A Semblance of a Team (discontinued in favour of revision)

Atlas teeters even before the Relic of Knowledge arrives, bringing new allies but disturbing news. Faced with half a team, Ironwood organizes a third team to work with the Ace Ops and Team RWBY, including Jaune Arc, Pyrrha Nikos, Marrow Amin and led by Winter Schnee. Little does he know quite what he's created, as Salem moves against a divided kingdom (Pyrrha lives V7-8 AU).

11. Discontinued in favour of revision

So those who've followed any comments elsewhere might be aware of this, but I've decided to make some changes. I hadn't updated A Semblance of a Team in a while - What Are You? and other projects ended up taking time - but there were also a couple of things I was unhappy with. So I took the decision several months ago to revise ASOAT. Most of these changes are intended to improve pacing and give the story direction, which I felt could appear a little aimless (although I did know what was coming) compared to the much more focused stories I'd also written. Some passages will be little affected; others will be removed or replaced. There's also important background changes, although for the most part they should remove complexity, since I'd come to feel I'd unnecessarily complicated the off-screen backstory.

Since FFN doesn't like links, I can't give one here, but you can find the new story under "A Semblance of a Team (Revised)", which I've just begun releasing. I just wanted to put this update out so that anyone who's following and interested can go look there instead!
