Hello people! This arc of Sebastian's and Selina's love issues reach a happy ending, finally! The title is pretty clear, I think, but hopefully I did it a little more interesting and believable than in other stories, where Sebastian suddenly proposes to his love interest and he is extremely happy about going through a wedding... in a church! If I'm being honest, at first I was adamant in not including anything about marriage, because it felt so out of character for Sebastian, but then a plan started forming in my mind and 😈... Please, enjoy my version of Sebastian getting wed-locked 😉 and I'd love to hear your thoughts about it.

DISCLAIMER: I do not own Kuroshitsuji or its characters. I entirely own only my OCs, arcs and ideas/themes not mentioned in any form of the franchise (manga, anime, games, movies or musicals).

Chapter 43: The Tutor, Matrimony

"So… am I to assume you finally settled things between you and the decision was… a positive one, I guess?" Ciel asked later that evening, after having returned from the shopping excursion with Sieglinde and Lizzie, in search for decorations for the young scientist's home. The two girls had visited for dinner too, and now he was waiting for them in the game room to play some chess with Sieglinde and Lizzie keeping them company.

"My lord?" Both tutor and butler asked surprised. The day was quite full and the three of them had not been alone even for a minute, so that the couple could announce their master their decision.

"You decided to become a couple officially, did you not?" The boy said, slightly irritated.

"Yes, my lord. We would inform you as soon as we would be in private." Sebastian bowed his head a little and Selina followed suit.

"You did not have to; it is quite obvious." He said waving his hand disregarding the issue, but then sighed when he saw them looking at him questioningly. "All the previous days you were both moody and brooding, but today you are in extremely good spirits and move around quite lightly, especially you, Miss Selina, you seem like a bunny bouncing around." A mischievous smirk appeared on his lips when he saw the woman's eyes open wide and roses blooming on her cheeks.

A stifled chuckle came from Sebastian and his eyes sparkled prideful as he finished setting the chess pieces. Selina, getting more embarrassed, apologized and promised to better control her emotions in the future.

"Now, Miss Selina… I hope you will continue to be useful to me in the future so that I will not be forced to order Sebastian to end you… it would be too bothersome to have him sulking for killing you."

The boy stared at the woman with a challenging look in his eye, certain for the power he had over the demon and how he would never go against his orders. He did not immediately see Sebastian's red eyes flashing quite hostile while looking at the boy, and then calming down once he realised that his master did not mean his threat. The boy had obviously developed a soft spot for the blond witch... and seemed to enjoy teasing her.

"Actually, I have to disagree on that, my lord." Miranda's voice was heard next to his ear, and the boy almost jumped out of his seat, freaked out at the angel's sudden appearance behind his armchair.

"Miss Miranda… what a pleasant surprise." Sebastian greeted her with a fake smile and a silky voice but without masking his displeasure. "I wonder, should I call you a cousin too, now that Seli-" He was interrupted by Selina's elbow nudging his side and Miranda's squeak as it was her turn to freak out.

"Don't push it, demon!" She said with eyes wide and lips pulled back showing her teeth, as she straightened her back from leaning on Ciel's armchair.

"Miranda, cut that out, please. Don't say demon in such a tone." Selina was finally heard with a reprimanding voice.

"Why? He is a demon and feels no shame about it." The angel could not understand.

"Well, yes, and you are a witch and an angel!" Selina said with purposely disgust in her voice and features.

Miranda sighed. "Okay, I get it now, you are right. I will try, as long as he too stops mocking me and calling me cherub and all these silly things." She expressed her conditions for the truce.

"She's got a point, you know…" Selina said to Sebastian looking pleadingly at him.

The demon sighed irritated but yielded when looking at his mate's eyes; he slightly nodded and then felt his heart jumping in his chest, when the blond woman gifted him a bright thankful smile; the angel of course did not miss that exchange and slightly smirked satisfied.

"I am too young to get sick by diabetes, looking at all this sweetness before me. I order both of you to control yourselves in my presence." Ciel said lightly blushing and trying to hide it under an irritated scowl.

"My lord, if you ever get diabetes it will be due to all these sweets you gobble down." Sebastian said and smiled at the boy making him angry.

"Shut your cursed mouth!" He cried out and then huffed trying to calm down. "Now, can we get back to serious talking? Miss Miranda, what did you mean that you doubt Sebastian killing Miss Selina if I order him? Is it not a master's order absolute, bounding the demon to follow it no matter what?"

"Normally, yes, but when a demon's mate enters the scene things change. The strength of the bond created between the couple is clearly up to them; the stronger and deeper the bond, the harder is for the demon to kill the mate and vice versa. In short, both can end up insane and out of control, if they are forced to kill each other, and of course, that means in case there is a survivor, he or she will be useless and a threat to the world. A supernatural's stabilizer, and mate in this case, is indeed for life and any disruption of this bond can have devastating consequences..."

