Chapter 3: Meeting a thief among the Clown Pirates: Straw Hat vs Buggy Part 2
Kyro and Buster punches had connected against one another making a shockwave that actually shook the island slightly, both men were pushed back but maintained their balance.
Nami got the map and gathered the treasure as fast as she can. Turning in time seeing the fists collision between both men she was knocked on her butt by the force and felt the islands tremor.
She was eye wide at this. 'That was just from punch!?' She has never seen anyone display that kind of strength, only…
Kyro went into his stance. He glanced at his right hand which bled but was slowly recovering thanks to his energy.
He saw his opponent's fist was healing too, no doubt part of the devil fruit's power.
Looks like this will be an even match now.
He dashed forward quickly to deliver a punch to the body of the hybrid reptilian making him wince as the energized fist connected.
He retaliated as he turn his body back and swung a mighty fast fist which Kyro was forced to block but was still knocked far back.
Not done, Buster bent down to his knees taking a tackling position. The reptilian's eyes widened and cried out as he charged at an incredible speed, clamping his arms around Kyro's waist before slamming him hard into the wall.
He winced a little but ignored it as he managed to deliver a rising knee to the snout of the reptilian making him step back. Taking this he next delivered another punch to the snout again this time hurting the Zoan pirate.
This continued as fast left and right energy punches to the now defensive Pirate.
Out of nowhere, a tail had struck him hard across face sending him rolling across the ground but Kyro quickly recovered back as he stood back up.
He spat out blood from mouth while Buster wiped blood from his snout.
"I got a question." Kyro said.
Buster made no movement.
"Why aren't you leader of the Buggy Pirates? Your strength is clearly greater than Buggy's."
"Because, Big Brother started this crew and I swore I would protect him and his crew from anyone." Buster said.
"Funny. It's always the big brother who is supposed to do the protecting, or at least that's what I think. I was an orphan so I wouldn't know." Kyro said.
Nami was surprised when she heard him say he was an orphan.
Just like her before.
Both men and reptilian walked towards one another and stared at each other.
Kyro glaring up at his opponent.
Buster looking down at his opponent.
Having the same idea, they turned their bodies and delivered overhand punches to one another as fists met face.
Nami was confused at this. Why didn't he block that attack? Why did he take it?
Both fighters were pushed by each others hits but they soon went back at it again and started to throw overhand punches. Each hit made a loud impact as bones met flesh.
Some were delivered to the face.
Some were delivered to the body.
Nami continued to watch this in amazement. She never would have thought she would witness something like this.
This guy.
Kyro seemed to have the advantage as his blows seemed to be more effective but his opponent soon overpowered his and retaliated with his own punches. The young fighter lightened his and started to deliver faster ones. Though they weren't as powerful it still swarmed his opponent.
He transitioned back to deliver more heavy punches when his opponent switched to defense as he covered his face with his fists. Though each of the punches were being blocked as his opponent moved his forearm and elbow using them.
What the young fighter didn't know was that Buster was preparing for something. Just as a straight punch hit his chest, that was the right moment.
The Ancient Zoan pupils shifted as his muscles started to grow and harden, even his pecs expanded which knocked Kyro away.
The Pirate unleashed a loud roar that shook the area
Nami covered her ears at the loud call.
Regaining his balance, Kyro saw the incoming reptilian foot and barely blocked it with his arms crossed in an X guard.
Or would have had it not been for the power boost that the Zoan pirate had unleashed.
Gator Rage!
Kyro was knocked back hard and lost his balance as he fell. He tried to get up, but the pirate was already standing before him with glowing white eyes. He raised his arms up high and drove both enormous fists into the back of Kyro's head, slamming it into the ground and causing a cloud of debris.
"Kyro!" Nami cried out.
He was almost knocked out, but managed to stay conscious. 'This guy is tough. His strength and speed have doubled since then.'
Again a reptilian foot came down, but he rolled out of the way as the stomp caused a spider web to crack.
Standing back on his feet, blood streaming down his forehead, he wiped it away with his hand. He resumed his stance.
Something had happened. Something Kyro hadn't even expected.
A pair of energy-like chain rings formed around his wrist, causing the energy in his hand to be surrounded by a red aura.
