Despite his injuries, the merfolk was aggressive to anyone who approached, and stubbornly refused to return to the water, even when placed in a tank designed to resemble his native habitat of a sandy beach. The mystery of the hoodie, and the merfolk's strange behavior, puzzled the aquarium staff, and continued to do so well into the evening./span/p
