Sherlock's concerned- John hasn't bought groceries for weeks!

John is used to being attacked by criminal madmen wanting to get to Sherlock, but this time he is determined that they will not succeed. The only questions are how long can he hold out and how long can he hide what is going on from Sherlock. This story needs warnings for almost everything by now, mostly violence but there will be worse warnings posted for separate chapters.