The angel kept looking at the boy's face and the emotions he tried to hide; displeasure and irritation that turned to surprise, worry and a bit of fear. Her eyes turned to the couple; she saw them looking at each other worried and a silent promise was given; but then her gaze zeroed in on Selina's right hand lovingly brushed by Sebastian's. She approached, took the hand in hers, examined the wedding ring on her finger and removed it to examine the inside as her eyes opened wide while still talking.

"And as far as I can see this bond is already deep and most probably will grow deeper! I won't eat it you know!" She finished a little irritated at the butler, who took the ring and Selina's hand somehow rudely away from the angel's touch, and placed the wedding band back on the woman's finger.

Selina sighed with apology to Miranda and then turned to Sebastian. "I hope you are prepared to fend off the quartet's questions about the ring, before they start preparations for a wedding that will never happen."

The demon sighed, obviously not considering the issue as important. "It will go away in time, do not pay attention."

"Hey… they are scared of you and that's why they don't pester you with their fantasies. That day you found us in a room, they had actually abducted me and interrogated me on why we were fighting again… When I made the mistake to say certain events made us rethink our relationship…" She took a deep breath. "Mey-Rin thought I was pregnant!"

Demon, angel and boy opened wide eyes looking at the woman. Sebastian seemed quite amused by the idea. Miranda gasped.

"Are you?" She asked seriously and Selina stared at her like she was a complete idiot.

"What? Of course not! I can't get pregnant anymore! Don't be stupid!" Selina was really annoyed by the topic.

Miranda seemed ready to say something, but Sebastian cleared his throat to draw her attention; the angel looked at him and saw his eyes asking her not to say anything more. Miranda narrowed hers asking him the reason, but he looked away so she had to let it go for now.

"All right, if you insist I will have a talk with them and make them not bother you again about the status of our relationship. Unless…" He said and his voice made both Selina and Ciel tense; it was the voice used when he wanted to pick on them. "You are interested in holding a small ceremony and becoming Mrs. Michaelis." He smiled charmingly at her.

Ciel snorted a little rudely, Miranda uttered an "Oh!" with wide eyes and round mouth and Selina gasped surprised, before a deep red colour painted her cheeks. Sebastian kept looking at her quite provocatively, challenging her to answer; but a short and slightly nervous chuckle escaped Selina's throat instead.

"Don't be foolish! It's an absolutely ridiculous thought; you, a demon, getting married to a human. I know you freaked out when the Dankworth girl said something similar… Plus, I thought you had understood how much I don't like or care about weddings etc."

Sebastian nodded. "Our situation and conditions have changed since then and… you were ready to do a wedding etc. with Paul…"

The angel's eyes were about to fall from their sockets, if she opened them a little wider. She was observing the strange demon with great interest, especially since she thought she traced jealousy lacing his voice, as soon as he uttered the name of Paul. Could he actually have developed such a variety of feelings and all because of Selina?

"W-Well… only because he wanted it and held significance to him…" Selina said quite confused by the demon's reaction.

"That would truly be something… very interesting and... entertaining." Ciel smirked quite devilishly looking at his servants, as if preparing something not so good for them.

"What is interesting and entertaining?" Sieglinde's voice was heard as the door opened and Lizzie entered with her signature beaming smile, followed by the huge blond butler carrying his little lady.

"Hold a small wedding ceremony for Sebastian and Selina." The young Earl explained and by the second he looked more and more like a miniature of his demon butler.

Lizzie clapped her hands utterly excited with the idea and was not the only one. Sieglinde's eyes got wide and sparkling as she had never seen a wedding, so it would be very interesting for her to study that human convention going on for centuries. It was the small push Ciel supposedly needed and he quickly decided that "for the sake of his dear friend, to help her expand her knowledge on human society, he ordered the couple to get married, in any way they desired, next Sunday in the manor's garden and the entire household would be present". His eye was twinkling and his delicate lips could not stop twitching from suppressed laughter in view of how pale both human and demon looked.

"My lord… you are so wonderfully wicked!" Miranda whispered sliding close to him as she too enjoyed the situation; at the moment she looked nothing like an angel but a perfect little imp.

"Oh Ciel!" Lizzie squealed very happily. "You are so kind and adorable for allowing their love to bloom. Since it is about Sebastian and Selina, we have to organize a beautiful ceremony with lovely decorations and have Nina tailor the cutest wedding gown-"

She was capable of going on and laying out a fully detailed plan for a most intricate wedding ceremony; something that made the couple paler as they both could imagine what the young lady meant by cute and lovely. Thankfully, young master was equally horrified by the idea and instantly decided that he and Sebastian would take care of everything and Lizzie or Sieglinde - who kept staring at butler and tutor, trying to imagine how the perfectly handsome couple would look in wedding suit and gown respectively - did not have to bother with it. Lizzie expressed the idea that men had no sense of style when it came to such things and seemed determined to help, even though Ciel told her it was his duty to take care of his servants.

