Also, I apologize ahead of time for any grammatical/spelling errors as I do not have anyone helping me edit and as we all know, we writers tend to read our work as it is in our brain instead of how it was actually written. I do try to catch things, but some do fall through the cracks. Thank you all for still reading it in all its glory and flaws. :) Also sorry for the rush through the fighting scenes. I've realized that I am not very good at attempting to write fights.
Hope you all enjoy the story

Lucy hugged both slayers with a huge smile on her face.
"It is so good to see you guys! What made you decide to come visit academia?"
Chapter 12
Back at Fairytail the day before…..
The doors of the guild hall slammed open, the wood splintering from the force of the impact. The cause of the abuse of the doors was an irate iron dragon slayer.
The fairies in the guild hall parted, giving the glowering slayer a path as he headed up the stairs, missing the worried and intrigued faces of his guildmates.
Without knocking, Gajeel walks straight into Laxus' office as the master to be was elbow deep in guild paperwork. Laxus looked up at his fellow slayer with annoyance on his face. He narrowed his eyes and spoke through gritted teeth.
"Care to tell me why you think it's ok to just barge into my office?"
Gajeel proceeded to slam a piece of paper on top of the work the lightning slayer was working on, poking at the sheet of paper as he spoke.
"Did a job request to take down a dark guild and took a look at their request board. Found this. It's a job request to go after Bunny Girl."
Laxus quickly grabbed the sheet of paper to read it for himself. The longer he read the words, the more sparks started to build on the surface of his skin.
Job Request
Need mages to locate and kill the celestial mage Lucy Heartfilia of Fairy Tail. Half payment will be paid up front, once the mage's celestial keys are delivered to me as proof of her death, the remainder will be paid.
Request Payment $150 Million Jewel
Requestor Lord Melphus Oakwood
Laxus sat the paper down and looked back at Gajeel.
"Were you able to find out anything else about the request while you waited for the rune knights."
Taking a seat in the black leather chair sitting in front of the desk, the brunette runs his hand through his thick mane.
"Newbie, a young kid around fifteen years old, was ready and willing to spill any information he had heard around the guild. The smaller dark guilds have rejected the request due to it involving a Fairy."
"But?" Laxus always knew there was a but and knew this wouldn't be good.
"There is word of a new dark guild going around. They're Zeref worshipers. They want Natsu to go back to the E.N.D. before he killed Zeref. They want him back to take Zeref's place."
Gajeel swallows the knot in his throat and continues.
"They want to kill Bunny, use her death to cause the demon to revert. During Alvarez, someone saw Natsu allow the demon part of him to take over when he thought she died. They want to see him rage over her death again, the loss of his kin."
Laxus sat back in his seat and started to sort through his thoughts. Earlier in the day he had heard from Kaleb about going forward with becoming sister guilds, happy that bringing them into this will be easier with the sistership and the fact that she was currently with the boscan mages.
He looked back up at Gajeel.
"Any information on this Lord Melphus Oakwood?"
Gajeel grunted in confirmation.
"He was the guy that Bunny was supposed to marry when Juvia and I kidnapped her."
Guilt consumed the iron slayer and it showed on his face. Laxus knew the feeling when any of the mages that hurt her in the past felt. She accepted them with open arms giving them a second chance to show the true people they are. The good in people no one else could see.
"You weren't the only one. Mira called me to ask for my help to get her back from your old guild, but I said only if she became my woman. Then during fantasia, I turned her to stone and she was forced to fight Bickslow as a new mage."
Gajeel nodded knowing there are plenty of people who can not help but appreciate the light she gives to people. It just pissed him off more seeing people willing to hurt someone who only wants the best for everyone and to better the world.
"Well, he wants to make an example by ending her lineage."
"That's fucked up. Her family is one of the last original celestial blood lines. You'd think he was from Pergrande or something." 'Blondie, how does trouble keep following you?'
Leaning further back, Laxus thinks over what they should do next. He knew he would need to send more people since Lucy's kidnapping record would likely never be broken, and the extra eyes and mages would help hopefully sway anyone from making any attempts.
"I'm going to call Thane since he's currently in charge at White Sea in Kaleb's absence. He is a teleportation mage and can take a team of two slayers to where the group is at with Blondie. I want to keep this under wraps as much as possible. I want her location to become 'non-existent' until we can figure out more."
Gajeel stood to grab the job request back, folding and putting it in his pocket.
"Orga and I will go to watch over Bunny. We can keep a low profile and along with her mate, should be enough. We owe it to her."
Laxus nodded and picked up the Lacrama to make the arrangements as Gajeel left the room to talk to the god slayer before going to spend time with his mate and hatchlings.
Walking down the stairs, Gajeel catches Orga's attention, nodding to the corner table where Levy was sitting with Lilly. Their three year old twin boys Oliver and Titan were running around chasing each other.
Both men sat and Orga grunted for his fellow slayer to explain.
