Chapter 1

Thought this would be a cool idea.

Danny groaned as he got up from the bed and got ready. He wasn't looking forward to school, as it would be a long day. Danny then walks to his closet and pulls out his uniform for school. It was a navy blue blazer with a matching pair of pants. Danny also grabbed a white shirt and a matching navy blue tie.

Danny stood in front of the mirror as he inspected his appearance. The halfa was quite pleased as he saw how his close fit him, as he then focused on the scars on his face. He remembered the fight he had with Skulker and Walker eight months ago. It was the worst day of his life.

It took him two hours for him to defeat both of them. Danny ended up with a broken wrist, a few cracked ribs, and multiple wounds after his fight. The worst were the two on his face. The first one was above his left eye, which needed stitches. The second was possibly the worst one. It began on the right corner of his mouth and went down to his collarbone.

To make matters worse was that after the fight, his two best friends, Sam and Tucker, began talking about what he could have done better instead of being concerned for his well-being. It led him to tell them that he didn't want to be a ghost boy and that they had been forcing him to save the town for the last four months. After more arguments began, he began to walk away, calling off his friendship with the two.

After walking into his house, Jazz screamed as she saw her little brother, which led to his mother and father rushing upstairs to find their son covered in blood. After that, Danny remembered being rushed to the hospital as they patched him up as police officers came to question him. He then tells them that he gets beat up by most of the jocks at school, and the teachers ignore it instead of telling the truth.

The two officers believed the boy was 'attacked' by two people and left. After Maddie heard the story, she decided to pull some strings with her friend who owns Amity Park Prep Academy to get Danny into the school. But as Danny lay in his bed, he decided that Danny Phantom would no longer exist. That was the day his life changed for the best.

It's been eight months since that day, and he couldn't have been better as he walked downstairs. He saw Jazz reading a textbook for her upcoming test as he sat down, listening to his father try to get the Fenton portal working as it 'Surprisingly' stopped working eight months ago. Maddie hummed as she put a big plate of waffles on the table.

"Morning, Danny," Maddie said as she kissed his cheek.

Danny greeted her as he reached for an apple and pulled out his phone. The boy groaned as he saw the notification on the school app. Danny had to go to the front office before the first period. He probably would be showing a new student around. Danny sighed as he got up and decided to leave now as he could get to the breakfast food truck at the school.

Thirty minutes later. With Nikki.

" I haven't even stepped foot in the school, and I hate it," Nikki said as she walked on the sidewalk as she was on the phone.

Two weeks ago, her parents decided to take a job offer at Amity Park. She understood why they had to move, as it was her father's dream job. She couldn't be okay with herself if they threw away this opportunity for her happiness.

So they moved away from Toronto to Amity Park as she left her best friends and her long-distance boyfriend. She was Facetiming with Jen, who was home sick with the flu.

" Just cause you have to wear a uniform doesn't mean it's a bad school," Jen said as Nikki mumbled about the clothes.

Nikki was currently wearing a navy blue skirt with a white button blouse. She was also wearing the skirt's matching coat. Nikki hated the uniform as it made her look a bit more curvy. The purple haired was surprised that she didn't need to take out her piercings or dye her hair. She was about to make a complaint about it before she stopped walking.

" Well, guess I'm here," she says as she looks at the campus. She began to finish her conversation before she hung up.

Nikki looked around as she didn't know where she was going until she saw a few food trucks and a boy wearing a school uniform. She then proceeded to walk towards him to ask for directions. As soon as she close, she saw the boy grabbing his order from the truck and turned around.

" Hey, do you know where the main office is," Nikki asked.

" Yeah, I'm heading there right now," the boy states as he begins to walk, as Nikki follows.

" I'm Danny, by the way," Danny says as he flashes her a smile.

"Nikki," The girl says as she smirks.

" Welcome to Amity Park Academy."