Filled with this newfound strength, he looked directly at his opponent.
He stepped forward and vanished in a blink of an eye before reappearing and delivering a powerful reverse punch that made a small burst of shockwave.
'Bursting Dragon Spear'
Buster was lifted off the ground as he spat blood and flew back before somehow miraculously landing on his feet.
Nami was dumbfounded by this. Just where did this guy's strength and speed come from suddenly. How is he still able to continue?
A nasty looking bruise was on the right side of the Zoan pirates body and to his shock the bruise didn't heal.
This fueled his anger.
Kyro bursted in speed once more towards his opponent landing another hit to the bruise causing his opponent to wince. He didn't stop there as he then unleashed a barrage of punches to the exposed abdomen which actually was pushing the opponent back.
Flames started to form with each attack until his hands were fully engulfed mixing with red aura
'Fist of the Flaming Dragon!'
One final punch was to connected the abdomen of the reptilian. But yet when he did Kyro had noticed that his fist didn't connect deeply.
Before he could do anything else he was grabbed in a bear hold and was being squeezed.
He grit his teeth at this. 'Damn it, he must have moved slightly backed and sucked his abdomen in to avoid taking the full damage'
"There's no way out of this for you!" Declared the ancient Zoan.
Kyro struggled to break free but it felt like the more he did the more the grip had tightened. He needed to get out of this. Having an idea, he began to channel his energy into the center of his muscles in the arms.
The Zoan pirate began to notice that the young man was doing something but before he could question he got his answer.
Kyro released a force of energy breaking out of the hold causing his opponent to be pushed back. He next delivered a kick to the bruised side which earned some cracks.
Pain shot through the pirate's body.
Quickly retaliating, he grabbed the shoulders of the young fighter and delivered a powerful headbutt to the skull making his head whip back from the Impact.
Kyro tried to recover from this, until he then felt something clamped down on his shoulder making him cry out.
Revealing the Pirates long jaws lock onto him.
"Kyro!" Nami was horrified at the sight.
Not done yet, the Pirate began to thrash around with the trapped Kyro slamming his body against the wall and on the ground hard where he proceeded to drag him across it making a trench like trail.
He threw the fighter onto the ground as he let him go but regained his assault as got on top of him and threw heavy punches to the now half bloody face of Kyro.
He next grabbed him by a single leg picking him up easily before throwing him hard against a wall. Finally he charged and delivered a strong shoulder thrust to the chest that almost destroyed the wall behind.
Kyro stood suck in the wall for a few seconds before falling and dropping forward on the ground.
The Zoan pirate stood back as he panted.
Nami was now fearing for the worse. After seeing what this guy did to Kyro, there's no way he was gonna get up after that.
Kyro could feel his vision fading to black and had tried to stay conscious but this time he couldn't do it.
Everything was about to turn dark.
'Come on, you're better than this.'
Kyro's eyes slightly widened as he heard the voice.
'You're much stronger than this.'
Hearing this had brought memories back when he was training under his master
(Flashback)
It was dark in a wooden forest area where two figures were seen
A young small Kyro fell to the ground covered in sweat and blood, he was panting hard trying to catch his breath.
'That's enough training for today, we'll begin again first thing when the sun rises.' A cloak hooded figure spoke
'i…don't…understand…I know…I've gotten you a few times.' Kyro words came out as he still recovered
The hooded figure chuckled. "Seems yours observation in fights improved a lot more. But there is a reason for that."
Kyro was silence
"As I told you before, me and you are same as we both are able to control our energy to a degree from martial arts."
He young boy nodded.
"In terms of fighting, everything uses a degree of energy to use the action. Like a hand into a punch, a foot to a kick, a head to a headbutt. Even not fighting everyone uses energy. Either to walk, to eat, to sleep, to talk, even to think. Hell it's even in the air where we breath"
Kyro was surprised about this.
"Energy is also transferred from one to another. For example every time you attacked it releases to do the damage, what I did though was overpower your punches with my body energy cushioning your attacks."
A young Kyro was amazed at this lesson, now he can see why his master is strong.