"We have a job out in Bosco. Bunny is in danger. There is a job request running through the dark guild circuit for her death and we're going as extra security."
Levy gasped. Her best friend was always the target for nefarious plans. When would she finally get a break from being kidnapped and her life at risk.
"Anything I can do to help Tiny. When do we leave?"
"Sir Sparks Alot will let us know once he gets our travel figured out. Go home, pack, and spend some time with Minerva and Milly before we leave. I'm about to do the same."
Orga nodded in confirmation and walked over to his mate where she was sitting at the bar talking to a very pregnant Mira and Juvia. He looked to be whispering in her ear.
Gajeel turned to his mate with a solemn face.
"I'm so sorry Levs. I don't know how long I'll need to be gone. I hate leaving you, the boys and Lilly for so long. But Bunny needs it. She's our Queen."
Levy grabbed her mate's face gently in her hands staring deep into his ruby eyes with her own tear filled ones.
"Gaj. She is my best friend, our kin and the boys' godmother. I would be upset if you didn't volunteer. A job like this needs stealth, and as we know Natsu and Sting call too much attention. Don't worry about us. We'll be here waiting for you."
Lilly cleared his throat to get the couple's attention.
"I vow to keep Levy and the boys safe in your absence."
"Thanks Lilly. I knew I could depend on you. Let's all go home. I have some family time to squeeze in before I leave."
Current time in Bosco…..
Both slayers stood before their kin with smiles on their faces.
"Hey Bunny Girl." "Hey Tiny."
Gajeel's smile falls and he becomes serious, making Lucy nervous causing her bad omen alarm to go off.
"Is there somewhere private we can go? Somewhere that we can safely speak."
Nodding at the men, she grabs Orga's arm.
"Gaj, you follow me in the shadows. Orga, you might want to close your eyes."
The group bled into the shadows and into a white large room filled with beige living room furniture with a gold coffee and side table set.
Lucy drops her stardress and looks at Kaleb with concern on her face.
"Is this suite soundproof? Gaj and Orga have come to discuss some matters."
"Yes of course. Is this matter sent by Laxus?"
Kaleb tried to scan through the fairies' surface thoughts, but he kept hitting walls.
Gajeel had looked at the group traveling with his kin when he noticed the new man with mahogany hair and a large Eagle Tattoo. Tilting his head towards the man he looks at Lucy.
"Who's that?"
Lucy realized her kin would not discuss this matter in front of strangers. Her lapse in manners must be due to her nervousness.
"Oh, yes. Introductions. I know you've met everyone else at the party. Gajeel, Orga, this is my second mate Zen. Zen, these are more of my kin. Gajeel, the iron dragon slayer and Orga, the lightning god slayer."
She pointed at each man as she introduced them. The three men shook hands and made pleasantries.
As Zen and Gajeel continued some small talk, Orga walked over to Lucy to check her over to confirm she was in good health. That's when he noticed the new golden mark on Lucy's arm, his eyes shooting to hers.
"You finally found her."
Smiling at Orga as tears formed in her eyes.
"I did. Shortly after arriving at the academia."
He smiled and his eyes softened. If anyone could find one specific key that could emerge anywhere in all of earthland, it would be his favorite blonde. Continuing to look at her markings, he noticed five additional white symbols that he did not recognize.
"I'm happy for you Tiny. Now what's up with the new white markings? And those wing tattoos?"
So much had happened so quickly, she hadn't told anyone else yet. Then again, she hasn't had any time.
"Oh. Surprise. I got five new keys that are the infamous archangel keys and am now the keeper of the angels. Which includes me getting archangel magic and a third mate."
She was looking everywhere but the two men since it seemed like a lot. Then her face turned to her thinking modes as she took note to call out her new spirits so she could get to know them.
Gajeel scoffed and shook his head with a smirk on his face.
"Figures the woman with a proverbial target on her back, would get a third magic, mate and title."
Kaleb clapped his hands lightly to gain the group's attention so they could discuss the matter that brought the additional fairies. Pointing to the other seats, he sat in the beige suede chair to the left of the couch.
"Let's sit and discuss what brings so much concern."
The rest of the group started to sit, but before the iron slayer did, he pulled a folded piece of paper out of his pocket and handed it to the small blonde.
Lucy unfolded the paper and began to look it over, reading the words on the page. Taking in the information, her face falls and she looks at the two slayers. She then hands the paper to Erik to read and pass around. She swallowed to try to calm her nerves.
"There must be more information if you came here to tell me this in person."
The iron slayer hated having to pass on this information, but his kin needed and deserved to know.
"Bunny…Orga and I are here as extra security. There's a rumor of a new guild of Zeref worshipers. They want to reawaken E.N.D. in Natsu. The same way Natsu allowed the demon to take over him before. They expect him to take Zeref's place."
