my first friend. Get out of here while you still can."

Athena walked off and headed back towards the laboratory while Kim was shocked and wasn't sure what she was going to do. She looked around and saw all of the memorials of other worlds. Athena has been her friend for the last month, but it was all to gain her trust and break it in the end.

"Guys, something came up you should know..." Kim wasn't sure how to break this.

Meanwhile, Drakken was fitting Athena with a device on her head and her arms were being strapped to the machine. Shego finished the restraints and backed off as she saw Athena was now ready for the next part of the plan.

"Uh, so, why do I need these restraints?" Athena was a little worried.

"Safety precautions." Shego explains. "Mostly ours."

Ghe door to the container then closed, and Athena was starting to grow concerned to what was going to happen. As the two mad scientists laughed, the door to their lair blew open, and Peter Supreme came flying inside. Peter from this dimension came swinging in and landed in his usual pose, whist Kim and Ron made it inside and Gwen landed aside them.

"Possible!" Drakken cried in anger.

"And friends." Shego replied, seeing Supreme and Gwen.

"You don't mind if we crashed your party, do ya?" Kim asks as they all walked down the stairway towards him.

"Oh, I was counting on it!" Drakken proclaimed, pushing a button. All of a sudden, glowing orbs came around the ground and engulfed the heroes in small orbs, also ending up cutting off Ron's backpack and sending Rufus falling with the drone Ron had in his bag.

"Rufus!" Ron cried in concern for his pet.

Peter Supreme tried to use one of his spells to escape, but before he could conjure a spell, the bubble zapped him and took him down.

"Peter!" Gwen cried in concern.

Peter tried to rip the containment, but he was also zapped and sent flying into the back of the containment. "Ow, okay, should have seen that coming."

"Nice, right?" Drakken asks with a laugh. "This lair has everything. And that forcefield is one hundred percent inescapable!"

"Uh, Kim, he might be right." Wade admitted. "This tech is like nothing I've ever seen."

"And what makes it so special, the off switch is all the way up there!" Drakken pointed to the wall on the left, where they saw the button was high off the ground.

"That seems impractical." Gwen had to say.

"Don't tell them where it is!" Shego cried in anger.

"Shego!" Drakken called back. "Anywho, welcome to my long-awaited victory." He then did a little dance as he showed off footage Athena took with small lenses cameras in her literal eye lenses. Wolf Spider came back through the portal and noticed the heroes trapped and stayed back to see everything. "As I rotted away in that cell..."

"ahh, here we go again." Gwen groaned in annoyance.

"The evil plan monologue." Kim sighed along with her.

"Would it be rude to try and use my astral form to read?" Peter Supreme asks.

"I find these informative." Ron admitted. "They fill in a lot of the gaps."

"Do you mind?" Drakken asks the group. "Uh...right, rotting away in that cell I realizes that you, Kim Possible, had something which separated you from the rest. So with the help of these outsiders, I used Athena's photo-reflective memory to my advantage. Had her befriend you, learn from you, and to find out what makes you Kim Possible. Creating a perfect copy of you."

"Kim-itation." Kim couldn't realize she was so blind.

"And now, I'm going to transfer that energy through the Zakadium crystal from Athena, and onto myself," Drakken explained. "Because you plus me equals invincible!"

"And what do they get out of this?" Gwen wonders.

"The brain technology." Wolf Spider answers. "The crystals aren't transferable from one universe to another, but the information Drakken has made is. After all, we have the crystals for it. All we needed was the information. I help him conquer this world, and his technology will help conquer the BRANCHES."

"Snd what's going to happen to Athena?" Peter wonders in worry.

"Well, most plausible scenario is her brain gets fried and she dies." Drakken said with a shrug.

"What?" Athena asks in shock.

"What?" Kim cried in terror. "No!"

"You gotta break a few eggs, kid." Shego shrugged.

Athena looked towards Wolf Spider, wondering why he wasn't doing anything to stop this. "Dad?"