In the end, Sebastian had to intervene since Selina was still at a loss. "My lady, Selina and I are deeply touched and grateful for your concern, but young master is correct. As the master of both, he has every right to decide everything concerning our wedding... even forbid it." He said kindly. "We are thankful to allow us to even share life as a couple, it would be impertinent of us to ask for more. A humble ceremony would be more than perfect, is that not right, my dear?" He offered a hand to Selina, who took it and rushed to agree with him; anything to avoid an unnecessarily extravagant ceremony.

Lizzie had no choice but to accept their wish. Of course, she would not go down without a fight and made Ciel promise he would not get back on his word and suddenly cancel the couple's wedding. The boy Earl was cornered by the two girls, since Sieglinde had obviously teamed up with Lizzie on that, and in the end he promised. Defeated, he signalled the servants to leave the room and go prepare tea, because Sieglinde was still staring at them so excited, that she would have difficulties to focus on the game of chess.

{~}

Miranda burst out laughing as soon as the three of them were in the hallway heading for the kitchen to prepare tea; she had remained silent all the while, obviously trying to control herself. "Oh goodness! That child is really a piece of work! He got you; he really got both of you and did it so perfectly!" She said in a very happy voice.

"Yes, of course. I don't know who started it!" Selina said glaring daggers at the demon beside her.

"I admit I just wanted to tease you and make you blush… but such a development was never expected. Oh well, it is our master's order, we cannot possibly disobey." He shrugged his shoulders looking quite comfortable with all this all of a sudden; Selina did not miss the chance to stress that. "It will be just a little show we will put on for the sake of young master's, lady Sieglinde's and lady Elizabeth's entertainment, nothing will change for us… Although… hmm…" He rubbed his chin deep in thought.

"What? What?" Both witches asked him impatiently.

"I am thinking it might turn out good for us. The servants' running mouth and nosiness will be terminated once and for all; they will not bother you again with their wild fantasies. Also, we will be married in the eyes of human society, adding perfectly to my human façade, because the devil is in the details as someone proved to me not long ago." He smiled and winked at his blond witch.

"That's true actually; since you chose to pretend to be a human you have to do it as perfectly as possible." Miranda added nodding. "I'll head to the kitchen first to tell the news! I can't wait to see Mey-Rin's reaction!" The naughty angel said while pulling a pair of white gloves on her hands, and immediately sped up leaving the couple behind.

"What? No! They might team up with Lizzie in changing my mind for a grandiose ceremony!" Selina tried to stop her cousin in vain. She sighed quite fed up and shook her head. She looked really bothered and displeased by all that.

"Is it so bad to be married to me?" Sebastian asked quite casually, getting closer to the woman, slowly guiding her against a wall.

"N-no, that's not the problem…" She responded and lightly bit her lower lip. Sebastian arched an eyebrow in question obviously wanting a straight answer. "It's just that… You have been doing many human things you don't like and find them stupid, but do them because young master orders you to… I don't want you to push yourself more than necessary and do something you abhor that much! I'll go and try to talk young master into cancelling this order."

She tried to move away, but in a flash was pushed on the wall with the growling demon's body flushed on hers as his hands took hold of her shoulders and his face buried in her curls taking in her warm scent. He slowly brought his face inches from hers and his red eyes had that drugged look that made Selina's desire flare up.

"Young master promised to his fiancée to not change his mind, imagine how bad it would look for him to break that promise. Besides... you do not have to worry. I really enjoy every order my master has given me all this time, so I am certain I will enjoy this marriage… since it is with you!" His lips stole away her shallow breath, turning her body hotter than a second ago as a small moan escaped her throat. "It really turns me on how you respect my nature and freedom so much; indeed, you are the perfect mate for a demon and you make me wanting to be the same for you…" He said when he allowed her to breath for a few seconds and then kissed her deeply again.

They kept making out for a while, but Sebastian had to break the kiss since his contract seal got a little warmer on his left hand, as the young earl made evident his irritation on how late the tea was getting. Sebastian apologized to his mate but they both had to get back to their duties; therefore, with an arm wrapped around her waist, he helped the still dizzy from the kiss woman get to the kitchen, where they quickly worked in preparing young master's afternoon tea exactly as he liked it.