Lucy's anxiety spiked. When the demon magic was able to take over Natsu, it was because of the grief he felt believing she had died. Could that part of E.N.D. come back? No, she watched the book turn to ash. Then again, she is the girl who the rules bent for, she could not leave out the possibility.
"I watched the book of E.N.D. turn to ash. Natsu shouldn't be able to revert back unless… unless there is a spell or ritual we aren't familiar with. I will have Grandpa Crux look into his records."
"Levs, Freed and Hibiki are all looking into the possibility. Queen Hisui also gave them access to the Fiorian libraries for their research."
Lucy's mind could not help but take her back to the moments when she rewrote the book of E.N.D. Her memories being so loud, Kaleb linked the entire group to hopefully see if there are any clues.
Natsu was fighting Zeref as Lucy, Happy and Grey were outside on the cobblestone road. Lucy had dropped to the ground next to the book of E.N.D. that was open.
The words flew out of the book and surrounded the trio. Grabbing her feather pen, Lucy placed the tip against the words in the air. Quickly the magic moved through the tip of the pen and started to flow into her hand, arm, shoulder, then through the right side of her body and face.
Happy trembled as he watched his friend start to be consumed by the book's magic.
"S…s…something is wrong with her."
Lucy's breath halted for a moment before she bent over with a cry of pain.
"Something… in me…. is burning."
Happy looked over at Grey. "Natsu's Fire!"
Grey looked back at the blue exceed. "Natsu's fire as a demon."
Lucy held her head in pain.
"But..I can use this… as a clue. If I follow this magic power…. I might.. I…I might…."
"You might be able to rewrite the demon inside Natsu!" Happy finished following Lucy's train of thought.
Then he remembered what the magic was doing to her now. Tears welled up in his eyes and ran down his face.
"But if you do that you'll…. You'll…"
"I'll be fine."
Grey sat on the ground next to the blonde and wrapped his little sister in his magic, slowly cooling the heat from the Book's magic. Lucy looked over to him with a smile.
"That feels better."
"Let's save Natsu, together."
Nodding, she turns back with renewed determination and fire in her eyes. She picked the feather pen back up and started to rewrite the demon's existence in the book, helping Natsu take control back. Once she was done, she closed the book.
"I have done all that I can do."
The demon fire was still coursing through her body and with her magic levels already being low, she felt her consciousness slip and her world turn black.
Moments later she woke back up in Grey's arms coughing and feeling immensely better. Looking up she noticed the magic from the book was gone and Grey was in his demon slayer form having cleared the magic from her body.
The trio turned to watch as the book set on fire and burned to ash, taken by the breeze.
The four fairies hugged the celestial mage, comforting their kin, so proud of her accomplishment.
Farron walks over to his sister in law and grabs her hand to hold against his forehead.
"Thank you Lucy. Your bravery and intelligence changed the tides in the fight against Zeref, helping save all of earthland."
"Thank you Farron, but it wasn't just me. I was all of us fighting together, trusting and believing in each other that we would win."
Kaleb on the other hand was having difficulty controlling his emotions, his magic flickering between white and gold. He needed fresh air and to calm down and collect his thoughts. He stood and walked off into his room so he could stand on his balcony and smell the grass sea. He failed to notice the seith mage following him.
Cristoff's and Zen's attention were on their mate wishing they could hold and comfort her themselves. They were jealous of the attention and love her kin could give her. The lunar slayer then looked over to the additional fairies.
"So what is the plan and who the hell is this Lord Melphus Oakwood?"
Lucy looked up at the group.
"He was the man my father had decided he wanted to partner with and agreed that I would marry. Once I had found out I finally put my plan to run away into effect."
Orga placed a hand on Lucy's shoulder.
"Including your travel party, we are here to keep you safe. We know you can handle yourself, but this just doesn't feel right and we're worried."
Eric rolled his eye, " with how often she gets kidnapped in a group, we'll really need to keep a closer eye."
Cristoff and Zen moved closer to Lucy.
"Mi Stella, we should mate soon. The sooner we are mated, the easier it will be for Zen and I to find you if you do get kidnapped. The mating mark helps dragons to locate their mates when they go missing. Then again you probably already know that."
"He's right, mi Angeli. The family vacation home would be perfect since it is heavily warded and remote. Let's leave tomorrow morning, before this group figures out your location. I have only found you and am not willing to lose you."
Lucy had tears in her eyes at the love and concern she felt from both men. She has been blessed with two amazing mates so far. Deep in her heart, she hoped her third mate was another Pradesh man, one who was the mind bender in the other room. That would be selfish though, to have so many of the infamous bachelors of Bosco. A girl could dream, but she wouldn't get her hopes up.
Getting back onto topic she looks back to her mates.
"I agree. It would help, especially since we no longer need to wait."
Lucy stood to walk to Kaleb's room to check on him. She was worried about how his magic was acting earlier. She couldn't understand what was going on but it felt important.