"Sorry, sweetie." Wolf Spider wasn't even concerned. "This is how it needs to be."

"Athena, don't worry. I'm gonna get you out of there," Kim promises.

"Are you now?" Drakken asks. "After everything she's done, you still want to save her? That's actually quite touching." He then held up the remote back up. "Now, let's see which one of you cracks first."

All of a sudden the barrier in their cells were starting to close and they began to panic. Every time they touched the wall, all it ended up doing was getting them tasered. Wade was trying to help them, but there was little he could do with unfamiliar technology.

"I can't find out how to shut it down." Wade said in worry.

But Rufus managed to come up with an idea as he jumped on top of the drone. Wade seemed to get what the naked mole rat was trying to say.

"Oh, that's a great idea, Rufus!" Wade then started to remotely pilot the drone towards the off button.

Wolf Spider however had other ideas as he shot Widow Bites towards Rufus, but Wade managed to dodge the shots. Shego sent a few blasts herself, and with their combined shots, it didn't take long until they blew up the drone. Rufus managed to however jump from the drone and pushed the button.

Rufus fell and Ron immediately jumped to his rescue. While he did so, Peter Supreme was fast to get to work as the Cloak of Levitation flew off and smacked into Shego before flying into Wolf Spider and wrapped around him.

"A flying piece of cloth?" Shego asks as she sent a blast of energy at Kim, who sprung into action.

Kim leaped to dodge the blast before she went to try and punch Shego in the face. Shego blocked the attack and tried to take a swing, Kim then dodged the attack and went for Athena inside of the containment. When Shego tried to shoot her in the back, Gwen came in and webbed her arm, yanking it so the blast would hit the wall rather than Kim.

"Thanks!" Kim called as she went into defensive and kicked Shego back.

Gwen then refocused her attention towards Drakken and kicked him towards the machine. "You are very strong!"

"You haven't seen nothing yet." Gwen stated as she approached him.

Drakken wherever worked fast as he smashed his hand into the control panel, a gust of gas blinding Gwen. Back with Peter, he was using the Images of Ikonn to fight Wolf Spider. One of his images kicked Wolf Spider in the back, followed by him turning and trying to pry himself out of the cloak. He then ripped through him, causing the Cloak to then be shredded and fly back to the real Peter Supreme, giving him away.

Wolf Spider then shot a Widow Bite at Peter Supreme who flipped and the Cloak helped escape the taser but missed the second one that hit him in the chest. Peter fell and smacked into the ground, the Cloak immediately trying to wake him up. Kim managed to get behind Shego and got an idea when she noticed the pack on the back of Wolf Spider. When Shego tried to blast her again, Kim maneuvered her arm, so when Shego fired, it would hit Wolf Spider in the back.

"Gah!" Wolf Spider cried when he felt his pack was hit. He then got alerts on his systems as they malfunctioned, which was followed by a small explosion that caused Wolf Spider to fall over and crash into the ground.

As that was going down, Drakken ran inside of the machine and prepared himself. "Shego, flip the switch!"

Shego was left shocked at what happened to Wolf spider, but worked fast to shoot the switch. When she did, the machine activated and the draining was beginning. Athena cried in pain as all of her skills and experience was being drained into Drakken.

"We gotta destabilize it," Peter Supreme warned them. "What's powering it?"

"The Crystal!" Kim cried.

Then Kim used her laser to shoot the crystal, destabilizing the machine. Instead of draining Athena, it was having a strange side effect on Drakken as the container filled with smoke. When the smoke cleared, he coughed and they were shock to see he had blue pale skin. Kim, Ron, and Peter ran for Athena to help her out as she was unconscious.

"What...what's happened to me?" Drakken asks as he looked over his skin.

"Ooh, you're not looking so hot there, Doc." Shego mentioned.

As they were rescuing Athena, Peter Supreme made it over to Wolf Spider and saw he was indeed dead. The explosion took his entire spine, and part of the back of his head. Ironically, if he wore a mask, it would have been better.