{~}

"Despite this entire wedding and marriage thing… Did he actually say he loves you?" Miranda asked later that night, when she and Selina were seating on a garden bench; the blond woman shook her head. "Then how can you be sure he has accepted you completely? How can you be sure he is telling the truth about his feelings?" She seemed really troubled and worried.

"Because… I have heard many times men telling me they love me, yet they leave me every time. Sebastian cannot fully understand what he feels; he cannot recognize it as love and happiness as we mean it, so he described it to me as best he could… and told me he needs me and his actions prove it! No man has ever told or showed me I am actually needed!" Happy tears made her eyes sparkle.

"But… what if one day he decides he doesn't need you anymore? Forgive me, I am really happy that everything points you have found your mate, but… I cannot stop worrying; I want you to be happy." Tears started streaming from the angel's eyes too.

Selina stroke lovingly her cousin's hair and cheek. "I understand. I have accepted him completely and that includes every future possibility, every change, his darkness and cruelty, even if he decides to direct them to me… If that ever happens… I will see how I will deal with it then, when the time comes. As for if he has accepted me…" A shy smile appeared on her lips and a blush coloured her cheeks. "He knows and has felt what my powers can do, but he never hesitated to be close, to touch me… love me in his own way. But most importantly… I don't need to hide who and what I am when I am with him and I really need that; I need him!" She looked really happier than Miranda had ever seen her.

The two women hugged each other. "If you are happy I am happy too, and I will wish that this will last forever. That his need for you and yours for him will last forever."

"To the extent it depends on me, I can guarantee you it will last." The demon's voice was heard as he came out of the shadows and sat on the bench at Selina's other side. "I am deeply sorry to inform you, Miss Miranda, but you will have to get used at my presence near our beloved Selina, at least until the end of her life, which I will make sure to be long and happy… as soon as she teaches me how to do that."

He seemed a little baffled by that, making both women chuckle and Selina think he looked too cute at the moment, enough to quickly plant a playful kiss on his cheek. His eyes opened wide for a moment and then looked at her with a promising smirk full of innuendos that made her cower in supposed fear, while her eyes were clearly laughing happily. Miranda chuckled watching the exchange.

"Okay, calm down, you rabbits! I'm convinced, both of you are sincere about your feelings, as strange as it sounds; so… I will get used to your demonic presence… Mr. Michaelis, and I will trust you to not isolate Selina from the world and from me, in order to have her all of your own. I have to warn you I won't stand idle if that happens." Her friendly eyes turned to cold warning that made the demon chuckle.

"I enjoy her silliness when she interacts with others she cares about too much to shut her away from the world… and yourself. I may do not fully understand the reason why she cares about any of you lot but... I would never do anything to make her hate me. She is the only human I do not wish to… see in pain and despair and, above all, be the one causing them. That is so strange…" His brows flew up and he sighed, giving up in trying to understand how that transformation occurred to him.

Both women laughed at this sight and Miranda clapped her hands satisfied and then got up from her seat. "Okay, leaving aside my prejudice against demons, I can see that you are telling the truth, both of you. And considering that grey witches are made like this, so that they can become a demon's or an angel's mate for life… I have no more objections." She offered her gloved hand to Sebastian. "I welcome you in our family, demon under the current name of Sebastian Michaelis, and hold you responsible for anything good or bad happens to my cousin."

Sebastian kept staring at the offered hand feeling Selina's eyes on him waiting. He finally sighed, stood up and accepted the handshake making it as short as he could. He immediately felt his woman's aura vibrating strongly, like it rushed to hug him, and he instantly relaxed because even that small contact with the angel was not pleasant… at all. Miranda obviously was in a similar state as her hand kept flexing on its own, while trying to hide her innate disgust for his kind. After a while, she bid them farewell and left in a flash of light.

"Hmm… it will take quite some time, centuries perhaps, to fully accept that I…" He had some difficulty to utter his thoughts.

Selina chuckled as she stood up and circled his torso with her arms in a loving hug. "That you have surrounded yourself with humans that consider you a friend, believe and count on you for support and guidance; you have gained an almost human lover that… loves you, unconditionally…" She blushed furiously at that, still shy about expressing her feelings for a demon and seeing how he enjoyed it very much, as he wrapped an arm around her shoulders and squeezed lovingly. "And with the lover comes an angel that hates you by nature and you do too, but you'll have to at least get used to her and she to you… What a facer!" She was a little ironic picking on him.

"Indeed… but I enjoy being my master's butler and your lover. I have quite much fun performing both roles whatever they entail… except having to fulfil every silly whim of our master…" He was clearly fed up by that, as he sighed and ran a hand up and down her arm. "Although I would not mind not having to deal with the imbeciles…"

Selina chuckled. "They don't ask questions though… Mr. One Hell of a Butler!"