"Don't forget this, you dumbass." Was the last thing the hooded figure said as he laughed before everything brightened.
(End flashback)
Nami had heard something moved and had noticed it was coming from…it couldn't be.
Buster seemed to have now noticed this and saw movement from the young fighter as he began to stand up slowly to his feet.
Kyro's hairs shadowed over his eyes.
"I should have known."
Both were confused by this statement.
"Each attack on me." Kyro wounds started to heal as steam came off his body.
"Punches, kicks, headbutts, bitting, grabbing. They all have one thing in common. They derive energy to make them."
Buster spun around with his tail swinging at the young fighter once more
An impact was heard.
But it was not what Buster had expected.
Kyro blocked it with his energy coated forearm.
"I didn't realize this because of my dumbass head that I never use." He chuckled. 'Just like my master has told me many times.' He tells himself. "But now, I can win this fight!" He declared.
He grabbed a hold of the tail and pulled it, causing the ancient reptilian pirate to trip to the floor. Following this, he picked him up and began slamming him onto the floor, cracking and destroying parts of it.
He repeated this three more times before spinning and tossing his opponent far across the ground, leaving his own trench-like trail behind him.
The ancient Zoan pirate charged at him with its jaws open and teeth bared, ready to end him.
Or least that's what he expected
Kyro just sidestepped the attack and delivered a right roundhouse kick to the temple, rattling the pirate's brain. He didn't stop, following it with a spinning left kick to the face, making an impact.
The reptilian was now dazed as his vision was blurry and his body was swaying.
As he ran forward, Kyro leapt high into the air. The rings on his wrist began to glow, and to the young fighter's amazement, his fist was surrounded by a blue and white aura.
Clutching it, he then flipped backwards before launching himself down using the force from beneath his feet.
He cocked his fist back, causing the energy aura to spin. "Blasting Cannon!" he cried out as he threw the enhanced fist, but it stopped centimeters from the chest.
A powerful blast of wind sent shockwaves shaking the area and covered the air in debris.
Nami shielded her face while holding to the treasure for support from being knocked down by the force.
After a few seconds she dropped her hand and looked but couldn't see anything due to the cloud of dust but it was blown away which revealed the scene before her.
Kyro standing on top of the huge reptilian chest who's eyes were rolled back indicating he was out cold.
Nami jaw dropped at this. He won. He actually won.
Jumping off, the clown Pirate had soon turned back to normal.
Kyro looked at his energy hand which was still surrounded by aura before they faded away along with the rings.
Footsteps were heard causing him to turn and to see Nami. "You're still here?" He was surprised.
Nami nodded dumbfoundedly.
"Looks like you got all that you needed." Kyro walking over to the sac full of expensive jewels and gold.
Upon looking at this something had caught his eye.
It was a black string necklace with a gold medallion but carved in it was a yin and yang with the middle having a Kanji.
His eyes widen as he grabbed it and examined it much to Nami's displeasure calling him out.
Though he didn't hear her once he saw the Kanji and what it stood for
Sato
This was his master's necklace. He remembered seeing him wearing it everyday. It had been missing ever since his death.
He swore to himself that this was one of many things he would find on his journey, no matter what.
Though he did wonder how Buggy's pirates got a hold of it.
"Kyro!" He heard his name and turn to Nami who was now slightly concerned.
"Sorry, what is it?" He asked her.
"I asked are you alright? You been staring at that necklace for about a couple minutes in silence." Nami said.
"This was my masters." Kyro said.
"Wait really?" She asked, surprised at this.
The fighter nod. "Ya, it's even got his last name in it too. It was stolen upon his death."
Nami gasped.
Taking another minute to look at the medallion, Kyro clasped his hands together in a prayer with the necklace and closed his eyes.
The navigator stayed silent respectfully as she knew he was praying.
Finishing, Kyro turned to Nami. "You won't mind right if I take this back?" He asked
Nami shook her head and gave a small smile. "Not at all."
Nodding in appreciation he slipped the necklace around him, tracing the medallion once more. "Alright let's go find Luffy."
"Wait what? now hold on a minute." Nami called out getting his attention. "I told you earlier I'm just getting the treasure and getting out of here, I'm not going to be your navigator."