"Come on, time to go!" Shego dragged Drakken into the escape pod. "This place is gonna blow."

"Good! Then maybe togwy wasn't a total loss!" Drakken said as the pod escaped.

"He's right, we gotta go!" Peter cried as they all ran for the exit.

As they were running, Peter Supreme opened a portal for them and they all ran through. When they made it through, the machine exploded just as Peter closed the portal and separated them from it.

"Phew." Gwen sighed. "That could have gone better."

DARK BRANCHES:

Peter-H watched as the code made it through the portal, but Wolf Spider was killed in the blast. He was now growing increasingly angry at the idea that Spider Supreme had killed one of his Spider Society members.

"Seems they're not so incompetent after all." Peter-H commented.

"My love, what do we do now?" Talia asks.

"We plan ahead." Peter-H knew this was going to be harder than he thought. "We need to report that we have lost Wolf Spider and Taskmaster."

BRANCH-0802:

Peter Supreme was using his spells to make sure that the dimension was clear of any other Spider Society members. Seeing that the dimension was clear, he sighed in relief and looked to Gwen and nodded.

"Okay, so, that means it's all cleared up?" Gwen asks.

Peter Supreme then looked over and eyed Athena. "Not yet. We still have to take care of one last thing."

"Wait," Gwen quickly stopped him. "What are you planning now?"

"Athena Masters is from the Dark BRANCHES." Peter Supreme explains. "We have to send her back if we want to make sure that we can clear this dimension."

"And what exactly is going to happen if you send her back?" Gwen asks.

"I don't know. She'd probably have to deal with the rest of the Society." Peter Supreme shrugged as he wasn't even sure. "Why does it matter?"

"Why does it matter?" Athena asks in shock. "Because it's my life we're talking about!"

"Come on, Pete. She's just a kid." Gwen gestured to Athena, and the others, who were about a few years younger than they were. "I mean, most of these Society members are adults, and have caused despicable harm to the multiverse."

"So has she." Peter Supreme gestured to Athena.

"Yeah, but she's been raised under HYDRA." Gwen stated to him. "Come on, Pete, you were raised in S.H.I.E.L.D. If you were raised somewhere else, you have been someone completely different."

"Yeah, I'd have a normal life, and yet still be beaten down by the universe." Peter Supreme said, knowing if he had a normal life, things would have turned out different. But he got that Athena was more innocent than the rest of the Society. They chose the path, Athena was lead down the path. "You think that it'd be worth the risk to the multiverse?"

"Come on, she just makes this universe more unique, doesn't she?" Gwen asks.

Peter Supreme nodded and looked to Athena. "Alright, fine. But I'm keeping eyes on this world. If she damages it too much, I'll have to send her back."

"So, I'm free to stay?" Athena asks.

"As far as we are concerned, all traces of the Dark BRANCHES died in that explosion." Peter Supreme tells Athena sternly. "You have a second chance here, don't go wasting it."

"So, this is what you guys do for a living?" Ron asks. "Exploring new worlds? Protecting them?"

"More or less." Gwen shrugged. "Right now, it feels like we're putting together a puzzle."

"Yeah, first robot technology, then they steal brain transferring information?" Peter Supreme wasn't seeing a connection between the worlds and their plans. "Whatever it is, we need to figure it out. Before they have a chance to enact their plan."

"Maybe if we capture the next Society member, they might even talk." Gwen said.

Peter Supreme sighed as a portal opened for them. "Wow, feels like we just got here."

"Well, shall we?" Gwen asks.

"Let's see what comes after this." Peter Supreme said as he ran towards the portal.

"See you guys later, and we mean it. We'll have to come back to check on Athena." Gwen said as she walked to the portal. "And trust me when I say, he usually isn't this understanding. He must see something in you worth saving."

"Thanks." Athena says.

"Don't worry, we'll be here to help her." Kim promises her friend.

Gwen nodded and knew this world seemed to be in safe enough hands. Leaping into the portal, they were heading for the next world to see what was going to happen next.