Sebastian thought about it for a while and found he could not deny she was right, and that their blind trust in him was the only thing he really enjoyed. He nodded and interrupted Selina's triumphant chuckle with a deep kiss.

"Tonight you should get early to bed because you need to rest; you are up for more than twenty four hours." Sebastian said after that, as the couple was heading back to the manor and Selina could not contain a big yawn.

"Yes, someone saw to it rather effectively!" Selina teased the demon and he looked at her with a proud but also serious face. "All right, all right. I'll go to bed but I can't promise I will manage to sleep the hours I need; the mattress in my room is not really comfortable and inviting for long hours."

"What? In your room? Who told you that you will continue staying in that room? We have our room in the empty wing. Young master gave us his permission to use it, and I quote, "as long as we do not disturb his sleep and that of his servants' by scandalizing them". So, no problem." Sebastian informed Selina with a smile.

"No way in hell… Did young master really give his permission? On his own will or did you manipulate him in some way?" She asked obviously suspicious of him.

At that very moment a change occurred on the demon butler's face and Selina was left looking at him with eyes wide open, mouth in an O shape and her eyebrows almost met the line of her blond hair. The Sebastian looking at her now had the purest face in the world that could put in shame every benevolent angel; he actually seemed like he was glowing with an angelic light around him.

"Do you think I am capable of doing something like that?" He asked and sounded hurt by the thought that even dared to cross her mind.

"Well… yeah!" Selina managed to say after recovering from her surprise; she thought she had finally seen all the aspects of her mate, but he constantly managed to leave her speechless. "Obviously, that's what you do, manipulation runs through your veins! Of course, I think you could make young master give his consent!" She nodded for more emphasis.

Sebastian stayed in the same state for a couple more moments, and then the light and glow were gone, the hurt look in his eyes turned to a mischievous twinkle and a devilish smile bloomed on his lips.

"And you would be absolutely right!" He pulled her in for a kiss again. "But this time he was faster. Once I started the discussion, he told me we could have any room in the unused wing, as far away as possible, but allowing us to be by his side in a blink of an eye in case of emergency. I think he would give us anything we want as long as he does not witness, by sight or sound, our intimate moments." He could not keep himself from smiling in a totally smug way.

"I understand and respect that after everything he has gone through…" Selina said with a pained grimace, obviously remembering all the vile things the cultists did to his small, fragile child body.

Sebastian chuckled and squeezed her in his arms, just like he did every time he was fascinated and enamoured with a cat. "That is why I adore your greyness so much, my lovely witch!"

"You're such a weird demon… and that's why I love you so much… my weirdo demon!" Selina smiled and returned the squeeze.

They soon collected themselves, as their professionalism did not allow them to… 'dillydally' - in Sebastian's words - for very long. Dinner time was approaching.

{~}

The following Sunday, Selina woke up to find a box on the bed beside her, where a simple white dress with lace sleeves and bust was lying along with lace gloves, a small hair accessory in the shape of a blooming cherry tree branch, a pair of white high heels, accompanied by the necessary lace stockings, and a note from Sebastian, informing her that later that the afternoon their wedding ceremony would take place in the manor's garden; young master and himself had seen to all the necessary preparations.

The wedding band was gone from her finger and she sighed shaking her head. It was not that she did not feel nice or excited about getting married to the man she truly loved, but… she could not shake off the feeling of how strange and out of the demon's character all these looked. What confused her even more was that he seemed to genuinely enjoy the process and prospect of making her his wife officially. She would never understand that demon, his mind and spirit were so complicated.

However, she was thankful that this day and the end of this nightmarish week finally arrived. The servants, joined by Lady Lizzie and Prince Soma, had expressed a very strong desire to change her mind and that of young master, on how simple or elaborated the ceremony should be. Thankfully, a really irritated Earl Phantomhive was stubborn as ever; he ordered the servants to stop and ignored Soma, thus leaving Lizzie without allies, since Sieglinde cared for the marriage itself, whatever form the ceremony had. Selina was not certain about Sebastian's role in convincing the servants and Soma, but she was again grateful, since a big weight was lifted from her shoulders as she had one less front to deal with.

As always, Mr. Tanaka and Snake expressed their congratulations and enthusiasm in a more discreet way; the complete opposite of Finny and Bard, who kept crying totally moved by the prospect of their beloved Selina getting married to their friend, Sebastian. But Mey-Rin's fangirlism was the worst! The maid's eyes were always sparkling when she watched the future bridegroom interacting, even for the simplest task where no trace of special feeling was evident on their part, and she kept daydreaming, having already decided the first baby would have arrived by next spring. Her efficiency had dropped more than usual and Sebastian was forced to reprimand her quite hard to make her collect herself.

