This is an entry for the "Let's Write Sherlock" challenge 3 on tumblr. The challenge is to write a fanfic, based on/inspired by a piece of music. I chose the song "Hotel California" by the Eagles for my inspiration, and wrote a story about John and Sherlock finding a strange hotel on a dark desert highway.
