Within the shadows of an unknown location a man stands tall surrounded by monitors. On the monitors multiple people, if you can call a few that, can be seen. On the first 4 screens there is a bald man in a business suit, a dark skinned woman in a black and yellow dress, a man wearing a black and orange mask that splits both sides of his face, a gray skinned teen with red eyes and hair shaped like horns. These people were Lex Luthor, queen bee, Deathstroke, and klarion the Witch boy.
"The galactic conflict has reached a stalemate it seems." luthor says
"This unfortunately was expected, despite our resources the force of apokolips is mighty." queen bee replies
"Considering the war is on multiple fronts, we're running out of soldiers and having to rely on the likes of the league, titans and other heroes." deathstroke adds
"Agreed, with the war slowing down we will need to replenish our forces, we are no doubt about to enter a cold war phase that we must take advantage of."
The four look towards the man who just spoke, vandal savage
"Queen bee, Deathstroke how have the new recruits to the hive academy and shadows been progressing"
The two share faces of disappointment as Bee responds.
"Despite the numerous students ready for their final exam, brother blood is has informed me that we've dropped our recruitment rate by 15%, each class has gotten smaller in the past few years"
"It's the same with the league"
Vandal sighs as he speaks " the emergence of new meta humans has slowed down, we must change that"
As the group falls into silence kalarion take his turn to speak
"If we need more metas, i think i have a fun solution"
"And what would that be klarion" lex ask
"He heh, the multiverse is at our fingers so why don't we get more from there, in fact there's a world with 80% meta population"
The others are surprised by this information for each gaining a smirk on their face, vandal in particular as he begins to plan.
"Klarion is there anything else about this world we should know" vandal ask
"Well it comes with its own pesky heroes, but they have know knowledge of aliens or magic, so id love to cause some chaos"
"This is good, well begin to make plans for this world and see how we may use it to our advantge"
"Of course we'll have to air on the side of caution, if the justice league discovers this world of heroes they may turn it against us" lex comments " i suggest we send forth some of our operatives to establish a foothold for us"
"That is the strategic motion to carry but without at least one member of the light to oversee, it could get out of hand" Queen bee adds
"If the plan requires a member to oversee, we'll have one, while none of us nor humanite and zaviv can go, there are former members who can." vandal declares
"And who would that be, Ra's has his own business, orm is dead while his clone is of no use and manta is indisposed"
"Despite his imprisonment, I have kept in touch with the brain. We will plan his breakout and inform him of our plan as he is still loyal to the light."
As the vandal says this one of the unused monitors fizzles to lift the image of a brain in a jar with a skull face painted one it appears.
"There is no need, I am already aware and will accept the operation" Brain says
"Queen bee, I request the use of brother blood and the hive academy, for in a world of metas, there will no doubt be many young minds that will wish to use there powers to fullest"
"You may take them, brain as well as the current top class" Bee agrees
"Wonderful, savage I also request to take a few members of the legion of doom as I will also take the brotherhood with me, malah has already gathered Madame rouge and Imortus."
"Yes, i can already see the plan you have conceived, feel free to use the legions name, you have my trust"
"Wonderful, I will take hold of this new world and bring it into the light"
in case its not clear, since theres so many variations of characters in DC, im going to pick and choose what i like.
I plan to use the version of the brain from teen titans along with the brother hood, hive and brother blood as well as Justice league unlimited legion of doom.
the light will obviously be similar to young justice