Sieglinde's scientific curiosity was one more thing Selina had to fend off, as the girl seemed like stalking the woman and asking her all kinds of questions about her feelings, every time she went to help her settle in the new house. Selina kept feeling as if she was talking to a very aggressive psychologist, constantly digging in her soul for answers that seemed to excite the young scientist even more.

The big day rolled out smoothly and the servants did not even mention the word 'wedding' until one hour before the event. Selina realised Sebastian must have terrified them about what he would do if they made her more nervous, and thanked him with a soft kiss on the cheek, while he was folding some linen. He was utterly surprised but then chuckled, when a flashed Selina apologized and told him such behaviour was an often occurrence between newly-weds in love; he responded with a peck on her soft lips astonishing her.

Yes, the game of carnal seduction he used to always play on women - Selina was no exception - was quite fun; but could not deny that this feminine game of tenderness and affection Selina played on him, was equally enjoyable, always stirring his desire for more.

A very sentimental Miranda came to help Selina dress and promised once again to try to get used of the demon. Nevertheless, she was angry at him for treating this milestone in Selina's life as nothing more than a game only fool humans thought as really momentous; a game he always observed but this time he was participating and that made him more curious about it. He was like a curious child at times and Miranda did not like that at all.

Selina chuckled. "Thank goodness he is like that, because I would get very worried if he suddenly shared the feelings and thoughts of a human on the subject of marriage. He is a demon untouched by all these and I prefer him like this!" The bride made clear only to receive a strange look from the angel, who obviously thought her cousin had lost her mind for good.

Miranda was certain this was the case, when she saw how excited and bashful Selina got seeing Sebastian in his wedding suit. A simple black suit, not much different from his butler one, with a sort of bow tie instead of tie, a white shirt and shiny black shoes. His hair combed backwards, but not so aggressively slicked as lady Frances wanted them. "Okay, he is good looking as a groom too, but nothing more." Miranda thought with an indifferent look in her eyes.

The wedding was civil, therefore the Earl had arranged for a registrar to be present with all the necessary documents. The ceremony was short and simple and in a matter of minutes they exchanged wedding bands, signed the documents and Selina Clark became Selina Michaelis and although Michaelis was a fake name, at the moment it felt so real to her.

Everybody seemed quite happy – Mey-Rin and Finny crying their eyes out like babies – and Selina could not tell if Sebastian was sincere or acting his part, but he was also smiling quite often and looked excited enough to give his bride… one hell of a kiss as soon as the registrar announced them officially a husband and wife. He gave her a kiss that made everyone blush furiously and especially his young master, who had turned beet red standing between the ridiculously excited and emotional Lady Lizzie and Lady Sieglinde.

"I still cannot understand why humans are making such a big fuss about weddings. I personally do not feel any different, but I see everyone else seem to be quite happy, maybe more than us two, the couple." Sebastian commented at some point during the party following.

Miranda glared at him and then at Selina. "Remind me again... why did you fall for him?"

Selina chuckled. "Let's say because he is full of contradictions?" She shrugged.

"Oh! I consider myself quite consistent." The demon was surprised.

"You are consistent in your contradictions." Selina said and saw him arching an eyebrow in question. "You are consistent about your ultimate goal, you never hide it, and in your insistence that you have no feelings, but you exhibit quite a broad variety of them when you are with me or when events catch you off guard and you react so…" An impish smirk appeared on her lips. "So deliciously spontaneously!" As a proof of her words the demon seemed genuinely surprised, if not embarrassed, as he looked at her with wide eyes and then sipped at his champagne innocently.

"And just for your information, it is very natural for humans to be happy when something good happens to people they like or even love; that means humans share the others' happiness… something incomprehensible to you!" Miranda said obviously annoyed to have to explain him even the simplest notions of human life and nature. "However, I see that your master does not look very happy about your union! But he gave permission- no, he actually ordered it."

It was Sebastian's turn to chuckle. "That is because he is greatly disappointed by the fact that I seemed to enjoy these human trivialities, rather than being disgusted and irritated as he expected. He ordered it because he thought that would be entertaining. He also hoped to see Selina getting more embarrassed during preparations, but his plans were ruined immediately, when he decided to take care of everything by himself just to make Lady Elizabeth stop… You saw how terrifying she was getting, even for me!" He indeed looked quite traumatized by the extreme assault of cuteness the young girl was ready to unleash on the boy in her enthusiasm about the imminent wedding. Selina nodded quite pale.

Miranda was staring at the demon with wide eyes. "Oh, my God! He really enjoys teasing people for his personal entertainment! He has become just like you… A perfect little devil!"

"Oh, you have no idea, I assure you!" Selina said with great emphasis.

Sebastian raised an eyebrow. "Is there something about our young master that I should know?"