Kyro blinked at this. "Well ok, I'm not trying to force you. But I'm just suggesting that you stick around with me for a bit so nothing like this happens again." He pointed out the scenario around them.
Nami blushed at this. "Well, I guess so but only for bit." She grabbed the treasure sac. "Lead the way."
Kyro and Nami were now outside when they arrived near the scene. Zoro was out cold along with Cabaji who had sword wounds.
"Guess we know who won between those two." Kyro said to himself.
Nami again in disbelief. just what kind of monster are these guys?
"Wait you know Shank?" A voice caught their attention and saw a hatless Luffy standing across from Buggy.
"Shanks?" Nami heard the name before but couldn't remember where.
"I'll be damned. "He must have known Red haired Shanks. He's mostly known as one of the four emperors. But other than being a powerful pirate that's all I know."
Nami now remembered. Back then she had heard…her boss telling his men to stay away from a man named Red-Haired Shanks.
"Wonder how Luffy met him?" Kyro wondered out loud.
"That red haired bastard ruined my life." Buggy shouted.
This brought the two's attention including Luffy.
Buggy had went on to explain the story about him and Shank being crewmates, the treasure map, finding and taking the devil fruit, accidentally eating it, almost drowning, and being saved by red haired.
"So Shanks saved your life." Luffy smiled.
"That's not it! Because of him my plans were delayed for 10 years. I could have been rich beyond, but it was all ruined because of that bastard."
"So you're mad because Shanks saved your life?" Luffy scratched his head.
"You wouldn't understand! If I couldn't swim into the ocean to get my treasure, than I'll take every treasure there is on land." He declared and had separated from his waist floating up.
"That is why…anyone…who steals my treasure…will pay with their lives!" He yelled out.
"Now's my chance." Nami said and quickly tried to leave.
"Wait Nami, damnit." Kyro harshly called out.
The clown captain had then quickly flown down towards the orange haired with blades in hands.
"Shit, he saw me." She ran.
"Let goooo…of my…treeeeeeasuuuure!" Buggy cried as he was closing in and prepared to shish kabob her.
Nami eyes widen as she really had though she was gonna die.
Until someone appeared before her and stopped the pirate.
Shunk*
The blades pierce through the hand, but nothing came out of the persons mouth.
Due to them being not normal as they belonged to Kyro who had an smirked. "Expecting something to happen." He grabbed a hold of Buggy and twisted his hands.
The clown Pirate winced "Argh, you still alive!? Wait, where's Buster!" Demanding to know as he remembered he told his brother to guard the treasure.
"Oh him, let's just say, he's take a nice nap don't worry he'll be out for the day." The young man smirked.
"Impossible! You couldn't have!" Buggy was in disbelief. His young brother was the strongest Member of his crew especially because of his devil fruit.
Then suddenly Buggy's jaw dropped and his pupils shrunk.
Confused by this Nami and Kyro turned to Luffy.
Who's legs was between Buggy's separate lower half as he struck the family jewel.
"Ooooh." Kyro slightly winced.
The floating clown dropped to the floor once the fighter let him go and proceeded to take the blades out.
"My balls…you kicked…my balls." A teary eye Buggy able to squeak out.
"Did you forget, you're still dealing with me." Luffy smiling.
The clown didn't respond.
"Nice one Luffy." Kyro laughed out.
The captain didn't notice him till now and waved at them. "Oi Kyro, you okay?" He got a thumbs up respond.
Luffy turned to Nami. "Hey, you need to drop that and get out here, he'll keep coming after you."
"What? Are you out of your mind? Do you have any idea what I had to go through to get my treasure? And now you expect me to just give it up?"
"Your treasure!?" Buggy grit out barely recovering from the attack.
"That's right. I'm a thief that steals from pirates. Just like I did right now. Which means this treasure and map now belongs to me." Nami declared.
Kyro sweatdropped at this.
"Ah, that makes sense." Luffy said bumping his hand.
"That's bullshit! That's my treasure. Just what kind of upbringing did you have!?
Kyro Intervene. "Talk about being a hypocrite. Who are you to judge and lecture to someone like her? Being a thief is one thing, but at least she doesn't terrorize towns and civilians and take joy in destroying homes."
