I know it's out of season, but I just want to finish this fic before January.

Chapter Summary:

The family dinner is being made and something embarrassing about PV is revealed.

After Boxman's parents settled in their room, KO gathered the bots and Fink together to talk about the gift-giving scenario. "So, any ideas on what to give Boxman?" He asked them.

"We got nothing!" Darrell yelled.

"We usually just do the roulette, mainly because there's too many of us and now there's even more of us. What if we all get him the same thing!? That would be horrible!" Shannon added.

KO began to think. "How about we all make something special together for him? My mommy always likes the homemade gifts I make her."

The bots and Fink nodded and they got to work.

It is 2 hours before Cobmas Eve Dinner and Boxman, Venomous, Carol, And Gar were busy cooking. The kitchen was tense like a battlefield for the actual fight. Especially since the professor has the cooking skill of a rock, he really just helped Boxman chop the vegetables. "I am so glad you have modern cooking space, Llewellyn. This will make baking my grandfather's caramel pie way easier. It's KO's favorite, not that PV would know of course," she said while directing her glare towards her ex-lover.

"Easy Carol, we all promised KO that we would try to get along," Gar said to his wife.

The door flung open and it was Boxman's mother. "Where the heck is the wine cellar in this place?" She yelled.

"Mother, I don't drink. Venomous has some aged brandy in his study if you need a drink," Boxman sighed as he threw the veggies in the boiling pot.

Lillian looked over in confusion. "Why not order your 'children' to make the food?" She asked while using air quotes. "I mean they are just mindless toys right?"

Boxman started to growl lightly. "Actually, one of each robot model has a hive mind leader so they have free will." Lillian just rolled her eyes and left the kitchen. "Sorry about that, if my mother doesn't have a drink in her hand it can be a bit difficult."

"Is she the reason you don't drink?" Venomous asked, opening the oven for Carol. Boxman nodded. "You don't want to be the same as your parents. I find the admiral of you, my love,"

Boxman smiled a bit. "Thank you, Ven," he said before turning his attention to the bowl of eggnog. "This isn't alcoholic so no adult will have too much and end up using a pipe as a dancing pole with twinkling lights around their neck. Right, Babe?" he added before turning to PV.

Gar and Carol snickered while the purple villain was blushing. "You get drunk at a Cosma holiday party 2 years ago and you're labeled for life."

"I still have the video Big Bull Demon took, both sexy and funny," Boxman said before getting the punch glasses out. This was the most relaxed he'd been since his parents arrived. 'Savor this moment, Boxy. Before it all goes to hell."
