My Original story!

"O-oi Kudo! H-how?! Heh?!"

"Look Hattori, this is Kaito Kid."

"He looks just like ya! Are ya sure this is not your twin?"

"Never dreamt of it. It would make my life easier if he was."

"I tricked many people with my appearance, makes my thefts easier looking like you," said Kaito.

"Temme!"

"Wow, he even sounds like ya. Ya need to be careful with this face."

"What do you mean?"

"Hattori!" exclaimed Conan.

"My bad."

"Anyway, aren't you going to catch me tante-kun?"

"No."

"Well then, I will be waiting for you at my next heist. Jan-ne."

"I won't let you escape this time."

"I look forward to that," said Kaito as he left.

"Why don't ya catch him Kudo?" asked Heiji.

"He always returns the gems, but a thief is a thief. So I will catch him."

"Have you found him?"

"Yes aniki.

Conan was staying at Heiji's place for a while until he returns home. He woke up earlier than usual and was surprised to find Heiji absent. No one was at home so he assumed that he left for a walk. Conan wasn't hungry so he decided to walk around and maybe find Heiji somewhere. He decided to see if he was at his kendo practice but soon decided to head home. He had called Heiji many times and even visited Kazuha to see if he went to her place. Kazuha was waiting for Heiji for two hours and he did not appear. She showed some slight concern but also annoyance.

Everything happened so fast that Heiji had some hard time remembering.

Ugh! Where am I? Where's Kudo?! Did they catch him too?! I need to check on him! I need to get out first. I need to remember what happened. I left the house to meet Kazuha when I heard some gunshots in the alleyway. There were two men, no three. Tch! I cant remember.

"Heiji bastard! He probably is out eating takoyaki all by himself! I will teach him a lesson when I see him! Let's go look for him Conan-kun!"

I don't want to be around when Heiji gets hit, thought Conan in his head.

"Where is he?!" Exclaimed Kazuha after an hour of search.

"He probably returned home already," suggested Conan.

"Maybe, I will call his parents too," said Kazuha, now concerned.

"What did they say?"

Kazuha shook her head.

"Don't worry, he will come back tomorrow."

"You think so?"

"This is Heiji-neechan we are talking about."

"Yeah, I guess so. Where will you stay Conan-kun? You will be alone."

"I will be fine, I can manage," he answered innocently.

"Ok, stay safe."

"Bye, Kazuha-neechan."

"Bye."

This is so odd, thought Conan to himself. He was excited to take me with him.

"Have you found the kid?"

"Yes aniki."

"Take him, now."