Buggy could only grit his teeth in anger.
"So the way I see it, that makes her a better person than you. And a better criminal." Kyro joked as he looked at her.
Nami for some reason had felt touched by his words.
Buggy growled. "I'm gonna make you pay Nami, but I'll start with you first since your beginning to piss me off." He began to float once more. "Chop Chop."
Kyro pushed Nami behind his back. "Stay behind me."
"Festival!" Buggy's body were now cut into bits in which they flew towards him.
"Crap." Luffy ducked under them.
"Try to stop me now!" Buggy proclaimed as he went after Kyro who was not at the least worried.
"Do something!" Nami shouted.
"I don't have too." Kyro said casually.
Nami looked as if he went mad but a sudden laughter was heard and she turned to see Buggy who was laughing.
And this was due to Luffy having one of the feets which he was tickling. Then he started pinching him hard.
"Aaah what are you doing!?" Buggy demanded.
The rubber captain had then proceeded to smash the foot on the ground with the toe smashing first.
Buggy cried out in pain. "Knock it off you bastard." He made the mistake of turning around.
"Hey Luffy, catch." Kyro gave an energy enhanced kick to the back of the clowns head sending it flying as he scream.
Luffy grinned as he stretched his leg and delivered a kick sending the head across the ground and crashing against a building.
Kyro whistled. "Nice hit."
"Thanks." Replied the young captain.
It was of course not over yet as Buggy head along with hands floated up shook in anger. "It is not over yet you two."
"Geez, this guy can take a beating." Kyro commented.
"Kyro, I got this guy." Luffy expression was serious which surprised the fighter but he respected his decision.
"Come on." He led Nami away.
"Wait look." Nami pointing out the limbs of Buggy. She then smirked having an idea.
"You have made a mockery of me for too long. "Now you'll pay!" Buggy shouted. "Assemble chop chop parts."
Luffy was prepared for whatever Buggy was about to throw at him.
It didn't happened. Reason why, well.
Buggy was nothing more than a head with a quarter of his legs, foot and hands.
Silent hung in the air
For about ten seconds until Kyro bursted out laughing follow by Luffy.
"Looking for these." Nami with a smirk as her foot stand on Buggy's parts which were all tied up together.
"Hey give those back!" Buggy cried out.
"I think it's time to wrap this up captain." Kyro said.
"Yosh!" Luffy's arm stretched far back building up pressure. "Gumo Gumo no!"
"Wait wait wait we can talk about this." Buggy pleaded at a last ditch effort.
"Bazooka!" Luffy cried out as his arms then shot back at high speed sending Buggy into the sky so far he soon could not be seen leaving a shining twinkle.
"Jeez, I didn't think he was that strong, but they're always that saying, don't judge a book by its cover." Kyro said walking on over.
He saw Luffy picking up his strawhat and stared at the three gash marks it had.
"Sorry about your hat captain. You ok?" Kyro asked.
"I'm alright. I can still wear it." Luffy smiled as he put it back on.
Nami looked as the two continued their talk. She sighed. "I'll fix your hat for you later if you want."
Luffy turned around with a surprised expression which turned into joy with comical tears. "Really!? Thank you! thank you!" He stretched to her and hugged.
"Oi alright alright." Nami pulled Luffy away and wiped herself off.
Kyro chuckled at this. He turned and walked on over to Zoro who looked to be asleep. "Yo Zoro. Oi wake up." He used his foot to move him.
The swordsman eyes started to open and saw his crewmate. He sat up and shook his head. "Did we win?"
"Yup, Luffy took care of Buggy." The fighter informed.
"Oi Zorro glad your awake. We got a map to the Grandline and a Navigator." Luffy excitedly informed him.
"I thought you said you weren't going to Join." Kyro raised an eyebrow.
"Just partnering for now." Nami said.
"Oh man I don't feel good." Zoro rubbing his forehead.
"Considering your wounds are open and you haven't got any blood transfusion, I can see why." Kyro said
"I still think it was dumb of you to fight with those wounds." Nami commented.
"I still won my fight, that's all that mattered to me." Zoro satisfied.
