0. Background
This one's a bit different for me, falling somewhere between a collaboration and a commission. I suppose the seeds were planted when a PM came my way from The J.A.M. wondering if I had any plans for "a much more intense" version of Neurotransmissions. Sorry, I replied, no such plans. Besides, I'm much more comfortable keeping such activities between adults.
By that point, we'd been corresponding quite regularly via PM over many things Hey Arnold, sharing thoughts and insights over the show. Somewhere along the line, he let it slip that he himself had been approached to write some spicier versions of his tales using his versions of the characters. And that's where I let my guard down and started opening up on how I would approach such stories.
The points I'd emphasize.
The parameters I'd impose.
The precedents I'd consider.
Actually, when I say "precedents", I really mean "precedent". DeepVoice'06's Living With Helga, to be specific. No, my story won't be a carbon copy of that story, but I will be following the examples it set in not straying into the realm of exploitation.
Anyway, The J.A.M. saw an opening and asked me to put forward my version of two scenarios he hinted at in his prior stories. And after some arm-twisting, I relented and now I hope you'll enjoy what you'll be reading from the next chapter onward.
One more thing. Helga as she appears in this story is the same Helga that appeared in the following J.A.M. stories (in chronological order):

For the sake of my story, I'll be considering those stories as part of the same continuity. It is therefore strongly recommended that any readers of this story be familiar with the aforementioned works.
