On June 15th, Sherlock Holmes falls to his death from the roof of St. Bartholomew's Hospital. The next day, he wakes up in Molly Hooper's flat, entangled in the sheets on her bed, along with the pathologist herself. A week after that, he kisses her goodbye and leaves London. He doesn't see her again for almost two years.

However, John isn't aware of who Moran really is, and when he'll find out, it's going to be too late to turn back from a path bulit up on violence and lies... A kinder look at Mary Morstan, set in the weeks following Sherlock's return. "The first thing that Sherlock thinks when he meets Mary Morstan... is this: But she's nothing like me." A little johnlock. If there's interest in this characterization of Mary, I could be persuaded to write more. I kind of like her.