"Oh speaking of which." The young Martial Artist went over to the unconscious Mayor. "Hey, old man Boodie time to wake up." He shook him.
The Mayor had groaned as he regained consciousness. "Huh, what happened." He looked around and saw a smirking Kyro along with a smiling Luffy, a worried Nami and and a stoic Zoro.
The mayor got up and faced Kyro. "How dare you!? Is that any way to treat your elders!?" Comically getting mad.
Luffy laughed at this along with Kyro and Zoro who chuckled.
"Wait where's Buggy?" The old man questioned.
"I kicked his ass, he won't be bothering you again." Luffy told him and gave a thumbs up.
Kyro and Zoro nodded.
"It's true." Nami confirmed.
Boodie couldn't believe it. The town has been under the rule under Buggy for sometime but now thanks to these...pirates it's all over now.
He couldn't help but have slight tears.
"Mayor Boodie!"
The mayor along with the others saw a bunch of armed civilians.
"Looks like the town folks decided to fight back." Kyro said. "Too late it's over though."
"Everyone, I am alright. Buggy's reign is over!" The Mayor declared.
The civilians were both surprised and shocked at this.
"Really?"
"But how?"
"Who defeated them?"
"They must have been strong."
Many of the towns folks questioning to what happened.
"We kicked his ass." Luffy proclaimed which got the people's attention.
"Who are you?" A man questions.
"I'm Luffy D. Monkey and these are my crewmates. The rubber captain introducing.
"Wait your pirates." The town was ready to chase them out which made the crew ready to run for it.
Until a furry little creature stepped in front of the crew and barked.
"Chou Chou?"
"What are you doing, they're bad people."
The dog continued to bark back in defiance.
Kyro stepped forward. "I understand all of you are having a hard time to believe us, especially being under the thumb of a clown jackass. But I assure you, we mean no harm to you or anyone else. We took care of a Buggy and your all free from his tyranny."
Chou Chou barked in agreement.
The civilians had listened to the fighters' words.
Many began to talk.
"Well Chou Chou seems to trust them." One person said.
"He did stand by their side." Another spoke.
"So are you good Pirates?"
"I never heard of one before."
"Maybe a first?"
"What are you and your crew called?" A question was spoken loud.
Luffy had to think about it, he touched his had and looked at it. He smiled.
"We are. The Straw Hat Pirate!" He declared loud.
The crew were surprise at this as they didn't honestly expect that kind of name.
Straw Hat Pirates.
"I gotta admit, sounds actually fitting. A member of the Straw Hat Pirates." Kyro said.
Zoro chuckled.
Later the town folks were celebrating the end of Buggy's reign. Luffy was stuffing his face with lots of meat that was brought to him by many people, as a way to thank him.
He of course was overjoyed with this.
Zoro was currently drinking while just sitting back. He had got his wounds checked out and was bandaged after a doctor stitched him.
Nami was seen competing in a drinking contest with the betting of berries .
The swordman had notice that one of his crewmate was not among the party.
"Wonder where he went?" Zoro said as he got up and decided to look for him.
Kyro was sitting as he was reading many books that filled the table. He was not much of a party person, plus he needed to do some researching.
Reading all different kind of books. Physics, Psychology, Human Anatomy, Philosophy, and even Poem and etc.
The young fighter didn't just want to train just physically but mentally as well. If his fight against the Zoan Pirate taught him anything, it was that he would have to have train more to use his devil fruit powers.
Wanting to try something, he got up and walked over to get some space.
He took his fighting stance. He closed his eyes and concentrated solely on his right arm.
Kyro felt a shift inside him but he didn't break away and continued. Pressure was felt building up inside the limb.
But he still waited
And waited
And waited
And waited.
Sweat was building up as it dripped from his forehead. This was not easy as he thought it would be.
He then suddenly threw the punch which sent a powerful blast of air to which blew books off the shelves and material flying.
Nodding at this as it could be effective for long range though he can improve it more.
"Not bad " a voiced commented.
Turning around, the martial artist saw Zoro who was watching.
"Yeah but I still have a lot more to explore about my devil fruit." Kyro said. "Some of these books though help me and give me some ideas.
