Sonic and the Freedom fighters
Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.
Westside island, part 2 Chemical plant.
After dealing with Robotnik in the emerald hill zone, the freedom fighter head towards the chemical plant zone.
"So, this is chemical plant zone," Bunnie said." ugh, it really stinks here."
"What do you expect, its Robotnik," Sonic said." this zone smells just like him."
"Really, I thought that was his natural scent," Rotor joked."
everyone laughs.
"Ok, guys we all know what to do," Sally said." go through the zone by destroying the factory, freeing the captured animals."
"And if we're lucky, find those red stars and get another emerald from the special zone," Sonic said.
"You mean meet up with Fiest again, I don't know about you guys, but I don't trust him," Nicky said.
"I don't either Nick, but for now we'll play his games to get the emeralds, then we'll find a better way to hide the emeralds," Sonic said." for now, let's get to it."
The group run through the plant while avoiding the badniks and the blue chemicals. Rotor was able to get a tube sample to study it.
"Why get a sample of that?" Antonie asked."
"Just in case robotnik uses it on us," Rotor replied.
"Good point," Antonie said.
"Look over there!" Sally said point to another red star."
"Another gate way to the special zone," Sonic said." let's go!"
the group touches the red star and are warped back into the special zone where they meet Fiest again.
"Ah, I see you've returned," Fiest said.
"Just gives us the challenge to get the emerald so we can go," Sonic said." (looking at Tails)" ready bro?"
"Yeah," Tails replied.
"Not so fast, you two won't be doing the challenge," Fiest said surprising everyone."
"What, then who's doing the challenge then?" Sonic asked.
"I choose, you two," Fiest replied pointing at Nicky and Ben."
"Wait us?!" Ben asked.
"Yes, the rules are the same, good luck," Fiest replied.
Nicky and Ben look nervous." guys, you can do this, you're freedom fighters," Sonic said.
Feeling encouraged," you're right cuz, thanks," Nicky said.
Nicky and Ben entered the course ready." we're ready," Nicky said.
"Very well, begin," Fiest said.
Nicky and Ben start running the course.
"You must collect 60 rings," Fiest said." good luck."
Nicky and Ben started collecting rings on the course while avoiding bombs with Ben getting hit by one, they made through with 60 rings.
"Now get 110 rings," Fiest said.
Nicky and Ben make great progress despite hitting the bombs, they managed to pass the second challenge.
"Final challenge, get 160 rings," Fiest said."
"No problem, we got this," Nicky said confidently."
"Yeah," Ben said.
The two runs through the course feeling overconfident, until Ben tripped into Nicky and they both fell on some bombs and lost all their rings causing them to lose.
"Aw, looks like you lose this challenge, so no chaos emerald for you," Fiest taunted.
"Hey, those bombs weren't there before," Sally said.
"Yeah, you must have cheated," Tails said.
"No one likes a sore loser," Fiest said." for now this is goodbye."
Fiest snaps his fingers, and the group were suddenly out of the special zone.
"Sorry guys, we messed up," Nicky said.
"don't sweat it guys, Fiest played a dirty trick, we'll outsmart him next time," Sonic said.
"Yeah, for now let's destroy the factory," Sally said."
Nicky and Ben nodded, soon the group continued through the zone until they found Robotnik's factory.
"Found the factory," Bunnie said.
"Alright, lets blow this place up," Sonic said.
"The freedom fighters blow up the factory freeing the little animals.
"Factory down, critters saved," now let's go after Robotnik," Sonic said as he and the others move on.
Back in Knothole,
Charles is working on blueprints to add something to the tornado along with building another plane while thinking about what he will do once Sonic and Nicky find out about their parents. Rosy was looking after the children who are playing with Muttski.
"Charles, you can't keep it secret forever, once the boys find out I'm sure they'll understand," Rosie said.
"I know, but I'm more worried that they might not forgive me for hiding it for all these years," Charles said.
"You raised them both how your brothers wanted them to be, have faith in them," Rosie said as she kissed his cheek and left to meet up with the children."
'Maybe she's right, I got to have faith in them,' Charles thought.'
Amy was sitting on a stomp rereading her tarot cards over and over to see her future with Sonic, but they show the same three cards, an acorn, a hedgehog, and a heart."
"Why are my cards showing me this, every time I read these the results are the same," Amy said." I refuse to accept this."
She shuffles the cards and places three new cards on the stomp and started revealing them, a hedgehog, glasses, and a heart confusing her." huh, that's weird." she said." why suddenly show this, wait does this mean Sally could be with either Sonic or Nicky?"
With Naugus disguised as Nigel watching from afar," it won't be long until those brings me the chaos emeralds," he said as he crackles."
Back to the freedom fighters,
the group helps Antonie get free from a spider badnik then go through the purple water." Sonic, remind me to head to the shower after we beat Robotnik," Sally said.
"No problem," Sonic said.
"If you want, I can analyze the purple water if you want," Rotor said.
"NO! the group said.
"Sheesh," Rotor said.
The group made it to the end of the zone ready to fight Robotnik, only to meet up with Snively.
"Hello freedom fighters," Snively said.
"Oh great, its needle nose," Sonic said making everyone laugh.
"that's Mr. needle nose to you," Snively said until he realized what he said making the freedom fighters laugh more.
(getting angry)" that's it," Snively said using his machine to trap them on the floor in blue goo.
They try to escape but they can't move even Sonic can't run or spin dash.
"What is this stuff, I can't move," Sonic said.
(laughing)" this special goo was made to trap you fools," Snively said." now to end you."
Snively's machine pulls out a giant hammer with a drill.
"that's not good," Nicky said."
The drill hammer comes down on the freedom fighters crushing them as Snively laughs. suddenly the hammer drill starts lifting up revealing to be Bunnie pushing it up with her robot.
"What?!" Snively yelled.
As Bunnie's robot arm pushes the drill up by expanding itself Snively starts pushing back. Rotor managed to free his arm and grabbed a boomerang out of his sash pocket and tossed it at the refilled blue goo above Snively."
The boomerang breaks the glass and covers Snively in the blue goo," gah! it's so sticky!" Snively yelled trying to get the goo off him not knowing that he made the hammer drill move away from Bunnie. this gave her a chance to stretch her robot arm and punch a hole in it. the machine gets ready to explode.
(noticing)" Oh dear," Snively said as the machine explodes and sends him flying with his eggmobile."
The group cheers," nice work you two," Sonic said." but how do we get out of here?"
"Leave that to me," Rotor replied." while Nicky and Ben were doing Fiest's challenge I was studying the goo and figuring out it was really sticky, thus with Nicole's help we made a pink goo that'll free us."
"Nice work, once we're free we'll head to the next zone," Sally said."
"And get another emerald," Antonie said.
"I also didn't know your arm could do that Bunnie," Sonic said."
"Me either sugarhog, but it really came in handy," Bunnie said."
"I agree," Tails said."
That's part two of west side island, the group failed to get an emerald, but they'll try again in the next zone.
so, who should Fiest's challenge next time?
What are Amy's cards telling her?
After seeing and playing Frontiers horizons, I wonder when I get to the timeline which ending should I do?
You have to admit void the sonic games from the 90s were too easy if we already know what to do. also since lost world is a remake on extreme should I add Tiara there in that timeline?