"Mm? Nope. I have promised and I'm a woman of my word." Selina said and continued sipping her champagne casually.

Sebastian kept staring her for a while, but she did not yield. He slipped his arm around her shoulders and leaned closer to plant a light kiss on her lips, but she did not yield. A cooing sound from Mey-Rin and Lady Lizzie along with a whistle of approval from Bard, made Selina blush harder for the rest of the evening, but still she did not yield!

{~}

The couple was allowed to retire earlier than usual, since Agni and Miranda would supervise the servants to not break or burn everything and Tanaka would care for Ciel. They took full advantage of having an entire night ahead of them, making love to each other so passionately and tenderly, that more than once Selina thought she could die right there and then and it would be her happiest moment.

Shivers never stopped running through her body as Sebastian undressed her, leaving the laced dress slowly slip off her body, his fingers softly caressing along with his lips and tongue feasting on her skin making the touch of flower petals feel rough. He never stopped kissing her as she too pushed his groom suit off him and let her hands wander on his sculpted like marble body, making him tremble under her fingertips and groaning in need.

They took each other countless times; drowning in ecstasy and an unquenchable fire of need fuelled by Selina's reassertions that he was "her dark demon, her Sebastian, her love above all!". Sebastian was pleasantly overwhelmed by the flood of feelings this magical human woman caused him with everything she did and said; soon, he once again realised that all he wanted to do was making love to her, driving her crazy with pleasure because she was "his cute little witch, his delicious Selina and his, only his, always his!".

They were so focused on each other that the world around them was a blur. At some point Selina found she could not take her eyes off Sebastian; he was so mesmerizing as he towered above her sweating and trembling, his head thrown back with eyes closed and lips parted letting hot heavy breaths and husky groans, while thrusting in her faster and faster, seconds away from the so needed release. Before Selina lost all ability to act, she lifted her head and left her lips, tongue and teeth taste the demon's smooth skin of throat above his Adam's apple. That was all he needed; he hugged Selina tightly and took her with him, as he went over the edge reaching their climax simultaneously and crying it out until they were out of breath.

"You are such a little minx… or a succubus… I cannot make up my mind!" Sebastian said when he finally regained his ability to speak.

A naughty giggle was the only response Selina could give at the moment, enjoying the throbbing the demon's body was experiencing, still one with hers. He cracked one eye open and looked at her red, but perfectly happy face surrounded by dishevelled sweaty gold locks; he still could not comprehend how beautiful only this human looked when in such a state.

"Not only did you keep staring me all the time, but you also had to bite me there… at that spot, at that moment of all others. Was I too rough? Did I hurt you?" He slipped out of her and shifted his weight on his elbows and forearms.

Selina shook her head. "I couldn't resist! You are so beautiful when you surrender to me like that. You make such a… sexy face that I want to keep looking at you while pushing you to your limits, of course." Her arms tightened hugging him. "Don't ever show that face to anyone else, no matter what you do to them, only me!"

Sebastian chuckled satisfied to hear a possessive tone in his mate's voice. "There is no way for that to happen, because no other human makes me feel like this and as a result make such a face, but if it satisfies you… I promise that only my Selina will be my personal drug… as long as you promise that you too will not show such a face to anyone else, only me!" He said in a challenging tone while caressing her flushed cheek tenderly.

Something in his way and eyes made Selina blush more and her insides quiver with happiness and desire. "I'm not the one screwing around with circus women or whatever… but I promise either way! No other creature would ever be able to make me feel so drunk in love, because no other creature would ever be so beautiful and perfect in my eyes. Oh man!" She cried out after seeing the awfully full of confidence look in the demon's eyes and face. "You'll become unbearable now! Why can't I shut my mouth for once? I became like all the other women praising and fawning over you!"

She was trying to escape Sebastian's hold by pushing him away and wiggling her body, in an effort to put some distance between them, but Sebastian had none of that. They kept wrestling playfully for a while, but then Selina found herself pushed against the bed's headboard; her back pressed on the wood, her thighs circling Sebastian's waist as he was kneeling on the mattress having thrown the pillows away.

"You will never become like all the other women, my dear, because they simply do not know me like you do. They praise and fawn over my human facade, but cannot see beyond that; only the image I present them is visible to their eyes. You may praise me, but will also tell me your opinion when you disagree, you will get angry with me, you will fight me… you will even slap me when I go beyond your limits."

Selina's eyes opened wide at the realisation he seemed satisfied by all these; was it possible he had already started enjoying his taming from her? He had told her so, but still... he really surprised her. Sebastian chuckled.