"I can see that " Zoro murmured. Looking at the pile and picked up one. He was surprised when he read one about fencing. "You learning to use a sword?"
The fighter shook his head. "No, but I do like the foot works and rhythm they do."
"Why is that?" Zoro asked.
"True Swordsman's have very excellent speed especially when they draw their weapons. Another reason to if you look at it. Two warrior would meet on the battlefield with no weapons in hand but are already armed."
Zoro raised an eyebrow at this.
"Arms, legs. They're basically our swords and only weapon at a last resort. And like swordsman, they tend to try to end the match as quickly as possible."
"All It takes is one good slash or stab to end the fight."
Zoro knew that. Giving the memory that he had during his training and spars against..
"Same thing for a fighter, it takes one good punch or kick to end the battle."
"Never looked at it that way. Though I suppose with me being a swordsman it's no surprise."
"That's understandable. Still though, we just started our journey and already were running into other pirates. That tells us that we all need to start training more."
Kyro continued. "Considerably the east blue is said to be the weakest part of the sea. But it seems that's not the case." Thinking back of his opponent.
"Looks like we're going to prove them wrong." Zoro smirked.
"Indeed." He said. Looking down at his chest seeing his master necklace. 'I'll make you proud.'
-The next day-
Kyro and the others were ready to set sail, thanks to town they provided food for the journey for them. Nami would make sure to watch the food after the guys explained about Luffy's appetite.
"Thank you all again for your help. This town is in your debt." Mayor Boodie with Chouchou along with the whole town.
"You take care old man." Luffy smiled.
Chouchou barked.
Kyro smiled and pet him. "You take good care of yourself. And keep that treasure of yours safe"
Chouchou barked again but with happiness."
The crew started to sail away along with Nami who had tied the boat she stole to theirs.
The town waved goodbye some had shouted good luck on their journey and others thanked them again.
"Ok, if I'm gonna stick around with you guys then we're gonna need a bigger boat. If you're serious about going to the Grandline." Nami said.
"Yeah and more meat." Luffy eating a whole apple.
"And some good sake." Zoro added.
Resulting in him getting hit by a apple.
"I'm serious." Nami with a scowl expression. "Look the Grandline is not just some famous place but it's swarm with lots of danger and powerful Pirates. Even the Marines have been patrolling more around since the death of Gold D Roger."
"She's right. If we're going to the Grandline we'll be facing other powerful Pirates rivals especially many of the Marines. So not only do we need a bigger boat but a strong one as well." Kyro adding.
Luffy sitting on the edge of the boat was munching on an apple. "Alright then." Tossing the last piece of fruit in his mouth and standing up. "After we get our boat then we'll find our cook and musician."
Zoro snorted "A musician." He laughed
"Don't you think we need more important things than just entertainment, like you said captain we DO need a cook, and more importantly a doctor." Kyro suggested. "Musician can go last."
"Aw. Fine" Luffy pouted
"Glad at least another of us in the group is using their head." She murmured as she looked at the map. "Alright then from what the map tells me theirs a island not too far away from us, there's a chance will find a boat."
"Alright crewmates, let's go find us a boat." Luffy declared with his usual big smile.
"Aye Aye captain." Both Zoro and Kyro chuckled.
'The building of the Strawhat crew continued on as they set for the next adventure. What will await them.

Moves
Bursting Dragon Spear: Kyro gathers energy in the arms and when closing in he releases it into a powerful punch damaging the inside of his opponent
Fist of the Dragon Flame. (Inspired by Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho) Kyro summons energy like flames into his fist and unleashes a barrage of Punches
Bursting Cannon: Learning to harness element energy. Kyro gathers wind energy into his fist and can release a powerful blast force.
Buster move: Gator Rage: increases the speed and strength five ties for a limit.
I'm trying to catch up as much as I can. I won't exactly be going just like the anime. They're will be some changes, just not big one. Should I add more members to Straw Hat. I just honestly think it would be better but I'm not gonna jump that far ahead until everyone is an a agreement.
Anyways I hope you did like this chapter. I will be adding more to Kyro, some moves will be taken from other animes if some of you won't mind.