"You will never become like all the other women, because in my eyes only you are beautiful when you smile shyly or coyly, when you laugh loudly, when you are angry and furious and yell threateningly, when you want to kill and are thirsty for blood, when you cry for the sake of others, when you are worried, excited, calm, docile or rebellious, when you are aroused, close to climax or when you sleep soundly…"

"What? That's like you enjoy almost everything I do!" Selina breathed in his ear as his hot tongue kept tracing patterns on her skin while speaking.

"True…" He answered with a smile, right before a light moan escaped Selina's throat, at the moment being ravaged and pricked by the tips of his pointy teeth pressed on her soft skin without breaking it.

Selina grabbed a fistful of his hair and pressed his mouth more on her, enough for his teeth to bite lightly, his tongue rushed to collect the small drops of blood and lick the tiny wound. His arousal had gotten bigger during all this, and with no further delay buried himself in his mate, deciding she was a succubus, playing such nasty games on the poor demon.

"Well… In the end, we could say we both lost in the game we played from the beginning." Selina said after a while, lying on the bed trying to even her breath, sweeping the sweat from her throat with her palm. Sebastian beside her, arched an eyebrow in question. "You wanted to seduce and use me just like everyone else, and I was determined I would not lose to you, meaning I would strongly resist your charm."

The demon chuckled as he turned to face her and propped his head up with his upturned palm. "I would say we both won this game." It was Selina's turn to arch an eyebrow. "I instinctively knew I wanted you and was determined to have all of you, even without realising the reason why; and you instinctively knew that either you would have all of me or not at all. In short, I captured your wild heart and you made mine beat, making it all yours. Will you please stop looking at me like that? I will not be able to resist, but you need to sleep, because tomorrow we will be back to our duties; nothing will change on that part you must know."

Selina nodded but continued looking at him with wide, bright, blue eyes on a red face, the flushing reached her ears. They could not believe they just heard such a confession from the demon, her demon, the man she loved deeper than any other before. In a way, he just told her that both of them had decided right from the start.

Sebastian true to his word released a deep sigh and unleashed a new attack on the woman, kissing her lips until they turned red like her face and wrapping his arms around her as he pulled her on top of him, resuming what they were about to do the other day, before the imbeciles' interruption. He wanted her to take over and make him lose control, get drunk by the intoxicating sensations she caused him.

Indeed, next morning they went back to work and the servants were left speechless staring; the couple was finally back to normal, just like when Selina had first joined the household. Not so typical as to call each other with surnames, but the atmosphere between and around them was quite casual, relaxed without allowing their personal relationship or feelings to interfere in their work; perfectly coordinated and efficient as always they carried out their duties flawlessly. It was like nothing had happened and they were just two colleagues aiming for the best result, and not a newlywed couple in love.

However, after a few days, Finny realised that, even though Sebastian continued caring for and playing with his cats – as Selina did too – his visits to the back yard had lessened quite a bit. Now, he ran to his fluffy friends when he felt unable to handle the imbeciles and Selina could not jump in and help out.

On the contrary, some strange instances started occurring throughout the manor, even during daylight, when heavy breathing sounds and the rustling of clothes were coming from the darkness of the shadowy hallways or corners and always concurred with the time Sebastian and Selina were mysteriously disappearing for a few minutes between tasks. The young gardener was greatly concerned by all these, perhaps even scared of the manor having ghosts residing in the deep darkness, but when he told the others they laughed, Mey-Rin turned red and almost fainted, and Bard reassured him that if there were ghosts in the house they were very friendly and peaceful, as long as they were not disturbed when hiding in the shadows.

Aaand they lived happily ever after! 💘

Well... perhaps, but certainly not yet. This is just the end of one more arc, as I have said before. The Sphere Music Hall and all follow, along with Sebastian and Selina just being a couple in their private moments. Perhaps, I should not say much, but I think it's better to reassure my readers that there won't be any more unnecessary drama between them. They solved all major issues so there won't be any turn backs or whatever. From now on, I try to focus more on action and the couple's moments are more like pleasant intervals.

However, before that, I have something more to offer. Since this entire story was a field of experimentation for me, at some point I wrote a chapter in first person narrative, which is not my prefered style, either as reader or as writer... but I thought to take a chance with it. Therefore, I have a bonus chapter for you all, which I'll post seperately in a couple of days. It doesn't offer anything new to the stoy, it's more like a slightly deeper look in Sebastian's and Selina's thoughts and feelings about each other, about the events so far, plus some new scenes here and there. All narrated by Sebastian and Selina themselves to us... or is it? 😉 It is not essential to the story, so if anyone feels like skipping it, please do so. That's why it will be seperate, after all!

Next Friday, the story continues on schedule, unless something huge happens suddenly (I'll have to head to hospital for some tests next week, so wish me good luck and nothing huge to happen😊)!

Till next time! Bye!
